Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for April 9, 2025

We hear from The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Marina Shafir). Moxley says that AEW is the greatest roster of talent assembled under one roof, yet they cannot get themselves together and they "do not want it" when it comes to take him on. Moxley mentions the return of The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson), saying he has not recognized them for a long time and that they had better be careful before they make any moves.

Jon Moxley beats "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata by submission with a sleeper hold. After the match, The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) show up. Moxley and Marina Shafir leave, then Nicholas demands respect for himself and Matthew before stating that they cost Swerve Strickland the World title for a couple of reasons. He says that they did it for their friend "Hangman" Adam Page, stating that Hangman did not want Swerve to be world champion again, that they know who their friends are and that Hangman loves them like they love Hangman. Matthew says that they also did this as a peace offering to The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Marina Shafir), and hopes that neither side has a problem with the other. He says they have more in common than they think, saying that they want AEW to be the best, want the locker room to rise of the occasion and want to change the world like they do. He also gives The Death Riders credit for taking over AEW and even taking the World Championship in the process, which they could not do, and calls their attack on Swerve as "an elevator pitch" for both sides to work together at one. Matthew then asks The Death Riders to come back so they can talk business, then Kenny Omega shows up. Omega tells The Young Bucks that they forgot to mention him and mentions when they pushed him off a stretcher taking him to the hospital during his diverticulitis. Omega mentions a story about two Shih Tzus kept crapping on the floor at a friend's house until they took things to his place, and compares it to what The Young Bucks are doing, mentioning the documents they shredded the last time they were on television. He announces they were tearing up receipts of private jets, furniture and other things, and says that The Young Bucks almost killed the company that he gave his heart and soul for, not The Death Riders. Omega admits the time off has done The Young Bucks wonderfully, then says they should cut out the middleman and fight in the ring. As Omega approaches the ring, so does "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada. Before Okada can even get in the ring, however, Swerve Strickland shows up from behind The Young Bucks and Okada with a metal folding chair in his hand. The Young Bucks and Okada retreat. Omega leaves the ring and places the microphone on the apron to give Swerve the floor on his way out, then Swerve says it is "Buck hunting season" and he has a shotgun ready to blast at some EVPs. He says The Young Bucks could not leave well enough alone, then he is attacked from behind by PAC. This gets the next match started.

Suddenly, MVP shows up and stands to Shelton Benjamin's right, then says he is not wrestling in the men's Owen Hart to break his back, sweat and wrestle every week "like some schmuck." As he states that he is going for the AEW World Championship, he also states that this is a great business relationship between himself and The Hurt Syndicate, and as MVP asks how to join, Lashley tells him shut up and that they do not need him. He brings out "The Redwood" Big Bill and "The Bad Apple" Bryan Keith, and Jericho admits he thought they would all have gold tonight. Bill pushes Jericho's microphone down, grabs his own, and tells Jericho they are all angry, and that he is especially angry. He says he has the utmost respect for Jericho and everything that he has done, which is why he joined The Learning Tree in order to learn from him. He then says he did not sign up to be his punching bag whenever things go wrong. He then states that if they are here to be taught, then he should teach. He then says that if they are here to be berated, then they should know now so that he can leave, stating that Bryan Keith feels the same way. Jericho says he did not bring them out here for that, as he believes in them, and that he really wanted them to win the World Tag Championships, as he hand-picked them to stand by him as they have potential. He says their victories and failures are also his. Jericho says that he needed him in his ROH World Championship match and he was not there, and while people say that may have cost him the match, he does not believe that. He then says he is not angry, just disappointed, then starts smacking the nearby TV screen with a baseball bat. He then says he is disappointed in them, and until they change that, it is best that he leaves. Jericho then leaves the ring and heads to the back.

