Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for November 25, 2020

"Hangman" Adam Page beats John "4" Silver. After the match, The Dark Order shows up, and Evil Uno says that while they have their regrets, Page has some of his own regarding leaving The Elite, as they would not let him go no matter how he tried. He says that if The Elite is not a cult, he does not know what is, then says that while Page does not have any friends or people to rely on, they are here for him and he knows where to find them.

Backstage, Alex Marvez interviews Kenny Omega, who says that the last uneventful week has given him time to reflect and that the more things change, the more they stay the same. He says that he was nursing injuries he received from Jon Moxley this time last year, and now they are doing the same dance again. He says the only difference this time is that Moxley's face is plastered everywhere and he is called "the best in the world," but after the World Title Eliminator Tournament, it is his turn, and the AEW World Championship is the only difference between them. Omega says he has climbed to the top to be taken seriously again, and until he gets the World title, he will not be the best in the world. In a "gentleman's challenge," he tells Moxley to "leave the garbage wrestling at home" and beat him in the middle of the ring based on his ability. He tells Moxley he will be waiting for his response, then congratulates him on the new baby before saying that his father could beat the shit out of Moxley's, who he says was never that touh at all.

Next week: Kenny Omega vs. Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship! Darbin Allin and "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes vs. "Absolute" Ricky Starks and Will Hobbs!

We see black-and-white video footage where Darby Allin lights his own car on fire.

Taz guests on commentary for the next match.

Will Hobbs - now known as Powerhouse Hobbs - beats Lee Johnson in his first match since joining Team Taz. After the match, Taz says he has some business to take care of and asks Hobbs to celebrate in the back. Afterwards, Taz says that AEW is not acknowledging what the FTW Championship is and that he is tired of him and his team being disrespected while the FTW Championship is not recognized in the company. He says he will not leave the ring until someone in management shows up and makes the title mean something. It is not long before his microphone is cut off, and demands Justin Roberts give him his microphone. He then threatens to take over commentary if the second microphone is cut off, and the microphone is suddenly cut off. "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes then shows up and says Taz is done, then says he is here out of total respect and that Taz is wasting time, then says they can settle everything next week. Taz says that Cody and Darby Allin will get whupped next week, then demands that the FTW Championship be given the respect it deserves. Cody says somebody from management is here and that he can see what is going on here, then says he will run it up the flagpole. When Taz asks what that means, Cody mentions Taz's soon Hook being a wrestler and asks why Hook is training with him and not Taz. Taz is incensed with Cody for bringing this up and tells him he is pathetic for going that far, then Taz teases leaving only to put him in the Tazmission. The Nightmare Family shows up to check on Cody, then Taz leaves with his soon Hook.

Backstage, Alex Marvez interviews Eddie Kingston. Kingston says he is not friend at his former best friend, but he is really disappointed. He says Fenix is a showboat who likes to jump and flip around, and says that things have changed in the last eight months that PAC has been gone. Suddenly, Jon Moxley shows up and confronts Eddie. Eddie says it was not him and that the both of them have their own stuff to handle. Moxley then leaves.

TheHybrid2 (Angelico and Jack Evans) beat Top Flight (Darius and Dante Martin) with a Navarro Death Roll from Angelico to Dante Martin. After the match, TheHybrid2 continue to attack Dante Martin until The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) chase TheHybrid2 out of the ring.

We hear from Vickie Guerrero and Nyla Rose. Guerrero accuses Brandi Rhodes of nepotism, and asks if Big Swole, Serena Deeb and Red Velvet would appreciate her influence. She also says that Jade Cargill did not need her or Nyla's own influence to destroy Brandi or her opponents, then tells Brandi to call her if she needs any advice.

We hear from FTR and Tully Blanchard. Cash Wheeler says Full Gear became one of the worst nights of his life, and Dax Harwood says that for three seconds, The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) were better than them, then says FTR is still the baddest and the incomparable in the tag team divison. Blanchard says it is FTR's destiny to be champions and his destiny to coach them, and that FTR are the next tag team champions. Blanchard then tells The Young Bucks to fear the revelation.

The Inner Circle (Chris Jericho and Jake Hager) beat SoCal Uncensored ("The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian). After the match, Kazarian punches MJF in the face only for The Inner Circle to swarm him, but The Inner Circle immediately scatters when Scorpio Sky shows up with a steel chair.

It's time for the debut episode of The Miro and Kip Video Game Extravaganza. Orange Cassidy suddenly shows up, and when Miro and "Superbad" Kip Sabian chase after him, they are ambushed by Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent). Miro grabs a camera, tells the cameraman to get out of the way, then goes after Best Friends.

Next week: The Dynamite Diamond Battle Royal!

Tony Schiavone moderates a contract signing between Jox Moxley and Kenny Omega's AEW World Championship next week. Omega shows up first, but he is attacked from behind by Moxley in the entrance tunnel before taking their brawl to the ring, where he hits Omega with the Paradigm Shift on the AEW World Championship. Moxley the takes the microphone and says whoever Omega hired to take him out last week did "a piss-poor job", then tells Omega to give him a call if he needs some help taking somebody out. He then says that he thought their beef was squashed last year, but Omega had to piss him off. He then tells Omega to consider themselves even, and that the only way Omega will become AEW World Championship is if he digs down deep and finds the Kenny Omega everybody thinks he is, and says that he will have to climb a mountain nobody has climbed in eighteen months and beat him. He then hypes their match, then tells Omega that winter is coming for him, because he takes no prisoners and Omega will only get one shot at him. Moxley then signs the contract, thanks Schiavone and leaves.

Backstage, MJF asks what kind of man sucker punches another man in the face, then calls Frankie Kazarian a coward. Chris Jericho says that the fun and games are over and that The Inner Circle are going back to beating up the entire roster, and that next week, Kazarian will face him one-on-one and he will get his revenge for MJF.

We see a video package chronicling the events between Anna "99" Jay and Hikaru Shida.

Hikaru Shida retains the AEW Women's World Championship against Anna "99" Jay despite Tay Conti and Anna Jay distracting the referee with a steel chair so that Jay can strike Shida with a Kendo stick, which Shida kicks out of. After the match, Abadon shows up and scares Hikaru Shida before licking the AEW Women's World Championship with her own bloody tongue.

We hear from Matt Hardy, who says that 2020 has been a difficult year and that it was his duty to inspire everybody to fight on, and when he beat Sammy Guevara at Full Gear, all was right with the world. He then says that if he can survive the odds, then the fans can overcome the pedestrian challenges they face. He then tells the fans to think about what Matt would do if they become overwhelmed: survive, thrive and win.

We hear from Team Taz ("The Machine" Brian Cage, "Absolute" Ricky Starks, Powerhouse Hobbs). Starks says that "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes has crossed the line, then says they love it in AEW and that Taz takes care of them, but he says Cody is the problem, as his paper-thin ego gets in the way and that he does not want people to remember that he and Cage beat them in their last meeting. He says that Cody has made it personal, and that he and Powerhouse Hobbs are going to bust heads next week.

Next week: Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. vs. Leyla Hirsch!

Eddie Kingston guests on commentary for the next match.

The Butcher and the Blade beat The Death Triangle (PAC and Rey Fenix) after The Bunny distracts the referee while Eddie Kingston trips Rey Fenix off the top rope. After the match, Eddie Kingston and his family attack Death Triangle and Penta El Zero M, and Eddie DDTs PAC through a steel chair twice. Suddenly, Lance Archer shows up and fights Eddie Kingston's entire family, and this allows The Death Triangle to fight back before Eddie Kingston runs.
