Generation NXT - NXT recap for August 7, 2019

General Manager William Regal is in the ring to start tonight's show. He is here to officiate the contract signing for the NXT Tag Team Championship Match between Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) and The Undisputed Era (Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly) at NXT TakeOver: Toronto. Street Profits shows up first, followed by The Undisputed Era, but before Regal can introduce The Undisputed Era, Street Profits gives The Undisputed Era an introduction of their own as "O'Reilly Auto Parts" and "Lawrence Fishburne Jr." The Undisputed Era then show up. The Undisputed Era disapprove of Street Profits' humor, and tell them that while they are not on their level and stand no chance of retaining the titles, even though their signatures are in demand, as they are both better and funnier than them. After Kyle O'Reilly calls the fact of the Street Profits being the tag team champions a joke, Street Profits admit The Undisputed Era is possibly the best team in NXT history before stating that winning is the only option, and after proclaiming that they will beat The Undisputed Era on Saturday, they sign the contract. The Undisputed Era then sign the contract as well, making the match official.
