Total Miz Island - Miz and Mrs. recap for April 2, 2019

The show begins with Mike and Maryse spending time with daughter Monroe Sky. Mike announces that Maryse is coming back at SummerSlam, and that his career could not be doing any better right now.

Mike and Maryse pack for Monroe Sky for SummerSlam, and as he asks Maryse to pack only the essentials, Mike asks Marjo not to overfeed the dogs and stick to their diet as they are overweight.

Mike and Maryse take Monroe Sky on her first airplane flight to New York City. Monroe sleeps through the flight. Mike is disappointed at how much Maryse has packed.

At the hotel, Mike is surprised at Maryse for ordering so many toys for Monroe Sky and having them delivered to the hotel room via online shopping. The adult assembly required for the toys causes Mike to miss his tanning salon appointment. As this goes on, Maryse's sister Michelle - who can only speak French - shows up.

As Mike and Maryse have dinner at a restaurant, they find out through the kitchen camera back home that Marjo is feeding the dogs bacon. Mike chews Marjo out for it, but Marjo tells Mike to stick it with the protocol.

Maryse refuses to help Mike self-tan, since the smell of the self-tanner made her want to throw up while she was pregnant and still does. Michelle shows up and has no idea why Mike is wearing a Speedo.

Mike, Michelle and Maryse walk Monroe Sky through Central Park, then check on Marjo.

Mike goes to a tanner salon with a new, quicker tanning method that Maryse found for him. When Michelle and Maryse check on Mike, it becomes apparent that Mike is very tan. Despite the recommendation of only one coat of tanner, Mike got three. As they return to the hotel, fans are lined up to get a look at Mike and Maryse, and Maryse and Michelle take too long to get him back to the hotel. Mike has to hide his face with a jacket and take the elevator - with then-NXT Superstar Ricochet wondering what is going on - to the hotel room, which Maryse does not have the key to after she finally returns after finding out that Mike is no longer downstairs. She does, however, knock on the door to the room next door, where Michelle is. The three of them use baby wipes to get off some of the bronzer.

Backstage at SummerSlam, Dolph Ziggler meets Monroe Sky, then everyone finds out through the kitchen camera that Marjo is in the kitchen naked. It soon becomes apparent that Marjo is getting revenge for being watched by Mike and Maryse on the camera via the smartphone.

Mike has his SummerSlam match against Daniel Bryan.
