Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for November 3, 2021

At the beginning of the show, it is announced that Jon Moxley has went to rehab and that AEW supports Moxley in his recovery.

Kenny Omega beats Alan "5" Angels following multiple V-Triggers. After the match, Kenny Omega thanks Alan Angels for ruining his career while giving himself an opportunity, then says as the god of professional wrestling, he can "giveth and taketh away" before telling MT Nakazawa to give him a chair. As Omega is about to hit Angels with a One-Winged Angel on the chair, Adam Page shows up, levels MT Nakazawa with a clothesline and sends Omega retreating after Angels takes the chair away from Omega. As Omega retreats, he leaves the AEW World Championship, then Page tells Omega he forgot something before letting him take the title, telling him to hold on to it tightly and that he has ten days.

We hear from Malachi Black, who says that the people with power think that their decisions affect more than their own interests. He says Tony Khan barring him from ringside will have no significance on tonight's main event. He says that when Julius Caesar was assassinated, it was not just Marcus who betrayed him.

CM Punk heads to the ring. As the crowd chants "CM Punk," Punk says that is not the name he needs to hear right now, as there are two people who are not here today and one of them has a legitimate reason for that, and that name is Jon Moxley. The crowd chants for Jon Moxley, and Punk says he can sit in the ring all night long for people to chant for Moxley. He admits that he and Moxley may not be the best of friends, and says that he knows where it is like to take himself off the hamster wheel after helping others. Punk says that he is proud of Moxley, and he says that if anyone is in a place where they think they need help, they should reach out, as there is nothing harder and more courageous than asking for help, saying there are times he wishes he did. This then brings up the other name who is not here tonight: Eddie Kingston. He says that he was embarrassed for Kingston last week and he does not know what is happening, and says that while he would fight him over a grudge he does not know about, he is not here. He says that if Eddie has the balls, he has the time, and Eddie can see him in St. Louis, Missouri to apologize for interrupting him. CM Punk says that while he considered entering the World Title Eliminator, Kingston is to blame for it not happening. Punk says he will soon find out what kind of man Eddie Kingston is.

We hear from Miro, who says that he cursed and threatened his god and that he is now in the World Title Eliminator. He wants to know if his god is rewarding him or forsaking him, and says that his god will be forgiven when he is loved, forgiven and a champion once again.

Backstage, Alex Marvez interviews The Superkliq (Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, Adam Cole). Adam Cole says that The Dark Order's win last week was a fluke and that The Superkliq will prove how deadly they can be. As Nick Jackson says The Superkliq is afraid of no one, Christian Cage shows up, and Luchasaurus joins him soon after. Chrisian and Luchasaurus fight The Superkliq following a cheap shot, but the numbers game takes over at the stage area. Suddenly, Jungle Boy wipes out The Superkliq with a Swanton Bomb off the stage, but Matt Jackson hits him with a cheap shot in the throat and goes up onto the stage only to be Speared by Christian Cage. Christian Cage goes for a Killswitch on a steel platform near the stage, but gets superkicked by Nick Jackson. Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus soon strike back against The Superkliq, with Nick Jackson getting choke slammed into Adam Cole's back. Jungle Boy then puts Adam Cole in the Snare Trap, but Adam Cole is out. Christian Cage then brings out two chairs hits Adam Cole with a Con-Chair-To.

We see a video package for Kris Statlander vs. Ruby Soho in the TBS Championship Tournament.

FTR retain the AAA Tag Team Championships against Samuray del Sol (formerly Kalisto from WWE) and Aerostar after Cash Wheeler reverses a roll-up from Aerostar into one of his own and grabs the middle rope for leverage.

Backstage, as Hikaru Shida is congratulated for earning her 50th win in AEW, Nyla Rose and Vicki Guerrero show up. Nyla Rose tells Shida to enjoy her milestone, as she is about to hit a roadblock in the TBS Championship Tournament.

