Extreme Nation - ECW on TNN recap for June 2, 2000

Joey Styles and "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner wlecome the fans to tonight's show as Raven sits in the corner. Gertner says he does not have a line, to which the crowd chants "Bullshit, before Gertner reveals that he does have a line and a lewd nickname for tonight's show. Joey then proceeds to interview Raven as the crowd chants "You ain't shit!" Raven says imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, and says Justin Credible stole his look, his girl and his title. He then says Justin called him on the phone two days ago and quoted one of his heroes: "There's a warning sign on the road ahead / there's a lot of people saying we'd be better off dead / I don't feel like Satan, but I am to them / So I try to forget it any way I can." He then realized that Justin could never be him, because being called Satan bothers Justin while he enjoys it. Suddenly, Justin Credible and Dawn Marie show up, and Raven says "Get in the ring, bitch." When Dawn Marie tries to get in the ring, Raven then says "Not you...the bitch with the belt." This starts a brawl between Raven and Justin inside the ring, and after Raven sends Justin out of the ring, Dawn Marie gets in only for Raven to grab her. Dawn Marie hits Raven with a low blow before Justin strikes Raven with the Kendo Stick followed by That's Incredible. "The Innovator of Violence" then gets in the ring and chases Justin and Dawn Marie out of the ring and tries to fight Justin before security keeps both men and Dawn Marie separated while Raven is checked on in the ring by referees. Scotty Anton then gets in the ring alongside Cyrus and attacks Raven, and allows Cyrus to get the boots in on Raven as well. When referee H.C. Lowe tries to stop him, Cyrus chews him out, but when the ref says he is standing up to The Network, he gets beaten up before Anton puts him in the Sharpshooter. Cyrus then says he and Anton are here to give the fans "the clap," then he and Anton mockingly perform the American Males clap from WCW.

We hear from the Full Blooded Italians (Little Guido and Big Sal E. Graziano). Graziano says Mikey Whipwreck is dead, then Tony Mamaluke - formerly Tony Marinara in WCW - walks in only to get grabbed by Big Sal, saying he is in the wrong company and that he picked the wrong day to piss him off. When Mamaluke calls Little Guido "paisan," Guido takes offense to this, saying Mamaluke is a cheap rip-off of his Italian heritage. Mamaluke says he is "full-blooded," saying he never took anything from anybody. Guido decides to put Mamaluke's so-called full-blooded Italian heritage to the test and says "Let's see if you can handle it, paisan." Mamaluke then exercises with Guido's ropes after Guido leaves.

Kid Kash beats Grimes.

Backstage, Johnny Swinger is rubbing oil on himself when Simon Diamond shows up. Simon tells him they have a match tonight, then tells Mitch to turn off the fan. When Simon asks Swinger what he is doing, Swinger says he is posing for one of his biggest fans. Simon says he is the brains of the operation, but Swinger says his fan is blowing him. One of The Musketeers then show up and tries to fence with the fan, but Swinger tells him "Don't sing it, swing it!" before snapping his fingers and leaving with Mitch, who places a gold umbrella over his head as they leave. Simon Diamond wonders how he got into the mess he is in as The Prodigy and The Prodigette are both soaked in Johnny Swinger's oil.

Mikey Whipwreck beats Tony Mamaluke after Mamaluke lands on the back of his neck on the guardrail during a corkscrew dive from the top rope to the outside. After the match, Little Guido attacks Whipwreck, but Whipwreck counters a Tornado DDT into a Whippersnapper. Big Sal E. Graziano gets in the ring and grabs The Sinister Minister tries to blind Guido with a fireball, but Whipwreck throws powder into his eyes and shoves Mamaluke into Big Sal, who flattens Mamaluke with a sidewalk slam before throwing Mamaluke into the front row.

We hear from The Sinister Minster, who considers himself to be an expert on sinning. He says there are some sins he likes more than others, such as gluttony. He tells Big Sal E. Graziano is a glutton for punishment, as every time Mikey Whipwreck is within striking distance, there is a four-alarm fire, as Whipwreck has burned his face three times. He also says there are some sins that he refuses to grant absolution to, and one of them is stupidity, and says that Big Sal proved he is stupid for putting his hands on him. The Sinister Minsiter says Big Sal will learn the phrase "spontaneous human combustion" if he does it again, leading Whipwreck to say there is no such as spontaneous human combustion. The Sinister Minsiter then says "Liar, lair, pants on fire," before setting his pants on fire, then says Whipwreck not only gets spiritual guidance from him, but he also get "a fire lit under his ass."

We hear from ECW owner Paul Heyman, who takes the time to thank the fans for watching tonight's show. He says that the fans have to be fans to watch the show, as the network has not aired one commercial about their show and it is "their scheme of things." He says that in a few weeks, the network will give WWF owner and chairman Vince McMahon $100 million to replace ECW, and says that since ECW is not publicly funded like WWF or WCW, ECW survives and even thrives off the support of the fans, whom he thanks again. He then proceeds to shoot on TNN, saying ECW hates the network's guts for abandoning them, not supporting them, not advertising them and not having the balls to throw them off the air. He then dares the network to throw him off the air, saying he will break every rule they put in from of him until they do. He then tells TNN to spend the $100 million they get from Vince McMahon on attorneys, for the war has just begun.

"The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner takes the time to say hello to all of his executive friends at TNN who have been "incarcerated for smuggling underage farm animals across state lines for the purposes of sexual gratification" while being safe enough to pick the calves that didn't kick back. ECW owner Paul Heyman pops up and says "Are you ready to throw us off the air yet, pig fuckers?"

"The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes shows up just before the next match to brawl with Steve Corino with a bullrope.

The Sandman vs. Rhino for the ECW World Television Championship ends in a no-contest. During the match, Jack Victory lays out "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes, and The Sandman attacks Victory, Rhino and Steve Corino until the numbers game catches up to him. Suddenly, Dusty gets in the ring and makes the save for Sandman, but the numbers game catches up to him as well. Tajiri then gets in the ring and fights Victory, Rhino and Corino. Scotty Anton then joins Victory, Rhino and Corino in the brawl, then Rob Van Dam runs in to equal the odds. RVD fights off Rhino and Anton before taking out The Network (Corino, Rhino, Victory, Anton). Jerry Lynn shows up as the show ends.

Graziano storms in and demands from The Sinister Minister Mikey's whereabouts. All of a sudden, Big Sal is blinded with a fireball by Mikey. The Sinister Minister tells Mikey he would tell him to take a leak on him, but it would put out the fire. Mikey laughs at the thought of The Sinister Minister nearly getting beaten up.

As The Network claps in celebration, Cyrus says he is proud of Scotty Anton, as the network is planning on getting behind him and Anton is considered "a quality human being." He says that Anton has lived in the shadow of one Rob Van Dam, and that for too long, Anton has been known simply as "Rob Van Dam's best friend." Cyrus announces that from this point forward, he will be known as "Rob Van Dam's bitch," except when he shows what Rob Van Dam's friendship was worth to The Network. Cyrus then asks Anton to tell the fans who he is, and Anton says he is here to give every one of the fans "the clap" before The Network claps. Cyrus then tells Anton that he knows he is a fighter, but ever since he joined The Network, they have had "some action with the ladies," and he wants him to concentrate on being a lover and giving people "the clap." Cyrus then says that with the network, it is all about the ratings and that having two wrestlers with the same hair color is "a ratings killer." He then introduces Jerry Lynn - who is now back in action - to the ring for the next match.

Jerry Lynn beats Tajiri following interference from The Network (Cyrus, Steve Corino, Jack Victory, Scotty Anton). After the match, The Network gangs up on Tajiri and attacks him, then Rob Van Dam shows up and fights them off until he is floored by Anton and put in the Sharpshooter. Tajiri fights back against The Network and spits red mist into Anton's face. After Francine slaps Raven, Raven is attacked by Justin Credible. "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer runs in, but Credible takes him down just as quickly before running away with Francine to end the show.

He says that if he were to lose, it would to be against Jerry Lynn, but not in the way. He tells Scotty Anton and Cyrus he will deal with him, and tells Rhino that he will especially deal with him. He says that Hardcore Heaven was supposed to be his comeback match where he came back better than before he left, and before he left, he was the best. He says this is not just a win in the record books, but a win that will "come out of [Jerry Lynn's] ass" after he is done "kicking [his] fucking ass."

We hear from Cyrus and Rhino. Cyrus says he is tired of Extreme Championship Wrestling, and says that he used to work for Vince McMahon and might work for him again after a merger goes through. He is also mad because he has a tremendous athlete in Rhino who is put in the ring with drunks, decrepit idiots and their "whore wives" only for the two of them to be viewed as the bad guys. He plans to send ECW back to the stone age by paying Vince McMahon $100 million to come here just to get back at Paul Heyman and ECW, saying that Vince is "a goddamn saint." Rhino says he does not care if it is The Sandman, Lori Fullington, Tajiri, Super Crazy or Rob Van Dam, because if anyone wants the ECW World Television Championship, they will have to go through him.

