After the match, "Smart" Mark Sterling shows up and says she and Jade Cargill lined up more talent in the back, and another challenger - Genesis - who quickly becomes Jade Cargill's 59th win. As Sterling argues with the referee, Taya Valkyrie makes work of both Jade and Leila Grey, then hits Jade with the Road to Valhalla before asking Jade "Now...who's that bitch?" before telling Jade she will see her at Double or Nothing.

The Acclaimed ("Platinum" Max Caster, Anthony Bowens, "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn) beat The Varsity Athletes ("The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese, "The Technical Beast" Josh Woods, Ari Daivari) in a trios match.

Tony Schiavone interviews The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) and Brother Zay in the ring. Matt Hardy says that it is them against The Firm, and if they win, he will be in charge of "All Ego" Ethan Page's contract. As Jeff Hardy says that they are on the road to becoming AEW World Tag Team Champions, Ethan Page shows up and says he asked The Gunns (Austin and Colten Gunn) to help him, not to make a match or keep things going, and says that he and Matt Hardy are done. Ethan Page then tries to restart his friendship with Brother Zay, saying that he is responsible for Zay's solo success before he was played for a fool. He tries to hug it out with Zay, but Zay isn't having it. When Ethan forces him to shake his hand, Ethan grabs Zay and The Gunns attack The Hardys. The Gunns then wrap a chair around Brother Zay's neck, which Ethan Page stomps from the top rope before declares that Zay will never moan - much less wrestle again - before telling him and The Hardys he and The Gunns will see them at Double or Nothing.

As Matt Hardy gets on the microphone, Stokely Hathaway shows up on the video screen saying that he is pissed and that Matt refuses to get in contact with him regarding their match. This does not last long, as The Firm retreats after The Hardys chase after them with chairs.

Suddenly, Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta show up, but Jon Moxley shows up and says Daniels "is cool."