Backstage, Alicia Atout interviews The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin). Bobby Lashley says they do not need MJF and that he is not trustworthy. Shelton agrees, but admits MJF is "kinda funny." Suddenly, MJF shows up, and wants to know why he is being treated like "some punk bitch." He says that his match was exactly the kind of fight that he lives for, then Oba Femi asks Ivar what he wants. Ivar says he felt a deep jealousy, not just for the title around his shoulder, but for the fight that he wanted to be part of. Ivar says Josh Briggs and Dijak threw everything at him, but he remained the immovable object, and now he knows he is the one who can take him down and take the North American Championship. Trick then asks Ilja Dragunov to come to the ring, and Ilja Dragunov shows up and heads to the ring. He says that he is proud of the Superstar that Trick has become as well as Trick's charisma. After Trick says that the fans want to see him as NXT Champion, Dragunov says that Trick is full of himself, as he should be, but denies him a shot at the title, as he had his chance and failed and it is time for another Superstar to get a chance to face him. Trick asks who he has to beat to face him, and says nothing will stop him from the NXT Championship. Dragunov says Trick is a risk-taker and that he tells him that this will be his biggest risk, and tells him he has his shot in two weeks at Spring Breakin'. Dragunov then says that when he beats Trick, Trick must leave NXT. Trick says that if he cannot beat Dragunov, then he does not belong in NXT, and he accepts his challenge. He says he cannot wait to walk down to the ring with 20,000 chanting "Yes!" in unison, and while he is synonymous with the word "yes," he has constantly been told "no" throughout his career. Daniel Bryan says he has been told that he does not belong in the main event, in WWE or at WrestleMania, and he has been told he is not best for business or the face of WWE, and that the only person who felt he was was himself. He considers himself lucky, as he had friends and family to tell him to ignore the haters, look within himself and say "yes," because every time life told him "no," he told himself "yes." Daniel states that doctors said he would never come back, that fans said he would never be world champion, that Roman Reigns said he could not tap him out, and now, he has been told "yes" to being in WrestleMania's main event. He says that Sunday's match is the biggest match of his career, as he has Edge - who is furious for stealing the spotlight for him - on one side, and Roman Reigns - who is enraged he made him tap out once and could potentially lose to him - on the other. He says that when men are furious and enraged, they are dangerous, and while Edge and Roman are dangerous men, they will face the best, most dangerous Daniel Bryan they have ever seen, and says he will walk out of WrestleMania as Universal Champion.

Bianca admits she is both excited and nervous, but being nervous means you care so long as you are not scared, and she knows the world is watching to see what she can do. Bianca says being "the EST of WWE" makes her dangerous and gives her all the tools to win and become the SmackDown Women's Champion in the greatest night of her life.

WrestleMania 37 is tomorrow and Sunday!

We see footage from earlier this week of Big E going back home to Tampa, Florida. He says Apollo Crews says a lot about going back home, then says he never forgot as he gets a haircut. Big E says he comes back here to get his mind right, and talks about the bridge where he used to run two miles before wrestling practice. He talks about Raymond James Stadium, and says it is where champions are made, where he will shine and where Apollo's championships dreams will come to die.

We see a video package chronicling the events leading up to Randy Orton vs. The Fiend at WrestleMania.

Tamina beats Nia Jax by disqualification after "The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler breaks up a pinfall attempt from Tamina. After the match, Natalya and Tamina fight back and stand tall in the ring.

Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews The Riott Squad, and Billie Kay shows up with Carmella. Ruby Riott says she and Liv Morgan have learned from their losses and are more in sync than ever, but Carmella and Billie Kay mock them, with Carmella saying the women's tag team titles are theirs and that if she wanted a lesson on friendship, she would watch an after school special. Mandy Rose, Dana Brooke, Naomi and Lana also show up, and soon all four teams brawl backstage. Natalya and Tamina soon join in and end up being the last team standing.

We see an election-style ad where Seth Rollins puts himself on a pedestal while calling Cesaro a bad example who has never had a one-on-one match at WrestleMania.

