Raw Deal - Raw recap for October 2, 2017

In remembrance of the tragedy in Las Vegas, Nevada, a moment of silence is observed.

Braun Strowman beats Seth Rollins. Strowman hits a second running powerslam after the match, then leaves...almost. He is about to get back into the ring when Dean Ambrose goes after him. Braun ends up getting the upper hand and choke slams him twice before hitting a running powerslam. Sheamus and Cesaro arrive as Braun leaves and pick the bones. Dean gets a Neutralizer, while Seth gets a Brogue Kick.

Backstage, Mickie James encounters Alicia Fox (who is laughing), then encounters Emma, who tells Mickie that she has a gift in her dressing room. Inside is a walker and a box of adult diapers, both giftwrapped. Mickie James is not amused. Mickie finds Alexa's dressing room, Alexa...and Nia Jax. Alexa says she doesn't want to be in the ring with a "mature" woman. However, Nia Jax has no issue. Mickie says she's on.

Bray Wyatt is on the TitanTron. He says Sister Abigail told him everything, and that she would never lie to him. Bray Wyatt keeps repeating these two things to himself as he rocks in his rocking chair.

Elias plays a song before the next match. He says that he would drown in the ocean than live in Denver, Colorado. He then proceeds to verbally bash the town, saying they are the worst in the USA, the parents are losers, and the kids are all the same. He is then interrupted by Titus O'Neil's entrance.

Elias beats Titus O'Neil after Apollo Crews' distraction attempt does not work, as Elias hits Titus with a jawbreaker to the ropes before hitting Drift Away.

We see another vignette for Asuka.

Alexa Bliss shows up and watches the next match from ringside. This distracts Mickie James, who gets bowled over by Nia Jax with a clothesline.

Mickie James beats Nia Jax by disqualification after Alexa Bliss gets involved in the match. After the match, Alexa Bliss grabs Mickie at ringside, but Mickie James fights back and hits the Mick Kick.

Renee Young interviews Enzo Amore. Enzo has no words when it comes to being hated by the entire Cruiserweight Division.

NBC Universo and WWE honor musician Carlos Santana as part of Hispanic Heritage Month.

Charly Caruso interviews Mickie James, who says there is nothing she likes more than becoming Raw Women's Champion. Suddenly, General Manager Kurt Angle shows up, and announces that at Tables, Ladders and Chairs, Mickie will get her title shot against Alexa Bliss.

Gallows & Anderson (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) beat Matt Hardy and Jason Jordan.

Charly Caruso interviews Roman Reigns. He is not surprised what happened to Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins. He is not worried about them, however, as they are working on a strategy, and he is focused on The Miz tonight. He plans to keep it simple: he hopes to break The Miz's jaw, and he plans on leaving tonight as Intercontinental Champion.

Dana Warrior stands with the Raw Women's Division and three cancer survivors in the ring as she announces that WWE and Susan G. Komen have tag teamed for another year. She says these survivors - Dianne Primavera, Julie Zaveral and Sherri Goldstein - have exemplified strength and boldness. Their warrior spirit is honored with pink Women's Championships.

The Miztourage (The Miz, Bo Dallas, Curtis Axel) walks to the ring from the crowd, similarly to The Shield's (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns) entrance, before the next match. Also, Roman Reigns wipes out Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel before the bell rings, then chases them through the crowd and to the stage where he decimates them with a steel chair.

Roman Reigns beats The Miz ends by disqualification when Sheamus and Cesaro drags Roman Reigns out of the ring before he can hit the Spear. After the match, Sheamus, Cesaro and The Miz assault Roman, and Cesaro hits Roman with the Neutralizer, Sheamus hits the Brogue Kick, and Miz hits the Skull Crushing Finale. The three of them pretend to leave, then go back into the ring and imitate The Shield's (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns) ring ambush before performing the three-man powerbomb on Roman and performing The Shield's fist bump. The Miz retains the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

Finn Balor shows up. Finn says he doesn't like to come out and talk; he likes to come out and fight. Meanwhile, Bray Wyatt plays mind games in the ring. Last week had the child singing, and says that if he had the whole world in his hands, he wouldn't know what to do with it. Bray may call himself a god and "The Eater of Worlds," but Finn says he is a coward and that Bray lost and is afraid. He says that Bray is afraid that he cannot beat him despite all his games, and if he thinks otherwise, he can face him in the ring. Bray appears on the TitanTron. Bray says Sister Abigail warned him about people like Finn. He says that at No Mercy, he was more than a man. As music plays, he says the demon fuels the man. He tells Finn to show him his true face, and he will do the same. He then says Abigail is alive and dying to meet Finn. We then see a more monstrous figure replace Bray with what looks like longer hair covering a bare skull as a woman's laughter is heard.

We see both Women's Divisions talk about Asuka.

Sasha Banks and Bayley beat Emma and Alicia Fox after Emma leaves Alicia high and dry.

Next week: Miz TV with special guests Sheamus and Cesaro!

Enzo Amore shows up. As far as the Cruiserweight Division is concerned, Enzo says they can go to Hell. He also tells the fans to go to Hell, regardless of whether they agree with him or not. Enzo also brags about closing out the show and making the main event two weeks in a row. He then says "he deserves it," but he's talking about the Cruiserweight title and not the beating he's gotten. He then says if he's wrong, he doesn't want to be right. He says if he were the Cruiserweight Division, he'd be jealous, too. He then says that he has earned every penny he's earned and that he is a star. Enzo then says he crossed the line, not got in line, to get the Cruiserweight title, and tells the rest of the division to fall in line, as they all put their hands on him, and says he has another clause which states that if any of the other Cruiserweight lay a hand on him, they not only lose their title shot, they lose their livelihoods and get fired. Enzo then brags about beating up Neville and calls the Cruiserweight division "sawft." Neville shows up with other cruiserweights, and soon, the full division shows up. Enzo gets in the ring, but he is surrounded. Enzo mocks everyone as he hides behind his clause, then General Manager Kurt Angle shows up. He confirms that the two clauses are official and are being enforced, but says they does not apply to the newest member of the Cruiserweight Division: Kalisto. Kalisto runs into the ring and fights Enzo, and Kalisto quickly hits Salida Del Sol.

In the locker room, Roman Reigns is met by Dean Ambrose. When Roman looks to the other side, Seth Rollins is there. Dean and Seth then walk away, having teased a reunion of The Shield (Ambrose, Rollins, Reigns).

Here are the top 10 moments from tonight's show!
