Backstage, Melissa Santos interviews Madison Rayne. She admits a loss to Jordynne Grace wasn't what she expected, but she is not letting it get to here as she plans to become a champion again. Tessa Blanchard shows up and says Madison is trying to relive her glory days like Gail Kim, but Madison reminds Tessa she's beaten her twice and if she feels the third time is a charm, she can meet her in the ring. Tessa says "Bring it on."
Su Yung beats Rosemary by count-out after Kiera Hogan shows up to help Rosemary fight off Su Yung's undead bridesmaids only for her and Rosemary to argue with one another. After the match, the bridesmaids get a hold of both of them, and Su Yung hits both Rosemary and Kiera with the Panic Switch.

We hear from Ace Austin, who says that he came up short last week thanks to Aiden Prince, and he says that this has started a new story that will end with aces up.

He says that once a song is published, it can't be re-written, and that he should give some thought to his friendship with Rich Swann.
We here from The Deaners (Cody and Jake Deaner). Now that they are in Impact, the hard work begins. Cody gives Jake a hard time for drinking beer out of a green bottle.
The North ("The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander and Ethan Page) beat Sheldon Jean and El Reverso.
Backstage, Melissa Santos interviews Gail Kim, who says she is heading to the ring in case Tessa Blanchard wants to say something to her face.
We hear from The North (Ethan Page and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander. Ethan Page says that he and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander are taking over Impact, and Alexander says they are looking for tag team gold and that the tag team division is on notice.

Madison Rayne beats Tessa Blanchard with a schoolkid pin after Gail Kim stops Tessa Blanchard - who is overly focused on Gail throughout the match - from using a steel chair as a weapon. After the match, Tessa Blanchard blames her loss on Don Callis and Josh Mathews, saying she knows they were in on it.
Backstage, Eli Drake and Eddie Edwards ask The Lucha Bros. (Pentagon Jr. and Fenix) for a tag team title match. All of a sudden, The Latin-American Xchange (Santana and Ortiz) attack The Lucha Bros., and security has to hold them back.
We hear from The Deaners (Cody and Jake Deaner) again, who say that they will be running over the competition at Impact.
Backstage, Melissa Santos interviews Johnny Mundo and Taya Valkyrie. Johnny admits that "The Machine" Brian Cage is good, but that someone as dumb as he is comes once in a millennium. Johnny says Jordynne Grace is just as dumb, but Taya says they must do everything together and could make for a cute couple.
We hear from Sami Callihan, who says that he tried to give Rich Swann the family he never had, but soon, Swann will have nothing at Rebellion when he takes the X Division title before beating him within an inch of his life.
Backstage, Tessa Blanchard says Gail Kim could not help herself and made it personal between them. She says if Gail wants to do that, she can make it personal, too.
Backstage, Fallah Bahh finds "The Smoke Show" Scarlett Bordeaux and thanks her for last week, and Bordeaux tells Fallah that she has his back next week against The Desi Hit Squad (Rohit Raju and Raj Singh).

Johnny Impact and Taya Valkyrie beat "The Machine" Brian Cage and Jordynne Grace after referee John E. Bravo hits Brian Cage with a chop block as Cage has Johnny Impact up for the Drill Claw. After the match, it is revealed that John E. Bravo has sided with Johnny and Taya, who assault Brian Cage as Cage grabs John E. Bravo by the shirt collar.
