Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for September 16, 2026

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Adam Copeland, Darby Allin and Steven Borden. As Copeland is ready to team with Darby and Borden, Christian Cage and eulogizes the end of Sting's in-ring career, but Darby reminds Christian it is not over between them. Christian notes their history. We then hear from FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler), Stokely Hathaway and The Don Callis Family (Don Callis, "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher, "The Jet" Kevin Knight). Stokely says that FTR will become the tag team champions at All Out, and Don Callis says that Knight and Fletcher should be in contention for the titles after last week.

Stokely Hathaway guests on commentary for the next match.

Adam Copeland, Christian Cage, Darby Allin and Steven Borden beat FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and The Don Callis Family ("The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher and "The Jet" Kevin Knight) in an eight-man tag match.

Backstage, we hear from The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, PAC, Gabe Kidd). Moxley says Will Ospreay has targeted him and that he feels "some type of way" about it. He says it is incredible what Ospreay has overcome in the past year and that nobody understands like him what he has gone through, as he is hard on himself and others. He says that a championship around anyone's waist does not make them the best, and while All In will inspire future generations, it was all about what Ospreay was becoming. Moxley says he never wanted Ospreay to follow him, but to lead, and that this is where everything between them has headed. He says that by now, Ospreay knows that when he looks across the ring at him at All Out, everything that happens to him will be his responsibility. Gabe Kidd says they should not wait until All Out to break him or cut him into pieces, and PAC says there is a clear line between them and United Empire (Andrade el Idolo and Francesco Akira) and that they will not let Ospreay off the hook.

We see a video package chronicling the feud between The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor) and The Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne and Lena Kross).

Chris Jericho beats "The Prodigy" Nick Wayne after pulling the necklace off of Nick Wayne's neck. It is announced during the match that next week's show will be a three-hour special. After the match, Nick Wayne is upset to the point that he does not even want to shake Jericho's hand. When Jericho leaves the ring, Nick Wayne kicks the middle rope into Jericho's groin before wrapping the necklace around his right hand for a few punches. Nick Wayne then grabs a chair and smacks Jericho in the back with it before leaving the ring.

It is announced that Mercedes Moné is not cleared to compete at All Out, but she will be cleared to wrestle at WrestleDream and face either "The Toxic Spider" Thekla or Willow Nightingale. We then see a video package for Willow Nightingale vs. Thekla at All Out, with the winner facing Mercedes Moné for the AEW World Women's Championship at WrestleDream.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Will Ospreay, Francesco Akira and Andrade el Idolo. Ospreay says they will take the fight to The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, PAC, Gabe Kidd), then addresses the awkwardness of him being AEW World Champion and Andrade el Idolo having a contract for a championship match with him. After Andrade says that they are on the same team tonight, Francesco Akira says something in Italian, then Ospreay tells Akira to say something in English. Akira immediately says "Let's kick the shit out of The Death Riders!"

"Hangman" Adam Page and Brodido (Brody King and Bandido) beat The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong) in a trios match to earn a shot at the AEW World Trios Championships at All Out.

We look back on last week's Collision, which was a memorial show for "The Butcher" Andy Williams.

Tommaso Ciampa quickly beats Myles Hawkins with a running knee as Hawkins hands his vest off to the side, then immediately heads to the back.

Tony Schiavone introduces Swerve Strickland, Prince Nana and The New Level (Kofi and "Awesome" Austin Creed) to the ring. All of a sudden, Swerve and The New Level are attacked by The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona). Kofi tries to fight back by getting on top of Toa Liona, but he is easily overpowered, and Bishop Kaun hits him with a Pedigree. Swerve gets in the ring just before Ricochet does, and while Swerve fends off The Demand, the numbers game proves to be too much. The Demand then pose with the World Trios Championships in front of a downed Swerve and New Level.

We hear from "Jungle" Jack Perry backstage. Perry says he is on a mission to face the former World Champions of AEW, and while he has lost against two and has had his ass kicked all over the place, he is enjoying it, learning something, and feeling something. He feels that he is inching closer to his victory and the impossible dream within defeat. Perry says that he wanted to face the best to become the best, and now he is going to call his shot. He then calls out Samoa Joe, saying Joe is both feared and loved, but not by him. Perry says Joe has been gone long enough and that it is time for Joe to teach him something. He says that he knows the legend, and he tells Joe to come back and make his day. We then see "Joe is gonna kill you" on the wall in red spray paint.

Lena Kross beats Jamie Hayter after Megan Bayne distracts referee Aubrey Edwards with one of the AEW Women's World Tag Team titles so that Lena Kross can hit Jamie Hayter in the midsection with a pipe followed by the Jackhammer for the win. After the match, Bayne and Kross retreat after Alex Windsor rushes to the ring with a wooden table leg.

We see a video package for Andrade el Idolo. Andrade talks about how he was born with professional wrestling in his blood and how his grandfather, father and six uncles gave their blood for business. He says that it is not just his destiny, but the result of four generations of his family being in a wrestling ring.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada. Okada says he has given this a lot of thought, and says that Tommaso Ciampa is a bitch when it comes to giving Ciampa a shot at the International Championship. This leads to Ciampa immediately attacking Okada before saying he wants "The Psycho Killer versus The Rainmaker" and calling Okada a bitch.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor). They make it clear to The Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne and Lena Kross) that anything not nailed down will be used against them next week.

The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, PAC, Gabe Kidd) beat United Empire (Will Ospreay, Francesco Akira, Andrade el Idolo) in a trios match by submission with a Death Rider followed by the bulldog choke from Moxley to Akira. After the match, Moxley keeps the hold on, then chases the referee out of the ring only to lock it in again. He lets go, then locks it in a third time. Andrade el Idolo fends the Death Riders off, but he is soon attacked from behind by Clark Connors and David Finlay. Moxley then hands a metal folding chair off to Gabe Kidd, who wraps the chair around Akira's head. Ospreay gets in the ring and hits multiple Hidden Blades to make the save for Akira.

Generation NXT - NXT recap for September 15, 2026

Kali Armstrong beats Lizzy Rain. After the match, Kali Armstrong is attacked from out of nowhere by Skylar Raye, who has not been seen in months.

Backstage, Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux are met by Birthright (Lexis King, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Charlie Dempsey, Uriah Connors, Arianna Grace), who state that they will put down anyone who gets in their way of the top position in NXT and the NXT tag titles. Legacy and Van Dux take exception to this before heading to the ring for their match.

In backstage footage from earlier today, Cruz Montana talks about his match at Heatwave with General Manager Robert Stone when EK Prosper shows up and apologizes to Montana. After that, The Vanity Project (Brad Baylor, Ricky Smokes, Jackson Drake, Myka Lockwood) show up, and this leads to Cruz Montana taking exception to the interruption and challenging The Vanity Project to a match against him and EK Prosper.

DarkState (Cutler James and Osiris Griffin) beat Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux after Dion Lennox attacks Dorian Van Dux on the outside. Afterwards, Birthright (Lexis King, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Charlie Dempsey, Uriah Connors, Arianna Grace) suddenly storms the ring and states that they will put people in the ground until they get the attention and the championship gold that they deserve, starting with Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux, who they soon attack. All of a sudden, Zilla Fatu shows up and overpowers Birthright, and Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux soon help out with clearing the ring before Zilla hits Charlie Dempsey with the Triple Z.

In tonight's NXT Focus, Mason Rook talks about his big win last week and how he is one step closer to an NXT championship. He also talks about how he bounced back from injury by finishing a tour with Pro Wrestling NOAH and heading to North America for his NXT tryout.

Backstage, General Manager Robert Stone meets with Skylar Raye when Myles Borne shows up. Stone tells Borne that he has all the time he needs for his public apology to Tavion Heights.

Backstage, Zaria is medically cleared by the trainer but is told to take it easy for a few weeks. Izzi Dame shows up and wonders who Thea Hail injured Zaria, then asks if people are born wicked or if wickedness is thrust upon them.