Extreme Nation - ECW on TNN recap for May 12, 2000

The Sinister Minister says that when Mikey Whipwreck was only five years and his mother had him locked in his closet, she always told him not to play with matches. After somebody makes noise on the other end of a nearby door, The Sinister Minster threatens to have Whipwreck rip the cameraman's head off and make the Spanish Inquisition look like Sunday school. Suddenly, The Sinister Minster gets an idea and whispers it into Whipwreck's ear. After mocking Dreamer for not having a weapon to hit him with and asking Dreamer what he will hit him with, Dreamer hits him with a fist to the face, starting a match. After the match, "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer shows up, and they and Lance Storm brawl with one another. Cyrus then shows up and tells everyone that before tonight's show, TNN never wanted to come to Minneapolis, Minnesota because Cyrus - being from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada - is an expert on the state of Minnesota, which he states is populated by idiots. He says that only "a state a mental retardates" would elect Jesse "The Body" Ventura for state governor, then says Jerry Lynn is not like everyone else in the state and that he will not hold being from Minnesota against him. He says that Jerry Lynn is unbelievably fantastic, then almost compares him to the Minnesota Timberwolves before remembering that they were knocked out of the NBA playoffs. He then says he is like the Minnesota Vikings because he cannot win the big one; nevertheless, he tells him he is unbelievable in the ring. He then tells him that even though Brad Rheingans taught him how to wrestle, he also taught him how to do an interview, which he calls "a ratings killer." He then states it is not about the wrestling anymore at The Network, but The Network still has a spot for someone of Lynn's talent and he has an offer he cannot refuse. He says that while Lynn can wrestle and that he is the "#1 charisma man," and offers to be his manager, saying there is nothing Lynn cannot achieve with The Network behind him. Suddenly, Tajiri shows up, and when he talks to Lynn, Cyrus smacks him on the back of the head and tells him to go away while calling him a "Jap." Lynn suddenly attacks Tajiri from behind, and Cyrus shakes his hand and welcomes him to The Network. Lynn then takes the microphone from Cyrus' hand and tells him he did it for himself, not for him or The Network. Cyrus blames everything that has happened on Tajiri after Jerry Lynn and says that he will ship him back to Tokyo and beat his ass. Rhino then shows up and clotheslines Tajiri, and this starts a match for the ECW World Television Championship.

After the match, Rhino, Steve Corino and Jack Victory take the boots to Tajiri, then The Sandman shows up and hits Corino and Victory with his Singapore cane before confronting Rhino in the ring. Both men fight, and Rhino hits Sandman with a Gore followed by a piledriver. Corino then says "This is what we like to do to your bitch wife!" before Rob Van Dam shows up and fights Corino and Victory. Rhino and RVD fight in the corner, and RVD gets the last word with the Five Star Frog Splash to end the show.

Extreme Nation - ECW on TNN recap for May 5, 2000

Joey Styles and "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner welcomes everyone to tonight's show. Afterwards, Justin Credible shows up with Francine. Styles says congratulations are in order, but admits that what happened with the ECW World Tag Team Championships was shocking. Francine says the only thing that is shocking is that everyone would think that she would leave herself out of the World Heavyweight Championship picture. She says she record here stands for itself, as she has managed people like "The Franchise" Shane Douglas, Chris Candido and "that loser" Lance Storm to a world title and even managed "a has-been" like Raven and "a nothing" like "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer to the tag team titles. Now, her greatest accomplishment is managing the most controversial man in wrestling today - Justin Credible - to the world title. Styles says nobody was questioning Francine's managerial acumen, then Styles reminds Justin Credible that what he did to the tag team titles were distasteful at best. Justin says what he did to the tag team titles was not just the coolest or the best, but before he can say it was just incredible, Lance Storm shows up with Dawn Marie. Lance tells Justin he trained, taught and carried him, and he did not just throw down just the tag team titles, but one of the titles that belonged to him while spitting on both him and the business. For that, Justin owes him a title, and he will either beat him for the World title or Justin will hand it over. Justin tells Storm there are two things he can do: take the World title or take his ass back to Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Storm immediately slaps Justin, starting a brawl in the middle of the ring that security and officials have to stop at ringside. Meanwhile, in the ring, Dawn Marie and Francine have a catfight, and Justin and Storm have to break that apart along with security and officials. Suddenly, Raven shows up and goes after Justin, but gets superkicked by Storm, who proceeds to hit him with an Evenflow DDT. Jazz then gets in the ring and hits Dawn Marie with a Michinoku Driver only to get superkicked by Storm. Storm then shows up and fights Storm in the ring, getting their match storm while Tommy Dreamer is seen in the crowd beating up Justin Credible.

Lance Storm beats Kid Kash after Jazz chases Dawn Marie out of the ring.

At a hotel suite, Elektra stands between Lou E. Dangerously and The New Dangerous Alliance (C.W. Anderson and "Wild" Bill Wiles), takes off her coat, and says that the situation needs a woman's touch. Lou E. knocks on the door of a nearby hotel room, and Mikey Whipwreck answers. Inside the room is The Sinister Minister, and Lou E. asks for the Minister's help in straightening up the world and tag team title pictures. The Sinister Minister tells him that if the D.A. would give him five or six minutes alone on the couch, something can be worked out. Elektra then asks The Sinister Minster "Rabbi, are those rosary beads in your pocket or are you just glad to see me?", to which the minister produces a string of beads and states "They're not exactly rosary beads." Elektra says that was not the pocket she was talking about, and the Minister proposes running them up against Elektra's bikini line. Elektra says she doesn't have a bikini line, to which the Minster responds "All the more reason for a closer inspection." Mikey Whipwreck shows up with a flaming chalice and says "I'll drink to that," then Elektra proposes showing The Sinister Minister something that is "hotter than Hell" as she takes her bra off and drops it on his head. Everyone in the room laughs.

Jerry Lynn beats Scotty Anton after Rhino Gores Anton through a table in the corner. After the match Cyrus shows up with Steve Corino and Jack Victory to congratulate Jerry Lynn on his victory. He asks Jerry Lynn to shake his hand, and Lynn shoves Bill Alfonso - who tries to reason with Lynn - before hitting Corino with a tope con hiro. Rhino and Jack Victory proceed to attack both Anton and Jerry Lynn while Cyrus yells that this is what happens when you mess with the network. Suddenly, Rob Van Dam shows up and fights Rhino, then comes face-to-face with Cyrus as Cyrus tries to sneak up on him. RVD is about to hit Cyrus with the Van Daminator when Victory and Corino blindside RVD and Rhino joins in. Yoshihiro Tajiri shows up and spits green mist in Victory's face and helps RVD fend everyone off, and RVD takes out both Anton and Lynn with a somersault over the ropes. Corino then takes the microphone and says that he and Rhino have a lucky break here, and that the odds are in their favor. He says that he is a forgiving man, as is Cyrus and the rest of his allies, and says they will forgive him if he admits he made a mistake turning on them; otherwise, it will be him and Rhino "all over [his] slanty-eyed ass." He also says that without them, Tajiri has nobody. Tajiri then pulls out a can of beer and opens it, then The Sandman shows up out of the back of the crowd and slowly heads to the ring. This leads into the next match.

Yoshihiro Tajiri and The Sandman beat The Network (Steve Corino and Rhino). During the match, The Sandman's wife, Tori Fullington, shows up with a section of guardrail and a Kendo stick before watching the match from ringside, and hits Rhino with the Kendo stick later in the match (though it is mostly to no effect).

He then demands that Tajiri hold up his end of the deal and relinquish the title to Rhino. Tajiri is reluctant, and Cyrus chews him, calling him a "slanty-eyed bastard" and telling he can pull his work visa and reduce him to a restaurant delivery boy. Tajiri is still reluctant, and Cyrus begins to yell at him. At this point, Tajiri fesues, and when Cyrus asks for his answer, Tajiri simply says "Fuck you." This leads to a match for the ECW World Television Championship between Tajiri and Rhino.

Rhino beats Yoshihiro Tajiri following a Gore and two piledrivers to become the ECW World Heavyweight Championship following the distraction by Steve Corino and Jack Victory. After the match, Cyrus calls Rhino "the network's hand-picked succesor to Rob Van Dam," and says that if there is one lesson can be learned from this, it is that nobody can stand up to The Network (Cyrus, Steve Corino, Rhino, Jack Victory) and that if there is anybody in the back who has the guts to do so, all they have to do is bring it on. That challenge is answered by Rob Van Dam himself, who runs in with Scotty Anton and brawls with The Network so that RVD and Rhino are alone in the ring. RVD quickly gets the upper hand as The Network flees. This does not stop RVD from hitting a swanton bomb on Rhino and Corino on the outside. Afterwards, Cyrus tells RVD he is looking at a different ECW and that The Network controls the ECW World Television Championship. He says that if RVD thought he could waltz back in after three months, he has another thing coming, and announces that The Sandman will be challenging Rhino for the title at Hardcore Heaven on May 14th. Meanwhile, Rob Van Dam will not be left out of the pay-per-view, and on that night, he will be facing Jerry Lynn, who has not been in months since breaking his ankle. Cyrus tells Jerry Lynn it is a pleasure to have him back wth the network, but Jerry Lynn tells him to get out of here and calls him a "network stooge" before knocking him to the mat. He then tells RVD that they suffered injuries at the same time, but as he sat at home, he heard nothing about himself while everyone was talking about RVD. Lynn brags that he took RVD to his limit, and at Hardcore Heaven, he has the privilege of "kicking [his] fucking ass." He then says that everyone while know that he is not only "the new fuckin' show," but "the whole fuckin' show." After Lynn flips RVD off when RVD offers to shake his hand, Scotty Anton confronts Lynn only to get hit with a forearm.

