Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for April 20, 2023

The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) beat Action Andretti and Darius Martin.

Backstage, we hear from Athena, who says that this is not a game and that every time a "porcelain hussy" steps into her ring, they need to bring it, as they are not on her level and she will break them time and time again and prove her reign as ROH Women's World Champion is not to be tampered with. She then declares an open challenge.

Willow Nightingale beats Robyn Renegade despite Charlette Renegade trying to switch places with Robyn. After the match, both Robyn and Charlette attack Willow Nightingale.

Backstage, Dasha Gonzalez interviews Colt Cabana. Cabana says he has a deep history with Samoa Joe and Ring of Honor and that he has fought him for both the World and Pure Championships and will now face him for the Television Championship. He says he was excited when Tony Khan revived ROH and that he is part of it again, and while he does not know where his place is in the new ROH, he will make the most of this, win the Television title and be a big part of ROH television.

Lance Archer beats Jah-C, then chases him to the back.

"The Machine" Brian Cage beats Joey Jett.

Athena beats Heather Reckless in an ROH Women's World Championship Proving Ground Match by submission, then drivers Heather head first into the center plate of the championship.

The Dark Order (Alex Reynolds and John Silver) beat "Big Shotty" Lee Johnson and Cole Karter.

Penta el Zero Miedo beats Nick Comoroto.

Konosuke Takeshita beats Lee Moriarty.

El Hijo del Vikingo beats Gringo Loco.

The Iron Savages (Boulder and Bronson) beat Ren Jones and Logan Lynch.

We hear from Gringo Loco, who says that he has been trying to get AEW and Tony Khan's attention for two years while zig-zagging the world, and tonight, he smashed it out of the park. He may not have won, but at the end of the night, Tony Khan raised his hand and invited him back. He says that he is ready, and he hopes the fans are, too.

Samoa Joe retains the ROH World Television Championship against Colt Cabana with the rear naked choke.