Edge heads to the ring. Edge talks about how he went to WrestleMania 6 and knew what he needed to do with the rest of his life, and says that when he dreams things, he has to manifest them, and he became a Superstar who accomplished everything. However, he did not end his career on his own terms, and had it ripped away from him when it was all he wanted to do. He says he fought and ripped his career from fate's hand, and he came back to steal the show and main event WrestleMania. He talks about how Daniel Bryan has called this his last WrestleMania, and says that this is the same for him, and says Daniel Bryan used sympathy as a factor to get into the main event and make it a Triple Threat Match. He says that instead of a clash of the titans from two eras, he now has "an indie bookstore troll" sticking his nose into their business. He then address Roman Reigns, saying he owes Roman nothing and - if anything - Roman owes him. Edge calls Roman "Samoan Edge," saying he made the template for him when he arrived in WWE, then admits he is good and admires what he has become, then says they had their match ripped away from them and that some fans have caught on to this. He also mentions that the Universal Championship match takes place ten years to the day of his retirement, yet nobody mentions this while Daniel Bryan's WrestleMania story is driven to the ground, and says he has not received the respect he deserves. Edge says he came back to win the Royal Rumble to get to WrestleMania, and had to go through a triple fusion in his neck and nine years out of the business to come back and perform at a level like never before only to receive a slap in the face to him and his work ethic. He says it is time to take back the respect he deserves, and regardless of how people want to see his story, he is the next Universal Champion, because he has dreamt it and now he will manifest it.

Backstage, Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville talk about the Triple Threat Match. Deville says she does not agree with it, stating that Edge and Roman should be in a singles match.

Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews Sasha Banks. Sasha says she does not care what Bianca Belair has to say, and that Bianca - and everyone else - cares what she has to say. She says Bianca may be "the EST of WWE," but she - not Bianca - is the best, and that Bianca will realize her place beneath her when she finds out her best is not enough as she makes her tap out at WrestleMania.

We see a video package chronicling the events leading up to Drew McIntyre vs. Lashley at WrestleMania.

We see footage from earlier this week where Sami Zayn meets with Jake and Logan Paul during boxing practice. Sami proposes the three of them spar in a boxing ring, but as he takes the wrong exit, he finds himself locked out of the gym. After the footage, Sami Zayn shows up flustered by the footage being played, and saying everything is fine between him and Logan Paul as Superstars head to the ring for the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Suddenly, Sami is attacked from out of nowhere by Kevin Owens, who chases him to the back.

Jey Uso last eliminates Shinsuke Nakamura to win the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns head to the ring. Roman says he is annoyed that he even has to be here, as he is not a politician running for President and does not have to sell himself to the fans. He says he has more things to worry about, as he can lose even if he is not pinned. He says that since he is here, he might as well state the obvious and say that he will show up at WrestleMania and win, because when he shows up, WWE is winning. He says that he can have one good week like Edge and Daniel Bryan, because he has had thirty good weeks in a row, and that he has changed the ratings for SmackDown and made the Universal Championship relevant. Roman says Daniel Bryan did not make him tap out and is holding on by a thread, and that Daniel Bryan will not be able to make him tap out at WrestleMania. He also says that he "took it away from Edge and from everyone else," and that being at WrestleMania is the dream as well as where the dreamers' stories end and his begins. He then says that he will do at WrestleMania will pale in comparison to what happens next, because he is the man with the golden hand and he will crush Edge and Daniel Bryan's dreams. Roman then says he will wreck everybody and leave with the Universal Championship, and Edge and Daniel Bryan will look up at a man greater than them as the whole world acknowledges him.

Talking Smack: Edge reminds Paul Heyman who he is.

Total Bellas Island - Total Bellas recap for April 9, 2020

Artem and Nikki are at a restaurant talking about progress on Nikki's new house. Nikki wants Artem to take part in the house inspection later in the week, but Artem has to fly back to Los Angeles.

At Brie and Bryan's house, Brie and Nikki are working on a book about their lives, and are considering who to involve as guest authors for certain chapters. Bryan and Kathy are considered, but so is their father, whom they have a rocky relationship with.

Nikki and Artem see a fallen tree as they take a walk in the neighborhood. Nikki talks about her father - who has a wife and children from after the split - and wishes that their relationship could be mended. She mentions that if she were to work on it, she would have to keep it a secret from the rest of the family.

At Nikki's house, Artem and Nikki notice a lot of things that needed to be fixed as they check things out.