Myles Borne is in the ring. Borne asks Tavion Heights to come to the ring so he can personally apologize to him, man-to-man. Tavion Heights show up and heads to the ring. Borne thanks Tavion for coming to the ring, and Tavion says they have been through a lot and that brothers fight. He then says that Borne crossed the line at Heatwave, and Borne says that he jumped the gun and that he was paranoid. He says that they both had no idea how it would be if they lost their titles, and says sorry. Tavion says he appreciates the apology, but that his back is still sore from where he still stabbed him after he lost his first title in NXT. He says that this is not something that one can just forget, and that maybe that time has passed. Myles Borne brings up Tavion Heights challenging him for the North American Championship and feeling like a bad brother, and how he was able to forgive Tavion together. Borne says that they are unstoppable together and that nobody can take away the memories they have had. He says that he is not proud of what he has done and that Tavion can relate, then asks Tavion do for him what he did for Tavion and to forgive him so they can start fresh again. Tavion acknowledges that he had a part to play in all of this, and Borne says that they need to balance that success without it overshadowing their friendship. Borne says he cannot take back what he did, but he loves Tavion like a brother. Tavion forgives Borne, saying that they are "dogs for life," then Borne hits Tavion with Borne Again and fails to stop there, tossing Tavion through an outside barricade and pulling a metal folding chair out of the ring. Borne then wraps the chair around Tavion's left ankle and stomps the chair, breaking Tavion's ankle. Referees check on Tavion before Borne leaves the ring.

Kendal Grey and Wren Sinclair meet with a doctor. The doctor says that Kendal has suffered trauma which has affected her vertigo, and that she does not have a concussion. The doctor tells Kendal that she cannot clear her and that she is recommending a sports psychologist for Kendal's mental health.

The Vanity Project (Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes) beat EK Prosper and Cruz Montana after Ricky Smokes pins EK Prosper with a backslide pin and Brad Baylor holds Prosper's feet to keep Prosper from kicking out after Jackson Drake and Myka Lockwood get ejected from ringside for getting involved in the match.

Backstage, Emily Agard interviews Saquon Shugars, who plans on laying out Tony D'Angelo and Mason Rook for a shot at the NXT Championship when Tristan Angels shows up and mocks Shugars' appearance while stating that he is championship material and Shugars is a class below. Shugars tells Tristan to stop "hating outside of the club" and to watch him win the NXT Championship.

Kelani Jordan heads to the ring. She says she should have known from when she won the NXT Women's Championship on the first shot that she would be setting a new standard as champion. Kelani says she is not like other champions because she puts her money where he mouth is and succeeds every single time, but every time she wins, another woman want to make it about herself. She says that while Wren Sinclair got suspended, she debuted on Raw in Mexico City, Mexico, then says that nobody is coming for her title because they are all too intimidated to step up. As Kelani says that she is setting a new standard and that nobody is doing it like her, the new AAA Reina de Reinas Champion, La Catalina, suddenly shows up and heads to the ring.La Catalina says that Kelani Jordan is not the only one setting records in WWE and that she will be the one taking women's wrestling in Mexico to the next level. Suddenly, Zaria shows up. Zaria says they can both talk about standards all they want, but when it comes to dominant champions, her name had better be in the conversation, as neither Kelani or La Catalina are unifying titles. As Zaria says that Thea Hail's win against her was a fluke, Thea Hail shows up and says it is time somebody talked about her, saying that she can hang with anyone in the ring and the fans know it. She says she may be the youngest in the ring, but she is finding her footing and she is championship material, as she tapped out the Women's North American Champion and she has to do it one more time to win the title again. This leads to a two-on-two brawl, and Thea Hail and La Catalina get the better of Kelani Jordan and Zaria.

We hear from Tony D'Angelo, who says that people do not change and that people carry their past with them. He says he is glad to face Mason Rook and Saquon Shugars on the way back to the NXT Championship, as Saquon helped take what he once had and Mason Rook tried to earn his stripes on his first day by taking him out. D'Angelo says that people do not change, but neither does he, and he is the once and future NXT Champion.

We hear from Shiloh Hill, who addresses the threats by Naraku by continuing to research the different mists and their acidity levels. He tests a weakened yellow mist on himself, then starts seeing talking raccoons.

Backstage, Emily Agard interviews General Manager Robert Stone, who announces that he is bringing back the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic with fourteen teams from all over WWE. The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed) show up wanting to know who is in the tournament, but Julius tells Brutus that whoever they face, they will be the first-ever two-time winners.

Mason Rook beats Tony D'Angelo and Saquon Shugars in an NXT Championship #1 Contender's Triple Threat Match after Tristan Angels pulls Saquon out of the ring and brawls with him through the crowd. Rook hits D'Angelo with a one-handed Blue Thunder Bomb and a splash from the top rope for the win.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for September 14, 2026

Rey Mysterio heads to the ring in a neck brace to start tonight's show. General Manager Adam Pearce is also in the ring. Rey proclaims that Raw is in Mexico City, Mexico for the first time in fifteen years, and says that tonight is going to be an historical night. We then see footage from WWE's show in Santiago, Chile where Stephanie Vaquer challenged Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship with Becky Lynch as the special guest referee, and Vaquer winning the title. Rey then introduces Vaquer to the ring. Vaquer shakes hands with Rey and Pearce, then proclaims that she has taken her title back before stating the last few years have been like a dream and that it was a joy win the title back in her home country. She also says that it is an honor to be in Mexico and state in Spanish that she is a world champion before Liv Morgan and "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio show up on the stage. Liv angrily congratulates Vaquer on being the biggest hypocrite in her entire life and celebrating with the Women's World Championship, stating that Vaquer only won because Becky Lynch screwed her. Liv says that is okay, because with or without the title, she is still the best Women's World Champion of all time. She also says that Rey has hit an all-time low "hanging out with this puta." Dominik says the only thing he sees is a deadbeat and a cheater and that Liv Morgan is what a real champion looks like, but Rey reminds Dominik that he lost the AAA Mega Championship to El Grande Americano. We see footage of El Grande Americano winning the AAA Mega Championship at Night Two of TripleMania, then Dominik challenges Rey and Vaquer to a tag team match, saying Rey was clear enough to screw him out of the title over Pearce's protests. El Grande Americano suddenly shows up and takes Rey's place in the match, then Pearce says that the match is official before calling for a referee.

El Grande Americano and Stephanie Vaquer vs. The Judgment Day ("Dirty" Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan) ends in a no-contest when JD McDonagh, Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez get involved in the match. After the match, all five members of The Judgment Day attack Rey Mysterio, El Grande Americano and Stephanie Vaquer before standing tall in the center of the ring.

We are introduced to the Spanish announce team of Marcelo Rodriguez and Jerry Soto.

Backstage, Dragon Lee meets with Penta before their matches.

Je'Von Evans beats Big Cass and Austin Theory in a men's Triple Threat Money in the Bank qualifier.

Backstage, The Usos (Jimmy and "Main Event" Jey Uso) are focused on getting back at Royce Keys and OTM (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price) - now known as 946 - when Jacob Fatu tells them that Roman Reigns is defending his title tonight and that he knows they will pick them off one by one to get to Reigns. Jacob Fatu says they need to stick together.

Chad Gable retains the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Dragon Lee by submission with the ankle lock.

We hear from Bayley, who talks about Lyra Valkyrie made her pass out in a pool of blood and tried to ensure she could not return, and that what bothers her is not Lyra turning on her, but using what she has done against her. Bayley says she chose this path so that women like Lyra could make a difference in WWE, but she has realized that Lyra is like everyone else: selfish. Bayley says that she will get in Lyra's way before Lyra gets in her own way, and says that this is the last time someone uses her feelings against her as she shows why she is the standard of women's wrestling.

Mexican singer-songwriter Oscar Myadon and One Piece actor Inaki Godoy are in the crowd.

The Mexico City, Mexico three-day attendance total is 49,017.

Lola Vice beats Raquel Rodriguez and Kelani Jordan in a women's Triple Threat Money in the Bank Qualifier.

