He says that tonight will be the night that he makes the impact and show Lance Storm a World Heavyweight Champion that not just the greatest of the best. Francine says Storm will see a champion that is just incredible.
Before the next match, Lou E. Dangerous announces that he has the most important announcement that he has ever made. He says that if the fans think Elketra is just another pretty face, they have another thing coming. He states that she has never had plastic surgery and does not have to wear an ounce of make-up to look good, and that she is not just "tits and ass." He calls Elektra "the toughest woman in the business today," and says that if there is anyone in the industry who thinks they are tougher than her, then he is extending an invitation tome to the ring to kick her ass. Jazz shows u and beats up C.W. Anderson, "Beautiful" Billy Wilds and Lou E. Dangerously before attacking and disrobing Elektra, who is wearing a string bikini, before Anderson and Wilds get back up and beat up Jazz Kid Kash then shows up and fights Anderson and Wilds, which leads to the next match. This leads to a brawl between New Jack and DeVito that spills into the crowd. After elbow dropping DeVito through a table from a balcony, New Jack gets in the ring and hits Angel - who is being held down by Chetti and Nova - with a guitar before planting a chair on him from the top rope.
It is announced that "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer was attacked by Justin Credible at the beginning of the show.
Before the next match, Steve Corino tells Tajiri that they do not have to fight in front of the fans both in the arena and watching at home, as the fans do not deserve it. He says that people make mistakes and that Tajiri made a big one when he turned his back on The Network. Corino gives Tajiri one last chance to come back to The Network before he kicks his ass. Tajiri answers immediately with a Buzzsaw Kick.

Afterwards, RVD and Lynn continue to go at it, and when RVD goes for a Five-Star Frog Splash, Scotty Anton shoves RVD off the top rope. Lynn then hits the cradle piledriver for a near-fall. It takes a piledriver on a steel chair afterwards for Lynn to win the match.
Before the next match, Justin Credible says that the match was scheduled to be a three-way dance, but he has some unfinished business with Lance Storm. He says that if anybody besides Lance Storm shows up, he swears to God that he will take the ECW World Heavyweight Championship and throw it in the trash like he did the ECW World Tag Team Championships. Instead of getting Lance Storm, he gets "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer, who is immediately held back by officials as well as Paul Heyman. Hardcore Heaven 1999 - The Results
Joey Styles welcomes everyone to the event to start the show. As he does, Chris Candido and Tammy Lynn Sytch show up. Candido says that tonight, everyone will get to see the greatest body and sex symbol in wrestling today, which he says is now full of fast action, quick matches and lots of outside interference. Tonight, he will deliver, but first, he brings out The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray Dudley, D-Von Dudley, Sign Guy Dudley) and "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner. Buh Buh says nobody will lay a hand on Candido as he and D-Von are the six-time ECW World Tag Team Champions. The crowd starts chanting "She's a crack whore!" at Tammy Lynn Sytch. Candido says he has an insurance policy, and while he can beat on his own, he is a backstabber, a snake in the grass and a thief in the night like everyone else in town. If Taz attacks him from behind, the Dudleys will be able to have his back. Candido then says he will make love to the hottest woman in wrestling and become the heavyweight champion of the world tonight. Taz then shows up and goes through Buh Buh Ray and D-Von, then gets in the ring with Candido.
Taz retains the ECW World Heavyweight Championship against Chris Candido with the Tazmission. The match is supposed to be the main event, but it gets started early. After the match, The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley) hit Taz with the Dudley Death Drop. All of a sudden, Cyrus shows up and tells Joey Styles to stick to the format and that everything will be all right. He then asks if Joey Styles is ready for some intellectual intercourse, then says he will help keep it together on commentary. He ends up guesting on commentary for the next two matches. All the while, Taz is helped to the back as he feels the effects of the 3D. Buh Buh Ray then tells the crowd they are looking at the six-time ECW tag team champions of the world and the greatest tag team in professional wrestling today. He says he and D-Von are the guys who hacked up The Sandman, broke Beulah McGillicutty's neck, split up The Eliminators (Perry Saturn and John Kronus, the former of whom wears a dress), sent Masato Tanaka back to Japan, and kicked Sabu and Rob Van Dam's asses. Buh Buh Ray then says that if anybody "has the balls enough," they should come to the ring right now. That challenge is answered by Balls Mahoney, and after a few minutes, Spike Dudley shows up to tag team with him. Instead of going down the aisle, however, Spike shows up from the crowd and hits The Dudleys with low blows.
