Layin' da SmackDown - SmackDown recap for March 23, 2000

Triple H shows up with WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley to start tonight's show. Triple H says that on Monday night, WWF Chairman Vince McMahon had an announcement that would rock the World Wrestling Federation from its foundation, and tonight, Stephanie will make an announcement that will not only rock the WWF from its foundation but also knock it off. In the meantime, Triple H has a question that he needs answered. He mentions the announcement of the main event for WrestleMania taking place that very night and how it was made under the premise that it would never happen again, then talks about how he won the match and retained the WWF Championship only to run into WWF co-owner Linda McMahon - whom he says was "ready to screw [him]" - and placed in a Fatal 4-Way match for the title at WrestleMania with the men he just beat as well as a re-hired Mick Foley. Triple H then asks his question: "Linda McMahon, who the hell do you think you are, to come out here and demand anything of me, to come out here and tell me what I am going to do?" Triple H then demands Linda to come out and tell him who she thinks she is. Linda shows up and reminds Triple H that she has as much stroke as anyone else, and because of that and the fact that Mick Foley is a deserving individual whose dream was to be in a WrestleMania main event, she made the Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match for the WWF Championship. Also, since a McMahon is in the corner of the three other participants, she will be in Foley's corner, and there will be a McMahon in every corner in the Fatal 4-Way Match. She also announces that Mick Foley is coming back for one night and one night only. Triple H tells Linda that he is not buying the "one night only" line, and asks what is next if Foley takes the WWF Championship, as Foley is retired. Linda says that in all likelihood, Foley will win the match at WrestleMania and go out on top as he has always wanted. However, if that were to happen, the title would be declared vacant and held up in a tournament that would take place for the next few weeks until Backlash, where a new WWF Champion would be crowned. Triple H admits that Linda has put a lot of thought into this, but tells her that she has wasted her time as he will be leaving as WWF Champion after beating The Rock first because he hates him the most before beating Big Show and saving Mick Foley for last to spite Linda. He also tells Linda that after brutally beating Mick Foley at WrestleMania, it will be on her, and that he hopes she will remain in Foley's corner afterwards as nobody will be behind Foley by then and Linda will be the one assisting Foley as Foley wonders why Linda could not leave well enough alone until he realizes that she did it because she is "a cold, heartless bitch." Linda is shocked at first, but then she leaves.

Backstage, Ivory gives a very tense and impatient Crash Holly a back massage. Suddenly, Ivory calls for referee Teddy Long before breaking a jar over the back of Crash's head to try to take the WWF Hardcore Championship from him. Crash escapes with the title.

Before the next match, Kurt Angle says he realizes that he made a bid to defend a title against Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho at WrestleMania, but now he has to put up not just one title, but both of them. He then announces that this match is a Two-Fall Triple Threat Match where one fall is for one title and the second fall is for the other. He then says one does not have to be a genius, much less "one of the several dairy farm inbreds from Wisconsin" to figure out that this is a conspiracy against him. He then says that tonight, he will give Benoit a taste of what to expect at WrestleMania with a little touch of integrity, intensity and intelligence (the last of which Angle claims Benoit does not have). Chris Jericho guests on commentary after Chris Benoit makes his way to the ring.

Kurt Angle beats Chris Benoit by disqualification after Chris Jericho hits ANgle in the back of the head with the WWF Intercontinental Championship before hitting Benoit with it and putting Angle in the Walls of Jericho. Bob Backlund is seen watching the match from backstage during the match. After the match, Jericho puts Angle in the Walls of Jericho before referes and officials try to restore order, then lets go of the hold and briefly does the same to Benoit.

Backstage, Kevin Kelly interviews WWF Chairman Vince McMahon. Vince says he has an idea as to what WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley's announcement is. Vince predicts that Stephanie will announce that she is pregnant and that she will deliver an eight-pound baby anteater in nine months. He then says he is proud to be in The Rock's corner at WrestleMania. He also announces that that at WrestleMania, The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley) will be defending the WWF Tag Team Championships against The Hardy Boyz (Jeff and Matt Hardy) and the team of Edge and Christian in a Triangle Ladder Match. He also announces that tonight, Buh Buh Ray Dudley will go one-on-one with The Rock.

In footage from earlier today, Al Snow tries to get "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman to milk a cow at a Wisconsin dairy farm. When milk splatters onto Blackman's face, Blackman goes outside, take his nunchuaku and smacks the cow with them.

The Godfather beats Bull Buchanan by disqualification after The Big Boss Man gets in the ring and attacks The Godfather with his nightstick. After the match, Boss Man and Buchanan attack The Godfather, and Buchanana attacks him with a baton.

Backstage, Crash Holly tells Hardcore Holly that somebody that he feels somebody is going to try to take the WWF Hardcore Championship. Hardcore tells him that he has talked to everyone in the back and that nobody is going to attack him during his next match, and implies that if Crash cannot trust him, he cannot trust anybody.

Al Snow and "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman beat The Hollys (Hardcore and Crash Holly) by count-out. During the match, the crowd is heard chanting "Let's go Head Cheese." Also during the match, Hardcore Holly shoves referee Jimmy Korderas into the path of a clothesline by Al Snow that is meant for him. Afterwards, Hardcore attacks Crash and chases him into the crowd after unsuccessfully trying to pin him to win the WWF Hardcore Championship. A second referee shows up for the match between Hardcore and Crash in the tech area as Snow and Blackman win by count-out. After the match, Snow and Blackman are attacked by T&A (Test and Prince Albert), then Trish Stratus shows up as Test and Albert make their way up the ramp. Trish says that T&A gives the fans what they want to see: T for Test and A for Albert..

Backstage, WWF co-owner Shane McMahon gives The Mean Street Posse (Rodney, Pete Gas, Joey Abs) some opportunities to live like Triple H, Mick Foley and The Rock for one night.

Before the next match, The Rock comes out to Know Your Role by Method Man from WWF Aggression, which is now available in stores.

The Rock beats Buh Buh Ray Dudley.

