Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for November 9, 2022

The Acclaimed ("Platinum" Max Caster and Anthony Bowens) and FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) beat The Gunns (Austin and Colten Gunn) and Swerve In Our Glory (Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland) in an eight-man tag match. Before the match, "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn runs into the ring and hits Swerve with a takedown before BJ Whitmer shows up and escorts him to the back.

We see MJF on the "Pardon My Take" podcast, who says that he if wants to be in top form at Full Gear, he should not be on the road. He says that match is Moxley is all he cares about, and says it could be the potential crowning of the next generation of professional wrestling. He says that once in a blue moon, someone leads the charge for the next generation, and that he will be the one to do it that night. MJF says that all he has to do to etch his name into history is to have a long, fruitful world title reign. He admits that Moxley is not easy to beat and that he does not like him, but that he does respect Moxley for working hard to become the man that he is and become the best in the world. MJF then says he will lose that title, because he was born to be the best. MJF says that he can do it all and wave the flag of the AEW brand as well as professional wrestling, and bring professional wrestling back to where it belongs and bring it back to being the thing people talk about it. He says the throne is for the taking and that he will take it. MJF states that big matches in the past should have been his moment, but the spotlight was on something else. He then says that he is grabbing the spotlight and that Moxley will have to take it from his cold, dead hands. MJF says that William Regal backed the wrong horse and that he does not need the Dynamite Diamond Ring to knock Moxley out, and at Full Gear, the devil will get his due.

We hear from Stokely Hathaway, who says that when he and MJF were younger, he thought they wanted the same things. He then says that MJF lost his way and is "dick riding" Jon Moxley without a license. He then says that he does not need MJF and that he can do this himself, and that at Full Gear, he will see MJF in Hell.

"All Ego" Ethan Page beats Eddie Kingston to advance to the semi-finals of the AEW World Championship Eliminator Tournament after Stokely Hathaway gets on the apron and keeps Eddie Kingston from getting the win by submission. Oritz chases Stokely away, but Ethan Page is able to hit a Super Ego's Edge for the win.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews The Dark Order, Rush and Jose the Assistant. Jose says that Rush will win the AEW World Eliminator Tournament, become world champion, and give Preston "10" Vance the first title shot while stating the rest of The Dark Order will never get a shot. Rush tells 10 to think carefully, as he does not give second opportunities. John Silver says "Back off, Rush-bag," which infuriates Rush and causes Jose the Assistant to hold him back.

Ari Daivari and Jeeves Kay are in the ring, and Daivari offers Jeeves Kay's services in exchange for the TNT Championship.

Wardlow retains the TNT Championship against Ariya Daivari. After the match, Wardlow calls out Powerhouse Hobbs, and Hobbs shows up. Wardlow says he has a suitable opponent and thanks Hobbs for coming out like a man, then tells him he is not getting the TNT Championship and that the title will also be his. Wardlow says that he will take every title in the company, then he is suddenly attacked and put in the rear naked choke by Samoa Joe. Hobbs tells Joe and Wardlow that he will whup both of them.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews The Baddies. Jade Cargill says she will handle "The Native Beast" Nyla Rose at Full Gear, and if Nyla is at Rampage, then she will handle Nyla at Rampage.

Tony Schiavone hosts the face-to-face meeting between Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. and Saraya in the ring. Britt Baker arrives first, followed by Saraya. Saraya announces that a couple of weeks ago, she went through a barrage of medical tests, then announces that she is 100% medically cleared and that AEW is her house. Britt Baker asks if there is anything more fickle than an AEW fan, then questions if Saraya can still wrestle and says Saraya has been coming after her since she showed up before saying she made AEW into a fortress that Superstars wanted to move into. She says that she is proud of that accomplishment, but that pride turned into resentment when Saraya showed up and called the fortress her house when she did not lay a single brick, and that she is everything Saraya wishes she could have been. She also tells Saraya that she left her house and walked into hers, and tells her that she does not take walk-ins and to make an appointment. Saraya says it is cute that Britt Baker stands on a pedestal when Tony Khan gave her the spotlight and she ate a bunch of "QT's trainees," then says Britt does not know what it takes to be a star. Saraya says she travelled for free, wrestled the same day she was hit by the cars and got turned down for events because she was female, and that she has started revolutions before it was a trend. She then says that she has been in the biggest arenas only to be in front of "an ungrateful bitch," and that she has publicly battled drugs publicly while giving her life and her neck for the business. Saraya then says it will be her comeback and the biggest match of Britt's career when they square off at Full Gear. Britt goes for a cheap shot, but Saraya fights back and hits her with the Ram-Paige.

In backstage footage from earlier today, Lexi Nari interviews Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt and Satnam Singh, who pays The Factory with an envelope full of money. Suddenly, Best Friends (Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, Trent Beretta, Danhausen) show up and confront The Factory, but Marshall says they will handle things in the ring. QT Marshall challenges Orange Cassidy to a match against Lee Johnson for the AEW All-Atlantic Championship, which Orange Cassidy accepts. Meanwhile, Trent Barretta calls Lethal, Sonjay and Satnam "scumbags," then challenges Jay Lethal to a match.

Jay Lethal beats Trent Beretta. Chuck Taylor and Danhausen show up to watch during the match. Later on, Sonjay Dutt gets on the apron as Trent Beretta goes for Strong Zero, but gets confronted by Danhausen. Satnam Singh gets on the apron, and Sonjay Dutt goes for the cheap shot when Danhausen tries to curse Singh only to get punched in the groin by Danhausen. Beretta goes after Satnam Singh, but Jay Lethal gets the cheap shot from behind and hits Beretta with the Lethal Injection for the win. After the match, Sonjay Dutt says he made good on his promise from last week by bringing out Jeff Jarrett, who then shows up. Jarrett says he is in AEW because when a friend calls, a friend shows up, and that the four of them are setting up a plan. He talks about how he gave Jay Lethal his first contract and how Sonjay Dutt has an IQ of 181. Jarrett then calls Satnam Singh "a legit, 7'5" giant" and is not "a large man in red skinny jeans produced by a banana-nosed circus," and the only player in NBA history to be born and bred in India. He then puts out a challenge as a crew member tries to tell him to wind his promo up, and Jeff Jarrett responds by chasing him with his guitar.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Jungle Boy, who says that he is not done with Christian Cage and that leaving Luchasaurus lying in a pile of wood last week was just the beginning. He then challenges Christian Cage and Luchasaurus for Full Gear, and that he will handle his business face-to-face.

Jon Moxley and William Regal head to the ring. Jon Moxley talks about how he thought he had it all figured out when he met William Regal and how he tried to pick a fight with him to become feared and respected only to be tortured and brutalized. He says that made him grow and evolve, and when he got his revenge, Regal took him under his wing and told him that the real work had begun. He and Regal then say that reminds them of MJF, and Moxley talks about their brief history and how MJF thought he had it all figured out until he beat the hell out of him and showed him where he stood. Moxley then says that MJF has come back around for his shot and asks what will be different this time, and that MJF is having an existential crisis as he asks "Who is MJF?" He says that MJF has the look of someone rich and talks the talk, but he does not buy it, and says that MJF calls himself a pillar despite having no weight atop his back and that MJF calls himself "the devil" when he himself has met the devil. Moxley says that MJF is not the devil after all the bad people and things that he has seen, then says that all he cares about concerning MJF is what is in his guts, as he will bring it out of him when they wrestle, and says everything MJF has done until now has been easy.