At Kathy's house, Brie and Nikki bring up the chapter in their book about their relationship with their father in order to get things right. Their father's addiction is also brought up, and Nikki mentions that the dysfunction that resulted from it caused her to be mistrusting in men and caused her to relationship issues. Kathy says that the chapter has taken her into a very dark place. They bring up the possibility of their father being in a better place. Brie mentions the few times that she has met her father to Kathy, much to the shock of Kathy and Nikki. This brings back a lot of feelings of pain to Kathy, who is angry at Brie for hiding things concerning her relationship with her dad as well as being reminded about her past. Kathy also feels that Brie is not sympathetic to her pain.

In the car, Nikki can see the points of view of both Brie and Kathy, and can see where both of them are coming from concerning her and Brie's father.

Brie, Nikki, Artem and Birdie go to a restaurant to try some wine and cheese. Brie feels that she wants to show the chapter about her and Nikki's father to their father in person, and Nikki feels that if Brie is going to do it, she should be there, too. Nikki admits that she is nervous to meet her dad again, because she does not want to hurt Kathy. Nikki wants to bring Artem, as she feels that her father would be interested in their relationship. Artem feels taken off guard and that Nikki is taking a big step.

Artem and Nikki go to a hardware store to buy some tools for the house. Nikki admits that the inspection of the home may not have went as well as it could have gone. Artem agrees to help out and figure out what the problems are. Nikki then admits that the names of things in a hardware store are pretty sexual.

Brie meets with her mom Kathy in a restaurant. Kathy apologizes for what happened the other day, as it made her wish that she changed some thing about how she got herself out of the situation with Brie and Nikki's dad, and both of them agree that they handled things poorly. Kathy supports Brie trying to mend her relationship with her father, and Brie mentions her and Nikki meeting their father for dinner in an effort to be honest and open.

At Nikki's house, Nikki and Artem look at the plans of the house with some interior decorators. Artem notices that he and Nikki are evolving in each other's lives.

At Brie and Bryan's house, Brie, Nikki and Artem wait for Brie and Nikki's father to arrive. Brie and Nikki are unsure about whether to show the chapter of their book about their father to him. Their father Jonathan eventually arrives, and while Nikki is unsure about however everything will go, she admits that Artem has a calming energy about him after her father spends a few minutes with Artem.

At Kathy's house, Kathy is with JJ. Kathy brings up Brie meeting her and JJ's dad to JJ. JJ understands where Kathy is coming from, and Kathy just wants the family to continue to be close. JJ says that will not be a problem.

Brie, Nikki, Artem and Jonathan have dinner together. Jonathan says that he did not have much guidance in life and that he made plenty of bad choices that led to his addiction. He says that his addiction made him stop being there as a father, and he eventually decided that enough is enough and went cold turkey while promising never to hurt another woman again. He says that he is not ashamed to start from scratch, but he does not want to dwell on his past. Bryan joins in on the conversation via FaceTime. The four of them propose they take a trip to the Mexi-Cali area, then take a few photos together. Nikki feels that she and Brie have finally reconnected with their father.

Layin' da SmackDown - SmackDown Live recap for April 9, 2019

The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) show up to start tonight's show with Kofi's championship celebration. Big E announces that Kofi made people cry tears of joy as he proved himself "an A+ player with extra credit" at WrestleMania to become WWE Champion, then Big E does a split just like he did on Raw. He also mentions that Kofi came close to becoming a dual champion like Becky Lynch last night, and while it would have fun, there is nothing like being home on SmackDown Live. Big E admits that people know The New Day best for crude jokes and mischievousness, but tonight, they are here to celebrate Kofi. Woods says they are honored to call Kofi a friend and a brother, and tonight, they will celebrate Kofi's career. Woods says he remembers Kofi's debut, and says it has been wonderful to follow Kofi's career. When he finally made it to WWE and met Kofi, it was like meeting one of his heroes. Big E says the bond The New Day has is special, and they changed culture and made history. He says that Kofi did just that at WrestleMania, and Woods congratulates Kofi on behalf of everyone from the fans to the locker room. He thanks his family for supporting him since day one, then The Bar (Sheamus and Cesaro) shows up. Sheamus says Kofi owes them thanks for saving their sin, and Cesaro says Seth Rollins was mopping the floor with him and almost took his championship. Sheamus says Kofi almost lost the WWE Championship because he didn't have Big E and Woods with him, then Cesaro challenges The New Day to a six-man tag team match. Big E questions their not having a third man, but Cesaro says they made a friend at Raw: Drew McIntyre, who shows up and stands alongside The Bar.