Jim Ross interviews Mick Foley in the ring. Foley mentions that a few weeks ago, he said he would not be like all those who had retired before only to come back six weeks later, and says he was a man of his word by coming back in only four. He then assures that his return will be for one night only, and says in the last four weeks, he not only got his first real haircut in sixteen years, but he did relatively little until he got a call from WWF co-owner Linda McMahon asking him if he wanted to be apart of WrestleMania. Foley said he look forward to meeting the fans over the weekend at Fan Axxess, but Linda then told him that he was going to be part of the main event of WrestleMania, which he had never been a part of. For the next 20 minutes, he tried to talk Linda out of it, but then realized that as a wrestler, you do not just walk out on WrestleMania. He accepted, but he had never been more nervous than when he showed up in Chicago, Illinois as he did not know how the fans would react. Thankfully, the reaction blew him away, as most everyone is happy to have him back for one night. He knows some people will not forgive him for coming back soon, but Foley fells that he would not forgive himself if he let the opportunity to main event WrestleMania slip away. As for the main event, it has four of the best athletes to step into a WWF ring, but it is his night and not theirs. He then addresses Triple H verbally attacking Linda McMahon, and says that he will not threaten him with barbed wire baseball bats and thumbtacks because he has done that already, and he admits that he enjoys seeing stitches on his face as they were put there because of him. He then says that he understands fully how to hurt Triple H, and that is to take his belt and make him realize there is a thing he can do about him WWF Champion as he will be retired. He then says he will walk down the aisle and look at Triple H, and Triple H will realize his last act as an active wrestler was kicking his ass. Foley then says that as great a match as No Way Out was, it will not end with him looking back with blood on his face, tears in his eyes and a sad smile on his face, as WrestleMania will end with blood on his face, tears in his eyes and the WWF Championship in his hands.

We see GTV footage where The Kat returns a skirt to Terri Runnels. The Kat leaves, then Terri Runnels finds dark spots all over it, much to Terri's disdain.

Jacqueline beats Lita after Lita becomes overconfident during a roll-up. After the match, Lita hits Jacqueline with a DDT before hitting her with a moonsault off the top rope.

We see a small part of the music video for The Kings by RUN-DMC from WWF Aggression, available in stores now.

Before the next match, The Mean Street Posse (Rodney, Pete Gas, Joey Abs) are accompanied to the ring by WWF co-owner Shane McMahon dressed like Triple H, The Rock and Mick Foley. Shane then introduces them as such, then brings out Big Show. He then proposes all four men in the ring have a preview of what will happen at WrestleMania, which starts a quick squash match where Big Show beats The Mean Street Posse, Shane guests on commentary, and Big Show allows Rodney to go for the People's Elbow only for Rodney and Joey Abs to fall victim to a double choke slam. The match ends with Big Show pinning all three members of The Posse.

Too Cool (Grandmaster Sexay, Scotty 2 Hotty, Rikishi Phatu) beat The Radicals (Perry Saturn, Dean Malenko, Eddie Guerrero). After the match, X-Pac and "Road Dogg" Jesse James attack Too Cool from behind along with The Radicalz, then Kane shows up with Paul Bearer and becomes a one-man wrecking crew, attacking The Radicals until Road Dogg pucnhes the back of Kane's knee before X-Pac hits Kane with a steel chair. Rikishi tries to battle back, but he also gets laid out with a steel chair.

WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley shows up. Stephanie asks WWF co-owner Linda McMahon to come to the ring so she can feel the impact of what she is about to announce first-hand. Linda shows up, and Stephanie says she wishes that she was surprised to see her mother Linda, especially on Raw, but she knew it was just a matter of time before Linda meddled in her business. She says it is not unheard of for a mother to feel jealous or threatened by her daughter, for after she was born, she took away the last bit of affection that her father, WWF Chairman Vince McMahon, showed Linda, and instead of showing love and affection, Linda tried to control her. She uses example making her make her own bed instead of letting the maid do it, restricting her funds to $100 a week during junior week and not letting her buy the turbo model sports car in high school. Linda says it was all for her own good, but Stephanie counters by saying that in college, Linda only gave her enough money for a one-bedroom apartment and she had to convince the CFO to slip her a little extra cash, for even at 19, she knew how to use her assets to get what she wanted, as this was a trick that Linda taught her: the power of persuasion, especially that of the opposite sex, as control equals power. Stephanie says there is only room for one dominant female in the company, and that is her. She gives Linda credit for having the guts to change the main event at WrestleMania to stack the deck against Triple H as well as re-hire Mick Foley, if only for one night. Linda says it was the right thing to do, and Stephanie tells Linda she is not as smart as she thinks she is and that Triple H is right for calling Linda "a conniving bitch." Stephanie then slaps Linda and sends her falling to the mat. Linda is crying as Triple H shows up, approving of what has happened as the show ends.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for March 20, 2000

RAW

Michael Cole interviews WWF Chairman Vince McMahon, who announces at the behest of Gerald Brisco that there will be a tag team elimination tournament where the winners will meet in a battle royal to decide the #1 contenders for the WWF Tag Team Championships. Pat Patterson tells Vince to talk about "the big one," and Vince says that if that match is made, it will rock the World Wrestling Federation down to its foundations tonight. Michael Cole then mentions that he loved Saturday Night Live over the weekend - which featured The Rock as special guest host and Vince McMahon, Triple H, Mick Foley and Big Show in the cold opening - and that gives Vince the idea to start the show in a style not unlike Saturday Night Live.

Before the next match, D-Generation X (X-Pac and "Road Dogg" Jesse James) come out to The Kings, a re-imagining of the DX theme by Run-DMC. The song is on the upcoming WWF Aggression, a compilation of original songs based on WWE entrance themes by hip-hop artists. The album will be available in stores tomorrow, and the song will continue to be DX's theme throughout the year.

The Hardy Boyz (Jeff and Matt Hardy) beat D-Generation X (X-Pac and "Road Dogg" Jesse James) to continue to the tag team battle royal after Kane and Paul Bearer show up to attack X-Pac. Tori attacks Kane to no avail, and when she gets in the ring after the match, The Hardys toss Tori into Kane, who proceeds to choke slam her.

Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley are seen approaching the ring.

Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley show up. Upon Stephanie asking for the fans' undivided attention, the crowd boos, and Triple H goes off on them, demanding respect for himself and Stephanie. Triple H then says at WrestleMania, the fans will have no choice but to bow down on their knees and respect him, as he will beat both The Rock and Big Show in a Triple Threat Match to retain the WWF Championship. He then says that WWF Chairman Vince McMahon clams to have a match that will rock the foundation of the World Wresting Federation, and says if the match is that big, it has to have him in it. He calls Vince McMahon to the ring, but Big Show and WWF co-owner Shane McMahon show up instead. Shane says he knows exactly what Vince meant by that announcement, and challenges Triple to defend the WWF Championship against Big Show tonight. Triple H says he would love to, but he declines, saying he does not have to defend the WWF Championship before WrestleMania, even though he could, and says "that big goof" Big Show does not deserve a title shot. Suddenly, WWF Chairman Vince McMahon shows up and says what Shane has proposed is not a big idea, and says that Triple H is willing to defend the WWF Championship as that is exactly what is going to happen. He announces that the match will be Triple H vs. Big Show vs. The Rock. Vince knows that the Triple Threat Match is in two weeks, but eh asks why they should not have the match in Chicago, Illinois tonight. Shane says that Vince is making a smart business decision, and dares Triple H to take the challenge, as does Vince. Triple H accepts the challenge for tonight, on the ground that the match does not take place again and there will be no rematch, especially at WrestleMania. Vince then tells Triple H to take his lips, pucker them up, and instead of kissing his daughter or kissing his ass, he wants Triple H to kiss the WWF Championship goodbye.

The Rock is seen arriving to the arena.

The Big Boss Man and Bull Buchanan attack The Godfather before the next match can begin.

Backstage, "Road Dogg" Jesse James and X-Pac demand that Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley do something about Kane after losing a shot at the WWF Tag Team Championships. Triple H proposes putting Kane in a match with Rikishi so Kane can get his ass kicked.

Too Cool (Grandmaster Sexay and Scotty 2 Hotty) beat The Radicalz (Perry Saturn and Dean Malenko) to advance to the tag team battle royal later tonight. During the match, Eddie Guerrero trips Scotty 2 Hotty from outside of the ring, and Grandmaster Sexay hits Eddie with a right hand. Eddie gets back up, but when he gets on the apron, Grandmaster Sexay throws him into Perry Saturn, and both men end up on the outside. Malenko puts Scotty 2 Hotty in the Texas Cloverleaf, but Grandmaster Sexay hits Malenko with a superkick to give Too Cool the win. Backstage, Rikishi Phatu shows satisfaction with Too Cool's victory.

Members of the Chicago Bears football team are seen in the front row.

Kane beats Rikishi Phatu by disqualification after X-Pac and "Road Dogg" Jesse James attack Kane from behind. Rikishi gets back up after the choke slam and fights X-Pac and Road Dogg off, but the numbers game catches up and X-Pac hits Rikishi with the X Factor. X-Pac and Road Dogg run off after Kane gets back up.

Kevin Kelly interviews Chris Benoit backstage. Benoit says he does not have to explain his actions from SmackDown last week, and he says it disgusts him what Kurt Angle does with the gold around his waist. He hopes that Angle bears witness to what he does to Chris Jericho tonight.

Michael Cole is outside of The Rock's dressing room.

Michael Cole interviews The Rock backstage. The Rock tells Michael Cole to go suck on a monkey's nipple before taking the microphone and telling him to find a monkey. The Rock then states that he is okay with WrestleMania being brought to Raw, and that he is ready for Triple H and Big Show, and that tonight, the only two things they should be concerned about is knowing their roles and shutting their mouths.

WAR ZONE

Before the next match, Chris Jericho shows up before Kurt Angle can even speak and welcomes everyone to Raw Is Jericho. He tells Chris Benoit that he may take himself seriously, but he does too as he makes fun of Benoit's voice before telling Benoit that he will give him an "actual #1 Y2J beating" that he will never, ever forget. Jericho is suddenly attacked from behind as Kurt Angle guests on commentary for the next match.

Chris Jericho beats Chris Benoit. During the match, Chris Benoit hits Kurt Angle for telling him to get his hands off his belt, and Angle responds by hitting Benoit in the head with one of his championships and tossing him back in the ring as the referee is dealing with Jericho. After the match, Bob Backlund shows up, but Jericho beats him up when he gets in the ring. Jericho then turns around to get hit in the head with Angle's other championship.

Kurt Angle and Bob Backlund celebrate backstage.

Al Snow ties to get "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman to do something special for the people of Wisconsin tomorrow night, but Blackman wants none of it, even as a man dressed like Benjamin Franklin tries to get him to do it.

Al Snow and "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman beat The Hollys (Hardcore and Crash Holly) to advance to the tag team battle royal later tonight. During the match, Tazz shows up with referee Teddy Long and attacks Crash Holly in an attempt to win the WWF Hardcore Championship, and chases him into the crowd. This leaves Hardcore Holly on his own against Snow and Blackman as Crash Holly runs out of the arena with the Hardcore title.

We see part of the music video for The Kings by Run-DMC, on the upcoming album WWF Unforgiven, a collection of hip-hop interpretations of WWF entrance themes that will be available in stores tomorrow.

GTV is back after a lengthy absence, and we see black-and-white backstage footage where The Kat talks with Terri. Terri tells The Kat that she is in pain, but not in as much as The Kat is from not being on TV anymore. The Kat is furious as Terri leaves the room.

Edge and Christian beat The Acolytes (Faarooq and Bradshaw) to advance to the tag team battle royal later tonight. During the match, Mideon shows up with a mop in his hands, and he tries to use it as a weapon against Edge only to accidentally hit Bradshaw, costing The Acolytes the match. After the match, Mideon tries to explain himself, but The Acolytes beat him up.

Test beats Val Venis. Before the match, it is announced that Trish Stratus and Tori can be seen in bikinis Thursday night on WWF.com. During the match, Trish Stratus gets on the apron and distracts Val Venis. Venis goes for a roll-up, but Test reverses it into a roll-up of his own and grabs the tights to get the win. Val Venis takes exception to this and attacks Test after the match only to be attacked by Prince Albert. Test then continues to attack Venis, then Trish Stratus tells Test and Albert to stop. Test throws Venis out of the ring, then Trish says that they know what everyone wants to see "T&A." She then says we are looking at just that: Test and Albert.