We hear from The Sinister Minister, who says that a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend informed him that World Championship Wrestling would love to procure his and Mikey Whipwreck's services, he says that even his soul would not sink that low, and that he would not be caught dead in "that third rate promotion" as Mikey Whipwreck places him in a casket. As Mikey laughs, The Sinister Minister opens the casket back up and tells him that this is no laughing matter, but Mikey Whipwreck says he knows and that he hates WCW, too. The Sinister Minister then tells Eric Bischoff that if he ever wants to come kick his ass, he is easy to find as they are both in the same neck of the woods: Hell. On his command, Mikey laughs and closes the casket, then rolls around laughing.

We see footage of Rhino grabbing The Sandman's wife Lori Fullinton and Goring her and The Sandman through a table from during the commercial break.

We hear from The Sinister Minister, who plays with an Ouija board before saying the spirit guides tell him that ECW is hotter than Hell. We then see the table - and the Ouija board that is on it - burning before Mikey Whipwreck puts himself through it. The Sinister Minster tells Mikey he has "a hell of a knack" for spoiling the moment, then he and Mikey laugh maniacally.

We see some highlights from Cyberslam 2000 of "The American Dream" vs. Steve Corino, the attack on The Sandman and Lori Fullington by The Network (Steve Corino, Jack Victory, Rhino) and Lance Storm vs. Nova. It is also announced that Lance Storm has been taken to a local hospital and that updates are forthcoming.

We see footage of Tazz and "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dramer is a show of respect to one another before Tazz says farewell to ECW. As Raven watches from the aisle, Dreamer says he has waited his whole life for this, and while he may not make it to WrestleMania or Starrcade, he made it in the ECW Arena. He tearfully thanks the fans for their support, then is congratulated by friends both personal and from the ECW locker room. After everyone leaves, Raven and Francine show up, then Raven extends his hand. They shake hands and hug, and as Raven raises Dreamer's ahdn, they are both attacked with a kendo stick shot to the head by Justin Credible, who says that all he has been hearing is Mike Awesome throwing ECW in the trash on Nitro and Tazz defending the ECW World Heavyweight Championship on Raw. He says that everyone wants to make an impact in ECW, and asks who better to do it that him. He then says the tag team titles are nothing, and says that every team who held the titles before him and Lance Storm can kiss his ass. He throws the belts down and spits on him, and makes it clear that he wants a match for the World title right now. When he demands an answer from Dreamer, Dreamer yells "Ring the bell!", starting an impromptu World title match between Justin and Dreamer.

Justin Credible beats "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer after Francine hits a low bow on Dreamer, who initially saves her, as part of "Plan B." After the match, Francine rips her clothes off to reveal a negligee underneath before celebrating with Justin Credible and Jason.

Extreme Nation - ECW on TNN recap for April 21, 2000

We hear from The Sinister Minister, who says that in Dante's The Divine Comedy, the ninth circle of Hell is reserved for the lowest of the low, those who have betrayed their benefactors, and the treacherous. He says that this place is where one is supposed to go to find the former ECW World Heavyweight Champion Mike Awesome. Mikey Whipwreck pops out of a garbage can and says he is a former ECW World Heavyweight Champion, but The Sinister Minister tells him to shut up and shoves his back, toppling even more garbage cans in the process, and tells him to go start a fire. Whipwreck starts repeating the word "fire" before running out of the room laughing. The Sinister Minister says that in last week's episode, a WCW-contracted wrestler lost the ECW World Heavyweight Championship to a WWF-contracted wrestler after interference by an ECW-contracted wrestler in an ECW ring. He says that this is extreme, then says that the wrestling pundits will want the viewers to believe that the events in the past week will pale in comparison to Cyberslam. In order for for that to happen, however, Cyberslam has to be to annual pay-per-view events what sexual homicide is to a good night kiss. He then says "I love you all...especially your souls," before laughing maniacally.

As Mikey Whipwreck lights cards on fire at a nearby table, Joey Styles and "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner are about to welcome everyone to tonight's show before they notice what Whipwreck is doing. They then get back to welcoming everyone before welcoming The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm) and Dawn Marie into the ring. After The Impact Players are told that they are only tag team champs due to Dawn Marie's constant interference and that Jazz has said she will rip Dawn Marie's head off, Dawn Marie says she is not afraid of Jazz or any other woman in the company or any other company, and tells Joey Styles to watch his mouth. Suddenly, Franicine runs into the ring, and is confronted by Justin Credible and his Singapore cane. Raven gets in the ring and holds Francine back, but Justin Credible uses this as an opportunity to start a brawl with Raven. All of a sudden, Mikey Whipwreck joins in on the match as Raven's tag team partner before referee Jim Molineaux shows up to referee the match, get it started and fall victim to an arm drag by Whipwreck, who then hits a tope con hilo to the outside.

The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm) beat Raven and Mikey Whipwreck following a catfight between Dawn Marie and Francine which ends with Justin Credible hitting Francine in the stomach with a Singapore cane.

Cyrus is in the ring. He tells C.W. Anderson that nobody came to see him wrestle, and asks if people would rather see The Network or Electra's breasts. Electra, who just so happens to also be in the ring, takes off her jacket, much to the delight of the crowd. Cyrus says this is why he makes the decisions and the fans do not, and tells Elektra she has the night off and find some sex in the streets for a little bit of food money. Elektra yells at Cyrus, but Lou E. Dangerously shows up and tries to calm her down. Cyrus tells Lou E. Dangerously to get her and C.W. Anderson out of the ring, which he does, as he is in the ring on Network business. He talks about the legal side of the match between Mike Awesome and Tazz for the ECW World Heavyweight Championship, then says that he has reviewed the contractual of each and every ECW performer and has learned that there is one person who has been coming to the shows while not under contract. Due to recent events, he can no longer be on television if he is not under contract, and that person is Scotty Anton. He asks what Rob Van Dam has done for everybody, citing what has happened to Sabu as of late, and says that while the people love Rob Van Dam, Rob Van Dam is a selfish man who "bogarts" television time faster than he does a marijuana joint. Suddenly, Scotty Anton shows up, and Cyrus stops him, telling him he is not under contract and in defiance of The Network. Instead of setting the lawyers on him, he will kick his ass in the ring and let the cameras roll. Anton gets in the ring, then Cyrus asks Anton is ready, as he is going to bend over for The Network like he does when he kisses RVD's ass. Anton grabs Cyrus, but he is attacked from behind by Rhino, starting an impromptu match.

Scotty Anton vs. Rhino ends with Rhino Goring referee Mike Kehner through Scotty Anton and a table. After the match, Rob Van Dam shows up with Bill Alfonso and fights Rhino, and ECW security and locker room members have to break up the brawl.

We see footage from during the commercial break where Rhino has to be dragged to the back. It is also announced that Scotty Anton has been taken to the hospital following the previous match.

"The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer beats Steve Corino in a Texas Bull Rope match that turns into a violent six-man tag battle between Dreamer, The Sandman and New Jack vs. The Network (Corino, Jack Victory, Tajiri). During the match, Jack Victory attacks Tommy Dreamer, but The Sandman soon shows up with a ladder. Corino and Jack Victory then attack The Sandman as he makes his way into the ring, but The Sandman fights back with a Singapore cane and sends both Corino and Jack Victory into the ladder. The match becomes a tag team affair until Tajiri shows up and attacks The Sandman and Dreamer from Tajiri. The match then becomes a three-on-two beatdown until New Jack shows up with a garbage can full of weapons and goes to town on Corino, Jack Victory and Tajiri, at one point pulling out a staple gun and busting open Jack Victory with it. The action then takes place both in the ring and in the crowd, and it all ends in the ring with a top rope steel chair shot from New Jack, who gets the pinfall victory in an impromptu all-out war. After the match, Rhino runs in and beats up Dreamer, New Jack and The Sandman. Suddenly, "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes shows up and hits bionic elbows on The Network as well as Rhino, who eventually gets smacked in the head with a Singapore cane by The Sandman. The Network is forced to retreat. The show ends with Dreamer, Dusty, New Jack and The Sandman celebrating in the ring.

Extreme Nation - ECW on TNN recap for April 14, 2000

Joey Styles and "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner welcome everyone to tonight's show.

It is announced by Paul Heyman that last night at the Morratt Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, Tazz - who is currently in the World Wrestling Federation - shocked the wrestling world during the show, and that the footage of what he did will be shown later tonight.

Rhino beats Kid Kash in the final seconds of a match after the announcement by Paul Heyman.

We hear from Jazz, who says she wants to kill Dawn Marie and that she is not going to jail over her. She opens a door and meets with The Sinister Minister and Mikey Whipwreck - the latter of whom is setting playing cards on fire with a lighter - and tells The Sinister Minster to do something to Dawn Marie that is completely bleeped out. The Sinister Minister says she couldn't turn down a request from someone like her, but it will cost her. He offers his services in exchange for a few beers and some sex, but Jazz is not interested in quid pro quo and tells The Sinister Minister to get himself to church. Mikey asks the Minister if Jazz is always a wench or if it's just on Friday, and the Minister says that Jazz just doesn't like to drink beer. He and Mikey laugh, and the camera pans out to reveal that most of the deck of cards is on fire on the locker room floor.