Aleister Black, Ricochet and Ali beat Andrade, Shinsuke Nakamura and Rusev. After the match, Ali is nailed by an RKO out of nowhere by Randy Orton. After that, Kevin Owens shows up from out of nowhere and hits Rusev with a Stunner.

Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso), who congratulate Kofi Kingston before saying they are still SmackDown tag team champions and that they need to win tonight, for both titles and bragging rights about being the best are on the line.

R-Truth and Carmella are in the ring. They congratulate Becky Lynch and Kofi Kingston on their win on Sunday, and Truth boasts that Carmella beat Andre The Giant in the Royal Rumble. Carmella says that Truth is talking about the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal, and says that she could not have done it without Truth. After she says that the battle royal win is the first step towards a bright future, Samoa Joe shows up. Truth and Joe brawl, but Joe is able to lock in the Coaquina Clutch and put Truth to sleep. Joe says he stands before the fans as the man who beat Rey Mysterio in less than a minute, and it will take less time to beat up anyone else in WWE. Suddenly, Braun Strowman shows up and fights Joe. Joe tries to put Strowman to sleep with the Coaquina Clutch, but Strowman fights out of it and nearly hits Joe with a running powerslam. Joe manages to wriggle free and get away.

Before the next match, The IIconics (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce) brag about their tag team championship victory at WrestleMania, and say that they don't just talk; they walk about being fighting champions and promise to take on anyone, anytime and anywhere. They announce that they have set up their first title defense against a team with a record of 45-0: Karissa and Kristen, The Brooklyn Belles.

The IIconics (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce) retain the WWE Women's Championships against The Brooklyn Belles (Karissa and Kristen). (Kristen is future AEW star Kris Statlander, and Karissa will be known as Elektra Lopez in NXT two years later.) After the match, Kayla Braxton interviews Paige - who has been watching the match - backstage. She mentions the Superstar Shake-Up, then mentions that next week, she will be bringing in an impressive tag team of her own after The IIconics' victory tonight.

Shane McMahon shows up. Shane says that this week has been great and that next week will be just as great with the Superstar Shake-Up, then focuses on WrestleMania. After naming off some of the best moments from Sunday night, he then says that everyone tuned in to see him defeat The Miz. Shane goes on to brag that he did, then says he has The Miz - who is not here tonight due to having to tend to his father - in his rear view mirror and that The Miz's father had the audacity to get in the ring and stepping up to him. He says that The Miz's father hit him in the eye, and the crowd chants "You deserve it!" as Shane claims that he was forced to defend himself by striking back and that The Miz and his father both got what was coming to them. Shane says that The Miz and his father found out first-hand that he is the best in the world on Sunday, then - as the crowd chants for CM Punk - asks ring announcer to step into the ring with him. Shane tells Hamilton that he could not help but feel that Hamilton was getting stuck introducing him, and Hamilton tells Shane that some fans threatened to something bad to him if he introduces Shane as "Best In The World." Shane tells Hamilton that Brooklyn, New York is the best city in the world because he lives in it, then tells him he does not have to worry about the fans doing things to him before saying he should worry about him doing something to him. He demands that Hamilton introduce him with conviction and pride, but after a few attempts, Shane grabs Hamilton by the tie and forces him to the stage before threatening to beat him up after one too many unsatisfactory attempts. Hamilton provides an attempt that Shane considers satisfactory, then allows Hamilton to go back to ringside while he leaves.

The Hardy Boyz (Jeff and Matt Hardy) beat The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) to become the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions, marking their eighth tag team title reign in WWE. Before Kayla Braxton can interview The Hardy Boyz, Lars Sullivan shows up. Sullivan slides into the ring and easily lays The Hardys out.

