Raw Deal - Raw recap for May 11, 2020

Becky Lynch shows up to start tonight's show with the Money In The Bank briefcase and contract. Becky says that tonight is no ordinary night for her, as she is torn between joy and sadness, as she is at a point in her life where she has to do something about, and she has asked the powers that be to raise the stakes, and they did. She reminisces about how she arrived in WWE and how she would be taken, and how the fans stood up for her when she had no one else left. She tells the fans that she has to go away for a while, then Asuka runs into the ring. Becky tells Asuka that she is glad she won the Money In The Bank ladder match, as the match was for more than just a contract. She opens the briefcase, and inside is the WWE Raw Women's Championship. She tells Asuka that while she cannot fight anymore, Asuka can, and from here on out, she is the champion. Asuka celebrates with the WWE Raw Women's Championship, dancing around the ring and screaming that she is the champion. Becky tells Asuka to go be a warrior while she goes out to be a mother, revealing in the process that she is officially pregnant. Asuka celebrates the news along with Becky, then Becky heads to the back while Asuka continues to celebrate in the ring.

Natalya, Rey Mysterio, Bianca Belair, Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford), Ricochet, Dana Brooke, Cedric Alexander, R-Truth congratulate Becky Lynch backstage.

Bobby Lashley beats Humberto Carrillo in a no-disqualification match with a full nelson after catching him out of a top rope cross body.

In footage from earlier today, Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) propose a two-on-two basketball challenge to The Viking Raiders (Ivar and Erik), who have said than anything they can do, The Raiders can do better. The Raiders respond, saying they've got this and that they need to be physical. When Ivar says that they have to be careful of fouls, Erik asks "What's a foul?" Ivar does not have an answer.

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews Asuka. All of a sudden, Kairi Sane shows up and is amazed that Asuka is WWE Raw Women's Champion, then both of them celebrate.

Backstage, there is dissension between Zelina Vega, Andrade, Austin Theory and Angel Garza.

Angel Garza beats Akira Tozawa. After the match, Zelina Vega tries to stop Andrade, Austin Theory and Garza from arguing with each other, then Drew McIntyre shows up. Theory immediately eats a Claymore Kick, followed by Garza. Andrade and McIntyre then have a staredown before McIntyre calls for a referee.

Drew McIntyre beats Andrade.

After the match, McIntyre says he did not come here to have a match, but there is a reason he comes dressed to work, as anything can happen on Raw. McIntyre then tells Seth Rollins that he gave a hell of a fight last night, then saw that Raw has extended an invitation to a SmackDown Superstar, who has accepted and chose him as an opponent. He then says that everybody hates this man and that he is a terrible human being, then announces that next week, he will face King Corbin. After congratulating Corbin for stepping up, he promises that he will have a Claymore Kick fit for a king.

Backstage, MVP tells Bobby Lashley to stay angry and complements his full nelson before asking him why he isn't fighting for a major title. He says that the last time he got a chance was in 2007, when he was getting his start, and asks him what he has planned to get out of his rut. MVP then runs into Lana, who accuses her of keeping Lashley caged up before telling Lashley to come find him if he is looking for a way out. Lana is furious.

It's time for A Moment of Bliss. After Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross address Becky Lynch's pregnancy and wish all moms a belated Mother's Day, The IIconics (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce) show up for the first time in months. Peyton Royce says "a ginger junior" will not upstage The IIconics' return, and Billie Kay tells Alexa and Nikki to get ready to defend the Women's Tag Team Championships tonight. Alexa and Nikki say this is not how it works and that the titles are "their babies," but The IIconics say they will not leave without a fight. This starts a tag team match.

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews Rey Mysterio. Rey says he feels great, and that while he hyped himself up for last night's match by saing the risk was worth the reward, his life almost flashed before his eyes thanks to King Corbin before he landed on another roof six feet down. He says that Aleister Black met the same fate and that it kept them both from winning. He congratulates Otis before admitting his best could not get the job done. Suddenly, Seth Rollins shows up, and Rey congratulates Rollins on being a father, telling him that being a father will change his life. Rey offers his hand, but Seth does not shake it and walks away. Rey takes the mask strap off and says "What a dick."