The show is interrupted by Paul Heyman again, who says that Tazz shocked the entire wrestling world last night at the Morratt Center in Indianapolis, Indiana and that footage will be shown later tonight.

The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm) retain the ECW World Tag Team Championships against Nova and Chris Chetti. Before the match, it is announced that Nova and Chris Chetti wiped "The Sexiest Man Alive" Jason this weekend at a house show to explain Jason's absence from ringside. During the match, Dawn Marie breaks up a pinfall, but is immediately attacked from behind by Jazz. Jazz is then hit with a piledriver by Lance Storm. Chris Chetti has Lance Storm where he wants him, but Justin Credible hits Chetti in the head with one of the tag team titles to allow The Impact Players to retain.

We see footage from last night at the Morratt Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, where Mike Awesome - still the ECW World Heavyweight Champion - shows up announced. All of a sudden, Tazz - who is currently in the World Wrestling Federation - shows up unannounced to his WWF entrance theme to face Mike Awesome in an impromptu wrestling match for the ECW World Heavyweight Championship. In an impromptu match that sees a WWF talent face a WCW talent for an ECW title in an ECW ring, Tazz beats Mike Awesome with the Katahajime to win the ECW World Heavyweight Championship despite being signed to the WWF after "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer shows up after referee Jim Molineaux is knocked down after Tazz is whipped into him by Mike Awesome. Molineaux is able to get back up and call for the bell. After the match, "Judge" Jeff Jones and Mike Awesome leave through the crowd. After the match, Dreamer raises Tazz's hand in victory.

Tajiri beats Little Guido and Super Crazy in a three-way dance . Little Guido is eliminated following a splash through a table by Tajiri that is meant for Super Crazy, and Super Crazy is eliminated after referee Mike Kehner is taken out due to Tajiri's mist - which was meant for Super Crazy - and Rhino decimates Super Crazy before piledriving him through a table. Referee Jim Molineaux has to run into the ring to make the count for Tajiri. After the match, Cyrus shows up and celebrates Tajiri's title victory, saying that Tajiri will hand the TV title over to the network at Cyberslam before claiming that he is bigger than TNN, life and God and that he is drunk on power. Suddenly, The Sandman shows up through the crowd.

After the commercial break, The Sandman is in the ring with Rhino, striking him with a Singapore cane. Cyrus shows up and flashes his TNN ID card, and Steve Corino tries to take the Singapore cane away from Sandman. Sandman turns around and stops him from doing it, but Tajiri spits red mist into Sandman's eyes and Rhino Gores Sandman and an official through two tables. Suddenly, Rob Van Dam returns on the shoulders of Scotty Anton with Bill Alfonso in tow. Cyrus threatens to do something if RVD that if he steps through the ropes, but Rhino stops him and says that if he steps through the ropes, he will "kick [his] fuckin' ass." RVD and Scotty Anton both get in the ring, and RVD takes out Jack Victory and Tajiri before standing toe-to-toe with Rhino to end the show.

Extreme Nation - ECW on TNN recap for April 7, 2000

Joey Styles and "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner welcome everyone to tonight's show, then interview Raven and Francine. Raven says that because of the levels of depravity he has obtained, he knows Joey Styles is wondering why he put a bounty on "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer's head. He then says that Styles puts too much stock on the Internet and dirt sheets, and says he has nothing to do with the bounty on Dreamer's head. When Styles tells Raven that he heard Da Baldies (Angel, Tony DeVito, Grimes) say he did it, Francine tells Styles that she has known him for six years, and asks him who he is going to believe: her or Da Baldie. She also says she is a "Baldie" herself, but she can't show people on television. She then says that she knows who put the hit on Dreamer, and that she knows it is not Raven. When Styles guesses that Francine put out the hit, Francine tells Styles she never liked him anyway and chews him out for accusing her. Suddenly, Da Baldies show up, and Angel says Raven knows he put the hit on Dreamer, and asks if he smells fear on Raven. Raven says he smells his mom, and that is only because he had ten dollars on him. This leads to Raven receiving a beating from Da Balides while Styles he;ps Francine get out of the ring.

We hear from The Sinister Minister, who says that "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer rolled the dice of fate and crapped out, as word on the street says that Raven put the hit out on him. He says that Raven has the ethics of a weasel and the loyalty of a drowning rat, and this is why he likes him. However, he says Raven refutes that and that Raven always tells the truth when he lies. He says the only thing certain around here is that someone is pulling an awful lot of strings. As he laugs, the camear pans downwards as The Sinister Minister plays with giant puppet strings as a laughing Mikey Whipwreck - who is tied to the strings - is seen below.

Steve Corino beats Kid Kash. During the match, Kid Kash drop kicks Jack Victory into referee Mike Kehner, and this allows Rhino to gore Kid Kash on the second try after Kid Kash leaps after the first one.

Backstage, Big Sal E. Graziano says that he and Little Guido will bring the ECW World Television Championship back to the man who deserves it most. Suddenly, Cyrus shows up and gives Little Guido an opportunity, and tells him that his TV title match next week will be a three-way dance also involving Tajiri. He says that Tajiri is taken care of and that after Tajiri does all the work, Little Guido will be television champion. Little Guido says he can take Tajiri and Super Crazy, and that he can take everybody.

Backstage, Cyrus talks with Tajiri, telling him he is in a three-way dance for the ECW World Television Championship, and that he has made it so that Tajiri will win the TV title.

Super Crazy retains the ECW World Television Championship against Mikey Whipwreck. After the match, Little Guido attacks Super Crazy, and Tajiri gets in the ring and kicks the crap out of Little Guido before blinding Super Crazy with green mist.

"The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer calls the bounty on his head a joke, then pulls out a wad of cash and says he will double whatever Raven is paying to get the job done. He wants to know why Raven does not want to face him one-on-one, as they have fought so many times before and they know each other like the back of their hands. He then says he hates the back of his hand right now, and says that if Raven can get out of his pill-induced stupor for one minute and realize that through failed gimmick and unsuccessful stays elsewhere, he is nothing with out him. As for Raven claiming he hates him but needs him as well as blaming his messed-up life on his father, if Raven could pull back his hear, pull out his piercings and look underneath his tattoos, he will realize he is a 36-year-old man who should finally realize the person he hates most is himself. He says that without him, there is no Raven.

Before the next match, "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer says there are theree Baldies (Angel, Tony DeVito, Grimes) and one of him, and that there is someone drunk enough in the audience who is ready to to take it to the extreme. The Sandman then shows up, and what is originally a one-on-one match between Dreamer and Angel is now a 3-on-2 handicap match. As Sandman walks around in the ring while Dreamer brings out some barbed wire.

"The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman beat Da Baldies (Angel, Tony DeVito, Grimes). During the match, Angel tells Dreamer that it is always three against one in a match with Da Baldies. All of a sudden, Raven shows up and fights off Da Baldies, and despite not being an official competitor in the match, he wins the match for Dreamer and The Sandman. After the match, Raven and Dreamer are about to go at it when Mike Awesome shows up with Judge Jeff Jones. Awesome says that Raven and Dreamer have no reason to have a problem with each other, as he knows for a fact that Raven did not put the hit out on Dreamer. Judge Jeff Jones also says Raven did not do it, then reveals he was the one who put the hit out. Awesome lays out Raven and Dreamer, then gets a table in the ring and puts Raven through it with an Awesome Bomb. Awesome then sets up another table in the corner, and puts Dreamer through it with another Awesome Bomb.

Judge Jeff Jones says that he put the bounty on "The Innovator of Violence' Tommy Dreamer simply for his own amusement after seeing the idea on old wrestling tapes, and even went so far as to blame Raven for the bounty. He also says that Raven did not even know about the bounty. Suddenly, Mike Awesome pushes Judge Jeff Jones into the corner and tells him to shut up, and that he wants his pay-off for kicking Tommy Dreamer's ass. Judge Jeff Jones gives him the money, then Awesome wants more money for taking out Raven. Judge Jeff Jones says the bounty was only for Dreamer, but Awesome pushes him back into the corner and Judge Jeff Jones gives him more money, anyway. Aweomse says he has money in his pocket, food on his plate and the ECW World Heavyweight Championship on his shoulder because he is awesome.

We hear from some ECW wrestlers before the show comes to a close.

Extreme Nation - ECW on TNN recap for March 31, 2000

Joey Styles and "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner welcome everyone to tonight's show. After Gertner tells the crowd that "ECW carries TNN" and that TNN would be "shitty" without them, Cyrus can be heard saying "Excuse me." Gertner responds, "I swear on my life, if he comes out here, I'll beat the piss out of him!" Styles tells Gertner "You can have what I leave behind!" Cyrus shows up with Tajiri, and the crowd chants "We want Sandman!" Cyrus says he is the man who brings the fans Rollerjam and calls himself "The Ayatollah of Rock 'n Bowl-ah" before warning Gertner not to soil himself as he can let Tajiri loose at the drop of a pin. Cyrus then says the network has a situation with Super Crazy, and says he has been frustrated by letting the talent handle network business. This leads to a "Super Crazy" chant from the crowd. He says that a talent has not gotten the job done, so tonight, he and the network take control. After he says that he can hold his own in the ring, he announces he will face Super Crazy in a wrestling match and restore the ECW World Television Championship to the network because "idiots like Tajiri" are not getting the job done. Tajiri takes offense to that comment, and Cyrus says something to him in Japanese before threatening to revoke his work visa and send him back to jobbing to Abdullah the Butcher in Big Japan and accusing Gertner and Styles of wanting him deported. Tajiri turns back towards Styles and Gertner, then Cyrus says that the network takes control and that he will don the tights and face Super Crazy for the World Television title.

