Starrs of Tomorrow, Week Two - Memphis Wrestling recap for November 12, 2022

"Casanova" Colton Cage beats Ray Ray Sanders after "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock distracts the referee and throws his cane to Colton Cage, who then uses it as a weapon as the referee is still distracted. After the match, Colton Cage continues to attack Ray Ray Sanders, then Derrick King runs in and sends him and Blaylock running.

We hear from WrestleCenter trainee Victoria Vendetta, who says that she has learned a lot from the WrestleCenter. She says is a lot tougher, stronger and meaner than the rest of the women's division and that the division had better watch out for her.

Dustin Starr interviews Reverend Ash Taylor at the announce desk. Taylor says the righteous path has made it to Memphis Wrestling, and by the time his time on Earth ends, he will have made a path through Memphis Wrestling. He then produces a golden collection plate, and passes it around hoping for it to be overflowing with money. He says that if these "poor, pathetic sinners" donate, they will find the righteous path and the way to the Holy Land. When the plate comes back, there are used tissues and an empty Milk Duds box, among other things. Taylor is offended, and says the path everyone is following is full of heretics and that everyone should be following the righteous path or else they will go straight to Hell.

Dustin Starr interviews The Hot Shots (Coach Justin Klein, Ethan Ross, Brandon Savage, Jason Dread) at the announce desk. Coach Justin Klein says they did what they said they would do last week and put the spotlight back on The Hot Shots. He also says that if Adamas Vain had no business getting into his business and that he and Ray Collins will see where they are on the pecking order.

The Hot Shots (Ethan Ross and Brandon Savage) beat Ray Collins and Adamas Vain after Adamas Vain chases Jason Dread and Coach Justin Klein to the back, allowing The Hot Shots to hit a double-team neckbreaker for the win.

Dustin Starr interviews Martin at the announce desk. Martin says he is here to take a look at the up-and-coming stars of tomorrow, then asks everyone to congratulate Dustin Starr, who says it is not about him. Martin agrees, then goes on to disrespect the WrestleCenter students. He is about to send a message to Dustin Starr and everyone in the back when WrestleCenter trainee Draco shows up and announces that destiny has come to Memphis Wrestling. Draco says he is the light in the darkness, the one in the many, the yin and the yang and the line in-between. He says that the dragon has resurrected and will spit fire at venom at anyone who opposes his destiny. Martin says he will be just like a hurricane, then shoves Draco. Draco gets in his face, and both men nearly come to blows.

Dustin Starr interviews Big John Dalton at the announce desk. Dalton says Derrick King may have slapped him in the face, but he is slapping back. Dustin Starr then interviews Derrick King, who says that a slap back in the face is not in his future before he tells Dalton that he taught him everything he knows, but he has not taught him everything Derrick King knows. King Cobra guests on commentary for the next match.
