"Hangman" Adam Page beats Shane Taylor.
The Kingdom (Vinny Marseglia and TK O'Ryan) beat Cheeseburger and Flip Gordon. Before the match begins, Kenny King fails to show, and the match starts as a 2-on-1 handicap match where Flip Gordon has to face The Kingdom on his own. Cheeseburger shows up to replace Kenny King as Flip Gordon's partner, but The Kingdom come away with the win.
Caprice Coleman joins in on commentary.
Jeff Cobb - who shows up with the ROH World Television Championship, having won it from Punishment Martinez at the Death Before Dishonor TV tapings - beats Eli Isom. After the match, Cobb shakes hands with Isom and Ryan Nova.
The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) retain the ROH World Tag Team Championships against The Bouncers (The Beer City Bruiser and Brian Milonas). After the match, everyone from both teams have a beer.
Before the next match, "The Villain" Marty Scurll shows up on the stage when someone else attacks Shane "Hurricane" Helms from behind. It is then realized that Scurll is already in the ring and that the figure on the stage is "Hangman" Adam Page in disguise.
"The Villain" Marty Scurll vs. Shane "Hurricane" Helms ends in a no-contest. During the match, Scurll inadvertently hits referee Paul Turner with a European uppercut in the corner. Helms tries to revive the referee, but that allows Scurll to kick Helms in the groin and calls for a local referee to make a pinfall count. This referee keeps Scurll from using Helms' championship belt, and he eventually gets choke slammed by Scurll and Helms at the same time. When Paul Turner comes to, he calls for the bell, and the ring crew and security both have to be called out to separate both men as they go at it. "Hangman" Adam Page then runs in and takes out a few members of security and teh ring crew, then he and Scurll confront Helms. Helms Spears Page, but Page and Scurll have the numbers advantage and they take the boots to Helms before proceeding to unmask him and take his mask.
Madison Rayne guests on commentary for the next match.
Sumie Sakai and Britt Baker beat Jenny Rose and Stella Grey.
Before the next match, Bully Ray calls out Colt Cabana and bullies ring announcer Bobby Cruiser out of the ring, then announces himself before saying that the fans are worse than the Baltimore Orioles pitching staff as not one fan can hit him in the face with a streamer. Then then says that only he could get people to throw streamers directly at him because he is from New York City. When Jonathan Gresham shows up, Bully Ray says only he can get the crowd on their feet and that nobody cares for him enough to stand up and cheer. This leads the crowd to stand up and cheer for Gresham, then Bully Ray tells Gresham that he and Gresham both know that Gresham's wife has bigger balls than he does, with ends with Gresham slapping Bully Ray.
Bully Ray beats Jonathan Gresham in a no-disqualification match after hitting Gresham with a low blow.
Before the next match, Scorpio Sky says that Baltimore, Maryland is the worst town he's ever been in. "Almighty" Christopher Daniels says it will be a glorious moment when they win the six-man titles.
Bullet Club (Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes) retain the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships against SoCal Uncensored ("Almighty" Christopher Daniels, "The Heavy Metal Rebel" Frankie Kazarian, Scorpio Sky). At the beginning of the match, Cody Rhodes and Frankie Kazarian advertise their joint venture American Rebel Cigars, which is taking pre-orders and now shipping in early November. Both teams shake hands after the match.
The Kingdom (Matt Taven, Vinny Marseglia, TK O'Ryan) show up. Taven demands that the fans stand up and show respect to the real ROH World Champion, as he says that he earned this by beating all of the fans' favorites and has earned everything in his career. He says his resume speaks for itself, and that he has never had to use his last name, who he hangs out with or even pander to the fans to get there. He says the World title should have been handed to him months ago when "that Brokeback bitch" Dalton Castle was too hurt to defend it against him, and when he got him in the ring, he beat him for an eight count. He says the hypocrisy is done and that the conspiracy is dead, and now that he is ROH World Champion, he promises to defend the title with pride and be a fighting champion. As of tonight, there is not "a single dork" who has earned a shot at "the real world title." He says the fans wanted to see a real world title match, but he gives the fans a chance to take a photo of him because he is the reason that ROH has sold out Madison Square Garden and because he is "the real world champion."
Jay Lethal retanis the ROH World Championship against "The Last Real Man" Silas Young. After the match, "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes shows up and says there are two reasons why an entrance theme plays: to save a man or to surprise him. He then says this should not be a surprise, however, as the first person he faced in Ring of Honor was Jay Lethal. Cody then says they should go ahead and make the match, as he never got a one-on-one rematch for the ROH World Championship and he "sure as hell" wants one, but before he can propose the match, Kenny King suddenly shows up. He says that he could feel it backstage, but now he can see it. He tells Cody he is on a roll as of late, but he says only one of Cody's title has ROH on it and that Cody is not focused. Meanwhile, he has gotten in touch with "his inner Ric Flair," has went undefeated for a while and has beaten most of everyone in Bullet Club. He then says he is focused on Jay Lethal, saying they are on the same caliber, but that Jay has never beaten him. King then says he deserves the ROH World Championship shot over Cody. Lethal says he understands where Cody is coming from, but says that Kenny King is going about this the wrong way and that people only know who he is because his name shows up on his TitanTron. He then says that if Kenny King and Cody Rhodes want a shot, then they can have it anytime, anywhere.