We hear from Danny Doring and Roadkill, who calls out The New Dangerous Alliance (C.W. Anderson and Billy Wiles), saying they will get their hands on them. As for Elektra, Doring calls her "a used Kleenex in the peep show booth of life." All of a sudden, Angel shows up and asks where "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer, as he wants to collect on the hit on Dreamer. Angel the accuses Doring of stepping up to him, and Doring says he has no problem with Angel before telling Angel he should be more concerned about having a problem with him. Doring then punches Angel, and Tony DeVito jumps in, immediately starting a tag team brawl. Grimes also shows up with a trash can which soon meets the back of Roadkill, and Da Baldies (Angel, DeVito, Grimes) quickly come out on top in the brawl.

Tajiri beats Little Guido.

We hear from Mike Awesome and "Judge" Jeff Jones. Jones says that Awesome's fist is like a judge's gavel, and when one is in contempt of Jones' court, Awesome will keep pounding. Awesome says he is ECW World Heavyweight Champion, and anyone who tries to take the title away from him is taking money out of his pocket. Awesome also says he has bled across four continents for the title, and nobody will take it away from him as it is the only belt in the world that matters today.

We see the word "Hell" written next to the first floor button on an elevator. When the elevator door opens, we see The Sinister Minsiter, who uses tarot cards to mention various ECW wrestlers and make a swipe at Diamond Dallas Page (saying that if he doesn't bring Kimberly, they won't book him). When The Sinister Minister laughs, Mikey Whipwreck is then seen underneath the table laughing with him.

Before the next match, Danny Doring and Roadkill proposes a Kansas City Street Fight against Da Baldies (Angel, Tony DeVito, Grimes). Angel tells Doring and Roadkill that they don't have the props or the pull to face them, and tells them that they don't have a second partner. Doring then says he has a friend in the back who is hardcore, has been in one of these street fights before and is willing to be in another one. That friend is "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer.

Danny Doring, Roadkill and "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer beat Da Baldies (Angel, Tony DeVito, Grimes).

Cyrus shows up. He says it is now the time that the network takes control as Super Crazy is seen in the ring. He then says he is ready to beat Super Crazy for the ECW World Television Championship, but nobody in television goes by stipulations. Cyrus then announces that instead of him facing Super Crazy, it will be Rhino.

Super Crazy retains the ECW World Television Championship against Rhino following a Sunset Flip powerbomb into a table. After the match, Steve Corino attacks Super Crazy, and Cyrus joins in while Jack Victory pulls out a few tables. The Sandman shows up from out of the crowd and canes Corino and Jack Victory, but the numbers game quickly takes over and Rhino plows Super Crazy into The Sandman, sending both men through a table in the corner. Cyrus then directs traffic as Corino and Jack Victory hold down The Sandman so that Rhino can hit him with The Sandman's Singapore cane. Rhino then drinks The Sandman's beer before spitting and pouring it on Sandman. Cyrus then says nobody stands up to the network.

Friday, March 24, 2000

Extreme Nation - ECW on TNN recap for March 24, 2000

Joey Styles and "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner welcome everyone to tonight's show, and Gertner calls Cyrus his "personal bitch" during the naughty nickname of the week. Styles then introduces Super Crazy, who heads to the ring. He says something in Spanish, then it is announced that Super Crazy's first defense of the ECW World Television Championship will be against Tajiri, who also shows up. Cyrus then shows up immediately afterwards, and reminds everyone that he is the network. Cyrus then announces that Tajiri vs. Super Crazy for the Television title is a match that Tajiri is very good at and has never lost in: a Japanese Death Match. Styles says Cyrus is stacking the deck against Super Crazy, but Cyrus tells Styles to keep his mouth shut and tells Gertner to "get his fatfuck ass out of the ring." Gertner takes his tie off and threatens to beat Cyrus up, but Cyrus threatens to call the cops and have him arrested before having him off the network forever. He also tells Gertner that "they will enjoy [him] in prison" because "there's a lot of [him] to go around." Gertner throws his tie and him, then he leaves. Styles, on the other hand, takes his jacket off and hands them and his glasses to the referee, and Cyrus dares Styles to hit him so he can be in jail with Gertner "getting stuffed like an Italian sausage" sd ECW is taken off the network. Cyrus dares Styles to hit him so he can send ECW back to the stone age, saying he will "take it for the network." Styles eventually walks away.

Super Crazy retains the ECW World Television Championship against Tajiri in a Japanese Death Match. After the match, Jack Victory and Steve Corino run in and attack Super Crazy, who quickly fights back until Rhino runs into the ring and Gores him. Rhino, Jack Victory and Corino then take the boots to Super Crazy, then The Sandman shows up. The Sandman gets in the ring and strikes Rhino, Corino and Jack Victory with the Singapore cane, but he is soon hit with green mist in the face by Tajiri before Rhino hits The Sandman with a Gore and a piledriver. Rhino also hits Super Crazy with a piledriver before the show fades to black.

Cyrus tells everyone in the crowd that nobody - not Super Crazy, not The Sandman - stands up to the network, and there is anybody in the back or anywhere in the building or the state who has the guts to stand up to the network, then he suggests that they meet the network face-to-face right now. That challenged is answered by Balls Mahoney, and Steve Corino, Rhino and Jack Victory back away. Cyrus mouth soff at Balls Mahoney only to find out that he is the only other person in the ring. Cyrus tries to beg Balls Mahoney off, but Corino and Rhino ambush Balls from behind before they and Jack Victory stomp him a few times. Cyrus then says nobody stands up to the network.

In footage from earlier today, Angel and Big Vito find "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer at a Coke machine. Angel tells Dreamer that somebody has put a hit on him, and that they are here to collect. Angel and Vito then attack Dreamer along with Grimes, then Vito says that this is just business before Angel says it's time to see Raven to collect on the hit.

"The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer beats Grimes after Grimes misses a somersault senton onto Dreamer and lands back first on a ladder.

The Sinister Minister, Judge Jeff Jones and Mike Awesome are in the ring. The Sinister Minister says it was his idea of bringing together the sacred and the profane, and that it was his idea to make Mike Awesome and Raven a tag team. He also says it was his plan that made them ECW World Tag Team Champions. He then says you have to give the devil his due. Suddenly, Francine shows up, and The Sinister Minister calls her "the whore of Babylon" before telling her that just like the serpent tempted Eve into the Garden of Eden, he will give her the microphone as everyone would love to hear what "pearly gobs of wisdom" will ooze out of her mouth. He then tells her to do everyone a favor and show everyone her intelligence. Francine finds the "give the devil his due" laughable, and says that nobody even knows The Sinister Minister's name, unlike herself, who everyone knows and loves. She then says she is the Queen of Extreme, and that she has managed the World Heavyweight Champion, the World Television Champion and the World Tag Team Champions as well as gotten "The Innovator of Violence' Tommy Dreamer to a championship. She then says that she was the one to accomplish everything that The Sinister Minister is trying to take credit for, and that everyone in the crowd knows how hot she is and that every man in the crowd would love to have her, but nobody in the crowd is man enough to have her. She demands credit for Raven and Mike Awesome's title reign, for when she left Dreamer to go with Raven, and Raven won the tag team titles. After Francine asks "What about me? What about Francine?", The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm) show up.

Friday, March 17, 2000

Extreme Nation - ECW on TNN recap for March 17, 2000

The show starts with Dawn Marie raking the eyes of Nova as he faces Lance Storm. Jazz shows up and hits Dawn Marie with a bulldog, then "The Sexiest Man Alive" Jason runs into the ring and brawls with Jazz only to eat the Jazz Stinger. Justin Credible superkicks Jazz in the face, then Chris Chetti fights him and kicks him off the apron. Storm hits Chetti with a superkick, then Justin Credible gets back on the apron to knee Nova in the back. Lance Storm goes for a clothesline only to knock Justin Credible back off the apron after Nova ducks, then Nova rolls Storm up for a two-count. Storm then pushes Nova out during the kick-out and Justin Credible clocks Nova in the head with a Singapore cane, then Storm beats Nova with a schoolboy pin for the win.

Rob Van Dam welcomes everyone to the show along with Bill Alfonso and Super Crazy. RVD tells Super Crazy that he could not stand the thought of Rhyno carrying the ECW World Television Championship, and hopes that Super Crazy will work hard to defend the title. He tells Super Crazy to live it up, as he is a superstar, and that he will be coming back for the title after a few weeks.

The Sandman beats Angel in a match that gets hardcore after Angel mouths off at The Sandman, and Tony DeVito smacks The Sandman in the head with his Singapore cane.

We hear from Cyrus and Rhyno. Cyrus says that when it all started, it all worked for one reason: he was smarter and Rhyno was so much tougher than everyone else. He enjoyed it, and says it was all about network business. He tells "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner that since he has picked his teeth up off the floor after he kicked him out, Gertner can enjoy himself with his dirty limericks and snarky grins, and tells everyone in ECW to enjoy themselves, as he has the power to pull the plug and send ECW back to the stone age. Cyrus says he has killed territories before and he can do it again, and says the only thing better than killing off "the ECW phenomen" is to keep it alive and play with it like a cat plays with a mouse so he can mess with it and torture it. Rhyno tells Rob Van Dam, Super Crazy and The Sandman that nobody messes with him. Cyrus tells Rhyno that the network is behind him 100%.

