Curtis says the only thing worse than two best friends is no best friends, and says that Big Cass's best friend is not here because he is in the hospital because you can’t teach that. After Bo says "How do you do?," Big Cass shows up, corrects Bo, then says Bo and Curtis Axel are lucky they have each other as best friends as not a single other person wants to be friends with them. He also makes his displeasure with Bo and Curtis known by saying that he plans to throw Curtis onto the Bo Train and bribe the conductor into taking the two of them as far away from him as possible.

Layin 'da SmackDown - SmackDown recap for May 12, 2016
Dean Ambrose starts tonight's show. He says that he and Chris Jericho are even now, and that as long as his heart beat, nobody can take the ring from him. He then wonders what to take from Jericho next, then decides to take his ego. As he talks about what he's going to do to him, Chris Jericho's entrance interrupts him. When the lights come back on, however, Dean Ambrose is down, and Jericho is in the ring. He puts Ambrose in a straightjacket, then attacks him. Ambrose is defenseless, and can't do anything against Jericho. Officials finally break this up, then Jericho gloats.
Rusev beats Sin Cara with the Accolade after Lana splashes Jerry "The King" Lawler's water into Kalisto's face, allowing Rusev to have his way with both Kalisto and Sin Cara.
Renee Young interviews Emma. When she asks who Dana Brooke is, Dana Brooke shows up and tells us exactly who she is, and we find out she has a debut match against Becky Lynch.

War of the Worlds 2016 - Night 2 - The TV Taping Amalgamation
"The Last Real Man" Silas Young guests on commentary for the next match.
ACH beats Lio Rush. After the match, "The Last Real Man" Silas Young rushes into the ring and attacks ACH.
The Addiction (Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian) show up. Christopher Daniels claims that everything is right in the world as they are once again ROH World Tag Team Champions of the World. They claim that they are better than basically every other tag team in ROH, and even go so far as to claim that they have never been beaten and that they are the undisputed, undefeated champions. Chris Sabin shows up and calls The Addiction "sad middle-aged douchebags" before making a male-pattern baldness joke and reminding them that The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) have beaten them twice as of late, and challenge them to a match for the tag team titles. Suddenly, Roppongi Vice (Trent Baretta and Rocky Romero) show up and say that you can't have a party without them. Trent Barretta calls Daniels "old," which gets Daniels mad, who accepts the challenge and says that if either team beats them, they get a shot at the tag team titles at Best in the World.
The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) beat The Addiction (Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian) and Roppongi Vice (Trent Barretta and Rocky Romero) in a three-way tag team match to earn a title shot against The Addiction at Best in the World.

Colt Cabana beats "The Hangman" Adam Page. After the match, The Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga and Tonga Roa) attack Cabana, and the camera cuts away before Adam Page's noose is placed around Cabana's neck.

As BJ Whitmer threatens to beat his body and steal his soul at Best in the World, Steve Corino shows up through the crowd. Despite officials trying to stop him, BJ Whitmer says he doesn't have to wait, and he'll do it right now. Whitmer retreats as Corino gets in the ring.
Jay Lethal retains the ROH World Championship against Donovan Dijak after The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) accidentally super kick Dijak, allowing Lethal to hit the Lethal Injection for the win. The Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga and Tonga Roa) show up and attack Lethal, but The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) rush in and make the save. Jay Lethal takes the World title from Jay Briscoe, then the two stare down.
Tetsuya Naito beats Moose.
The All Night Express (Kenny King and Rhett Titus) now speak into small megaphones on their way to the ring.
The All Night Express (Kenny King and Rhett Titus) beat Cheeseburger and Jushin "Thunder" Liger.
Roderick Strong shows up and has a war of words with Mark Briscoe. The two of them have to be separated by officials before it can get worse.
"The Last Real Man" Silas Young calls out ACH on his manhood yet again, telling him he'll send him back to reality at Best in the World. Officials have to get Young away from a fan for putting his hand on him, then ACH shows up and attacks Young.