The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley) guest on commentary for the next match.

The tag team battle royal ends with no winners and no #1 contenders for the WWF Tag Team Championships after The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley) hit Dudley Death Drops on Edge and Jeff Hardy before powerbombing Matt Hardy onto Christian and putting them both through a table.

Triple H retains the WWF Championship against Big Show and The Rock. During the match, WWF co-owner Shane McMahon pulls the top rope down on The Rock during The People's Elbow. He is about to hit The Rock with a steel chair when WWF Chairman Vince McMahon takes a chair away and hits Shane with a hard right. Triple H then punches Vince, and Big Show then pulls Triple H back into the ring, all while WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon is distracting referee Earl Hebner on the apron. Triple H then hits the facebreaker knee smash followed by the Pedigree to retain. After the match, The Rock chases Shane into the crowd, but as Triple H and Stephanie leave, WWF co-owner Linda McMahon shows up. A fan gets up on the ramp, and Triple H tackles him so that security can deal with the guy, who is taken out of the shot. Linda congratulates Triple H on retaining, and while there will be no Triple Threat rematch for the WWF Championship, a special ingredient will be added at WrestleMania: a deserving individual whose dreams should come true, if for one night only. Therefore, she will make the final decision, and the main event at WrestleMania 2000 will be a Fatal Four-Way where Triple H will defend the WWF Championship against Big Show, The Rock...and Mick Foley, who has returned to the WWF. Mick Foley brawls with Triple H in the ring, and he hits both Triple H and Big Show with the WWF Championship to end the show.

Layin' da SmackDown - SmackDown recap for February 17, 2000

A tour bus is seen approaching the arena at the start of the show. On the top of the front of the bus reads "DX Express." D-Generation X (Triple H, X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn), Tori and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley all come out of the bus and make their way to the ring. Billy Gunn says that at No Way Out, he and Road Dogg will up the tag team titles on the line against The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley), and tells the Dudleys that if they think they are impressing anybody by putting women through tables, it will take a lot more than that. Road Dogg tells the Dudleys that they are neither Terri Runnels or B.B., and they have been putting people through tables since before "they brought [The Dudley Boyz] up from the minor leagues," and says their chances of taking the tag titles from them are that of a snowball's chance in Hell. X-Pac says that thanks to Triple H, he has Kane in a no-holds-barred match, but regardless of whatever kind of match it is, Kane will not get retribution from him for taking Tori. He then passes the microphone to Triple H before passively-aggressively thanking him in a sarcastic manner. Triple H tells Cactus Jack that it wasn't too long ago that they were face-to-face at Royal Rumble in probably one of the greatest fights of all time. He left his blood and part of his flesh in New York City when they went through hell, and this Sunday, hell will be contained in a cell and it will start for Cactus Jack and continue from there on out, as real hell for Cactus Jack will be every day after No Way Out when he is too hurt to do everyday activities and no fans will cheer for him. Triple H says that if Cactus Jack has a dream to beat him for the WWF Championship and go on to WrestleMania, then he has a dream to be in the World Wrestling Federation without him in it. Triple H tells Cactus Jack to savor the last bit of time he has as a WWF Superstars, as his days are numbered and he will put an end to his career once and for all. Triple H then tells X-Pac that he is sorry about what happened Monday night, and that he had no idea that Cactus Jack and The Rock would get involved. He admits he had a plan, but it went awry. He plans to make it up to X-Pac by taking care of his problem and going one-on-one with Kane tonight. X-Pac says he is not impressed and that does not do much for him, and tells him to put the WWF Championship on the line "so he can be doing something." Triple H says if that will get the job done and show how stand-up he is, he will put the WWF title on the line tonight and take Kane out for X-Pac. X-Pac says he is impressed, and X-Pac returns the favor by saying he will kick Cactus Jack's ass in the middle of the ring. Triple H says he is not that impressed, and reminds him of what they have done to DX. Triple H asks Kevin Dunn in the production truck to show a video package of what happened last Monday when Cactus Jack ran over Tori on the way to the ring, and says it gets him hot when he sees Cactus Jack run down a ramp and tackle "an innocent looking waif" like Tori. He says that if X-Pac wants to get the job done and end it, he would take on Cactus Jack in a Falls Count Anywhere hardcore match. X-Pac tells Triple H that if it is hardcore he wants, it is hardcore he will get, and they shake hands. Triple H goes on to put The New Age Outlaws (Road Dogg, Billy Gunn) in a match against The Rock and Big Show with the tag team titles on the line. At first the Outlaws are alarmed, but they are soon okay with the match. Triple H then says that he and Kane are going to go one-on-one for the WWF Championship in a few moments, and when Kane leaves the ring, he will feel like he just got hit by a bus.

Backstage, "Sexual Chocolate' Mark Henry and Mae Young are seen displaying a public display of affection when The Hollys (Hardcore and Crash Holly) show up and show their disapproval. Hardcore Holly goes on and says the edible panties from this Monday's Raw made him sick, but Mark Henry counters by saying it will make Hardcore sick if he eats a lot of them, and says they're so pent up because "they ain't gettin' none." Hardcore Holly says Mae Young is "trailer park trash" and has had more hands on her than a doorknob. Mark Henry tells Hardcore to watch his mouth, but Hardcore and Crash knock Mae Young down and beat up Mark Henry.

WrestleMania 2000 is seven weeks away!

Kane vs. Triple H for the WWF Championship ends in a no-contest after the rest of D-Generation X (X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) attack Kane and X-Pac attacks Paul Bearer at ringside. As the rest of DX follows X-Pac, Kane gets up and leaves the ring, going after DX. DX takes Paul Bearer out of the arena and into the baggage compartment of the DX Express. Kane catches up with DX, but X-Pac hits Kane with a low blow before DX shoves Kane in the compartment with Paul Bearer. Triple H then ask for the driver of the DX Express to drive off with Paul Bearer and Kane in the baggage compartment. Triple H retains the WWF Championship.