Before the next match, referee John Molineaux tells Steve Corino he has a match, and through Jack Victory, Molineaux tells Corino that it is against New Jack. Corino asks when he got heat with the office, as he does everything they have asked him to do; all he has asked for is to be on TV every once in a while. He says there is no way he is facing New Jack, as he is a convicted felon and a mass murderer, and asks if they watch TV in Rhode Island. New Jack then shows up with a garbage can full of weapons, then beats the crap out of Corino before fighting Jack Victory through the crowd before diving off a balcony into a table that Jack Victory is lying on. ECW security have to help New Jack - who may have hurt his ribs - back to the ring, but when New Jack gets in there, Tajiri shows up to distract Molineaux so Rhyno can Gore New Jack and place Corino on top of New Jack. Steve Corino beats New Jack.

It is announced that Spide Dudley will need knee surgery after being Biel Tossed into two tables by Rhyno last week, and that he will be out for nine months.

We hear from Raven and Francine. Raven says he understands what "The Innovator of Violence' Tommy Dreamer is going through, as he too has been left laying and had his woman taken from him. To put it in terms that Dreamer can understand, he says that life is like a game of cards, and that the cards he and Dreamer are dealt are fine-blown glass. As they build friendships and trust, they turn over more and more cards until one day, when the cards are swept off the table and shattered into pieces, and all they want are for the cards to be intact. He then asks if playing a game of cards was the point of all this in the first place, then France says "Quoth the Raven...nevermore."

Masato Tanaka vs. Mike Awesome for the ECW World Heavyweight Championship ends in a no-contest. During the match, "Judge" Jeff Jones gets on the apron as Masato Tanaka has Mike Awesome pinned after the Roaring Elbow, and Raven gets in the ring to hit Tanaka with an Evenflow DDT. When referee John Finegan confronts Raven, he also falls victim to an Evenflow DDT. Mike Asesome then powerbombs Tanaka into a table on the outside. Members of the ECW locker room check on Tanaka, then "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer runs in to go after Raven. Mike Awesome attacks Dreamer along with Raven, and the bell is rung as Raven puts the snot rag on Dreamer before Dreamer gets powerbombed into a table in the corner by Mike Awesome. Mike Awesome retains the ECW World Heavyweight Championship.

Living Dangerously 2000 - The Recap

The Sinister Minister discusses "ECW's seven deadly sins" to start off the show. He starts off with greed, and says Super Crazy is so selfish that he dared to defy the network in his quest for the ECW World Television Championship. He then brings up vanity and Dawn Marie, then gluttony and Big Sale E. Graziano giving new meaning to "devouring the competition." Number four on the list is sloth, and says Raven is taking the slacker business a tad too seriously, telling him "It's a gimmick." He briefly mentions wrath, saying "Been there, done that, let's move on." Next is envy, where The Sinister Minister states that "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes is so jealous of Steve Corino's youthfulness that it makes him want to vomit. Last is lust, where he mentions that Francine wants Raven in the worst way, as Raven is "no Dreamer." He says tonight's event will be one hell of a show and that any company who tries to compete with an ECW pay-per-view will be living dangerously. The camera zooms out to show The Sinister Minister laughing in the middle of the bleachers.

Joey Styles and "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner welcome everyone to tonight's show. Cyrus shows up after Gertner's naughty nickname for the pay-per-view, and says what Gertner just did is something the network does not like. He says it is bad enough the network has to put up with him every week on TNN, but Gertner delivers the "all-important 18-to-34 gay male demographic." He tells Gertner to go back to whatever drive-thru he last went through and let him handle the pay-per-view. Gertner tells Cyrus that this is an ECW pay-per-view production, not a TNN network production, which means he doesn't have to watch his mouth as often. He calls Cyrus an asshole, then tells him he has no jurisdiction. He tells Cyrus to "get to steppin'" and let him do what Cyrus tries to do on pay-per-view poorly. Cyrus tells Gertner he tried to be nice about this, and tells him to "get [his] fat ass out of here or [he] will beat [his] ass on pay-per-view." After Cyrus calls Gertner a fat bastard, Gertner tells Cyrus that if they want to go at it now, they'll do it now. Gertner confronts Cyrus, who says he does not want to fight, and says if it means that much to him, Gertner will do the pay-per-view while he just leaves. Cyrus teases leaving, and as Gertner celebrates, Cyrus cheap shots Gertner with a kick as soon as Gertner turns around. Joey gets on top of Cyrus and pulls him off of Gertner.

Steve Corino and Jack Victory are in the ring. Corino says that tonight, he is going to make history. He looks around the arena, and says all he sees are "drunk sexual deviant douchebags." He then says who he calls "the biggest douchebag of them all" in the crowd: The Sandman's wife, Lori Fullington. He calls it an honor and a privilege to see Lori face to face, saying he has heard all the stories and that she is an icon in the ECW locker room for having more of the wrestlers than "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes has had matches. Corino mentions Raven "giving it to [Lori] in the bathroom" before telling her son to shut up and that The Sandman isn't even his real dad. He then says that he is the only person Lori has yet to put over, and tells Lori to put him over on pay-per-view before calling her a whore. Lori slaps Corinio without hesitation, and Corino pulls Lori over the guardrail. Lori tries to fight Corino, but Rhino and Jack Victory grab her. As Corino tries to undo his pants, The Sandman gets in the ring only to get beaten up, and Lori does not fare any better. Rhino then gores Lori through a table set up in the corner. As Corino, Rhino and Jack Victory take the boots to Sandman, who is protecting Lori , security storms the ring to hold them all back. The Sandman eventually helps Lori to the back, and asks for his son and daughter to be sent to him. Corino then says "One whore down...one to go!" He says he is "The New American Dream" in ECW and that he will kick Dusty's fat ass.

"The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes beats Steve Corino in a Texas Bullrope Match. During the match, Corino introduces a second cowbell into the match, and referee H.C. Lowe - the same referee Corino beat up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - tapes the cowbell onto Corino's head so that Dusty can smash a steel chair into it for the win.

It is announced that Lori Fullington is in an ambulance and on her way to the hospital. Since The Sandman will be with her in the hospital, Cyrus says The Sandman will have to forfeit his match against Rhino, who will go ahead to the finals to face the winner of Super Crazy vs. Little Guido.

Before the next match, Lou E. Dangerously announces that tonight, he can proclaim himself as the hottest entity in professional wrestling today, for he is the only one with enough guts to name a pay-per-view after himself. He says he can do that, because his name just so happens to be Lou E. Dangerously. When "Dastardly" Danny Doring and Roadkill head to the ring, Elektra has to rip him off of a woman in the front row who tries to kiss him.

The New Dangerous Alliance ("The Enforcer" C.W. Anderson and "Beatiful" Billy Wilds) beats "Dastardly" Danny Doring and Roadkill after Elektra trips Roadkill off the top rope, betraying Roadkill and Doring to join The New Dangerous Alliance.

We hear from The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm). Storm says they are walking out with the ECW World Tag Team Championships, as they were robbed in Cincinnati, Ohio and this is their chance to prove it. Justin says there are not going to make a promise; they are going to make a guarantee that they will become two-time ECW World Tag Team Champion.

Before the next match, Simon Diamond says he has a problem. "Judge' Jeff Jones shows up and tells Diamond that he indeed has a problem, and brings out Mike Awesome. Mike Awesome says both Diamond and Kid Kash have a problem, and he allows them to either leave the ring and live or stay in the ring and die. Kid Kash throws a towel at Mike Awesome and charges at him, but Mike Awesome overpowers him with ease while everyone else in the ring except for the referee flees.

Mike Awesome retains the ECW World Heavyweight Championship against Kid Kash in an impromptu match. Kid Kash has to be helped up after the match by Jazz, trainers and referee John Molineaux, and Team No Respect (Jado and Gedo) run into the ring to attack Jazz. Nova and Chris Chetti run into the ring to fight them off. This starts the next match.

Nova and Chris Chetti beat Team No Respect (Jado and Gedo).

We hear from Lou E. Dangerously, who says he has achieved one of his greatest accomplishments tonight. He then says that there are plaenty of men and women who hate Paul Heyman, but hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, and when the women want a push, they know where to come. Elektra says she and Paul have known each other for years and he could have helped her, but he didn't, and now she has a lot of animosity towards him for being a man. As for "Dastardly" Danny Doring, she can have anything she wants and he could not hang with her because he is a "little boy." As for Roadkill, she knows that he personally hates her and wants to rib her and cause her to miss flights, and she personally hates him and knows that he is jealous because "[his] tits are bigger than [hers]." She then says there a new boss in town, and it is Lou E. Dangerously.

Super Crazy beats Little Guido to face Rhino at the finals of the ECW World Television Championship Tournamen later tonight.