Backstage, we hear from 946 (Royce Keys, Bronco Nima, Lucien Price). Lucien Price tells The Usos (Jimmy and "Main Event" Jey Uso) not to write checks that their mouths can't cash, then Royce Keys makes it clear that they will pick off The Usos and Jacob Fatu one by one before wishing Roman Reigns luck tonight.

We get a sneak peak at the music video for "Give Joe Hendry Every Single Belt (Right Now)" by Joe Hendry.

Backstage, Becky Lynch meets with Stephanie Vaquer outside of the arena, wanting the first shot at the Women's World Championship.

Roman Reigns retains the World Heavyweight Championship against Penta.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling recap for September 13, 2026

We hear from Delirium (Slade, McCalleon, Skynyr), who says that gold waits for Skynr and that Ray Jaz is the one holding it for him. They tells Skynr to get out there, go hunt and take what is his.

Mathias beats Angel Verduzco.

Backstage, Jonny Loquasto is confronted by Jordan Castle - who is voiceless and in a neck brace - and "One in a Million" Maximilien. After Castle hands him the MRI, Loquasto tells Castle that the MRI means nothing after looking at it. Castle finally speaks, and not only does Castle call what happened at Red Carpet Rumble a travesty, but he mentions that Mathias should be suspended for thirty days due to a clause in the contract stating that Mathias could not put his hands on Jordan Castle. Jordan Castle then decides to take this up with the fans.

Jordan Castle is in the ring. He says that he is a medical miracle and should not be alive right now, yet here he is in the ring, in all his glory. He then introduces "One in a Million" Maximilien to the ring, and the fans chant "Overrated" before Castle says that he and Maximilien overcame absolute adversity at the Red Carpet Rumble and stated that Mathias powerbombed him twice after the match. He then says that Mathias is suspended and says that for the next thirty days, Mathias cannot show his face anywhere near Championship Wrestling. Castle also says they are done with Mathias and are moving on to a more worthy opponent. Castle then says that the results will be the same and that Maximilien will hold the title until his career ends and the company dies.

Backstage, Jonny Loquasto is interrupted by Mathias, who is shocked that he is suspended for 30 days. He says he is sick and tired of Jordan Castle getting in his business. Loquasto says he has no choice, but tells Mathias that if Maximilien is still champion, he will get another opportunity.

Dark Joseph and Amity LaVey vs. Los Toxicos (Sebastian Amor and Nat Castle) from Gotham Wrestling is replayed.

Backstage, Olivia Onassis interviews Ray Jaz, who says that it has always been about the fans. He says that he has Skynyr tonight, and says that the bigger they are, the harder they fall.

Brian Choobin and RaShawn Prince vs. Alec Tomas and Jake Maze ends in a no contest after "The Anomaly" Alex Ace shows up and decimates all four men. "The Conscience" Christian Rosenberg then takes the microphone and says that Alex Ace has been unbeaten since his arrival, has a victory over Jordan Cruz, was the most dominant force in the Red Carpet Rumble, laid a path of destruction everywhere he went, and is the man around here. The Conscience says that nobody can match Alex Ace will destroy anyone and anything, and if anybody steps up, destruction is in their destiny.

We hear from Bateman, who says that while he made it to the final five, he came short of achieving victory in the Red Carpet Rumble. He says that Jake Redondo took victory from his hand, and that he will see him in due time. He then addresses Damian Desire, who he says will learn that he sends for him next week.

Ray Jaz retains the UWN Television Championship against Skynyr. After the match, Slade and McCalleon return from being ejected from ringside and take their anger out on Skynyr before heading to the back.

The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz, Dezmond Xavier, Myron Reed) beat Solorato (Aaron Solo and Nick Comoroto) and Griff Garrison in a trios match. It is announced during the match that next week's episode will be live coast-to-coast.

Jon Moxley shows up and says he does not need anything from anybody, as he was in the trenches fighting wars for the future of this sports while kids like Connors were washing backs in the dojos. Moxley says he does not do favors for or babysit anyone, and that kids today do not know what hard work can do. He says that people have paid hard-earned money to be here and deserve they all, and tells The Dogs that they can either complain or they can dogwalk The Bang Bang Gang (Juice Robinson, Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn, Ace Austin) and show everyone who they really are. Gabe Kidd says that if they want a killer, "then let's kill."

"Switchblade" Jay White beats Adam Priest. After the match, Switchblade dons a black armband with the initials "AW" on it before stating that the rest of The Bang Bang Gang (Juice Robinson, Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn, Ace Austin) have their working boots on and that if PAC and The Dogs (Gabe Kidd, Clark Connors, David Finlay) want to kick the tires, there is no better time than right here and right now.

They promise a new hell and no excuses now that they are the hunters again, and want to know why The Brawling Birds would put weapons in their hands. We then find out that both teams will be in a Chicago Street Fight at All Out after what The Brawling Birds did to The Divine Dominion.

Daniel Garcia last eliminates "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander to win The Butcher Battle Royal and the right to make a $100,000 donation to the charity of his choice in "The Butcher" Andy Williams' name. After the match, Daniel Garcia raises up one of Andy Williams' guitars and a sign saying "Rest in Peace Andy" in the center of the ring.

Dustin Starr interviews Terry Golden and the Kick-Ass Wrestling collective at the announce desk to start today's show. Terry Golden says that Kick-Ass Wrestling is here when and where they want to be, and that they will take out anybody and everybody who has the guts to walk out to the ring. Bullwhip Ballard is in the ring swinging his whip around and cracking it, and Terry Golden says they are not scared of some cowboys and that Muddy Waters will get their asses kicked.

Jay Smooth vs. Kale ends with "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock hitting Kale from behind with a baseball bat and the mystery man being captured by Blaylock's Secret Service agents after hitting Jay Smooth with a top rope Shooting Star Press and leaving. Blaylock hits the mystery man with a baseball bat, and Jay Smooth unmaskes the mystery man to reveal it to be Rico, a WrestleCenter trainee and a friend of Kale's. Jay Smooth then hits Kale with two piledrivers, one in the center of the ring and the other on the ring apron. "The King of Pow" Chris Lexx shows up with a chair in his hands and The Hollywood Clique (Blaylock, Jay Smooth, Secret Service) make their way to the back.

Backstage, we hear from The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamonte). Dexter Lumis is behind them in a thinly veiled disguise as Ruffshot Lamonte cannot muster up the strength to go back into the WrestleCenter.

We hear from Xya, who says that if Raven Black wants to keep running and hiding from her, she will not have a choice but to fight her next week.

The Slaughterhouse (Jagged James and Nasty Nick) retain the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Championships against The Bizness Dawgs (Tim Grind and Lil' Homie) and Dem White Boyz (Kevin and Gavin White) in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match. Before the match, Kevin White shows up alone, saying that Gavin White is nowhere to be seen, but when The Slaughterhouse head to the ring, they are ambushed from behind with a trash can by Gavin White.

It is revealed that one of the members of the Kick-Ass Wrestling collective, Preston Blake, has been attacked, and Terry Golden immediately concludes that K-Toomer did it.

Yonko the Mime vs. Robbie Maddux quickly ends in a no-contest after Justin Case shows up and sicks Big Nico 5XL on both men. Main Event Bradley shows up and fights Big Nico 5XL only to be overpowered, and when "The Chosen One" Zay Washington and "The Hybrid" Aries Clark soon show up for a three-on-one beatdown, CJ Squared (CJ Money and CJ Blaine) show up with chairs, forcing Justin Case and company to back off.

We see footage of "The Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart at Autozone Park for Memphis Wrestling Redbirds Night. We also see footage of Marko "Hangtime" Harris vs. Jay Smooth outside of Autozone Park. Marko Harris gets the win after Secret Service gets ejected, Jimmy Hart takes "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock's cane away, and Rocky the Redbird hits a top rope elbow drop on Jay Smooth.

We are introduced to the Spanish announce team of Marcelo Rodriguez and Jerry Soto.