The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley) retain the ECW World Tag Team Championships against Balls Mahoney and Spike Dudley. This happens after "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner taps Balls in the back with a steel chair before lighting matches and tossing them at him. As Gertner celebrates the utter lack of effort at causing harm to Balls, Balls puts a bunch of flammable fluid in his mouth and pulls out a cigarette lighter. He stomps the mat to get Joel's attention, then spits a fireball at him. This blinds Joel Gertner, and medical staff quickly move into place to tend to Joel. Buh Buh Ray then gets in the ring, hits Balls with a low blow and gets a schoolboy pin for the win.
Super Crazy beats Taka Michinoku.
Backstage, we find out that "The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner - who is still blinded by and in pain from the fireball from Balls Mahoney - has a hit list, and Nova is on it. The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley) take matters into their own hands and take Nova out, which they are able to do in record time as they quickly find him and beat him up.
Despite interference from Sal E. Graziano, Yoshihiro Tajiri beats Little Guido in a hard-fought match.
The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray, D-Von and Sign Guy Dudley) continue to read the hit list. Next up is Rod Price. Buh Buh Ray is confused as to how or why "Thw Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner has something against Rod Price, but D-Von says he has an envelope containing $3,000 in cash. Buh Buh Ray says "I never liked that stupid country boy, anyway." They then start looking for Rod, and eventually find him. Buh Buh Ray hits Rod in the head with a chair and proceed to beat him up, telling him that it is not personal and that it is just business. Buh Buh Ray tells the audience that they are looking at the six-time world tag team champions, and that their list is far from done.
Lance Storm beats "The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer. Before the match, Dreamer shows up with Francine. During the match, Dreamer smacks the top of the ladder with a chair as Storm wears it around his neck. On his way down, Storm inadvertently knocks referee Jim Molineaux down. Storm sets up a table, but Dreamer ends up putting Storm through it with a Spicolli Driver. Cyrus the Virus suddenly gets in the ring and pulls Dreamer off of Storm, but Francine pushes him to the corner and hits him with a Bronco Buster. "Beulah" goes after Francine, but Dreamer gets his hands on "Beulah" and hits her with a Dreamer Driver, knocking her out cold. Storm hits Dreamer with a trash can, puts it over his head and hits a corkscrew drop kick on the can to send Dreamer down and get the win. Storm then carries "Beulah" to the back. Meanwhile, Dreamer can barely leave the ring under his own power.
The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray, D-Von and Sign Guy Dudley) find out that the next guy on the hit list is Jack Victory, who has a bad leg and is a friend of theirs. D-Von is also carrying another envelope, and this one contains $5,000. Buh Buh Ray then asys "Oh my god, poor Jack Victory's a dead man!" then looks at the camera and laughs. Jack Victory is in the bathroom, and D_Von knocks on the door, saying he needs to use the toilet. Victory comes out of the bathroom, and after he compliments D-Von on their impromptu tag team title match, he finds out straight from D-Von that he is next on the hit list. D-Von grabs Jack by the arms, and Buh Buh Ray hits Jack in the back with a steel chair before the Dudley Boyz take the boots to him. Buh Buh Ray then says towards the camera "Cash does rule everything around the Dudley Boyz, but remember one thing...there's not one man in the damn world who can stand up to The Dudley Boyz!" Buh Buh Ray and D-Von tells Jack Victory that it's just business. We then see Taz, who is directly in front of the camera somewhere else in the building. He says he has to disagree, as there is somebody who can and will take him out, and it is him. The camera zooms out to show Taz holding a bag of ice on his right shoulder. He says he will take them out tonight, not at a big show, a Monday or the next pay-per-view. He tells The Dudley Boyz they messed with the wrong man, and they can ask Chris Candido what he is about when they see him in his locker room on the stretcher grabbing at his throat, trying to find his wind. Taz says he will make The Dudley Boyz tap. Stephen Prazak interrupts just before Taz can do his catchphrase, and Taz has to remind him he has to do it.