Before the next match, Kurt Angle says that it is to his understanding that late Monday night, millions of children went o bed crying their eyes out due to a cowardly attack hed suffered at the hands of Chyna. He says parents have called him saying that their children where having nightmares about Chyna attacking them as well, and says having Chyna in your dreams is bad enough. He tells his fans, especially those in Europe, that the European Champion is A-OK. After he beats Chris Jericho at No Way Out, he will once again represent the United States of America as the Intercontinental Champion.

Chyna beats Kurt Angle by disqualification after Angle hits Chyna with the WWF European Championship. After the match, Chris Jericho gets in the ring and brawls with Angle. He comes up short, but Chyna gets the last shot in on Angle with a low blow.

"Sexual Chocolate" Mark Henry asks The Acolytes Protection Agency (Faarooq and Bradshaw) to watch over and protect Mae Young.

WWF plugs I Dare You!: The Ultimate Challenge, airing Tuesdays at 8 PM Eastern, 7 PM Central on UPN.

The DX Express is seen returning to the arena.

Mae Young plays poker with The Acolytes Protection Agency (Faarooq and Bradshaw).

Tazz beats Gangrel with the Tazzmission. Before the match begins, it is announced that "Sexual Chocolate" Mark Henry has challenged The Hollys (Hardcore and Crash Holly) to a handicap no-disqualification match later tonight.

Lilian Garcia interviews Cactus Jack. Cactgus Jack says that in ten days, it will be revealed whether he goes on to WrestleMania or he is done for good. Two things are keeping him going: winning the WWF Championship and what Triple H has said about him. He says that Triple H mentioned the truth when he says that he suffers in constant pain and that his head sometimes feels like scrambled eggs. He is not going to guarantee victory, but he will guarantee that win or lose, Hell In A Cell will be "the damnedest things you will ever see." He tells Triple H that he has very bad thoughts running through his head, and he will go up to the top of the cage and drop down on his body. He guarantees that Triple H will suffer at No Way Out. He then says he wants nothing to do with X-Pac or even looking at him, as talented as he is, and he will rely on his instincts and kick his teeth all over Fresno, California. He tells Lilian Garcia to sit back and watch for flying morals.

Mae Young is beating The Acolytes (Faarooq and Bradshaw) at poker.

X-Pac vs. Cactus Jack in a Falls Count Anywhere hardcore match ends with Cactus Jack being lured towards the DX Epress by X-Pac. D-Generation X (Triple H, X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) throw Cactus Jack into the baggage compartment after a brief brawl in the bus between Cactus Jack and Triple H before asking the driver to drive off.

The Radicals (Perry Saturn and Dean Malenko) beat Too Cool (Grandmaster Sexay and Scotty 2 Hotty) after referee Jack Doan is pre-occupied with Dean Malenko and Eddie Guerrero rushes in to hit Scotty 2 Hotty in the head with a metal pipe. During the match, it is announced that Eddie Guerrero - still wearing the shoulder sling - will be challenging Rikishi to a match later tonight. After the match, The Radicals continue to attack Too Cool as Rikishi limps down the ramp with a hurt ankle. Malenko and Saturn mock Rikish before going after him, but Rikishi manages to fend them both off until Eddie Guerrero whacks Rikishi in the hurt ankle with the pipe. Saturn puts the hurt ankle through a steel chair while Dean Malenko brings steel steps into the ring. Malenko and Saturn then smash the steel steps into the steel stair, further hurting that ankle. Referees and officials get into the ring to restore order before Saturn mocks Too Cool by wearing Scotty 2 Hotty's sunglasses. EMTs have to bring out a stretcher and check on Rikishi.

Scotty 2 Hotty and Grandmaster Sexay help the EMTs get Rikishi Phatu in the ambulance.

Eddie Guerrero shows up and bullies ring announcer Tony Chimel, telling him to declare him the winner of the next match by forfeit. He demands the referee raise his hand, then celebrates in the ring. Dean Malenko and Perry Saturn join Eddie in the ring.

Mae Young smokes a cigar as she is still playing poker with The Acolytes (Faarooq and Bradshaw), even though she is pregnant.

Kevin Kelly interviews The Rock. The Rock says there are certain things to go together: salt and pepper, bacon and eggs, Big Show and him raising his hand and growling, and himself and WrestleMania. He realizes what kind of task he has at No Way Out and says it will be one of the hardest matches in his career, but he will beat Big Show from pillar to post for the win and go on to WrestleMania, where he will become the next WWF Champion. As for tonight, if D-Generation X thinks they are cute and have all the answers by putting him in a tag team with Big Show, then he does not need or want Big Show, as he has a partner that Big Show will never have in the form of the people. If Big Show even entertains coming with ten feet of him, he will give him the biggest smack down he has ever seen.

The DX Express returns to the arena again.

The Acolytes hand Mae Young a beer, even though she is pregnant.

Edge and Christian beat The Big Boss Man and Prince Albert after Edge drop kicks Prince Albert from off the top rope, breaking Prince Albert's grip on Boss Man as Christian attempts a sunset flip. After the match, Boss Man and Albert continue attacking Edge and Christian, and Boss Man hits both of them with his nightstick. Referees run into the ring to restore order.

After Mae Young smokes all their cigars, takes all their money and drinks all their beer, Mae Young hands all the money involved in the poker game back to The Acolytes (Faarooq and Bradshaw) and leads them somewhere.

"Sexual Chocolate" Mark Henry beats The Hollys (Hardcore and Crash Holly) in a no-disqualification handicap match when Mae Young leads The Acolytes (Faarooq and Bradshaw) to the ring, where The Acolytes give The Hollys a beating.