The Inner Circle head to the ring. Jericho commends Sammy Guevara for winning against "All Ego" Ethan Page last week, then American Top Team and The Men of the Year show up. Dan Lambert tells Jericho to put some respect on his name after calling him "a dipshit" again, and says he has a collection of killers to pick from for the Minneapolis Street Fight and an open contract, which is taken to the ring by referee Aubrey Edwards. The Inner Circle pick Junior dos Santos, with Hager saying they will drop dos Santos faster than his last fight. Santana also calls out Andre Arlovski. Before the third pick is chosen, Paige VanZant says her schedule is wide open and tells Chris Jericho that there is no Instagram filter than can hide the beating she can give her and that The Inner Circle does not have the balls to take her on. Paige VanZant also says she can take The Inner Circle by herself. Jericho says that is a joke that writes itself and that VanZant should put that on her OnlyFans page. Ortiz then calls VanZant a bitch in Spanish before Jericho picks Dan Lambert for the third pick. Lambert wants none of this, but Jericho starts a "fat-faced dipshit" chant as Lambert says he said it was only fighters and not any member of American Top Team.

Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews Matt Sydal, Lee Moriarty, Dante Martin and Lio Rush. Sydal congratulates Dante, saying everything he expected out of him came out in their match, then says he and Moriarty are willing to have a tag team match with him and Lio Rush. Lio Rush accepts the challenge, and tells Sydal he will be on the highest flight.

Jamie Hayter beats Anna Jay to advance in the TBS Championship Tournamnent after Rebel distracts the referee so that Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. can interfere. After the match, Britt, Rebel and Hayter attack Anna Jay, but Tay Conti runs into the ring and makes the save. When Tay Contin pounds on Britt, however, the numbers game takes over. Suddenly, Thunder Rosa runs into the ring and evens the numbers game.

Backstage, we hear from "Smart" Mark Sterling and Jade Cargill. He says that they will be watching the last first-round match in the TBS Championship Tournament, saying that whoever wins will meet their demise at the hands of Cargill.

MJF heads to the ring. He tells Darby Allin to "cut the crap," saying that without the two of them, "this company doesn't work." He says they have been top guys for a while, unlike the other two pillars, because they have "it" and the fans know who they are and who they will become: legendary. MJF then wants to know why he is booed while Darby is cheered, then realizes that people hate them because he reminds them they are not successful while Darby is like the fans but knows he cannot function in society. He says that Darby is just like the fans and while never wins, and while he may feel cool now, he is a loser when he gets in the ring. MJF says Darby will lose to him at Full Gear because he is weak and too concerned with battering him instead of beating him. MJF then says that even if Allin can change his ways in ten days, he is still the better wrestler, and says he has not been beaten because he is so good that he can beat Allin with a headlock takeover. Allin, who is sitting in the rafters, admits that he may be an outcast, then says he will maintain his composure and have a wrestling match. MJF leaves before Allin can leave the ring, but his path is blocked by Sting and some men in black with paper masks. Suddenly, Shawn Spears attacks with a chair, and Sting and the men in black are all attacked by The Pinnacle. This does not stop Darby and MJF from brawling in the crowd. Darby eventually sends MJF over the barricade back to ringside with a running clothesline, but MJF retreats and runs away through the crowd.

Andrade el Idolo beats "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes after FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) come out from underneath the ring and hit Cody with the AAA Tag Team Championships as Cody Rhodes goes for a tope suicida while Arn Anderson beats up Jose. After the match, Tully Blanchard shows up. FTR hold Cody up so Andrade can boot Cody in the face. FTR then proceed to beat up Cody, then Arn confronts Tully. The Lucha Bros. (Penta el Zero Mideo and Rey Fenix) then show up and brawl with FTR, and FTR is forced to retreat.

Tony Schiavone interviews John "4" Silver in the ring. Silver tells Adam Cole to cut his hair, become his manager and change his name to "BUDGE." says it will not just be him versus Adam Cole, but it will be Adam Cole vs. "BUDGE." He says that Adam Cole has yet to take his advice, and that has earned him a Con-Chair-To from Christian Cage. He says that on Rampage, he will kick Adam Cole's ass.

We see a video package for The Bunny vs. Red Velvet in the TBS Championship Tournament.

Bryan Danielson guests on commentary for the next match, and Matt Hardy is seen watching from the crowd.

Miro beats Orange Cassidy with Game Over to advance in the World Title Eliminator Tournament. (Miro replaces Jon Moxley, who is in rehab for problems with alcohol.) After the match, Bryan Danielson gets in the ring and tries to shake hands with Miro, but Miro leaves the ring.
