In backstage footage from earlier today, "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels addresses Katsuyori Shibata winning the ROH Pure Championship, and proposes a challenge for the title this week. He says that he has been successful against Shibata every time they have been in the ring, and since their last match, he has went through hell and back to become one of the best pure wrestlers in the world. He says he is not afraid of a challenge and that Shibata is an honorable man and a fighting champion, and challenges Shibata for the Pure Championship.