The New Age Outlaws ("Road Dogg" Jesse James and "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) vs. The Rock and Big Show ends in a no-contest. Big Show does not show up until later in the match, and when he does, he and The Rock go at it, and Big Show gangs up on The Rock along with The New Age Outlaws. Big Show then carries The Rock to the back, and as he is carried to the DX Express, The Rock fihts back, but when he takes Road Dogg to the DX Express, he is easily overpowered and thrown into the baggage compartment. D-Generation X (Triple H< X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jess James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) get in the DX Express, which departs. The camera turns around to show what is behind Big Show, and it is revealed that The Rock escaped the baggage compartment. He hits Big Show from behind with a plank of wood to end the show.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 14, 2000

RAW

The "radicals" (Chris Benoit, Perry Saturn, Dean Malenko, Eddie Guerrero) show up to start tonight's show, followed by D-Generation X (Triple H, X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn), Tori (who is now in a neck brace) and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley. Stephanie gets booed when she tells people to listen up, then gets booed again when she tells the fans to shut up and watch the footage from last week when Kane attacked Tori and put her in a Tombstone Piledriver last Thursday on SmackDown. The fans cheer, then Stephanie asks the fans to look at Tori, saying he was an innocent victim and that it as the fans who made Kane react the way he did. She says that Kane was going to do the right thing and let Tori go, and that it was the fans' reaction that made him Tombstone Tori and that the fans make her sick. She says that she holds the fans personally responsible for Tori's pain and suffering, and if the fans want suffering, they will get it tonight. Triple H says that up until now, everyone in the ring has gone too easy on their adversaries, and that people say they have made the mistake of mistaking kindness for weakness. He then announces that there will be no mistakes, kidness or weakness starting tonight, and it starts with Too Cool (Grandmaster Sexay, Scotty 2 Hotty, Rikishi Phatu). Grandamaster Sexay will go up against Road Dogg tonight, while Scotty 2 Hotty will square off with Billy Gunn. As for Saturn and Malenko, they will team up tonight against Rikishi Phatu. Triple H then addresses The Rock, whom he says is looking forward to facing Big Show at No Way Out but will not make it to that night, as he will be lucky to leave the ring in one piece after facing Benoit tonight. Triple H then focuses on Kane, whom he says needs to be taught a lesson as he does not play well with others. He says Kane needs to be taught respect, especially for women, and says he cannot go into the ring and "beat up women due to his sexual inadequacies." He then announces that Kane and X-Pac will go one-on-one in a no holds barred match at No Way Out, but in order to get the match, he has to face him and a partner of his choice in a 2-on-1 no-disqualification handicap match. After Triple H says that if someone knows the meaning of "handicap," it's Kane, Too Cool shows up, followed by Kane and The Rock. This starts a brouhaha that erupts as soon as The Rock rushes to the ring, and Kane, The Rock and Too Cool quickly clean house.

D-Von Dudley beats Edge and Jeff Hardy in a Triple Threat Match to determine #1 contenders for the WWF Tag Team Championships, allowing The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley) to take on The New Age Outlaws ("Road Dogg" Jesse James and "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) at No Way Out for the tag titles. During the match, Buh Buh Ray tries to get involved in the match, but Matt Hardy and Christian yank him off the apron and beat him up. After the match, Edge and Christian have a brief staredown with The Hardy Boyz (Jeff and Matt Hardy).

"Sexual Chocolate" Mark Henry and Mae Young head to a hotel, and Mark Henry books the honeymoon suite. The clerk at the desk has no idea what to make of the situation.

"Road Dogg" Jesse James beats Grandmaster Sexay after dodging the Hip Hop Drop.

"Sexual Chocolate" Mark Henry and Mae Young head to the honeymoon suite.

Before the next match, Al Snow tries to hypnotize "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman into being more charismatic and into being more receptive to the "Head Cheese" name. Blackman is not buying it, and he sticks the picket watch in Al Snow's mouth. When they make it to the ring, The Godfather asks Blackman to show some personality and offers Blackman the hos and a night downtown. Blackman wants no part of it, and The Godfather says "Have it your way, Head Cheese!", which starts a "Head Cheese" chant.

D'Lo Brown and The Godfather beat Al Snow and "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman after Blackman confronts Al Snow for being outside the ring with The Godfather's hos. This distracts Blackman to the point that D'Lo Brown rolls Blackman up for the win with a Sunset Flip.

"Sexual Chocolate" Mark Henry and Mae Young are in the honeymoon suite. Mae Young says she will slip into something more comfortable, and asks Mark Henry to do the same.

Kurt Angle shows up. He says that ever since he won the WWF European Championship, he could not help but take notice to the many changes in Europe, such as the boom in the economy, the fall in the suicide rates, and a 16.4% rise in tourism. Meanwhile, in America, the stock market has plummeted, crime has risen to an all-time high and towns like San Jose, California continue to fall into a deeper depression. He says that this has ironically occurred since Chris Jericho won the Intercontinental title, and says that as his duty as an American hero, he will do the same for America as he has done for Europe, and challenges Chris Jericho at No Way Out for the WWF Intercontinental Championship. He then says he would make for a better champion than "a foul-mouthed hooligan" that has the audadcity to call himself "the Ayatollah." He says it is important for him to pull America out of its misery, and calls Jericho out, demanding that he accept his challenge. Angle then says that Jericho is in Hollywood with Chyna making a mockery out of the acting industry on late night television. We then see footage of Chyna on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno from last Friday night. Angle says he was on the show before after the Olympics, but he had respect for himself and didn't wear anything like "a latex rubber suit," as he lives by the 3 I's - intensity, integrity and intelligence. Before he can finish mentioning the 3 I's, Jericho shows up. Jericho welcomes everyone to "Raw Is Jericho," then tells "Kirk Angle" to shut the hell up if he has noting entertaining to say. He addresses Angle's laims of America falling into a decline since he became Intercontinental Champion, and says that America has fallen asleep since he grabbed the microphone. He says that when Angle looks at himself, he sees an American hero, but when he looks at Angle, all he sees is "a pompous Special Olympics jackass." He says he does not know if he wants to give him a title shot, but he wants to give him "a Y2J beating" right now. Jericho runs into the ring, and both men brawl. Jericho gets the upper hand before referees run into the ring to restore order. Suddenly, Chyna walks down the ramp, and when Angle gets out of the ring, Chyna hits him with a DDT before celebrating in the ring with Jericho.

"Sexual Chocolate" Mark Henry is waiting for Mae Young in bed, and is seen taking his underwaer off. Suddenly, Mae Young shows up in a negligee and makes love with Mark Henry in bed. Jerry "The King" Lawler almost vomits into his crown.

Benoit hits the German Suplex with the bridge pin for the win. After the match, The Rock runs up the ramp and attacks Big Show, but the numbers game catches up and Big Show, Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit gang up on The Rock.