Rob Van Dam retains the ECW World Television Championship against Jerry Lynn in an intense battle. Jerry Lynn and Rob Van Dam high-five each other after the match.
Backstage, The Dudley Boyz are irritated with Taz's statement with them. Buh Buh Ray is angered not only by Taz's gall, but the fact that he challenges everyone and beats them. He says that tonight will be different, and asks Taz what makes him think he can beat one of them, much less two of them. He says they have taken many people out before, and taking Taz out will be a pleasure when he becomes another notch on their tag team titles. After he says they are done being nice guys, Big Dick Dudley shows up with Taz's cousin in a full nelson. Buh Buh Ray says Taz doesn't give a shit about his cousin, and D-Von says he doesn't either. He punches Taz's cousin so hard he hurts his hand, and Buh Buh Ray beats the living crap out of Taz's cousin for that, telling him to send a message to Taz saying "Fuck your world!" Big Dick Dudley then gets his hands on the cameraman.
It is announced that "The Franchise" Shane Douglas is not here, and that it is doubtful that he will ever be seen in ECW again. As a result, Justin Credible does not have an opponent tonight. Justin shows up, and tells his fans that he is the guy who grounded The Great Sasuke, caned the crap out of The Sandman to the point that he sent him packing and became "The Hardcore Icon," and broke the ankle of "that no-good, has-been old timer" "The Franchise" Shane Douglas in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He says that he is a one-man crime spree, and that he is guiltier that O.J. Simpson and that there is no jury or justice system that will sentence him to the electric chair. Suddenly, a voice tells Justin there may not be a jury system that can try system, but he can try him, and for the crimes he has committed tonight, he is guilty as charged. It is Judge Jeff Jones, who is carrying a stretcher down the aisle. Jones says Justin won't be executed by the coolest or the best, but by the man. Sid then shows up, starting a match.
Sid vs. Justin Credible de-evolves into a two-on-one beatdown on Sid with Justin and Lance Storm. Justin throws powder into Sid's eyes, and after a two-on-one beatdown by Justin and Storm, Sid is about to be put through a table when Sabu shows up, attacks Storm and Justin, whacks Sid with the chair and puts Sid through the table. Justin is also placed on the table, but Storm saves him in the nick of time. Security tries to get Sabu out of the building, and it eventually happens after Sabu leg drops a member of security through a table. Sid then gets back up and confronts Judge Jeff Jones, and the crowd chants "Fuck him up, Sid! Fuck him up!" Sid does just that, kicking Jones in the gut before powerbombing him. The crowd then chants "One more time!", and Jones gets powerbombed again.
Before the next match, Buh Buh Ray Dudley says his brother D-Von Dudley was originally going to come down here and take the ECW World Heavyweight Championship from Taz, but just a little while ago, he and D-Von took the great pleasure in taking Taz's cousin, Chris Chetti, and beating the living shit out of him. While that was going on, D-Von happened to break his hand on Chetti's skull. Therefore, the people get to see him become the next ECW World Heavyweight Champion. Taz shows up and beats up Buh Buh Ray, then declares that this is an FTW Rules Match and that falls count anywhere in the building.
Taz retains the ECW World Heavyweight Championship in an FTW Rules Match against Buh Buh Ray Dudley. During the match, referee John Finegan is put through the table, and Pee Wee Moore has to take over from there and revive Finegan. D-Von also gets involved depsite his hurt hand, but they are unable to hit the Dudley Death Drop and Buh Buh Ray is put through a table with a T-Bone Suplex before Taz makes Buh Buh Ray tap to the Tazmission.