Randy Orton heads to the ring to start tonight's show. Randy mocks Cody Rhodes' "What do you want to talk about?" opening line before addressing him, saying that Cody showed the world exactly who he is, saying Cody is not a killer, but a good man. He says that Cody is a good father, husband and friend, and that it takes a lot to put down a legend, as he knows first-hand from when he was "The Legend Killer." He says it takes a piece of one's soul and that Cody's soul "is not for sale." Orton says Cody is not a killer, but he is, and he does not care if anyone perceives him as being a good person, as that means nothing to him. He says that he will not hesitate to pull the trigger on anyone who comes between him and his fifteenth world title, and whoever is Undisputed WWE Champion after tonight should know that he is coming for him. Backstage, General Manager Nick Aldis tells Chelsea Green that if her mask is off when she is injured, she will lose the Interim WWE Women's Championship. Chelsea says she has been bedazzling her mask as she thanks Aldis, who tells her that she has earned this. Chelsea then runs into Tiffany Stratton, who says she will be in her corner tonight in her match.

WWE acknowledges the 25th anniversary of the September 11th attacks.

Rey Fenix retains the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship against Ricky Saints. After the match, Ricky Saints refuses Fenix's sign of respect.

Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Sami Zayn, who says that this is all about justice and that he would have been happy if Kevin Owens or Johnny Gargano beat CM Punk, but when he tried to help them, it did not work out. He says he has realized that it could not be Gargano or Owens, and that he must get justice by his own hands against CM Punk. Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae show up, and Gargano makes it clear that if Sami wins the Undisputed WWE Championship, he is next.

Nikki Bella beats Paige with a stack-up pin in the corner while putting her feet on the ropes for leverage after the referee is nearly crushed between Paige and Nikki in the corner.

Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax and Lash Legend). Nia Jax says Chelsea Green should never have been champion in the first place and that she will end Chelsea's career when she breaks her face. Lash Legend says that if Tiffany Stratton has any smart ideas, she will have a smarter one in breaking her ribs.

Trick Williams heads to the ring. On the way to the ring, a fan in the front door hands Trick a soccer ball. Trick mentions the "Quinones" chants, saying that Quinones is the best futbol player that Mexico has to offer much like how Trick is the best wrestler WWE has to offer. He compares how Quinones scores goals to how he kicked Baron Corbin's ass at Sunday Night's Main Event before kicking the ball into the crowd, and says he might have to change his name from "Tricky Two-Times" to "Tricky Two Titles." Trick then thanks Lil Yachty for surviving the five minutes beforehand and getting him the title shot that he made the most of, then introduces Lil Yachty to the ring before realizing he has to put him on a pedestal during the introduction. Suddenly, Baron Corbin is seen dragging a beaten-down Lil Yachty to the stage. Trick chases Corbin to the back, then he and officials check on Lil Yachty before bringing him to the back. Corbin then returns with Yachty's Trick Stick and hits Trick in the back with it, then says it is not over between him and Trick.

Backstage, Finn Balor meets with General Manager Nick Aldis looking for a shot at the Undisputed WWE Championship against whoever comes out on top tonight. Danhausen shows up and cleans the monitor behind them, and Aldis gets his attention when he mentions that Finn Balor should focus on Money in the Bank. Aldis tells Danhausen that they will discuss it another time. Gunther shows up and tells Finn Balor that if he had any decency, he would have retired years ago, and that it might take somebody beating it into him. Gunther leaves, but Finn Balor says that Gunther is "a whiny little bitch" and that he has heard it all before. Gunther confronts Finn Balor for this and gets a punch to the face for it, and Aldis and Finn Balor continue their conversation elsewhere after Finn Balor calls Gunther a "pendejo." Danhausen realizes that he should probably not bother Gunther after this.

Chelsea Green retains the Interim WWE Women's Championship against Nia Jax after Tiffany Stratton takes the punch meant for an unmasked Chelsea and Nia Jax misses the A-Nia-Lator, allowing Chelsea to put her mask back on and vault over Nia Jax off the top rope for an Un-Pretty-Her to win and retain.

Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews CM Punk. Punk says that bad behavior needs to be taught a lesson, and that sometimes, when you become the champion, you win "the idiot lottery." He says that Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens are problems, as are Gunther, and that he will not lose his title to "some guy who jerked it to his nine-day reign." Punk then says he will smash Sami's face with the GTS so it is hopefully wired shut and nobody has to hear Sami's excuses when he loses.

The War Raiders (Ivar and Erik) retain the AAA World Tag Team Championships against Damian Priest and R-Truth. After the match, Priest and R-Truth hug, then hands R-Truth's sombrero back to him before turning on Truth with a clothesline. He then takes Truth South of Heaven in the center of the ring.

Backstage, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss are met by Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley, Lainey Reid), who tell the two of them that they have a lot to work on with Tatum Paxley. As Jacy Jayne mentions her future plans, Tatum shows up behind from behind Fatal Influence and reminds Fatal Influence that they beat them last time. Fatal Influence leaves, then Charlotte says that she can trust Alexa, but has yet to trust Tatum after what she calls "a rookie mistake" at Sunday Night's Main Event.

Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Rey Fenix. Fenix says that Penta winning the World Heavyweight Championship would mean a lot for the family, then mentions his own title defense before Ricky Saints shows up to apologize for not showing respect, then shakes Fenix's hand saying that Fenix is the better man before leaving. They shake hands, then Saints turns around only to attack Fenix from behind and tell him that he is the better man tonight.

Sami Zayn beats CM Punk to win the Undisputed WWE Championship for the second time! During the match, Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae show up, and Gargano distracts the referee so that Sami can put Punk in the Figure Four Leg Lock. Punk grabs Sami's hand and goes for the Anaconda Vice as Candice LeRae distracts referee Dan Engler, who is unable to see Sami Zayn submit. Gargano then grabs the WWE Championship to use it as a weapon, but Punk ducks and hits Gargano with the GTS, causing Gargano to plank again. As Engler removes Gargano from the ring, Sami tries to grab the WWE Championship, but Owens takes it from Sami and tries to hit Sami with it only for Sami to duck, causing Owens to inadvertently hit Punk instead. Sami then hits Owens with a low blow, then shoves the Undisputed WWE Championship out of the ring before pinning CM Punk to end the show as a champion again.

Before the next match, The Personal Concierge George Iceman says that there are no men or women in Canada, only filthy pigs, then introduces Heather by Elegance as "the only woman in the building."

Elayna Black beats Heather by Elegance after avoiding the double foot stomp from the top rope and hitting the Blackout on the second attempt.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews "The Hollywood Hunk" Ryan Nemeth, who mentions the backstage attack on him last week and how "The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth has figured out that Matt Hardy was the one to attack him despite having no evidence of it. Ryan then entertains the idea of interfering in tonight's no-disqualification World Championship match.

Backstage, Daria Rae meets with Jason Hotch, who finds out from her that he has a match against Special Agent Zero with Mila Moore as the special guest referee, courtesy of Mustafa Ali.

It's time for The King's Speech. Avery Styles accompanies Frankie Kazarian for this edition, and Kazarian calls tonight a coronation after beating Moose at Lockdown and becoming "the new face of the franchise." Kazarian then reveals a crown underneath a red mantle on a stool and coronates himself as a king, saying he has earned it for being so very good for so very long and that he will wear it as proof that he is the one true king of TNA. Moose shows up and says Kazarian looks ridiculous with a crown, asking if it came from Dollarama - starting a "Dollarama" chant - before stating that everyone knows that Kazarian got lucky and barely escaped him via a mistake he made. Kazarian says those are the rules before telling Moose to get out of the ring, and Moose says that the only word that comes to his mind after seeing his crown is "bitch." Kazarian says he is too cool for this and says another cage match is not happening. Moose says he only wants a simple one-on-one match next week, but Kazarian says he has nothing to gain from defeating him again. Moose says that nobody in the locker room will see him as a king if he does not grant the match. Kazarian grants him the match on the condition that Moose puts his TNA career on the line, and if Kazarian wins, Moose is gone from TNA. Moose accepts, and says that if he wins, he will do whatever he wants with Kazarian's crown. Kazarian says he will waer the crown next week to Moose's funeral.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Gabby Forza. Gabby says she is not going for just gold, but the gold of all gold, and she cannot say no to being pushed to the front of the line by Daria Rae.