At the honeymoon suite, "Sexual Chocolate" Mark Henry says this is the best Valentine's Day ever. He pulls out a box of Valentine's chocolates from the nearby dresser and hands them to Mae Young. Mae Young pulls edible underwear out of a box and puts them on, then Mark Henry turns off the lights, and it is (probably) implied that Mark Henry got a taste of the edible underwear.

Scotty 2 Hotty beats "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn after "Road Dogg" Jesse James distracts referee Teddy Long and Grandmaster Sexay hits Billy Gunn with a right hand during an attempt at an avalanche splash in the corner. Scotty 2 Hotty then rolls up Billy Gunn in a small package for the win. Billy Gunn attacks Scotty 2 Hotty and tosses him out of the ring after the match.

Kevin Kelly is still waiting at The Rock's locker room door backstage.

The Hollys (Hardcore and Crash Holly) are in the ring. Hardcore Holly chews Crash out, saying he has not only embarrassed the family, but he has also embarrassed him by being beaten by a light heavyweight and a woman. He says that Crash may have women problems, but that is okay as that right hand is all he is going to get from a woman. He tells Crash to get out of the ring and to watch and see "how he kicks ass around here." Hardcore Holly's opponent is then revealed to be Tazz.

Tazz beats Hardcore Holly by disqualification after Crash Holly interferes. After the match, Crash Holly gets a Tazz-plex for his trouble.

Backstage, Kevin Kelly is brushed aside by The Rock, who heads straight for the ring.

Rikishi Phatu beats Perry Saturn and Dean Malenko in a 2-on-1 handicap match by disqualification after Eddie Guerrero shows up and hits Rikishi in the leg with a piece of pipe. After the match, Malenko takes the piece of pipe to Rikishi's leg while Saturn holds Rikishi down, but Grandmaster Sexay and Scotty 2 Hotty rush into the ring to save Rikishi, clearing the ring in the process.

Triple H's partner is revealed to seemingly be X-Pac, but Triple H, Tori, X-Pac and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley stop halfway down the ramp to reveal that Triple H's partner is really Big Show.

Kane beats Triple H and Big Show in a no-disqualification 2-on-1 handicap match to get his match with X-Pac at No Way Out. During the match, The Rock runs into the ring only to get choke slammed by Big Show, but this proves to be enough of a distraction for Kane to counter the Pedigree with a back body drop. X-Pac gets involved in the match, then Cactus Jack runs into the ring and runs over Tori on the way there. He fights off Triple H while The Rock hits Big Show in the back with a steel chair, allowing Kane to choke slam Big Show for the win. After the match, The Rock hits the Rock Bottom on Big Show, but Triple H grabs The Rock by the foot as he goes for The People's Elbow. Cactus Jack then returns to the ring with a wrench, and he immediately cleans house to end the show.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for January 31, 2000

RAW

Before the next match, "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman tells Al Snow that he is tired of all the team names and that they have tag team titles to win. Snow proposes "Snow Storm," but Blackman is irritated when Snow provides a Sesame Street child's umbrella. Blackman walks away before Snow can propose "Snow Balls," complete with a black jock strap.

"The Canadian Crippler" Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero - all fresh out of World Championship Wrestling - show up and seat themselves in the front row. They also shake hands with Al Snow before the match begins. Jim Ross states on commentary that it was "radical" for the four of them to leave, and that it is "radical" for them to be here. (During the episode, they are all referred to as "radicals.")

Al Snow and "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman vs. The New Age Outlaws ("Road Dogg" Jesse James and "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) ends in a no-contest. During the match, Road Dogg is clotheslined over the barricade and into the laps of "The Canadian Crippler" Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero by Al Snow. The foursome respond by attacking Road Dogg when he strikes at them, then they get into the ring to attack Billy Gunn. Road Dogg is the recipient of a top rope frog splash from Guerrero while Billy Gunn receives a top rope diving headbutt from Benoit. The four of them them walk up the ramp to the backstage area. The New Age Outlaws ("Road Dogg" Jesse James and "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) retain the WWF Tag Team Championships.

Backstage, "The Canadian Crippler" Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero are seen with Cactus Jack, asking them if they heard the crowd and if they accepted his invitation to come to the World Wrestling Federation. Saturn says he has not had fun in a long time, and Cactus Jack then asks them what it is like to actually see people out in the crowd. He then tells then that to get over in the WWF, they have to make a lot of noise. He also tells them that the fun is just beginning, as they are going to have fun all night long.

Kurt Angle shows up. He mocks The Rock, saying "your Olympic hero" has come back to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He insists he is still undefeated in the World Wrestling Federation, and tonight, he will face The Rock. He says that if history has taught anything from their previous encounter, The Rock is no match for him, and since Pittsburgh has very little to cheer about, he is officially naming himself Pittsburgh's new hometown hero. He says it is not Mario Lemieux anymore, and if Lemieux had a little more courage, maybe he would still be playing hockey today and he would still be able to save the Pittsburgh Penguins. However, he will gladly start where Lemieux left off by beating The Rock tonight.

We see the first of three WWF commercials from the Super Bowl.

Backstage, The New Age Outlaws ("Road Dogg" Jesse James and "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) tell Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley about what happened earlier with "The Canadian Crippler" Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero. Triple H reminds them that Road Dogg hit one of them, and that this is their problem. Suddenly, Big Show - now with a much shorter haircut, which Triple H makes fun of - shows up and says he has proof in the form of WWF head of security. Dotson tells Triple H that The Rock's feet touched the ground first, but Triple H wants even more tangible proof in the form of video footage. He tells Big Show to bring video proof Thursday, and Big Show tells Triple H that if he does not give him what he want afterwards, he will take his anger out on his face.

