Layin 'da SmackDown - SmackDown Live recap for June 6, 2017

Commissioner Shane McMahon shows up to start tonight's show. Becky Lynch, Carmella, Natalya, Charlotte, Tamina and James Ellsworth are all in the ring. Before tonight's six-woman tag match, Shane reveals the briefcase for the match, which is white. Shane describes how risky their Money In The Bank Ladder Match will be, and as always, the briefcase guarantees whoever wins it a shot at the SmackDown Women's Championship any time and any place that they want, and that most people who win the briefcase cash in successfully. After everyone in the match says they will be the one who will win the briefcase, Naomi shows up and says she is ready for whoever wins. Suddenly, Lana finally makes her return to SmackDown Live after being off television for some time. Shane says this is the land of opportunity, but that this is not the time; nevertheless, Lana wants in the match. Nobody takes Lana seriously, and Naomi questions if Lana thinks she can hang with the others in the match before asking who in the ring she has beaten. Lana counters with "I can beat you," and Shane has to keep Lana and Naomi apart before telling Lana that she has to earn her way into the match. Lana, at a loss for words, storms off. Shane then asks that tonight's six-woman tag match immediately commence.

Natalya, Tamina and Carmella beat Naomi, Becky Lynch and Charlotte after Lana shows up, distracts Naomi for a few seconds and then trips her on the apron.

Commissioner Shane McMahon meets Mojo Rawley in the back. Mojo says he is clamoring for an opportunity, saying he has beaten Jinder Mahal since Jinder showed up on the blue brand and hopes that there is a reason he was left out of the Money In The Bank other than that he was forgotten, as he has not been on television in two months. Shane gives him an opportunity to enter the Money In The Bank Ladder Match. All Mojo Rawley has to do is beat Jinder Mahal again, and he is in.

AJ Styles beats Dolph Ziggler.

It's time for Fashion Files. Fandango says that Primo and Epico may not be behind what happened last week. All of a sudden, The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) need Breezango's (Tyler Breeze and Fandango) help. They offer them male rompers, but they are not interested until Tyler Breeze wears one. The New Day asks for some information on The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso), and are handed boxes of stuff on the Usos from the evidence room.

John Cena returns to SmackDown Live on July 4th!

The Singh Brothers (Sunil and Samir Singh) introduce Jinder Mahal before the next match.

Jinder Mahal beats Mojo Rawley. After the match, Jinder Mahal says he has dismantled Mojo just like he will Randy Orton at Money In The Bank.. He says anyone who supports Orton is "sick," and that he is the antidote and the medicine. After Money In The Bank, the WWE Universe will accept him as their modern day maharaja.

Renee Young interviews Randy Orton. Orton says he is letting Jinder Mahal run his mouth as actions speak louder than words, as he doesn't need to say a word and Jinder will hear him just fine at Money In The Bank.

The New Day (Big E and Xavier Woods) beat Primo and Epico. After the match, The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) show up and say they will retain the SmackDown tag team titles at Money In The Bank while they make fun of The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods).

Dasha Fuentes interviews Sami Zayn, who has watched plenty of footage to prepare for the Money In The Bank Ladder Match. He says Nakamura has plenty of charisma and is unpredictable because of it as he announces he will do commentary of Nakamura's match. Baron Corbin shows up and lays Sami out, and says a spot on commentary has opened up.

As Commissioner Shane McMahon says he will deal with Baron Corbin after what has just happened, Naomi shows up, wanting a match against Lana at Money In The Bank with the SmackDown Women's Championship on the line. Despite not being obligated to face Lana, Naomi wants the match. Shane McMahon tells her she's got her match.

TJP says he gets his opportunity at the Cruiserweight title from "the backstabbing Neville" tonight on 205 Live.

Baron Corbin guests on commentary for the next match.

"The King of Strong Style" Shinsuke Nakamura beats Kevin Owens. After the match, Baron Corbin hits Nakamura with End of Days.

On Talking Smack, it is debated on whether or not Lana is deserving of a shot at the SmackDown Women's Championship.

Here are the top 10 moments from tonight's show!
