Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for June 24, 2017

Alex Shelley guests on commentary for the next match.

Jonathan Gresham beats Flip Gordon with the Octopus. After the match, Alex Shelley gets in the ring and tells Flip Gordon that he is the future of the company, and that Ring of Honor needs him as much as he needs Ring of Honor. Shelley wants to do everything he can to make him a better competitor, and congratulates Gordon on signing a Ring of Honor contract.

We see a video package for Jay White vs. Punishment Martinez.

We see a video package for 2017 Top Prospect Tournament Winner Josh "The Goods" Woods. Ian Riccobonni interviews Woods, who says that he not only dominated the tournament, but won it, and earned his shot at the ROH World Television Championship. KUSHIDA is in Japan, however, and he wants a challenge. He calls out Jay Briscoe, asking for a match against him and a chance to make him tap out.

"The Last Real Man" Silas Young beats Bobby Fish. After the match, Young demands that Fish shake his hand, but Fish strikes at him and refuses.

We see footage of "The Almighty" Christopher Daniels throwing the ceremonial first pitch for the Chicago White Sox baseball team.

Jay White beats Punishment Martinez with a roll-up. Martinez tries to attack Jay White after the match, but Jay gets the upper hand and both men eventually brawl until Martinez puts White through the timekeeper's table.

Next week: a Four Corners Survival Match between The Beer City Bruiser, Kenny King, Chris Sabin and Mark Briscoe!