Tomohiro Ishii beats Will Ferrara.
Steve Corino shows up. He tells us that calling himself an evil man isn't just a slogan, and that he tried to shed his "evil man" image a few years ago to no avail. He calls BJ Whitmer the biggest piece of trash he's ever seen climb into the ring, and says that Whitmer will pay for pushing him to his limits. He also tells Whimer that he's got the wrong mask, as he's not Mr. Wrestling III and the real mask is his glasses and three-piece suit. He tells Whitmer he's already in a special place in Hell and that he will take Whitmer with him. At Best In The World, Whitmer will never be in ROH again as he will be taking out the trash.

In a YouTube exclusive uploaded one day before this week's episode, Fenix beats Jack Evans.
Dario Cueto heads to a bar and meets with the man who told Captain Vasquez to stop with the case on Dario Cueto. Cueto hands him some money, and the man says that his employer will be very pleased. Before Cueto can leave, the man insists he stay for a drink. Cueto has a beer while the other guy has a whiskey. The man tells Cueto that the police have a file open on him and that there may be somebody on the inside in the temple. He says that the temple is very important to his employer, and that his employer is going to show up personally to see it and that he has been waiting a very long time. He asks if Dario thought his brother Matanza would have all the fun before they drink their shots.
Joey Ryan beats Mr. Cisco and Cortez Castro in a triple threat match after grabbing Castro's tights to earn one of the seven ancient Aztec medallions.
Catrina and Mil Muertes are in Mil Muertes' lair. Catrina says she's waited 197 years for this moment, and knows that Mil Muertes went through hell before she freed him from Death's grip and made him more powerful than ever, and that it was all part of her plan. Tonight, she expects Mil Muertes to destroy Matanza Cueto, and that she hopes to give Matanza the Kiss of Death before he closes the coffin on Matanza and becomes Lucha Underground Champion again. Meanwhile, King Cuerno steps out from behind the latar, knowing what's going on.
Rey Mysterio Jr., Prince Puma and El Dragon Azteca Jr. retain the Lucha Underground Trios Championships against Ivelisse, Son of Havoc and Johnny Mundo. Taya attacks Ivelisse after the match after the two couldn't get along during it.
Matanza Cueto retains the Lucha Underground Championship against Mil Muertes in a Graver Consequences match. During the match, Matanza knocks Catrina unconscious and places her in a coffin along with the stone that holds Mil Muertes' power. As the coffin containing Mil Muertes is taken out of the erna, it is revealed that the hooded man at the back of the coffin is King Cuerno.
The mayor's aide gives the money - $50,000 in all - to his employer inside of a limousine. The inside of the limo gets darker, and says that Dario Cueto believes his brother Matanza Cueto is the most powerful being on earth, but says that's not true as his employer boasts that title, and he calls him "My lord." The last thing we see is a blue flame lighting a cigar.

Finn Balor returns tonight...
Finn Balor starts tonight's show in his first appearance since losing the NXT Championship to Samoa Joe. The crowd chants "Thank you, Finn," but Finn says he should be thanking them. He says his matches with Samoa Joe in London and Dallas could have went either way, but he won. As soon as he says that their match in Lowell, Massachusetts could have went either way, "The Drifter" Elias Samson shows up and sings a song about Finn. Finn responds with a Pele Kick that knocks Samson out of the ring, then he tosses the guitar at Samson on his way out.
Last week, Cathy Kelley interviewed Eric Young. He says there's no doubt in his mind that the best are in NXT and the WWE Universe, and that he's ready to prove he belongs. He says we're looking at a world-class champion, a world-class athlete, and a world-class maniac.
Finn Balor says he'll send a message to Samoa Joe after he's done beating "The Drifter" Elias Samson.
American Alpha (Jason Jordan and Chad Gable) beat Corey Hollis and John Skyler despite the distraction from The Revival (Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson).
Cathy Kelley interviews "The King of Strong Style" Shinsuke Nakamura. When asked what "Time to rage" means, Nakamura says "Rage? Shaking is 'rage.'"

