It is announced that next week will be the 100th episode of Lucha Underground, and that Dario Cueto will have an important announcement to make that night.
Drago beats The Mack to obtain one of the seven Aztec Medallions after Kobra Moon distracts The Mack, allowing Drago to pin The Mack with the Dragon's Tail. After the match, The Mack gives Drago a Stone Cold Stunner, and is about to do the same to Kobra Moon when Pindar jumps into the ring and attacks The Mack. Vibora shows up afterwards, and choke slams The Mack after Pindar shoves The Mack his way.
Dario Cueto is in the ring. Next week will be an exciting night for everyone as it will be the 100th episode of Lucha Underground. He officially announces that El Dragon Azteca Jr. and Pentagon Dark will compete for an Aztec Medallion, while Prince Puma and Johnny Mundo will have an Atomicos match. Johnny Mundo will team with the rest of The Worldwide Underground (Jack Evans, "The Darewolf" PJ Black, Ricky Mandel), while Prince Puma will have his own team, which will be announced later tonight. The main event for that night will be his brother Matanza Cueto vs. Rey Mysterio Jr. He tells Rey to come out here, as he has something to say to him. Rey shows up, and Dario Cueto tells him to listen closely. Tonight, he is giving his brother Matanza a warm-up to give him a taste of what is going to happen to him. Tonight, Matanza takes on The Rabbit Tribe (Paul London, Mala Suerte, Saltador) in a 3-on-1 handicap match, and he is sending Rey home as he does not want him getting involved in the match. He tells him to leave, but Rey refuses and tells Dario Cueto he is staying right here. Dario Cueto knew he would say that, and threatens to fire El Dragon Azteca Jr. if he does not leave. Rey tells him he can wait for a week, and next week, he will end the Cueto family legacy. After he is done with Matanza, he is coming after Dario.
Riot police are seen lining the ringside area before the next match, while a police car with sirens on blocks the path to the locker room. Strobe lights are also seen around the arena.
Cortez Castro beats Joey Ryan in a Five-O Street Fight to earn one of the seven Aztec Medallions.
Matanza Cueto beats The Rabbit Tribe (Paul London, Mala Suerte, Saltador) in a 3-on-1 handicap match.
Prince Puma is in the ring. Next week, he will be leading an Atomicos team against Johnny Mundo and The Worldwide Underground (Jack Evans, "The Darewolf" PJ Black, Ricky Mandel) for the 100th episode of Lucha Underground, and he has thought long and hard about who to pick. Suddenly, Mundo shows up and says nobody cares who he picks for partners, as he will take him to Slamtown at Ultima Lucha Tres just like he did on the very first episode of Lucha Underground. Prince Puma tells Mundo that he took him to Slamtown a few months later to become Lucha Underground Champion, and it was not the last time that he beat him, either. Mundo says Puma is pretty confident, but asks Puma if he is sure he can beat him. Puma tells Mundo he knows he can beat him. Mundo says that if he knows he can beat him, then they can make it a little more interesting by making it a title vs. mask match, where he puts the Lucha Underground Championship on the line and Prince Puma puts the mask on the line. Prince Puma is up to this challenge. Dario Cueto comes out and says he loves the idea, but says that he does not want it to look like he has run out of ideas and says that Prince Puma has something else on the line that is as valuable to him as the Lucha Underground Championship: his career. After Cueto asks Puma if he is up to the challenge, Puma hits Mundo with a high knee, looks at the Lucha Underground Championship, then tells Cueto he is very confident that he can beat Johnny Mundo as Mundo takes the title out of the ring. Prince Puma tells Johnny Mundo that his challenge is on.