Becky Lynch shows up. She admits that it has been quite a week, and that she did exactly what she said she would do at WrestleMania. She tried to celebrate last night on Raw, then Lacey Evans showed up and hit her. Becky says that she was reminded that she holds two targets, and that she will be pulling double duty. She dares every last challenger to bring it on, and says that if she has to beat everyone up and sleep with one eye open, she will do it in order to keep both titles. As Becky leaves and raises up both women's titles, she is sucker punched by Lacey Evans.

Before the next match, Sami Zayn shows up, then tells the crowd "Yeah...you're not worth it."

The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) beat The Bar (Sheamus and Cesaro) and Drew McIntyre. After the match, The New Day celebrates with Kofi's family.

Here's the top ten moments from tonight's show!

Total Miz Island - Miz and Mrs. recap for April 9, 2019

Mike practices his golf swing on a simulator complete with a screen, and Maryse has to yell at him just to get him to close the door when he wakes Monroe Sky and agitates the dogs into barking. He closes the door, but the dogs still bark and Monroe Sky is woken up.

Mike and Maryse are welcome to the neighborhood with a pie by Angela, one of the neighbors. Maryse is blown away by the friendliness, as she is not used to it in Quebec. Meanwhile, Mike is reminded of his childhood neighborhood in Parma, Ohio. Mike gives her a few pointers on how to come off as friendly, but it doesn't quite work.

As Maryse talks with Marjo about Angela and the pie, Mike shows up with a golf cart - decorated with Miz decals - while dressed in his entrance gear. The three of them go for a ride on a golf cart.

Mike and Maryse check out an app for the neighborhood. It becomes apparent that the neighbors have learned they have moved in, but that there are pre-conceived notions that Mike and Maryse act like they usually do on WWE programming. They also find out that Mike's golf simulator is keeping the neighbors up at night.

As Mike checks on what the neighbors think of his family, he finds out that the neighbors are cross with Marjo for not picking up after the dogs. Mike and Maryse put on black hooded jackets and get on the golf cart at night and try to clean up after the dogs. Mike and Maryse quietly argue whether to put it in the neighbor's trash can or take back it to their house after Maryse puts it in the neighbor's trash can and Mike takes it back out.

The next day, Mike revokes Marjo's golf cart privileges when Mike and Marjo argue over picking up after the dogs, and tells her to drive around in Monroe's electric car if she wants to get around on the logic that if Marjo wants to act like a child, she will be treated like one. Marjo gets the last laugh by driving around in the toy car anyway.

Backstage at SmackDown Live in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mike and Maryse find out that it was not a good idea to pick up dog poop at night when the neighbors mention "suspicious people" in black hooded jackets at night on the neighborhood app and it comes to light that Mike and Maryse are the people in question.

At home, Maryse comes up with the idea of sending everyone in the neighborhood autographs and action figures of her and Mike.

Mike gifts Maryse a golf club for the golf simulator. When they go to the golf simulator room, Mike reveals that he has changed the golf simulator room into a nursery, as he has realized that having the golf simulator in a house with dogs and a baby daughter is not the best idea.

On the neighborhood app, the neighbors are no longer angry with them thanks to the gifts of the autographs and action figures. Marjo tries to sneak out of the house to go to the store on the golf cart, which is still plugged into the wall, and Marjo knocks down a whole shelf. The show ends with Mike and Maryse chasing after Marjo.

Bonus clip: Mike has a moment with Pumpkin.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for April 9, 2018

