Money In The Bank 2017 - The LIVE Results

It is announced that this Tuesday on SmackDown Live, General Manager Daniel Bryan returns for the first time in months.

The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) are in the Social Media Lounge. When asked what "Day One-ish" means, they say if someone has to have it explained to them, it's not for them. When asked how The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) are different from other teams on the blue brand, the numbers game is brought up. When asked which legendary tag team they would like to take on, they choose Harlem Heat (Booker T and Stevie Ray).

The Hype Bros (Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley) beat Primo Colon and Epico Colon on the kick-off.

Carmella beats Charlotte Flair, Natalya, Tamina and Becky Lynch to win the Women's Money In The Bank Ladder Match after James Ellsworth topples Becky Lynch off the ladder, climbs up the ladder, grabs the briefcase and drops it down to Carmella. The referees have no idea what to do after the match, but the bell has already won, and James Ellsworth takes the microphone and announces that Carmella is the winner.

Dasha Fuentes interviews Lana. She says if she was in the match from earlier, it would have ended differently. As for Naomi, she may still be #1 in the SmackDown Women's Division, but when she wins, she will silence all the critics, making the victory - and become the first ravishing SmackDown Women's Champion - that much sweeter.

Before the next match, The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) say that it will not be The Usos' (Jimmy and Jey Uso) state pen, but it will be their playpen. They tell the crowd to prepare for new SmackDown tag champs.

The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Big E) beat The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) by count-out after The Usos walk out of the match and into the crowd after Jey falls victim to the Midnight Hour and Jimmy pulls him out of the ring.

"Cowboy" Bob Orton Jr. and Sgt. Slaughter are seen chatting backstage.

Naomi retains the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship against Lana. During the match, Carmella, James Ellsworth and a referee show up, and Carmella entertains the thought of cashing in her Money In The Bank Briefcase but decides not to. This distracts Lana to the point that Naomi not only kicks out at one, but reverses Lana's sit-out spinebuster into the submission maneuver that won her the SmackDown Women's title.

The Fashion Files becomes Fashion Vice tonight. Tyler Breeze and Fandango wait for the forensics regarding the attack on Breeze, and get a fax saying "Answer the door." Breeze answers the door and finds a video tape labelled "Watch Me," which they watch. The shadowed attackers, their voices edited, tell Breezango to come to the ring if they want to know who they are.

The show is interrupted by Michael Bennett and Maria Kanellis-Bennett, known now as Mike and Maria Kanellis. Maria says "The First Lady of Wrestling" is back in WWE, after spending the last seven years finding the perfect partner and finding Mike. Maria says they are here to educate the SmackDown Live roster on the power of love. After the match, JBL admits "He took her name."

Greg Gagne, Larry "The Axe" Hennig, Baron Von Raschke, Sgt. Slaughter, "Cowboy" Bob Orton Jr. and Ric Flair are honored for their contributions to wrestling in the St. Louis, Missouri area.

Jinder Mahal retains the WWE Championship against Randy Orton. During the match, The Singh Brothers (Sunil and Samir Singh) place Jinder's foot on the bottom rope after the RKO, and are ejected. Before they leave, they mouth off to the St. Louis legends in the front row and grab "Cowboy" Bob Orton Jr. by the shirt collar. Randy Orton gets out of the ring and lays them both out before putting Samir in an RKO on the outside mat before putting Sunil in an RKO through a commentary table. After Orton gets back in the ring, however, Jinder kicks at the hurt left leg of Orton and hits his Cobra Clutch slam to retain.

The culprits who attacked Tyler Breeze and trashed Breezango's (Tyler Breeze and Fandago) office are revealed to be The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor).

Breezango (Tyler Breeze and Fandango) beat The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor).

Baron Corbin beats Kevin Owens, "The King of Strong Style" Shinsuke Nakamura, Sami Zayn, AJ Styles and Dolph Ziggler in a Money In The Bank Ladder Match to win the Money In The Bank Briefcase after toppling the ladder while Styles and Nakamura - the latter of whom he took out before the match began and did not return until three-quarters of the way through - fight each other at the top, clearing the ladder and giving him a clear path to the briefcase.

On Talking Smack, Baron Corbin and Jinder Mahal have the inevitable confrontation.