Balls Mahoney beats Kintaro Kanemura. After the match, Da Baldies (Angel, Big Vito, Grimes) attack Balls and pu him through a table with a somersault senton from the top of the ring post by Grimes. New Jack shows up with a garbage can full of weapons and easily takes out Big Vito and Angel, but he and Grimes brawl their way into the crowd and onto metal scaffolding, where Grimes lands on New Jack's face and chest as both of them fall off the scaffolding and into a table below. New Jack ends up falling foot-first through the table as Grimes lands on his face and chest, and New Jack ends up going to the hospital afterwards after he and Grimes are helped to the back by security.

Before the next match, Lance Storm says that The Impact Players (Storm and Justin Credible) were ready to beat up "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer and Masato Tanaka, but since they no longer hold the ECW World Tag Team Championships, they are not worried about them. He then calls out Mike Awesome and Raven, saying that they want the tag team titles back. Awesome and Raven rush in and fight The Impact Players, then Dreamer and Tanaka show up a minute or two later.

The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm) beat the team of Mike Awesome and Raven and the team of "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer and Masato Tanaka to become the ECW World Tag Team Champions! Mike Awesome and Raven are eliminated just minutes into the match after a roaring elbow by Tanaka, guaranteeing new ECW World Tag Team Champions. After the match, Cyrus gets in the ring and announces that the network approves of the new tag team champions before announcing that the world of Extreme Championship Wrestling is finally right again after The Impact Players have delivered the goods for the company and the network. He then says that to cap off the night's proceedings and become a very happy network executive, he will watch from ringside as Rhino beats Super Crazy to win the ECW World Television Championship. Cyrus then introduces Rhino, then says that what the network wants, the network gets, and he does not give a rat's ass whether the fans or Paul Heyman like it. Suddenly, Heyman shows up, yelling "I am so motherfucking tired of the goddamn motherfucking network!" He says that when ECW on TNN began, he thought it was the greatest thing in the world until he found out they had a deal with "a fucking asshole like [Cyrus]." He then says that the only place Cyrus is going down is at the center of the aisle, and as Heyman says he wants no problem with Cyrus, "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner shows up and tells Heyman he has a show to run while he has unfinished business with Cyrus. Heyman heads to the back, and Gertner says eh echoes the sentiments of Heyman and everyone in ECW when he says he is sick and tired of Cyrus, and says he, Rhino and the network will all go down "right fuckin' now." Super Crazy then runs to the ring, and the finals of the ECW World Television Championship immediately begin.

Super Crazy beats Rhino to become the ECW World Television Champion! During the match, Rhino uses referee Jim Molineaux as a human shield against Super Crazy's triple moonsault, then Tajiri shows up and spits green mist into Super Crazy's face before hitting a series of kicks. Rhino sets up another table in the corner, and Tajiri gets Super Crazy in the tree of woe position before Tajiri hits Super Crazy with a baseball slide and Rhino hits a gore. Suddenly, Rob Van Dam shows up, carried to the ring by Scotty Anton. RVF gets in the ring with a crutch in his hand, and Scotty goes after Tajiri. Bill Alfonso distracts Rhino, and RVD hits Rhino with a crutch before putting him through the table. Super Crazy then hits a moonsault from the top rope to win the ECW World Television Championship. After the match, Rhino attacks RVD and Super Crazy, and Scotty tries to fight off Rhino only to get Gored. Steve Corino, Jack Victory and Tajiri then start taking the boots to everybody while Cyrus directs traffic, then The Sandman shows up. comes out through the crowd and hits Rhino with his Singapore cane in revenge for what Rhino did to Lori Fullington at the top of the show, clearing out the ring in the process. The Sandman then hands Scotty, RVD, Bill Alfonso and Super Crazy a beer to end the show.

Extreme Nation - ECW on TNN recap for March 10, 2000

Joey Styles and "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner welcome everyone in the ECW Arena to tonight's show. This time, Gertner's naughty nickname of the week has Gertner saying that he will have sex with Cyrus' mom right after the show. It does not take long for Cyrus to show up, and he says that this is "the type of garbage we don't need on this network." Styles gets in Cyrus' face and says he is is willing to risk his job and reputation because he is unwilling to interview "an asshole like [Cyrus]." Styles leaves the ring and flips Cyrus off, then Gertner waves his forearms up and down at Cyrus before leaving the ring along with Styles.

Cyrus is still in the ring. He says that he is TNN, and that he wants the ECW World Television Championship for he is stripping Rob Van Dam of the title and he is starting a tournament for the title that will culminate at Living Dangerously. Bill Alfonso shows up, and Cyrus says he has had it with him, Paul Heyman and the fans, and he is cancelling ECW from TNN, effective immediately, and replacing it with "Extreme Championship Shuffleboard." Cyrus also takes offense to Rob Van Dam sending Bill Alfonso to the ring because he is too scared to meet the network face-to-face. Suddenly, Rob Van Dam shows up with the World Television title, being carried to the ring by Scotty Anton before being given his crutches.

After the commercial break, Cyrus says he is too late and he is cancelling ECW on TNN, and asks if Rob Van Dam is going to have Scotty Anton defend the title. RVD says Scotty has been his friend for years, which is something that Cyrus has never had because he is a "fucking prick." He says that Scotty was the first to call him when he won the TV title two years ago from next month, and the first to call when he got injured. He may have a broken leg, but he is not "David Letterman trying to make a comeback from a triple bypass." Even though his leg has kept him from the ring, it has not kept him from the gym or kept his spirits down, and he tells Cyrus that if he does not watch what he says, it will not keep from "beating [his] fuckin' ass in front of all these people." RVD says he has seen ECW grow from a small independent organization running a few times a months in "shitholes" like Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania to the worldly-known phenomenon it has become today in the last four years, and he has turned down offers from organizations because he believed in Extreme Championship Wrestling. He says that while other wrestlers left ECW for what they thought were greener pastures - with some returns - the fans knew they could count on one thing the whole time: they would get what they paid to see, and that is him, "The Whole Fuckin' Show." He says that this is the path he has carried the company on, and he will be damned if Cyrus puts a stop to that. If Cyrus wants to take everything away, throw away all the time he and the fans have invested in the company put the company back on doing house shows all because of the Television title, then he cannot let that happen. RVD then removes the ECW World Television Championship from his waist, then says ECW will continue on TNN, and wishes Cyrus good luck on filling his shoes as ECW World Television Champion. He drops the title, and intimidates Cyrus by stepping towards him as he tries to pick it up. He takes the title, and RVD tells Cyrus that he will beat the ass of whoever takes the title and do it on TNN when he comes back from injury. Cyrus then yells at Bill Alfonso, telling him to get out of the ring, and Alfonso actually considers fighting Cyrus. Cyrus puts his dukes up, but Rhyno gets in the ring and Gores Alfonso before going at Rob Van Dam.

After the commercial break, Cyrus gloats that he has the ECW World Television Championship, and instead of putting the title on Rhyno, he gets the quarter-finals of the ECW World Television Championship Tournament underway, telling Paul Heyman to bring the best he has got. Spike Dudley shows up to accept the challenge.

Rhino beats Spike Dudley to continue to the semi-finals of the ECW World Television Championship Tournament. During the match, Steve Corino and Jack Victory get involved, and as Spike Dudley fights them off, he gets Gored into a table in the corner by Rhino, which tweaks Spike's knee. Spike tries to fight back, but Rhino gets him up for a piledriver to get the win.

It is announced that Spike Dudley has been taken to a local hospital.

The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm) beat Team No Respect (Jado and Gedo) in an intense match.

Mike Awesome and Raven beat "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer and Masato Tanaka to become the ECW World Tag Team Champions, making Mike Awesome a double champion.

The Sinister Minister talks about Rob Van Dam relinquishing the ECW World Television Championship and the network wanting the title only on Rhino only for Super Crazy to stand up to the network. He also mentions "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer and Masato Tanaka losing the ECW World Tag Team Championships to Mike Awesome and Raven, and The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm) wanting a three-way dance. It looks to him Living Dangerously is going to be a head-on collision. The camea zooms out to show The Sinister Minister sitting on a totaled car as he laughs, and the show ends.

Extreme Nation - ECW on TNN recap for March 3, 2000

Backstage, Mike Awesome calls out Spike Dudley for putting "Judge" Jeff Jones in the hospital and trying to take the ECW World Heavyweight Championship from him, telling him he will kick his ass as their feud is now personal. He plans to give Spike an awesome beating.

Mike Awesome retains the ECW World Heavyweight Championship against Spike Dudley following an Awesome Bomb through a table in the corner.

We hear from Masato Tanaka, then Dawn Marie shows up and tells him to shut up. Tanaka says something, then Dawn Marie tells him to learn English. Tanaka then pits his hands on Dawn Marie's face only to get attacked by The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm).

