Before the next match, Kenny King asks Eli Isom why he is standing across the ring from him, and states that he is the last man alive to pin Jay Lethal and that he does not need to be here if he is not wrestling for the World Championship. After calling Eli Isom "a commercial" for the ROH Dojo, he says that the new school "sucks" and tells Isom he is being fed to the wolves, and while he has a little bit of shine, his shine is like a candle to the sun, and that does not even out. King then hits Isom with a cheap shot, getting the opening bout started early.

Matt Taven retains the "real ROH World Championship" against Dalton Castle after TK O'Ryan is tossed out of the match for throwing one of The Boys at Dalton Castle to break up a pinfall.
"The Villain" Marty Scurll beats "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels with the Chickenwing. As per pre-match stipulations, Daniels is gone from Ring of Honor. (Had Daniels won, he would have stayed in ROH and would have been #1 contender to the ROH World Championship.) After the match, Bully Ray shows up and hits Daniels with a low blow. then calls out Flip Gordon so they can have their "I Quit" Match right now. When Flip Gordon makes his entrance, he shows up on the balcony in a tactical vest, camouflage pants and combat boots while carrying the American flag.
Flip Gordon beats Bully Ray in an "I Quit" Match. During the match, Bully Ray verbally abuses Cary Silkin, and shoves ring announcer Bobby Cruise and referee Todd Sinclair. "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels, who has yet to enter the ring from the last match, runs in and takes a Kendo stick shot to the leg so that Silkin does not get hurt. Bully Ray then grabs Flip's girlfriend from the front row, and threatens to put her through a table unless Flip quits, but that plan is dashed when Bully Ray is suddenly struck from behind with a Kendo stick by Cary Silkin. Bully goes after Silkin, but Flip's girlfriend hits Bully with a low blow. Flip then hits Bully Ray with his flag, then "The Last Real Man" Silas Young shows up and hits Flip with Misery. Silas then pours lighter fluid on two tables, then Cheeseburger tries to fend off Silas to no avail. Colt Cabana leaves the announce table and fights both Silas and Bully Ray until Silas hits him with a low blow, then Silas pulls out a lighter. He is about to light the two tables on fire when the lights go out, and when they come back on, The Sandman is in the ring. The Sandman confronts Bully Ray, who misses with his own Kendo stick and eats a superkick and a Star-Spangled Stunner from Flip. The Sandman then hands his own Kendo stick to Flip, who then hits Bully Ray with that Kendo stick and another one that is also in the ring. Bully Ray finally says he quits, and Flip wins the match.
Caprice Coleman replaces Colt Cabana on commentary for the rest of the night.
Before the next match, "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes notices that "the fans love him" and says he thinks he loves them too, and says that if he loved them, he would be doing the Madison Square Garden show, and that they can all kiss his ass. Jay Lethal says that this is his company and calls Cody a jackass, and not only is he leaving ROH World Champion, but the newest toy in the company will be dull and gone. The match then starts.
Jay Lethal retains the ROH World Championship against "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes with the Figure Four Leg Lock. During the match, Brandi Rhodes hits Cody with a Spear. Lethal asks referee Todd Sinclair not to end the match on a disqualification, then inadvertently hits Brandi with a Lethal Injection. Later in the match, "Hangman" Adam Page shows up and rings the bell as Lethal has Cody in a Figure Four, then hands Cody the World title and leaves through the crowd, but the match still continues. Later still, Lethal kicks Cody into referee Todd Sinclair, then hits him in the back of the knee with the World title before flipping him off, hitting multiple superkicks, a Lethal Injection and a Figure Four when Cody counters a second Lethal Injection. At this point, Cody taps out, and Lethal retains. After the match, Cody and Lethal shake hands, then "The Villain" Marty Scurll shows up in the ring and stares at the World title before staring at Lethal. Nick Aldis shows up with a woman, then they leave. Scurll then snatches the World title away from Lethal before tossing it back to him.
