Under Siege 2023 - The Results

The Death Dollz (Courtney Rush and Jessicka) beat The Coven (Taylor Wilde and KiLynn King) with the Sharpshooter from Courtney Rush to Taylor Wilde.

Before the next match, Joe Hendry says the Digital Media defense tour has made it to London, Ontario, Canada, then says Dirty Dango has had an identity crisis after going from ballroom dancer to fake police officer. He then asks if he will get a doctor, a scientist, a teacher, an astronaut or a parachute operator before saying that Dango will have to worry about going down the ramp to face him while the fans only have to worry about saying that they believe in Joe Hendry.

Joe Hendry retains the IMPACT Wrestling Digital Media Championship against Dirty Dango by disqualification after Dirty Dango hits Hendry with a low blow in full view of the referee. Suddenly, Director of Authority Santino Marella - who has not been seen in weeks - runs into the ring and chases Dango out of the ring.

Nick Aldis beats Kenny King with the King's Lynn Cloverleaf after powerbombing Kenny King out of the air. After the match, Aldis points to the crowd, where Killer Kelly and Masha Slamovich are soon seen brawling. The brawl soon makes its way to the ring, where Kelly chokes Masha with a chain until security and referees restore order.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Jordynne Grace. Grace talks about how she was Knockouts Champion at the beginning of the year and how she was ready to carry the company on her back until she lost to Mickie James and lost the title on top of that loss. When she had the opportunity to win the title back, she could not do that either. If she cannot beat "The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo for the Knockouts Championship, not only can she not challenge for the title while Deonna is champion, but she is not the face of the Knockouts Division, she is not the Knockouts Champion, and she is not the best. Jordynne then asks "If I am not the best, who am I?"

oVe (Sami Callihan and Jake Crist) and Rich Swann beat The Design (Deaner, Angels, Kon) in a six-man tag match.

Gia Miller interviews Director of Authority Santino Marella. Santino talks about how he was jumped from behind by Dirty Dango, grabbed a piece of "the hair of a snake" from Dango's chest and found out later that Dango jumped him because he did not give him the attention he deserved. He says that being Director of Authority is a new job for him and that he is trying his best to be impartial, but he will not be impartial when it comes to Dirty Dango. He says that will punch Dirty Dango's lights out before calling him "a piece of shit."

Trinity beats "The Quintessential Diva" Gisele Shaw with Starstruck.

Backstage, Gia Miller interivews Subculture (Mark Andrews, "Flash" Morgan Webster, Dani Luna). Andrews says it may be their first time in IMPACT, but he has been gone for seven years and he has brought Flash and Dani with him. He says they are used to starting at the bottom and fighting to the top, but they are having their first match at the top after all the hard work they have put in outside of IMPACT Wrestling. Flash says they have been travelling the world, winning championships and making waves, and IMPACT's tag team titles are one of the few titles they have not one. Brian Myers shows up with The Good Hands (Jason Hotch and John Skyler) and views Subculture as "a British charity case," then says there is a pecking order and that they got lucky, and that they will be even luckier if they win tonight. He then says that fater that, their luck will run out after they face The Good Hands and they will go back to the bottom. Dani Luna proposes that Subculture faces The Good Hands as their first title defense when they win, then Subculture heads to the ring.

ABC ("Inevitable" Ace Austin and Chris Bey) retain the IMPACT World Tag Team Championships against Subculture (Mark Andrews and "Flash" Morgan Webster).

Trey Miguel retains the IMPACT X Division Championship against Chris Sabin. During the match, Sabin gets Trey up for the Cradle Shock only for Trey to gouge the eyes. Sabin accidentally grabs the referee for the Cradle Shock while blind, but realizes he is holding the referee and lets him go before Trey drop kicks Sabin into the ref, knocking the referee down. Sabin hits Trey with the Cradle Shock, but the referee is down. Trey rolls out of the ring and pulls out a can of spray paint, and when Sabin grabs him, Trey spray paints Sabin in the eyes to retain.

Alex Shelley beats Yuya Uemura, Moose, Eddie Edwards, Jonathan Gresham and Frankie Kazarian in a six-way match to become #1 contender to the IMPACT World Championship.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Trey Miguel, who accuses her of giving him no respect for what he has done as X Division Champion before Chris Sabin confronts Miguel for blinding him. Security has to hold Sabin back.

"The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo retains the IMPACT Knockouts World Championship against Jordynne Grace. As per pre-match stipulation, Jordynne Grace cannot get a match for the Knockouts World Championship as long as Deonna Purrazzo is champion.

Steve Maclin retains the IMPACT World Championship against PCO in a violent no-disqualification match after putting PCO through multiple cinderblocks. After the match, Maclin demands that Scott D'Amore head to the ring and place the World Championship around his waist and shake his hand if he is a man of his word. D'Amore heads to the ring and does just that, but when D'Amore goes for the handshake, Maclin leaves and tells D'Amore that he is his boss. All of a sudden, Bully Ray shows up from behind D'Amore and chokes him out. Bully Ray then tells Maclin to get a table, and Maclin gets one from underneath the ring so that the two of them can set it up. As Bully Ray is about to pour lighter fluid on the table, Matthew Rehwoldt confronts Bully Ray and Maclin only for Bully Ray to knock him out and pour the lighter fluid on him. PCO then gets back up, and when Bully Ray shoves PCO, PCO punches Bully Ray only for Maclin to attack him again. The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) get in the ring, but Maclin and Bully Ray make quick work of them. Bully Ray then pours the lighter flud ont he table and sets it on fire before powerbombing D'Amore through it. Bully Ray then tells D'Amore that he is his worst nightmare and that he will never be able to get rid of him, for he is here in IMPACT forever and he is taking him and his entire company down. Bully Ray then raises Maclin's hand to end the show.
