Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 14, 2022

MVP and Bobby Lashley head to the ring to start tonight's show. Lashley talks about how he has to win one of the most grueling matches in WWE in the Elimination Chamber before he can go on to WrestleMania, and while the Chamber has changed lives over the years, so has he. He mentions that many have tried to dethrone them and all of them have failed, and MVP says that while he is no mathematician, he knows that Lashley has a 16% chance of winning on Saturday. He says that this sounds bad at first, but none of Lashley's opponents are "All Mighty," which gives Lashley a 100% chance of winning the match and staying WWE Champion. Suddenly, Seth "Freakin'" Rollins shows up and says that while Lashley looks great, he does not look as great as him. Rollins says that while Lashley is WWE Champion, he will not be champion for very long because he is the only one in the Chamber who can beat him. MVP pretends to have gotten a vision and says that Rollins won't make it to Saturday if he keeps running his mouth. Suddenly, Matt Riddle shows up in a toga. Riddle says that quiz bowl was last week, then talks about how he was stuck in a gas station bathroom before saying he will win the WWE Championship and get back to being a Raw Tag Team Champion. Riddle invites Lashley and Rollins to the "RK-Broga" party and says that Rollins should get ready for his match tonight with Randy Orton before saying Lashley would look good in a toga. Austin Theory then shows up and says that Vince McMahon has taught him a few things and that he will apply it all this Saturday and win the WWE Championship. AJ Styles then shows up. Styles says he is the one to worry about in the Elimination Chamber where the odds are in nobody's favor, and that nobody will stop him from having an exciting WrestleMania moment. He then compliments Styles on the toga and says that he will too plans on becoming a double champion by also beating Damian Priest for the United States title. Riddle invites Styles to the "RK-Broga party," then Lashley says that nobody will be beating him for the WWE Championship on Saturday and that Saturday is the closest Brock Lesnar will come to the WWE Championship again. Brock Lesnar shows up and puts his hat and coat on Austin Theory (who takes a selfie with them) before staring down Lashley. Theory attacks Lesnar from behind only to get two German suplexes and an F-5 while everyone else leaves. Lashley then takes a selfie with a downed Austin Theory with Theory's iPhone.

Backstage, we hear from The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford), who announce the big matches and segments for tonight's first hour before mentioning their match with The Dirty Dawgs (Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode).

Tommaso Ciampa guests on commentary for the next match.

The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) beat The Dirty Dawgs (Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode) after Tommaso Ciampa throws water into Dolph Ziggler's face. After the match, Ciampa and Ziggler brawl, and Ziggler barely avoids The Street Profits when Ciampa tosses him back into the ring.

Backstage, Matt Riddle tends to the R-K-Broga party, then Kevin Patrick interviews Randy Orton elsewhere backstage. Orton says he has a match with Seth "Freakin'" Rollins tonight, and says that Rollins is always his next move and how to take the WWE Championship. He then says that is Saturday and this is Monday, and tonight, he will hit Rollins with the RKO.

In footage from earlier today, Kevin Owens says he is a realist and that it bothers him that he will not be at WrestleMania this year and that his love for Texas has also been questioned by the fans. Owens says that he was lying last week and that he cannot stand Texas any more than he can stand anyone from Indianapolis, Indiana, saying that people in Quebec are intelligent and informed while Texas is full of dumb rednecks. He then says that if the United States were a human body, Texas would be the ass.

Damian Priest retains the WWE United States Championship against "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles after rolling Styles up when he sees the Phenomenal Forearm coming. After the match, both men shake hands.

We see Alexa Bliss - who no longer looks like her possessed self - with the therapist. She is markedly improved as she states that she is happy for the first time in a long time. The therapist then produces the remains of the real Lilly. The therapist gives this to Alexa as a gift so she can be at peace. Alexa is upset at first, but she regains her composure, then the therapist produces the replica Lilly and says "I have an idea." We then see the zipper on the back of the replica Lilly.

Omos beats The Hurt Business (Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin) in a two-on-one handicap match.

Dana Brooke and Reggie have a meal at a restaurant. Akira Tozawa and Tamina show up in disguise to try to take the WWE 24/7 Championship.

At the RK-Broga party, The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) show up for a game of beer pong, much to the chagrin of Apollo Crews and Commander Azeez.

WWE official Adam Pearce is in the ring to oversee a contract signing between Lita and Becky Lynch for the WWE Raw Women's Championship at Elimination Chamber. Lita arrives first, followed by Becky Lynch. When Becky Lynch shows up, Becky wears dark sunglasses, boots, a denim jacket, plaid pants and a black tanktop, then tells Lita not to do this as she has not slept ever since last week and that she will let everything slide if she tears up the contract. She says that they are miserable and that the fans are happy, and that they should not play into the fans' game, but Lita says she has not come this far just to walk away because she has "a whole damn run" left. Lita says that Becky is trying to talk her out of the match because she is scared and knows she still has what it takes to beat her before signing the contract. Becky tells Lita that she is pushing her to a point that she may not come back from, as she will do anything to keep the Raw Women's Championship and has studied Lita's career extensively, saying she is not afraid to come for her neck. She says that people may remember her with a smile on their face, but after Saturday, they will remember her with a tear in their eye. She signs. Lita says that if she created the Becky Lynch in front of her, it is on her to fix it. When Lita says she will end Becky's 500-day reign and become champion, Becky throws the contract at her and walks away.

We see a video package of the Elimination Chamber.

Bianca Belair beats Nikki A.S.H., Liv Morgan, Doudrop and Rhea Ripley to enter the women's Elimination Chamber Match last.

Backstage at the RK-Broga Party, Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis) crash the party and attack Riddle with his acoustic guitar as he performs a song.

Back at the restaurant, Dana Brooke and Reggie fend off and escape R-Truth, Akira Tozawa and Tamina when R-Truth shows up as a waiter. Afterwards, Dana kisses Reggie, but Reggie pins her to become the WWE 24/7 Champion. Afterwards, Reggie says friendship has its perks and runs off, then R-Truth, Tozawa and Tamina chase after him.

Before the next match, Chad Gable says it is time for a little less entertainment and a little more education. Gable says he has never cheated in anything in his life and accuses RK-Bro of cheating to beat them in the academic competition. He also accuses the fans of being fans of cheaters before telling Dominik Mysterio that he has a whole career ahead of him but has Rey Mysterio teaching him to cheat to win. Suddenly, The Miz and Maryse show up to guest on commentary for the next match.

Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis) beat Rey and Dominik Mysterio after Gable catches a top rope cross body from Dominik and grabs the tights on the schoolkid pin following The Miz getting on the ring apron. After the match, Miz tosses Dominik out of the ring and hits Rey with a Skull Crushing Finale following the distraction from Maryse.

We see Alexa Bliss with the therapist one more time. The therapist tells Alexa Bliss that she is as cured as she is going to be and that she will be okay as long as Lilly is with her. After Alexa and Lilly leave, it is announced that Alexa is the final competitor in the women's Elimination Chamber match.

Seth "Freakin'" Rollins beats Randy Orton after Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis) show up and he and Matt Riddle fend them off. When Orton gets back in the ring, Rollins hits The Stomp for the win.