Commissioner Stephanie McMahon shows up to start tonight's show. It is noticed that Stephanie is nursing her left arm, which is in some sort of brace. When she gets in the ring, the crowd chants "You tapped out!" Stephanie shows irritation with the crowd for showing her no sympathy, which causes the chants to get louder. Stephanie says the crowd may be chanting that, but they have to admit they were surprised at her performance and that she deserves the accolades as she knew what she was doing. She says that if she challenged Rousey in her world, she would bring out the best in her, and she deserves the pat on the back for that. Stephanie then brings out Rousey, who shows up. Stephanie tells Ronda that she made her tap out and that the better woman won. She goes on to say that everything Ronda does is with heart and passion, and that she is a role model for young girls everywhere. She also says she was beaten by the best in the world, and she has no shame in that. Stephanie says that with Ronda's talent and her spotlight, there is no place they cannot go and that she can apply her muscle towards anything that she does. This causes the crowd to chant "Bullshit!" Stephanie tells Ronda she is smarter than all the fans, for she is a businesswoman, and that she taught her a valuable lesson. This leads to a "Shut the fuck up!" chant. She then tells the fans to give it up for "her friend," "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey. Ronda and Stephanie hug, then Ronda puts her in another arm bar, ripping the arm brace off in the process.. Two referees and two EMTs have to run into the ring to check on Stephanie. The crowd sings Na Na Hey Hey (The Goodbye Song) as Stephanie is helped to the back. Jojo asks the crowd for some respect for Stephanie, which leads to a storm of boos.

Next Monday on Raw and SmackDown Live: The Superstar Shake-Up!

Before the next match, Alexa says there is no bigger bully in the WWE than "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey, unless people are talking about Nia Jax. She says it is time for people to hear the truth, as Nia loves to throw her weight around. She then says this is a lot of weight, which is twice the weight of Mickie and three times the weight of her. After an "Asshole!" chant, Alexa says Nia beat Mickie up for no reason and that she lost because she is a compassionate woman. She also claims to have competed under emotional distress last night, and says Nia enjoyed every second of it for she is cold as ice and everybody knows it, and that is why she has no tag team partner. Nia tells Alexa to shut up, and admits she enjoyed every second of doing it, and that she is now the new Raw Women's Champion. She also says he has a partner, and that partner is Ember Moon.

Nia Jax and Ember Moon beat Alexa Bliss and Mickie James in Ember Moon's main roster debut.

Backstage, General Manager Kurt Angle is on the phone, and has nothing but praise for Ember Moon. Suddenly, he is met by Braun Strowman. He has brought Nicholas with him, and Angle admits that Strowman's tag team partner is a surprise. Strowman then says that they are relinquishing the Raw tag team titles due to "scheduling conflicts," as Nicholas is still in the 4th grade. Braun says that when Nicholas is grown up, they will come back for the titles, and Nicholas says that when he comes back, somebody is going to "get these hands."

Coming up next: No Way Jose!

No Way Jose quickly beats John Skyler.

Backstage, General Manager Kurt Angle is met by Sheamus and Cesaro, who have heard that the Raw tag team titles have been relinquished. They expect the titles to be handed back to them, but Angle tells them they will have their rematch at Greatest Royal Rumble in three weeks against three other teams. The three teams chosen will have proven themselves in what he calls the "Tag Team Eliminator".

The Revival (Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder) beat Gallows & Anderson (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) to advance in the Tag Team Eliminator.

We see a public service announcement for Make-A-Wish starring John Cena.

The Andre The Giant documentary airs tomorrow night on HBO.

