Total Miz Island - Miz and Mrs. recap for April 16, 2019

Marjo FaceTimes Mike, telling him that the golf cart has suddenly stopped moving. The golf cart has to be pushed all the way back home.

Mike and Maryse talk about putting Monroe in the crib so he can have a good night's sleep. Unfortunately for Mike, everyone - including the two dogs - falls asleep on him.

At SmackDown Live in Portland, Oregon, Mike and R-Truth talk about Mike's bed situation. Truth tells Miz to get any ideas of a good night's sleep as well as any "main event action" out of his mind immediately.

Mike comes back from being on the road. Maryse tells Mike that she has hired a handyman so things in the house can get fixed so that Mike can spend time with Monroe, but Mike, who wants to spend time with Monroe on his time off, also wants to fix everything himself.

Mike and Marjo head to McDonalds as Mike heads out, much to Mike's chagrin. Marjo says that Mike wants to go back home just so he can have sex with Maryse, then mentions that the sex she had with her husband was the best she ever had.

Back at home, Mike and Maryse finally put Monroe in the crib. Monroe starts crying soon after they leave the nursery, but they are able to calm her down. Unfortunately for Mike, the idea of a good's night sleep does not go as planned, as Mike and Maryse have to calm Monroe down every two hours.

The next day, Mike takes care of some housework.

Mike goes jogging in the neighborhood when he gets a message from Maryse saying that Monroe is asleep and that they can have some time alone. Mike runs home only to find out the baby is awake, and Maryse tells Mike that Monroe does not like the crib and that it will have to be moved into the bedroom. With help from Mike's mom Barbara, the crib is moved downstairs to the bedroom after it is miraculously removed from the nursery. Afterwards, Mike and Maryse are in the mood for some alone time.

Mike finds out that the shelf he made won't hold anything, then finds out that Marjo clogged the garbage disposal with potato peels. Mike has Marjo pull the peels out of the garbage disposal, then sprays her with the spray nozzle at the sink. Marjo chases Mike around the house and almost throws a vase of flowers at him. Marjo makes it up for Mike by babysitting Monroe so that Mike and Maryse can have some alone time.

Later that day, Mike and Maryse spend some time on the patio. Maryse insists that Mike spend time with her and leave everything to the handyman, then have alone time again.