Hardcore Heaven 1997 - The Results
As Joey Styles runs down the card for tonight's show, he is interrupted by "Ravishing" Rick Rude, who is welcomed by chants of "You sold out!" Styles is aware that Rude would destroy him when he mentions that Rude turned his back on ECW at Heatwave and hired himself out as "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michael's insurance policy in the WWF, and tells him that this interview is his before he leaves the ring. Rude tells Styles that he has mistaken him for someone who actually gives a crap about what he thinks, then asks the "fat, out-of-shape, Lauderdale losers" to button their lips, open their eyes and give their utmost respect to the next ECW World Television Champion, "No Gimmicks Needed" Chris Candido, who shows up. ECW Commissioner Todd Gordon shows up and confronts Roode for throwing away a two-year commentator contract so he could be a gun for hire, and while what he does outside of ECW is Rude's business, what he does in ECW is his business. He tells Roode that he is not a certified manager, and gives him the count of ten to leave the ring or Candido is disqualified. Rude says that two months ago, when he was Mr. Nice Guy, it was anything goes and the sky is the limit, but as soon as he wants to be himself, Gordon jerks the chain. Todd Gordon immediately begins the count, and Rude leaves just before the ten count is up. He is escorted to the back by the referees, and Rude says "Fuck you, Gordon!" on the way out.
Tazz retains the ECW World Television Championship against "No Gimmicks Needed" Chris Candido with the Tazmission from the top rope.
It is announced that ECW will return to pay-per-view on November 30th with November To Remember. We also see footage from earlier today before the show went on the air, where Insane Clown Posse (Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope) was in the ring with "Mr. Monday Night" Rob Van Dam and Bill Alfonso only to be laid out by Van Dam. Sabu appears and rams a chair into Shaggy's head with a springboard elbow.
Before the next match, Spike Dudley runs in, takes a steel chair and smashes it everywhere.
Bam Bam Bigelow absoluetly destroys Spike Dudley in a rematch from eight days ago, busting his head open and tossing him into the crowd before hitting an over-the-shoulder piledriver and finishing him off with the top rope moonsault. Medical staff tends to Spike Dudley quickly, and Spike Dudley's blood has to be mopped up off the ring.
It is announced that The Sandman will not be able to wrestle to a back injury suffered from Sabu and "Mr. Monday Night" Rob Van Dam, when he made the save for the Insane Clown Posse only only to have a steel chair smacked into his head by Sabu and Van Dam. Even after The Sandman is down, the carnage refuses to cease as both Van Dam and Sabu splash onto Sandman with a steel chair placed on top of his face. We then see footage of an ambulance taking The Sandman to a local hospital.
Before the next match, it is announced that Leif Cassidy's real snow Al Snow, and that Leif Cassidy was the result of what happened after "the marketing geniuses at Titan Towers stuck him in Marty Jannetty's tights" and that he is a 34-year old veteran with 15 years experience and black belts in kenpo, karate and jiu jitsu who has seen and done it all.
"Mr. Monday Night" Rob Van Dam beats Al Snow in a special attractions match contested under Monday Night Wrestling rules after a Van Daminator into a steel chair on Snow.
The Extreme Chopper is now chasing the ambulance carrying The Sandman...which is now being commandeered by The Sandman, who is now trying to make his way back to the War Memorial at Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Lance Wright reports that The Sandman has no idea where he is, and that he was at the James L. Knight Center. The Extreme Chopper will continue to keep tabs on The Sandman as best they can.
Jerry "The King" Lawler has gotten off the phone with Vince McMahon, and says this has to be the darkest day of his career for him to be here tonight. He mentions that Vince McMahon commended him for having the intestinal fortitude to show up alone, but Lawler says the WWF Superstars are with him in spirit.
