Extreme Rules 2018 - The LIVE Results

Renee Young interviews "The Artist" Shinsuke Nakamura, who refuses to answer questions from her or anyone else on the kick-off panel, saying Sam Roberts is a clown before saying he will take everything away from Jeff Hardy including the United States title.

We see footage from yesterday of Raw General Manager Kurt Angle throwing the honorary first pitch for the Pittsburgh Pirates.

SAnitY (Eric Young, Alexander Wolfe, Killian Dain) beat The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) in a Tables Match after Young hits a top rope elbow on Kofi as Kofi holds on to Young.



We hear from Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy. Matt says the rules of war are about to become extreme against The B-Team (Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel), while Bray says they are here and they are next.

"Ronda" Ronda Rousey - who has a ticket - is seen in the front row with friends.

The B-Team (Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel) beat Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy to become the WWE Raw Tag Team Champions! After the match, Charly Caruso interviews The B-Team. Axel celebrates, while Bo says they have prove the "B" stands for "best."



Backstage, Renee Young interviews Raw General Manager Kurt Angle, who announces that negotiations have been re-opened with Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar. Heyman has told him that Brock Lesnar is not interested in returning to WWE at this time, and demands that Lesnar either show up to Raw tomorrow night, come to an agreement on his next Universal Championship match, or be stripped of the Universal Championship.

Finn Balor beats Baron Corbin after reversing the End of Days into an inside cradle.



SummerSlam is coming to WWE Network and pay-per-view August 19th!



Backstage, The Bludgeon Brothers (Harper and Rowan) are seen attacking Team Hell No (Daniel Bryan and Kane), and Rowan takes out one of Kane's knees with a mallet after smashing a steel door into it.

Carmella retains the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship against Asuka in a match with James Ellsworth suspended high above the ring in a shark cage. During the match, James Ellsworth picks the lock on the shark cage and escapes, but gets a bandana on his pants leg caught on the cage. As ring crew workers work to get Ellsworth down by lowering the cage, Asuka attacks them before attacking Ellsworth. Carmella then gets back in the ring, grabs Asuka from behind and pushes her forehead-first into the shark cage wall to retain the title. After the match, Asuka attacks the ring crew workers again, then unleashes her anger on Ellsworth, hitting him with multiple German suplexes and nearly putting him out with the Asuka Lock.



"The Artist" Shinsuke Nakamura beats Jeff Hardy in mere seconds to become the WWE United States Champion! Before the match begins, Nakamura hits Jeff Hardy with a low blow while the rest is not looking. After the referee asks Jeff Hardy if he wants to continue, Hardy says yes, and Nakamura hits the Kinshasa as soon as the bell rings to win the title. After the match, Randy Orton returns for the first time in months and stares down Nakamura, who is standing on top of one of the commentary tables. Orton notices Jeff Hardy get up, then grabs him by the legs, stomps him right in the gut and leaves.



Kevin Owens beats Braun Strowman in a Steel Cage Match after Strowman tosses him off the top of the cage wall and onto a commentary table. EMTs show up after the match and get Owens on a gurney while Strowman walks away.



It is announced that WWE Super Show-Down from Melbourne, Australia will air on the WWE Network on Saturday, October 6th.

The Bludgeon Brothers (Harper and Rowan) retain the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships against Team Hell No (Daniel Bryan and Kane). Kane is initially not part of the match due to the knee injury suffered backstage earlier in the show by Rowan, effectively making the match a two-on-one handicap match for most of its duration until he comes back with a cast on his leg. Despite his best efforts, The Bludgeon Brothers still manage to retain the SmackDown tag team titles.



Backstage, Roman Reigns is met by The B-Team, who tells Roman that if they can do it, he can do it and they can all celebrate together.

Bobby Lashley beats Roman Reigns after stopping Roman's Spear with one of his own.



Alexa Bliss retains the WWE Raw Women's Championship despite interference from "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey, who jumps the barricade and attacks Mickie James after she and Alexa both attack Natalya in retaliation for Natalya yanking Mickie off the apron.



Jeff Hardy vs. "The Artist" Shinsuke Nakamura in a WWE United States Championship rematch is now official for this Tuesday's SmackDown Live.

"The Phenomenal" AJ Styles retains the WWE Championship against Rusev.



Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews Seth Rollins. He says that he has Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre and the clock to worry about, and he has to leave it all in the ring in order to become Intercontinental Champion again. He then says there is only one thing left to do: burn it down.

Dolph Ziggler retains the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Seth Rollins in a 30-minutes Iron Man Match in sudden death overtime. During the match, Drew McIntyre is ejected from the match for attacking Seth Rollins, giving Seth a third fall. After Drew McIntyre leaves, Ziggler manages to score two easy falls. After the initial 30 minutes, Raw General Manager congratulates both men, but says nothing is settled and that the crowd does not want to see a tie. He then announces sudden death overtime. When overtime begins, Drew McIntyre runs back into the ring to distract Rollins, allowing Ziggler to hit Zig Zag and retain the title.