Fabian Aichner beats Rohit Raju in a Bound for Glory TNA X-Division Championship qualifier.

We hear from Zoey Serrano, who talks about how professional wrestling was the only constant in her life and how she went to pro wrestling soon after high school. She says that she had it all in the palm of her hand until she injured herself. She says that she does not need to please anybody now that she is in TNA and that she only stay true to herself and prove she is the best in the business. Zoey says that she is the new face of the Knockouts Division.

John Skyler guests on commentary for the next match.

Jason Hotch beat Special Agent Zero. Mila Moore is the special guest referee for this match, but when Mila Moore refuses to make the count after Hotch hits a top rope splash, Tasha Steelz confronts Mila and rips the referee shirt off of her before putting it on. Hotch rolls up Special Agent Zero and gets the win after Tasha makes a fast count.

As per the TNA Injury Report: Jeff Hardy is still not medically cleared following the backstage attack on him two weeks ago. Ryan Nemeth has head trauma from last week's backstage match, but is cleared and is not expected to miss any ring time. BDE has not been seen or heard from since losing to Dutch last week, and his condition and whereabouts are unknown. Matt Hardy, despite dealing with lingering injuries from Lockdown, is medically cleared for tonight's match.

Backstage, Leon Slater wishes Matt Hardy luck in his match tonight, then says that he knows Ryan Nemeth will get involved and that he will have his back. Slater then meets with Jason Hotch, who thanks him for getting him away from Order 4 (Mustafa Ali, John Skyler, Tasha Steelz, Special Agent Zero, Mila Moore).

Xia Brookside retains the TNA Knockouts World Championship against Gabby Forza after using the Knockouts title as a weapon behind the referee's back when Daria Rae confronts Indi Hartwell for stopping Brookside from walking out of the match.

Backstage, Kiera Hogan tells Allie that she will be the first challenge for the TNA Knockouts Television Championship, and that she has beaten M by Elegance before and that she will beat her again.

Elijah performs a concert in the ring. He performs a song about The System (Eddie Edwards, Alisha Edwards, Brian Myers, Bear Bronson, Cedric Alexander) when The System interrupt, with Alisha Edwards saying that nobody wants to listen to Elijah's music. Eddie says Elijah stuck his nose in The System's business and became a problem for them, and that they handled that problem. He says that if Elijah keeps coming at them, they will put him down and he will not get back up. Elijah says he will get back up every time and keep on walking, then notes that The System makes enemies out of just about everyone. Eddie mentions The System's hit list of people they feel do not belong in the locker room, with Ricky Sosa on the top of the list. Eddie tells Elijah that he will be on the list if he is not careful, and when Elijah dares them to put him on the list, Ricky Sosa shows up and makes the save for Elijah before proposing a tag team match next week. Eddie Edwards accepts the challenge, and Ricky Sosa says they are going to whup The System's asses.

Backstage, Matt Hardy looks back at recent events when Willow suddenly shows up. Matt Hardy says he is ready for tonight and that he will punish The Nemeths ("The Wanted Man" Nic and "The Hollywood Hunk" Ryan Nemeth) for their attack on Jeff. Willow is revealed to be an illusion when a producer checks on Matt Hardy.

It is revealed that Leon Slater has been attacked backstage.

Rich Swann beats Vincent. During the match, Rich Swann inadvertently kicks the referee, knocking him down. Vincent calls for BDE, who is clad in all-white, and BDE grabs Swann before suddenly hitting a cutter on Vincent. Rich Swann then hits a splash from the top rope for the win.

"The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth retains the TNA World Championship against Matt Hardy in a no-disqualification match after dodging the Twist of Fate and hitting Matt Hardy with a wrench. The pre-match "A MATTer of Fact" fact is "Matt's first TV win was in the province of Ontario."

In Memoriam: "The Butcher" Andy Williams, 1977 - 2026.

It's time for The Waiting Room. Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. tells Rebel (while still calling her "Reba") that her strength has inspired everyone, then brings out Persephone. Persephone thanks Britt, then says that Thunder Rosa is holding a CMLL title hostage and that she will drag her, Hyan and Maya World to the underworld before Britt introduces Hikaru Shida. Hikaru Shida says that she used to hate Britt and Rebel, but now she hates Thunder Rosa even more, and that it is time that they brought their dungeon back. Britt Baker says that Thunder Rosa will be overshadowed and embarrassed all over again. As Britt, Shida and Persephone leave, Rebel notes that Britt forgot her glove.

Swerve Strickland and The New Level (Kofi and "Awesome" Austin Creed) retain the AEW World Tag Team Championships against The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong). After the match, The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona) and The Lethal Twist (Jay Lethal, "Vanilla Baby" Blake Christian, "Big Shotty" Lee Johnson) show up, with Ricochet disappointed that they had trouble with a trio they already beat and that they could easily beat them for the AEW World Trios Championships. He also notes that Bishop Kaun's shoulders were not all the way down when they lost the title and that The New Level are only champions because they are friends with Swerve before deciding that The Demand and The Swirl will get rid of them themselves. All of a sudden, "Hangman" Adam Page and Brodido (Brody King and Bandido) show up and even the numbers game, and The Demand and The Swirl back off. Hangman and Brodido personally hand the Trios titles back to Swerve and The New Level.

We hear from Steven Borden and Darby Allin. Steven Borden says "Why now?" before saying it is because of fear, as he has been in his father's shadow his whole life. He says that night ignited something out of him that he had run from his entire life, and that he called Darby Allin after realizing he could either keep running away or face it head-on. Darby says people think Borden is not ready, but he knows what Borden is capable of, saying that he is "the first Steven Borden" and not the next Sting.

AEW acknowledges the passing of Andy Williams aka The Butcher.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews The Don Callis Family (Don Callis, "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander, Mark Davis, "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher, "The Jet" Kevin Knight). Josh Alexander says Steven Borden has something to prove, but so does he, as he has been on the shelf for over five months, and Mark Davis says that he and Alexander will decimate Darby Allin and Borden. Don Callis says there is nothing like a well-oiled tag team working like a family, and Fletcher says that he and Knight worked well together. Knight says The Young Bucks may be the best of all time, but they have never faced them. Kazuchika Okada shows up and says he is glad that Fletcher finally sees the value in family as Fletcher and Knight leave.

Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D., Hikaru Shida and Persephone beat Hyan, Maya World and Thunder Rosa in a trios match. During the match, Rebel shows up and brings the glove to Britt, who then makes Hyan to the Lockjaw. After the match, Britt rides off with Rebel in Rebel's wheelchair.

We see a video package for AEW Together regarding the fight against ALS.

Andrade el Idolo retains the AEW National Championship against The Beast Mortos. After the match, Andrade says he will continue to defend the AEW National Championship every week, and that while The Beast Mortos is a good wrestler, he is not good enough to beat him. Andrade is then suddenly attacked by The Dogs (Gabe Kidd, Clark Connors, David Finlay), and Gabe Kidd says that The Dogs are always one step ahead of Andrade. Kidd clocks Andrade just before Will Ospreay shows up and fights The Dogs single-handedly, clearing the ring. Jon Moxley and "The Problem" Marina Shafir show up just before The Dogs can get back in the ring, and Moxley guests on commentary for the next match as Gabe Kidd leaves and Andrade el Idolo forces Clark Connors to the back.

Will Ospreay beats David Finlay in an AEW World Championship Eliminator Match.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "Hangman" Adam Page and Brodido (Brody King and Bandido). Brody King wants to know if Hangman is still in the hunt for the World Trios Championships, and Hangman says that while he did not anticipate it at first, he needed it, and he still does. He says that the three of them are still a trio. Brodido agrees, saying the titles belong to them, then the three of them leave for some drinks.

Darby Allin and Steven Borden beat The Don Callis Family ("The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander and Mark Davis).