Jack Victory and Steve Corino - dressed like cowboys - are in the ring with Erik Watts, who is wearing the Mid-South Wrestling Heavyweight title. Lou E. Dangerously is in the corner near Erik Watts. Corino says that he was allowed to pick Watts as his opponent tonight because they are a lot alike and that they believe in the same things. They do not believe in putting people through tablesor in the art of getting bashed in the head with a steel chair, or want to bleed for the people. He says that "back in the old-schoool," when Erik's father "Cowboy" Bill Watts was carrying "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes and they drew sell-out house shows across Americas, "Cowboy" Bill never went against the old-school philosophy, and for that, he wants to give the people an old-fashioned Texas Bullrope match (which was Dusty Rhodes' specialty). He plans to make Erik Watts bleed and cry as he drags him to all four corners of the ring until he tells Corino that he is the new American Dream, even though the only thing that is saving Erik's life is that he is not "a piece of crap" like the people of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who have a baseball team so pathetic that they are beginning to move to New Jersey and whose greatest hero is "the late Crusher." Corino then says that The Crusher was a closet homosexual and a sexual deviant like the people in the crowd. Suddenly, state-appointed referee H.C. Lopez gets in Corino's face and says he's from Milwaukee, but Corino tells him he's not talking to him. Lopez tells Corino to shut up and get on with his match, as he would not last an hour in Milwaukee. Corino whacks Lopez with the cowbell and busts him poen, and Jack Victory and Erik Watts take the boots to Lopez. Corino tells the people to chant for Dusty all they want, as he stretched all the ligaments in Dusty's knee and forced him to retire last week. He then asks Dusty for one favor: come out of retirement one more time and face him in an old-school style bullrope match, as everyone knows that Dusty is a coward as well as the man who killed Jim Crockett's promotion. Corino says that WWF almost went bankrupt in 1989 due to Dusty, and accuses him of cutting the brake lines on Magnum T.A.'s car. He asks if Dusty is brave enough to face him, then says that when he beats him in his own game and leaves him lying in his own blood, he wants Dusty to tell him he is the new American Dream.

Super Crazy beats Little Guido and Tajiri in a three-way dance.

Cyrus, who calls the three-way dance a ratings killer, sics Rhyno on Super Crazy, and Super Crazy gets Gored for standing up to the network. Cyrus stays that nobody stands up to the network.

Before the next match, Francine says it is wonderful that "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer is apologizing to her tonight and that he has also apologized to Raven as well; however, he DDT'd her on purpose last week, that he knew what he was doing and that he was planning on getting rid of her for months. She then asks if the fans come to see "his ass" or "[her] tits," and the crowd cahtsn "Show your tits!" Francine then says that just like how Pete Rose gambled his career away and wasn't talented enough to make the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame, Dreamer is not talented enough to survive in ECW without her as his manager, as she got him over in the company. Francine then asks what Dreamer ever did that made a difference in the company before she started managing him, and says he did nothing without her. She then asks "What about Raven?" and while Dreamer needs her, Raven wants her. Dreamer says that since Raven wants her, she might as well get out of the ring and get out of Cincinnati, Ohio, as not only is she believing his crap, but she is "believing her own bullshit." Francine slaps Dreamer, and almost eats a piledriver until Raven saves her and hit Dreamer with an Evenflow DDT. Raven then leaves with Francine, and Raven has a staredown with Justin Credible as he, Lance Storm and Dawn Marie show up. The Impact Players (Justin and Storm) attack Dreamer as Justin calls Dreamer "a loser just like everybody in Cincinnati." He says that Dreamer does not have a partner in the world now that Francine has left him. Dreamer tries to fight back, but the numbers game quickly catches up to him. Before they can hit Dreamer with a spike piledriver into a steel chair, however, Masato Tanaka runs in and fights The Impact Players. This leads to an impromptu match.

Masato Tanaka and "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer beat The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm) to become the ECW World Tag Team Champions!

Extreme Nation - ECW on TNN recap for February 25, 2000

Cyrus is in the ring to start tonight's show. He says the crowd has no idea what pressure he is under as a network executive, and that sometimes in life - and in business - people like him have to make decisions that are best for people like the ones in the crowd. Cyrus says TNN cannot have the ECW World Television Championship on the shelf for twelve weeks, which causes the crowd to chant "You're a bitch!" As Cyrus announces that the network has allowed him to make an executive network decision to appoint a new ECW World Television Champion, Jack Victory, Steve Corino and Rhino show up. He announces that he and the network has awarded the ECW World Television Championship to Rhino, which causes the crowd to boo. Cyrus asks why the crowd is booing when Rhino was the last man in the ring with Rob Van Dam, and he has been destroying men left and right while bringing up the ratings, and he announces that he will have the Television title brought out and awarded to Rhino by none other than Paul Heyman. He says he knows Heyman is in the back, and tells him to do something useful and bring out the Television title as well as a coffee. Paul Heyman shows up with the ECW World Television Champion.

After the opening title sequence, Paul Heyman is in the ring with the ECW World Television Championship, and Cyrus asks where his coffee is. Cyrus then says he knew that one day, they would have a role reversal and that Paul Heyman would be doing what he tells him to do. He tells Heyman to sell out Rob Van Dam and to bend over for the network in front of everyone on TNN. When Cyrus asks Heyman to give him the television title, Heyman beans Cyrus in the face with it only to get jumped by Rhino and Steve Corino while Jack Victory directs traffic. Suddenly, The Sandman shows up in the crowd.

The Sandman is still in the crowd as the show comes back from commercial break. Referee Jim Molineaux enters the ring before The Sandman gets in, then The Sandman enters the ring with beer and one hand and a Singapore cane in the other. Corino gets the Singapore cane out of The Sandman's hand, and Rhino and The Sandman have an impromptu match. As Rhino is held back, he claims that he broke Rob Van Dam's leg.

Rhino vs. The Sandman ends in a no-contest. During the match, Jack Victory and Steve Corino get involved, and Tajiri runs into the ring. Tajiri ducks a Singapore cane swing by The Sandman and spits green mist in his face. Rhino then goes The Sandman through a table, then Super Crazy shows up and fights everybody, including Tajiri, saving The Sandman and clearing the ring in the process.

Backstage, "Dastardly" Danny Doring and Roadkill run into The Dupp Brothers (Bo and Jack Dupp), and Jack Dupp calls Roadkill "a chicken plucker" and Doring "the guy who needs his girl to get over." Doring points out that Bo "picks his ass," Jack picks his nose and flicks it down Bo's throat, and asks who they think they are to tell them how to get over. Doring then challenges The Dupp Brothers toa Loser Leaves Town match, and Jack Dupp spits on his hand before extending it and saying they have a deal. Doring tells Jack "Never touch The Dastdarly One, son," and walks off, and Bo extends his hand only for Danny Doring to say "Chickens" and hiss in their faces. Jack asks Bo if Roadkill just called them chickens, and Bo replies "Chickens? Yum!" before rubbing his belly.

"Dastardly" Danny Doring and Roadkill beat The Dupp Brothers (Bo and Jack Dupp) in a Loser Leaves Town Match. As per pre-match stipulation, The Dupp Brothers are gone from Extreme Championship Wrestling.

Before the next match, "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer says that with this being the first time ECW is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he needs to ask a couple of questions. He asks if this WCW country, to which the crowd replies with a resounding no. He asks if this is WWF country, and the crowd responds to that with another resounding no. He then comes to the conclusion that this is ECW country, and the crow cheers. He says it it time to finish it right here and now, and calls out Raven. Instead of getting Raven, he gets Francine instead. Francine tells Tommy she knows what he is trying to do, and that he is trying to defend her honor and protect her. She appreciates this, but she says that she has seen the tape and that Raven accidentally DDT'd her while he was blinded. She tells Tommy to drop the attitude, and tells him that he is not motivated or focused, and says she has managed the World Heavyweight Champion, the World Television Champion, the World Tag Team Champions, and even helped Dreamer to his first ECW tag titles. Suddenly, The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm) and Dawn Marie show up. Justin tells Tommy to chill out, as he, Storm and Dawn Marie are here to watch. Tommy tells them that if they are here to watch, then they should bring Dawn Marie "so she can show her fake tits and give us something to watch." He says he has enough problems, and does not need to deal with The Impact Players right now. Nevertheless; if one of them wants to go one-on-one with him, he "doesn't give a fuck." Storm says he and Justin are the tag team champions, which means that they are a team, and if he wants to fight, he needs to find him a partner, as they intend to give Dreamer a shot at the tag team titles because they love kicking his ass. Dreamer says he doesn't need to look far for a partner, because there are "3,000 sick, hardcore bastards" in the crowd who will be his partner. He then says he will pick anybody in the crowd to be his partner. He then calls The Impact Players "pussies" because they are too scared to fight anybody from Milwaukee. Dawn Marie tells Tommy to put on Francine's skirt, because it is obvious she wears the pants in the relationship. Francine tells Dawn Marie that if she wants a fight, then she will get one with The Impact Players vs. Dreamer and Raven. The Impact Players then ambush Dreamer as soon as Dreamer is surprised by Francine's statement, and the match begins. Shortly after the match begins, Raven shows up in street clothes and fights off The Impact Players.

The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm) retain the ECW World Tag Team Championships against "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer and Raven. During the match, The Sinister Minister shows up and hands Raven a bag of powder. Raven tries to throw the powder at Lance Storm, but Storm ducks and the powder hits Dreamer in the eyes as he is about to hit the Dreamer Driver on Justin Credible. Dreamer then accidentally DDT's Francine while blinded, and Raven tends to Francine while, leaving Dreamer on his own as he helps Francine to the back. The Impact Players retain the tag team titles after an assisted spike piledriver to Dreamer on a steel chair.

We hear from The Sinister Minister. He says he is not one to stir the pot, but he says there is a situation he would like to dive into. He mentions how when Raven DDT'd Francine, he had powder in his eyes, and when "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer DDT'd Francine, he had fire in his eyes. He says things are starting to get very, very deep, and laughs as the camera zooms out and shows the outside of the arena.
