They're On A Rampage - Rampage recap for May 19, 2023

The Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli, Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta) beat Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta) and Bandido in a trios match.

We hear from Kyle Fletcher, who says that he attacked Orange Cassidy because nobody is more international than he is and that he will be the new AEW International Champion.

Jade Cargill beats Danni Bee and goes 58-0. After the match, "Smart" Mark Sterling shows up and says she and Jade Cargill lined up more talent in the back, and another challenger - Genesis - who quickly becomes Jade Cargill's 59th win. As Sterling argues with the referee, Taya Valkyrie makes work of both Jade and Leila Grey, then hits Jade with the Road to Valhalla before asking Jade "Now...who's that bitch?" before telling Jade she will see her at Double or Nothing.

The Acclaimed ("Platinum" Max Caster, Anthony Bowens, "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn) beat The Varsity Athletes ("The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese, "The Technical Beast" Josh Woods, Ari Daivari) in a trios match.

It's time for QTV. QT Marshall says that the staff of QT is in the Casino Battle Royal at Double or Nothing, and that Powerhouse Hobbs is front and center on the poster for AEW Collision, where Harley Cameron says that Hobbs will dominate. Marshall says that on June 17th, the real story begins.

Tony Schiavone interviews The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) and Brother Zay in the ring. Matt Hardy says that it is them against The Firm, and if they win, he will be in charge of "All Ego" Ethan Page's contract. As Jeff Hardy says that they are on the road to becoming AEW World Tag Team Champions, Ethan Page shows up and says he asked The Gunns (Austin and Colten Gunn) to help him, not to make a match or keep things going, and says that he and Matt Hardy are done. Ethan Page then tries to restart his friendship with Brother Zay, saying that he is responsible for Zay's solo success before he was played for a fool. He tries to hug it out with Zay, but Zay isn't having it. When Ethan forces him to shake his hand, Ethan grabs Zay and The Gunns attack The Hardys. The Gunns then wrap a chair around Brother Zay's neck, which Ethan Page stomps from the top rope before declares that Zay will never moan - much less wrestle again - before telling him and The Hardys he and The Gunns will see them at Double or Nothing.

Chris Jericho says that Adam Cole is a coward for his actions on Dynamite and is not a man of his word, and if Cole was here right now, he would beat his ass. We then hear from Adam Cole, who says that if Jericho wants to fight him, and that he will make his life hell by beating his ass when he leaves the arena and that there is nothing he can do. Jericho then says the restraining order that bans Adam Cole from the building is null and void and that they will both have an unsanctioned match at Double or Nothing before tearing the restraining order. Adam Cole then thanks Chris Jericho for tearing up the contract, then enters the building. After the commercial break, Adam Cole shows up through the crowd and comes for Chris Jericho. Jericho and Cole brawl on the ramp until security and referees show up to restore order.

"The Natural" Dustin Rhodes beats Bishop Kaun. After the match, "The Machine" Brain Cage attacks and powerbombs Dustin Rhodes, then Swerve Strickland shows up and smiles before "Limitless" Keith Lee arrives and takes out all Cage and Kaun before staring down Swerve. Cage and Kaun get back up and attack Keith Lee from behind, but Prince Nana gets Kaun a chair to hit Keith Lee in the back with so that Brian Cage can drop Keith Lee into the chair with an F-5. Swerve then hits Keith Lee, who is seated on the chair, with a Swerve Stomp from the top rope.