Seth Rollins shows up. The crowd chants "You deserve it," then Rollins says there has been a lot of ups and downs in the last few years and that tonight was the loudest "Burn it down!" he had ever heard, which leads to a "Burn it down!" chant from the crowd. Rollins says he is finally back, and he admits "Grand Slam Rollins" has a nice ring to it. This leads to a "Grand Slam Rollins" chant. Rollins announces he has caught up with Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose, and that The Shield are all Grand Slam Champions, and that winning the last leg at WrestleMania made it all the more special for him. As Rollins thanks the fans for making this week special, Finn Balor shows up. He gets in the ring and congratulates Rollins, saying he deserves it. Finn then says Rollins was the better man last night, but last night was also a Triple Threat Match. He says there was a winner, a loser, and him wanting more. Finn then says he wants to be the first person to step up and challenge Rollins for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Finn extends his hand, and Rollins shakes it. Suddenly, The Miztourage (The Miz, Bo Dallas, Curtis Axel) shows up. Miz tells Rollins does not deserve the WWE Intercontinental Championship, which leads to an "Asshole!" chant. Miz then says he deserves it, as he made the title the most relevant in all of WWE. He talks about how he walked down to the ring himself and deviate from his usual strategy, as he knew that he would never hear the end of it when he beat Rollins. The Miz then says he is a changed man after becoming a father, and he says that everything he does affects his daughter, and that his daughter and wife cried when he lost the Intercontinental title. Miz then admits that he cried, and Rollins admits that he is proud of Miz for admitting that, because that is what everyone does when they watch him try to wrestle. He then says Miz cannot lace his boots. Miz tells Finn to go to the back of the line, as he wants a rematch. Seth then says he was waiting for Miz to bring it up, and says if he wants to invoke the rematch clause, they can do it tonight. Miz asks the crowd if they want him to invoke his rematch clause, then he says no. He then says he is in a custom suit, and that he will invoke the rematch clause at Backlash. Miz tells Finn and Seth that when they negotiate, they negotiate from a position of strength. He then challenges Finn and Rollins to a tag team match with The Miztourage. Finn and Rollins then get ready for a fight. All of a sudden, Jeff Hardy shows up for the first time in months and joins Finn and Rollins. The Miztourage take their suit jackets off, then leave.

Bayley shows up to stand in Sasha Banks' corner for the next match.

Mandy Rose beats Sasha Banks. During the match, Mandy Rose provokes Bayley, who goes for a clothesline only for Mandy to duck and cause Bayley to strike Sasha instead. Sasha shows anger towards Bayley as she gets back into the ring only to be hit with a running knee by Mandy Rose, who gets the win. After the match, Paige announces that it was hard for her to sit on the sidelines at WrestleMania, and says that the wrestling ring is her blood, heart and soul. Unfortunately, due to neck injuries, she can no longer compete as an in-ring competitor. She says that this is one of the hardest thing she will ever have to say in her career. The fans then chant "Thank you, Paige!" Paige thanks every female Superstar in the back, and that she is proud to be part of the Women's division as they have built the division into something they never thought it would be. She also thanks her family, as she would not be here without them. Paige goes on to thank SmackDown Live Commissioner Daniel Bryan for giving her hope with his in-ring return. She also thanks Edge, whom she spoke with backstage, for proving there is life after the ring. She then says it is time to find something else, and thanks WWE for letting her entertain everyone for the past four years. Paige goes on to say New Orleans, Louisiana is where she debuted on the main roster and also where she wants to retire. She thanks the fans again, then the fans chant "This is your house!" Paige says that the ring will always be her house. She then lays the microphone and a Paige T-shirt in the middle of the ring, then leaves.

Elias is in the ring. Elias says that after last night, it is an undeniable fact that WWE stands for "Walk With Elias." He is impressed with the fan reaction, and says that in one year, he has become the biggest musical act on the face of the planet. He says that many people paid to see an Elias performance, and the fans respond with a "Seven Nation Army"-style Elias chant. Elias says he will perform tonight, albeit under the same selfish, ungrateful crowd as last night. The crowd responds by chanting "We are selfish!" Elias says he is glad that the crowd can admit that before telling everyone to be silent. He then plays guitar and makes fun of New Orleans, Louisiana, and everyone cheers as he threatens to punch the crowd in the face. All of a sudden, Bobby Lashley - fresh out of Impact Wrestling - makes his first WWE appearance in over a decade. Lashley gets in the ring, then stares Elias down as the crowd chants "Welcome back!" Elias tries to fight Lashley, but Lashley makes quick work of him with a bold, delayed one-armed vertical suplex.

General Manager Kurt Angle is on the phone backstage when he is met by Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn, who are wearing business suits. As they explain what is going on to Angle, Angle knows they are her for a job and knows what they got fired for, but Sami says they want to be team players. Angle says that the tag team division is full and that "TNA is hiring." After both of them say that they don't have to be hired as a tag team, Angle says he only has one spot and that they must wrestle for it. Kevin and Sami reluctantly agree to the match.

Heath Slater and Rhyno are in the ring. Heath Slater says it is a shame he and Rhyno are not in the Tag Team Eliminator, as they were the first-ever SmackDown tag team champions.