Regal then makes a match next week between Blake and Murphy and the team of Austin Aries and a tag team partner of his choice.

Jeff Hardy shows up. He brings up The Decay (Rosemary, Crazzy Steve, Abyss), and it doesn't take long before they show up. Abyss says he and Jeff have went to war many times before, and that they really like him and want him in the family, but says his dedication to the fans makes him weak. Jeff Hardy says Decay isn't dead, but he's about to kill them. Rosemary says that Jeff's pain came at a high price, but it was well worth it. When Jeff asks who paid them to make the hit, however, Abyss says the person who paid them will reveal themselves in time. Decay get in the ring, and Jeff Hardy fights them off, but Jeff quickly falls victim to the numbers game. "The Cowboy" James Storm then runs into the ring, forcing Decay to flee. Abyss says that Decay destroyed Jeff Hardy for a high price, but tonight they will destroy Storm for free. Storm says that he is still owed a tag team title rematch, and he plans to get it with Jeff Hardy. Hardy tells Decay to pretend he's the weatherman, as Decay is in for "a Charismatic Storm."
Decay (Crazzy Steve and Abyss) retain the TNA World Tag Team Championship against Jeff Hardy and "The Cowboy" James Storm after the lights go out and someone dressed as Willow distracts Hardy, allowing Crazzy Steve and Abyss to hit Jeff Hardy with the mist to retain.
Drew Galloway responds to Lashley saying he doesn't like him by saying that the feeling is mutual. He then calls him out.
Jeff Hardy is irritated with how tonight's match went down, and says he's the only Willow. He plans to reveal the fake Willow tonight.
"The Miracle" Mike Bennett and Maria head to a Billy Corgan performance, then have a talk with Billy backstage...
Drew Galloway shows up. He says he has promised to be different from past world champs and to be a fighting champion. He then calls out Lashley, who shows up and wants to know if Galloway fears or respects him. Galloway says he's not afraid of him, but Lashley says he should be, as he's the only real fighter around. He respects Galloway's persistence, but he says he's taking the title. Galloway says he will keep getting back up, as Lashley can never break him, and challenges him to a title match right now. Lashley says he's in Galloway's head just like he was in Kurt Angle's, and says the match will happen...just not right now. He gives him a week before he fights him and takes the title back. Galloway tells him he's going to give him a fight, but Lashley says that if he does, he will hurt him. Before Drew leaves, Eli Drake shows up and says it's not ever between him and Drew, and that he's taking the World title in addition to the rest of the titles in TNA tonight. Drew then brawls with Eli.

Ethan Carter III says he wants a rematch against "The Miracle" Mike Bennett, and he won't leave the ring until he gets it from him.
Maria Kanellis tells Jade and Gail Kim that they have a match for the TNA Knockouts Championship tonight...and Sienna will be at ringside to ensure they fight.

He says he is now just a man with a vendetta after losing his unpinned and unsubmitted streak, and calls out "The Miracle" Mike Bennett and Maria Kanellis so that they can "do business." Bennett and Maria show up. Bennett says he's moved on, but EC3 says Bennett has an ego. Bennett says he does have an ego. EC3 says that since trying to win the World Heavyweight title didn't work out for him, EC3 declares that he wants a rematch. Bennett says that everything EC3 has done in the past are eating him up inside. He plans to lay all of EC3's "demons" bare, and if he can beat his demons, he'll give him his rematch. EC3 accepts the challenge. Bennett starts EC3's "road to redemption" tonight with a Six Sides of Steel match, but EC3 will have to wait to find out who his opponent is in that match tonight.
Gail Kim vs. Jade ends when Sienna distracts Gail Kim before attacking Jade after she hits Gail with a cross body over the ropes. Sienna then makes quick work of Gail Kim.
Al Snow says that Grado and Mahabali Shera are part of the reason why wrestling is going to hell, and wants to see if they're willing to do anything to make it in this business after saying that they don't have what it takes. He plans to shut the door of opportunity in their faces as part of his plan to "make wrestling great again."
