205:Alive - 205 Live recap for October 24, 2018

Mike Kanellis beats Lince Dorado after snapping the top rope into the side of Dorado's face.

We hear from General Manager Drake Maverick, who thanks the fans for their support over the past two years, as tonight's 100th episode in an example of what the show is supposed to be about: the greatest cruiserweight wrestling the world has to offer, such as Mustafa Ali and Hideo Itami. He then announces a match for next week where the winner will face Buddy Murphy for the Cruiserweight title.

We hear from The Brian Kendrick, who says that Drew Gulak and "Gentleman" Jack Gallagher cannot get rid of him as better wrestlers have tried. He says that Gulak will receive no mercy next week.

We hear from Lio Rush, who says that he was not defeated last week and that Cedric Alexander did not beat him with the Lumbar Check. He says that multi-man matches are won by luck, and that the better man is defined in one-on-one competition. He says that because of this, he is still undefeated on 205 Live.

Backstage, Dasha Fuentes interviews Buddy Murphy and "The Premier Athlete." Murphy says next week will shot what kind of General Manager Drake Maverick will be, and Nese says he will beat who Drake has lined up for him next week. He says that regardless of whoever between them is Cruiserweight Champion, it is a new era and the road to the title both begins - and ends - with them.

Mustafa Ali beats Hideo Itami in a Falls Count Anywhere Match after a 450 splash through a table.