"The Toxic Spider" Thekla shows up on the stage. Thekla says she does not need a championship for a celebration and that the party follows her wherever she goes, and says that unlike Mercedes Moné, she did not grow up as a fangirl and was playing in a band in Vienna, Austria until she saw a man being beaten with a raw chicken carcass and thought she could do that, so she did it and did it better than everyone else. As Thekla hopes that the AEW Women's World Championship still tastes like sex, drugs and rock 'n roll, Mercedes shows up in the crowd and says that Thekla can be as toxic as she wants, she cannot do it like her. Mercedes says that Thekla does not scare her, then tells Thekla to call her "Big D. Moné" and to ask Willow Nightingale how it tastes. Thekla calls Willow "the biggest dumb bitch and the worst Women's World Champion in AEW history" and says that Willow got lucky when she won her title only to fumble it at Wembley Stadium. She says that she would piss on Willow's clouds and rainbows if Willow were here, then Willow suddenly shows up and gets in the ring only for Thekla to leave it.

We hear from The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Daniel Garcia, PAC, "The Problem" Marina Shafir) and Gabe Kidd. PAC tells Moxley he always told he could not trust Will Ospreay, and Gabe Kidd is surprised that Moxley is showing Ospreay respect. Ospreay shows up, and Marina Shafir has to hold Gabe Kidd back before Moxley stands up and Ospreay tells him that he asked for their match because Moxley is the only person to pin him this year. He then warns Moxley that he is coming at him with a gameplan and that he knows what it takes to stop a Death Rider. Moxley says Ospreay has it all figured out, and Ospreay tells Moxley he will see him in Chicago, Illinois.

Actor, screenwriter and director Arian Moayed is seen in the front row before the next match.

The Don Callis Family ("The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher and "The Jet" Kevin Knight) beat The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) in a tag team tables match after FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and Big Stoke stop Nick Jackson before he can put Kyle Fletcher through a table with a top rope splash, allowing Fletcher to put Nick through the table with an avalanche brainbuster for the win. After the match, FTR and Knight attack Nick Jackson. Matt Jackson jumps in, but he falls victim to the Shatter Machine. Darby Allin and Steven Borden run to the ring before FTR can put Matt Jackson through a table. The show ends with The Young Bucks shaking hands with Darby Allin and Steven Borden.

Generation NXT - NXT recap for September 8, 2026

Jaida Parker retains the NXT Women's Championship against Kelani Jordan. After the match, Wren Sinclair attacks Kelani Jordan and lays out the referee in the process. She then finds a shinai underneath the ring and smashes Kelani with it until officials rush in to restore order.

In backstage footage from yesterday, Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno meet with General Manager Robert Stone, wanting a match with The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed) after they attacked them last week. Stone makes the match official.

We hear from Myles Borne, who wonders if he made a mistake doing what he did to Tavion Heights and feels that he may have read the situation wrong and owes Tavion an apology. Meanwhile, Tavion Heights is watching Myles Borne's message on his phone along with Hank Walker and Tank Ledger. Tavion says that his friendship with Myles will have to wait, as he has a North American Championship match tonight.

The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed) beat Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno.

In backstage footage from earlier today, Birthright (Lexis King, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Uriah Connors, Charlie Dempsey, Arianna Grace) are met by William Regal and Fit Finley, who want Birthright to step up if they want to be taken seriously. Regal says that he has history with Zilla Fatu's father Umaga, and sends Charlie Dempsey to take care of Zilla Fatu tonight.

Backstage, General Manager Robert Stone catches up with Wren Sinclair and suspends her for her recent actions.

Charlie Dempsey is in the ring. He says that enough is enough after keeping his head down for six years, and says that even though he has always been substance over style and action over words, he can say he has never sold out. He says that when Birthright (Lexis King, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Uriah Connors, Charlie Dempsey, Arianna Grace) came together, he could not pass up the opportunity, as they wanted to mold wrestling into what it was meant to be. Dempsey sees Birthright as a new start and a means of proving he is the best grappler in the company, but he has been made to look like a fool. He says he is going to force NXT to take him seriously after NXT turns its back on real wrestlers while hiring former football players, and says that those who deserve it should come and take it and that that nobody can step up to Birthright, especially Zilla Fatu. He offers Zilla Fatu a spot in Birthright again, saying that last week was a start on the wrong foot, and that Zilla does not need to stand in his father's shadow before telling him that the offer is still on the table. Zilla Fatu shows up and says he likes what Charlie is saying and that the majority of it is true, then says that while he appreciates the invitation, he is "The Main One." Zilla refuses the offer again, then Birthright shows up and surrounds Zilla. Zilla gets the upper hand, but Lexis King hits Zilla in the back with a chair after Zilla is slapped in the face by Arianna. Birthright then puts Zilla through the announce table. Dempsey then rips the shirt off Zilla's back and raises it up.

In this week's NXT Spotlight, we hear from Naraku, who says that questioning the mist is leading Shiloh Hill down a path of darkness. He tells Shiloh to stop all of this now, or else he will experience every color of mist and every effect.

Backstage, Saquon Shugars tells Mason Rook and Tony D'Angelo that he has everything figured out. D'Angelo is more focused on getting back the NXT Championship, while Mason rook wants everyone on the same page. Tristan Angels shows up and says Rook should not even be here at all and that he would fit in the main event tonight, but Saquon reminds Tristan that he could not get his first singles win against Zilla Fatu. Tristan says that he at least has the bollocks to face Zilla Fatu while Saquon is nothing more than a sheep.

Jackson Drake retains the NXT North American Championship against Tavion Heights despite Drake's left foot being injured and targeted by Tavion during the match. After the match, Myles Borne is spotted in the crowd, and Tavion notices him.

Backstage, EK Prosper, Keanu Carver and Cruz Montana meet before their match, and Montana says that the three of them need to be on the same page so that they can all throw hands. General Manager Robert Stone shows up, and Keanu Carver's mood changes, with Carver saying that he is looking forward to tonight.

Zaria heads to the ring. Zaria talks about how there was always someone or something in her way of championship gold, including Sol Ruca, and how she dumped "the dead weight" of Sol Ruca seven months ago and went on to beat everyone's favorites. She says that this continued at Heatwave where she put to bed every remaining doubt about who she was when she carried two titles and unified them, and now the Women's Speed Championship is in the past while she continues to be Women's North American Champion. Izzi Dame shows up and questions exactly how dominant Zaria is, then says that Zaria is presenting a facade that she can see right through and is now everything that she hated. Izzi says there is more to Zaria than the facepaint and that she will expose who the real Zaria is, then Thea Hail suddenly shows up and says everyone does not care what Zaria says and that that she will get the women's North American Championship again. Izzi says this is boring and leaves this between Zaria and . Zaria says that Thea would not be here if it were not for Jaida Parker telling her what to do, and that Thea will never be champion again because someone does the thinking for her. Thea says she has at least a real friend, but Zaria says that even Jaida will leave her like everyone else. Thea says she will get over that when Zaria gets over Sol Ruca, and when Zaria headbutts Thea, Thea fights back and makes Zaria tap.

Backstage, Hank Walker and Tank Ledger meet with Myles Borne. Myles says he will apologize to Tavion Heights face-to-face next week.

Backstage, Birthright (Lexis King, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Uriah Connors, Charlie Dempsey, Arianna Grace) meets with William Regal and Fit Finley with a piece of Zilla Fatu in the form of Zilla's shirt. Regal and Finley are pleased when The Vanity Project (Brad Baylor, Ricky Smokes, Jackson Drake, Myka Lockwood) show up and brag, and Regal tells Jackson Drake not to get comfortable, as Birthright is on the hunt. Dorian Van Dux and "Super" Sean Legacy show up wanting the NXT tag titles, as do The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed) and DarkState (Cutler James and Osiris Griffin). This leads to a big backstage quarrel.

Backstage, Sarah Schreiber interviews Kali Armstrong, who takes offense to Thea Hail jumping the line to the NXT Women's North American Championship, saying that Thea is only doing this because Jaida Parker told her to and that Thea cannot think for herself. Lizzy Rain shows up and says that if Kali feels worthy enough of a title shot, then she should take it like she took her interview time. Officials have to restore order.