After the match, Bobby Lashley gets in the ring and hits R-Truth with a Spear, then MVP attacks R-Truth. Lashley then tells MVP that they will have a talk backstage.

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews Jinder Mahal, who is glad to be back on Raw after ten months on the shelf with a leg injury, then says he is elated to see McIntyre prosper as WWE Champion. He says that he deserves to be loved and respected by the fans like McIntyre, and says that he has learned from his mistakes and that his road back to the top will be "a hero's journey."

Backstage, "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles sits in a chair with some popcorn for the next segment.

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews "The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler, who asks how stupid one has to be to get knocked up while champion, and that pregnancy does not ruin a career. She says that Becky Lynch threw being champion away for "a miserable parasite," then tries to imagine Becky "on the couch, barefoot and eating Bon-Bons" before asking who the father is and saying "I rest my case."

We see a clip from Chapter One of "Undertaker: The Last Ride." Afterwards, "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles - having watched the clip backstage - angrily throws his popcorn at the television screen and leaves.

Backstage, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon congratulates Becky Lynch on her pregnancy.

Rey Mysterio and Aleister Black beat Seth Rollins and Murphy by disqualification after Seth - who has spent the entire match in a trance on the ring apron- punches Rey in the eye following an elbow to the gut. After the match, Rollins attacks both Rey and Aleister Black, then yells at Murphy to stay back before pushing a nearly unmasked Rey's eye into the steel steps and drawing blood. Officials and medical staff tend to Rey as Rollins heads to the back.

Backstage, a trainer still tends to Rey Mysterio. When Seth Rollins and Murphy show up and try to apologize, Rey is helped out of the room and Aleister attacks Murphy. Rollins runs away towards where Rey is as Aleister and Murphy are kept apart by officials.

In footage from earlier today, The Viking Raiders (Ivar and Erik) and Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) are in a gymnasium on a basketball court. After Ivar gets what is going on, Ivar throws the ball into the roof but misses the hoop. Street Profits start laughing as the Raiders leave.

Backstage, Natalya confronts "The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler for her comments regarding Becky Lynch. Shayna tells Natalya that she will never have a kid, as the Hart dynasty will die with her.

After the basketball game, The Viking Raiders (Ivar and Erik) and Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) show some good sportsmanship before Erik tells Street Profits they let them win. Ivar then sinks three-pointer after three-pointer to show Street Profits up before dunking the ball.

"The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler beats Natalya. After the match, Natalya is furious about her loss.

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews King Corbin, who says that he proved he will do whatever it takes to get the win, even though he came up short. Corbin says that Rey Mysterio and Aleister Black landed on a secondary roof six feet below and that they are lucky, then says he has what it takes to face Drew McIntyre, stating that he made McIntyre the champ he is today, not Brock Lesnar.

Next week: The IIconics (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce) vs. Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships!

Edge shows up. He says that this is the first time in a WWE ring since his first WrestleMania in nine years, and while people have said he has had a wonderful comeback and he has come back to retire on his own terms, he is curious as to what is next. He says that WrestleMania is not the end for him, and even though he got his pound of flesh against Randy Orton, who gave him the fight of his life, he is ready to move on. Suddenly, Orton shows up. Orton congratulates Edge on his WrestleMania victory, saying the better man won. Orton tries to leave, but he gets back in and says he cannot lie to anyone, including himself, saying the better man may have won, but the better wrestler did not. Orton says it did not take him nine years to get back on his feet, and says that a Last Man Standing match is not a traditional wrestling match. He then proposes they have a standard one-on-one wrestling match, stating that Edge doesn't have what it takes anymore. He says that there may be doubt in Edge's eyes, even though he has grit and passion that brought him back to the passion, and that his grit and passion has nothing against his ability and will not be able to help him now. Orton then addresses Edge's claims of him being a future Hall of Famer and incredible performer, telling him that if he has the guts, he will face him at Backlash "in a straight-up wrestling match."

Here are the top 10 moments from tonight's show!