Grayson Waller guests on commentary for the next match.

Tony D'Angelo, Mason Rook and Saquon Shugars beat Cruz Montana, EK Prosper and Keanu Carver in a six-man tag match after Mason Rook tags himself in and uses Tony D'Angelo as part of a cannonball senton on EK Prosper. D'Angelo, Mason and Saquon will face each other in an NXT Championship Triple Threat #1 Contender's Match next week. After the match, Keanu Carver and Cruz Montana brawl on the stage as officials try to restore order.

Sunday Night's Main Event - The Results

"Dirty" Dominik Mysterio beats Joe Hendry during the pre-show following the distraction by Liv Morgan and JD McDonagh. After the match, Liv Morgan congratulates Dominik, then says that what Dominik did to Hendry is what she will do to Stephanie Vaquer, who she claims is not as pretty, iconic or talented as her, when she defeats her again tomorrow and retains the Women's World Championship.

It is reported by Jackie Redmond that in order to ensure that "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton happens, both wrestlers have been instructed by the powers that be to stay on their respective buses until their match tonight.

Quavo performs Backwards off his upcoming album Qromelife to start tonight's show. Afterwards, Lil Yachty heads to the ring for the next match. When Baron Corbin arrives, he gives Lil Yachty one last chance to back out even as his family and friends watching, saying that Lil Yachty does not want to get blood all over his clothes and does not want to let Trick Williams. When Corbin hands Yachty the mike, Yachty sucker punches him with it.

Lil Yachty lasts five minutes against Baron Corbin after Corbin goes for a Superplex through a table only for Yachty to hit him with a low blow. As per pre-match stipulation, Trick Williams gets to face Baron Corbin for the WWE United States Championship immediately. (Had Yachty not surived, Trick Williams would have received no immediate title shot.) Corbin choke slams Yachty through the table afterwards, then Trick Williams shows up for the next match.

Trick Williams beats Baron Corbin to win the WWE United States Championship for a second time with the Trick Shot after countering the End of Days following being smacked in the head with the United States Championship.

Before the next match, Paul Heyman announces that the next match will determine who the future of WWE is before introducing Bron Breakker and Oba Femi.

Bron Breakker vs. Oba Femi ends in a no-contest. During the match, Austin Theory shows up, but gets laid out by Oba Femi after being tossed through the announce table. Logan Paul shows up with brass knuckles and gets ejected immediately, but Maxxine Dupri is suddenly on the outside, handing brass knuckles to Breakker. Breakker manages to toss Breakker only to be hit with a chair from behind by a returning "Big" Bronson Reed, who proceeds to decimate Oba Femi with a Tsunami after six months out of action. Breakker then hits Oba Femi with a Spear before Bronson hits three more Tsunamis and Breakker hits another Spear while officials try to restore order.

Singer/rapper Quavo and singer/rapper T-Pain are seen in the crowd.

Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Paul Heyman about what just happened regarding Bron Breakker and Oba Femi when Heyman gets a phone call and walks off.

Jade Cargill, "Michin" Mia Yim and B-Fab beat Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss and Tatum Paxley in a six-woman tag match after Charlotte and Tatum go for simultaneous Figure Eights on B-Fab and Cargill only for B-Fab to kick Tatum into Charlotte, allowing Cargill to hit Jaded on Charlotte for the win. Before the match, Kelly Kelly's TitanTron is briefly erroneously shown at the beginning of Tatum Paxley's entrance.

Randy Orton beats "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes. During the match (which also sees Brandi Rhodes throw a drink in Orton's face), Cody inadvertently takes out referee Charles Robinson in the corner just before Orton hits the RKO. Robinson comes to on the outside, but goes down again after Orton collides with him following a tope suicida from Cody. Cody eventually pounds on Orton to the point that Orton is busted open on the left side of his head and Orton has to beg Cody off. Referee Eddie Orengo shows up to check on Orton, but when Cody approaches Orton, Orton hits both Cody and Orengo with a low blow. Orton then hits an RKO on Cody as Charles Robinson comes to, and Robinson makes the count and gets the win.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for September 7, 2026

The Usos (Jimmy and "Main Event" Jey Uso) arrive at the arena with a metal pipe and a wooden baseball bat, respectively.

The Vision (Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Austin Theory, Maxxine Dupri) head to the ring to start tonight's show. Bron Breakker says that The Vision is here, The Vision is complete and The Vision runs WWE. The fans continue to chant for Oba Femi as Breakker says that Oba is not medically cleared and is not coming after he rightfully took his spot as the future of WWE thanks to the recently returned Bronson Reed. Bronson says Oba Femi thought he was untouchable and that he came across a man who did not recognize the crown, and that Oba Femi was the force of nature that felt four Tsunamis. He says that there is no room for Oba Femi on Raw now that The Vision is complete and that they decide, not ask, what happens. Logan Paul says the fans are like mindless drones and that they must see that The Vision is unstoppable. Logan says that with the five of them, it is "literally unfair." Austin Theory says they are just getting started taking all the gold and that Bron Breakker and Maxxine Dupri will qualify for their respective Money in the Bank matches. Maxxine Dupri says that the "brokies" in the crowd are jealous that she is with a real man when Akira Tozawa shows up. Theory laughs and says he will just whip Tozawa's ass, but Tozawa tells Theory he will be facing Otis, not him. Otis shows up and heads to the ring with Tozawa for the next match.

Otis beats Austin Theory by disqualification after Bronson Reed hits Otis with an elbow drop in front of the referee. After the match, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed and Austin Theory gang up on Otis, and Akira Tozawa tries in vain to make the save and gets attacked for it. Breakker then hits Otis with a Spear with the help of Theory and Bronson. The threesome then attacks Tozawa, then it is revealed that Oba Femi is here. Petey Williams tries to tell Oba Femi that he is not medically cleared only to get piefaced as Oba heads to the ring and overpowers Breakker and Bronson. Theory hits Oba with a chair to the back as Oba confronts Logan Paul, but it has no effect. When Oba takes out Theory, however, Breakker gets the better of Oba, and he and Bronson start further decimating an already hurt Oba Femi. At this point, officials get in the ring to check on Oba only for Breakker to hit Oba Femi with another Spear. Bronson then goes up top for a second Tsunami.

We see a video package for Royce Keys and OTM (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price). Royce Keys brags about what he and OTM can do, saying that nobody is safe and that nobody has been through what they have been through, not even The Usos (Jimmy and "Main Event" Jey Uso). We also see the number "946."

Backstage, The Usos (Jimmy and "Main Event" Jey Uso) meet up with Jacob Fatu on their way to the ring to call out Royce Keys and OTM (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price). Jacob says that this is what Royce Keys and OTM want and that the three of them have nothing to lose after spilling The Usos' blood. Jacob says he knows how they operate, and Jey tells Jacob to call the play. Jacob tells them "lay low, play it slow," and says their next move needs to be their best move.

Backstage, Becky Lynch meets with Stephanie Vaquer. She says they keep getting off on the wrong foot and says that while they can both beat Liv Morgan, there is five of The Judgment Day (Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Roxanne Perez, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh) and only one Vaquer. Vaquer says she does not ask for help, because every time she does, she gets betrayed. She respects Becky, but she does not ask her for help. Becky says that Vaquer can go back to Chile as a loser.

Jackie Redmond interviews comedian Matt Matthews in the crowd. Matthews says it is an honor to be here after growing up in the Attitude Era, then The Miz and Kit Wilson show up, with The Miz taking offense to Matt Matthews getting what he perceives as his interview time. The Miz proceeds to mock Matt Matthews and the rest of Alabama for being rednecks, and Kit Wilson says that disrespecting Miz is toxic. Matt Matthews jokingly states that he thought The Miz was retired, and Miz and Kit pull him out of the crowd. Matt Matthews gets the better of Kit Wilson in the ring with a tilt-a-whirl head scissors, but The Miz hits Matthews with the Skull Crushing Finale.

Bron Breakker beats Rey Mysterio and "All Ego" Ethan Page in a men's Triple Threat Money in the Bank qualifier. Before the match, it is mentioned that during the commercial break, Bron Breakker took out The Miz, Kit Wilson and comedian Matt Matthews before the match.

We see a preview of Mr. T: I Pity the Fool, on Netflix September 8th.

Backstage, LA Knight tells General Manager Adam Pearce that he wants the World Heavyweight Champion after Triplemania, even if he has to do things his own way. Pearce reluctantly goes with this, and tells Knight his word is good. Pearce leaves, then Solo Sikoa shows up. Solo says they need to get Royce Keys and OTM (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price) and they need to get them now, but Knight tells Solo to let The Usos deal with them so they can pick the bones. Knight says they must be smart and pick their spots, but Solo says he knows how dangerous Royce Keys is before asking Knight if he has his back. Knight says he has his back, but they need to be smart and pick the bones. An impatient Solo says he does not know if he can wait.

We hear from Penta, who says that he knows Roman Reigns and his accomplishments in WWE, and that while he respects Reigns, he does not fear him. Penta says he has made the impossible happen his entire life, and that he will beat Roman Reigns and become the World Heavyweight Champion in Mexico City, Mexico. Penta says that Reigns will not be facing just him, but an entire country that is behind him, and that when the night is over, he will be World Heavyweight Champion.

We see footage of Lola Vice dancing in a club, at the beach and in the gym. We then see the words "9.14" and "Everybody's got a vice."

Sol Ruca beats Lyra Valkyria and Maxxine Dupri in a women's Triple Threat Money in the Bank qualifier after Bayley suddenly returns and pulls the referee out of the ring after Lyra hits Maxxine with Nightwing. Sol Ruca then hits a distracted Lyra with the Sol Snatcher for the win. After the match, Bayley attacks Lyra, but Lyra runs away through the crowd before Bayley can put her through the announce table.

We hear from OTM (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price), who are outside of the arena as they call out The Usos (Jimmy and "Main Event" Jey Uso). Royce Keys joins them and tells Jacob Fatu to "let the two bitches off the leash." Meanwhile, The Usos and Jacob Fatu have seen this from inside the arena, and Jacob Fatu tells The Usos to trust him on this. Jacob says that if they walk out the doors, blood will be spilled again.

We hear from Joe Hendry, who makes fun of JD McDonagh and his head through song, stating that McDonagh's father was a Funko Head pop.

Joe Hendry beats JD McDonagh after Je'Von Evans shows up with the Funko Pop head from Hendry's song from earlier on his head. "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio confronts Evans only to be headbutted with the head, and Hendry gets the win on a distracted McDonagh.

We see a video package chronicling the feud between Stephanie Vaquer and Liv Morgan.

Backstage, Becky Lynch runs into Liv Morgan. Liv mocks Becky, saying that Becky is selfish and that nobody likes her or "her pathetic excuse of a husband." Liv then says that she will retain against Stephanie Vaquer tonight.

Backstage, Paul Heyman is met by The Vision (Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Austin Theory, Maxxine Dupri). Maxxine Dupri brags about what happened to Oba Femi tonight, and Heyman walks up to Bronson Reed and hugs him. Heyman says that Bronson has shook the WWE upon his return and that he is proud of him for that, then Bron Breakker says that Oba Femi is finished, Bronson is back and the future of WWE is secured as promised. Heyman then asks if Oba Femi is still breathing, then gets frustrated and leaves.

Liv Morgan retains the Women's World Championship against Stephanie Vaquer. During the match, Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez show up, with Roxanne distracting the referee as Raquel trips Vaquer off the top rope. The referee turns around and puts two and two together, and when he ejects Raquel from ringside, Becky Lynch shows up and attacks Raquel while Roxanne tosses the Women's World Championship to Liv to use as a weapon. Becky sees this and chases Roxanne through the crowd, but Liv blasts Vaquer with the Women's World Championship behind the referee's back and hits Ob-Liv-Ion to win and retain.

We hear from Big Cass. He says that he has been stacking bodies since his return, but he is really here to win titles. He says he looks like, walks like, talks like and acts like a champion and is everything a champion should be. Big Cass says that he can go anywhere and everyone turns their head to see who he is, and that soon enough, everybody will find out.

Backstage, The Usos (Jimmy and "Main Event" Jey Uso) tell Jacob Fatu that they want a piece of Royce Keys and OTM (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price) now, then the three of them head to the ring. After the commercial break, Jey Usos says that Royce Keys and OTM got the drop on them two weeks in a row and that it will not be three, then says both sides know where the other is and calls Royce Keys and OTM out. We then see Royce Keys outside of the arena with multiple members of security laid out on the ground, then we see The Usos' car. OTM stands near it as they smash the car with blunt objects before tossing a can of gas inside. Royce Keys then lights up a Zippo lighter and tosses it inside the car, lighting it on fire before stating that nobody is safe.

Let's Go! - LFG recap for September 6, 2026 (Episode Two)

We see Harlem Lewis, Kam Hendrix, Kali Armstrong and Nikkita Lyons at WWE World in Las Vegas, Nevada. All four of them are excited to be at WWE World. Kam Hendrix and Harlem Lewis look forward to having their own action figures in the future. Coach Moss gives Kali Armstrong and Nikkita Lyons some advice for their match, and Coach Matt Bloom wants to make sure that Kam Hendrix and Harlem Lewis are safe in their match.

Bubba Ray Dudley comes out to the ring before the next match and introduces Nikkita Lyons and Kali Armstrong.

Kali Armstrong beats Nikkita Lyons. Nikkita feels that they had a great match and that Kali really brought it. Bubba Ray says that both women did really well this season, saying that Nikkita has been on a comeback trail and hopes that Kali Armstrong lives up to her potential. Armstrong mentions that she had some family in the audience who had never seen her wrestle until now, and that it was awesome for them to see her wrestle in person.

Booker T comes out to the ring before the next match and introduces Kam Hendrix and Harlem Lewis.

Kam Hendrix beats Harlem Lewis. After the match, Booker T says both men did a good job and tells them to keep adding to their playbooks and perfecting their crafts, as they are well on their way. Harlem meets with his family after the match. Kam Hendrix says that the time off of LFG did him some good and brought the best out of him.

We see Kali Armstrong, Nikkita Lyons, Kam Hendrix and Harlem Lewis take pictures with the fans. Nikkita Lyons talks about how this just makes her go even harder, and Kam Hendrix mentions how he got to split some of this time with Harlem, as they both started at around the same time.

Kali Armstrong, Harlem Lewis, Kali Armstrong and Nikkita Lyons have another match on the second day of WWE World, and the four of them come up with a fun match. Coach Matt Bloom says that all four of them have been coached as much as they can be coached up to this point and that they know what WWE is looking for out of them, and that this match will be all on them. Natalya tells Kali and Harlem to enjoy the moment when they are out there in the ring.

Natalya heads to the ring and introduces the teams of Kali Armstorng and Harlem Lewis and the team of Kam Hendrix and Nikkita Lyons.

Kali Armstrong and Harlem Lewis beat Nikkita Lyons and Kam Hendrix in a mixed tag match after Kam Hendrix takes the Kali Connection for Nikkita Lyons only to get hit with a Jackhammer by Harlem Lewis. After the match, Coach Matt Bloom and Shawn Michaels congratulate all four competitors, who had fun with the match. Kali Armstrong finds out from Shawn Michaels that she has earned an NXT contract. We then learn that others would soon be joining her in NXT, as Tristan Angels, Myka Lockwood, Tate Wilder, Nikkita Lyons, Dorian Van Dux, Romeo Moreno, Layla Diggs, and even Kam Hendrix would also make it to NXT. Kam Hendrix gets news of his call-up to NXT from Coach Matt Bloom. We hear from Nikkita Lyons, Tate Wilder, Tristan Angels, Kendal Grey, Harlem Lewis, Kali Armstrong and Myka Lockwood, then Coach Matt Bloom that a new class of recruits is always coming behind the old one before Season 3 comes to a close.