Christian beats D-Von Dudley. During the match, Buh Buh Ray Dudley distracts the referee, but Edge gets in the ring and kicks D_Von in the match to help Christian get the win. Big Show beats Too Cool (Grandmaster Sexay and Scotty 2 Hotty) in a 2-on-1 handicap match. It is announced that Rikishi is suffering from a severely sprained ankle after his match with The Rock on last week's SmackDown. After the match, The Rock is on the TitanTron. He congratulates Big Show on his victory, then makes fun of his haircut and says he is now a short-haired "seven-foot, 500 lb. of stinking, steaming monkey crap" as opposed to a long-haired one. If Big Show wants to run his mouth about having evidence The Rock did not win the Royal Rumble Match, he is tired of hearing him whine, bitch, cry and moan like a baby, then says he has something for Big Show to hear in the form of the millions of his fans chanting his name (during which Big Show covers his ears). He then tells Big Show to go back to Supercuts and get his five dollars back before calling him a jabroni, then focuses on Kurt Angle. He says Angle has never, ever beaten him, and tonight, he will will win a gold medal for kicking his candy ass all over Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The Rock beats Kurt Angle. During the match, Kurt Angle chews out the fans for booing him when he was he was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and The Rock punches him before telling him "It doesn't matter where you were born!" Later on in the match, Kurt Angle tries to walk out of the match, but Tazz shows up, grabs him from behind and tosses him back into the ring. The Rock then gives Kurt Angle his first pinfall loss. After the match, The Rock goes after Angle, but so does Taz, and Tazz inadvertently clotheslines The Rock after Angle ducks. Tazz then chases Angle to the back.

Backstage, The Acolytes (Faarooq and Bradshaw) are playing a card game when The Mean Street Posse barges in, giving them a bunch of money in exchange for protection after being beaten up earlier by "The Canadian Crippler" Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero. They take the money and do just that, but if they hear one peep out of them, the deal is off. This gives Bradshaw the idea of turning The Acolytes into a protection agency as a side business.

Backstage, "The Canadian Crippler" Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero meet with D'Lo Brown, The Godfather, Test and Val Venis. Perry Saturn wants to know where the women are at.

This week's issue of Newsweek features Chyna and The Rock on the cover and features an article about the success of The World Wrestling Federation and why America is hooked on wrestling.

WAR ZONE

Before the next match, Chris Jericho welcomes everyone to "Raw Is Jericho," then tells X-Pac he is thrilled that he has hooked up with Tori, as he has finally got to kiss a girl for the first time in his life. Also, he says X-Pac has found the one girl who is stupider than he is, and that he can con her into giving him a full massage after he gives him a beating he will never, ever forget.

X-Pac beats Chris Jericho. During the match, referee Jack Doan catches Chyna punching X-Pac in the face from ringside, and as Jack Doan is dealing with Chyna, Tori gets on the apron as Jericho has X-Pac in the Walls of Jericho to hit him with the Intercontinental Championship. X-Pac then hits the X-Factor to get the win. Chyna then punches Tori in the face before checking on Jericho.

We see The Kat backstage, then we see her opponent in the next match: Hervina, who looks a lot like a man dressed as a woman.

We see the second of three WWF commercials from the Super Bowl.

Bradshaw builds on the protection agency idea - which he now calls the "Acolytes Protection Agency" - to Faarooq. Suddenly, The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley) show up, wanting the protection services of as well, as they have just gotten attacked backstage. They don't have any money, but they will cut them a check. Faarooq tells them that if the check bounces, so will they.

Hervina beats The Kat in a Lumberjill Snow Bunny Match - complete with a snow ring near the stage - to become the WWF Women's Champion! After the match, Michael Cole interviews Hervina, who sounds very much like a man. Hervina is actually Harvey Wippleman, and while Michael Cole finds it funny, the rest of the women around the snow ring do not, and they go on the attack.

Cactus Jack, "The Canadian Crippler" Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero head to Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley's office backstage.

We see some of the fans at WWF New York in Times Square in New York City, New York.

Cactus tells them they want to work here and that he is offering the deal of a lifetime, but Triple H is irritated with Cactus Jack for not telling them he would be bringing guests as well as the "radicals" for their behavior during the show. He also says that the "radicals" should be the ones asking for a job. Stephanie says he has heard the rumors that they have not played nice with management and have participated in back-biting in World Championship Wrestling, and wants to know how she can expect them not to do the same thing here. Benoit says they want an opportunity, but Triple H says he will think about it and let them know, and he will deal with Cactus Jack later.

The Hollys (Hardcore and Crash Holly) beat Viscera in a 2-on-1 handicap match after Crash Holly holds on to one of Viscera's fet after a top rope cross body from Hardcore Holly. After the match, Viscera tosses Hardcore Holly out of the ring before body slamming Crash and hitting him with a splash.

Buh Buh Ray Dudley beats Matt Hardy by disqualification. During the match, D-Von Dudley tosses a steel chair to Buh Buh Ray, but Matt catches it instead. After missing with the first swing, Matt nails Buh Buh Ray on the head during the second, ending the match. After the match, The Acolytes (Faarooq and Bradshaw) attack The Hardy Boyz (Jeff and Matt Hardy) along with The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley), then Edge and Christian show up just before Matt Hardy falls victim to a Dudley Death Drop. The Acoltyes make quick work of them at ringside, and Christian is thrown into the ring to become the next victim of a Dudley Death Drop. The Acolytes and The Sudleys then pull two tables out from underneath the ring, and as a third table is stacked on top of the first two, Buh Buh Ray repeatedly tells The Acolytes to do as he says, as he is paying them. The Acolytes lay Matt Hardy on top of the third table, then steel steps are placed nearby in the ring. D-Von and Buh Buh Ray then powerbomb Jeff Hardy into Matt, sending the Hardys through three tables from the steel steps. Referees and officials check on The Hardy Boyz.

Backstage, Cactus Jack tells "The Canadian Crippler" Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero that Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley show up, overhearing their conversation, and Triple H says the four of them are not quite ready to hang in the WWF and that they should leave. Triple H and Stephanie call for security, but the "radicals" leave peacefully despite security following them. Cactus Jack tells Triple H he just made a big mistake.

It is announced that SmackDown has set an all-time ratings record during United States President Bill Clinton's 2000 State of the Union Address.

Kane fails to show up for the next match. Triple H says he knows Kane is back there, shakig like a leaf and crying, and he cannot blame him and says he would not want to get in the ring with himself. After the week Kane has had, Kane cannot hang with X-Pac and Tori has to "dump [his] burnt little ass and go with a real man." He says Kane has been beaten up, humiliated and now has to come out to the ring before The Game, the man and the World Wrestling Federation so he can have his ass handed to him on national television. He gives Kane a chance to come out to the ring and be a man, and if he does not, he will go backstage and drag him into the ring. He then gives Kane ten seconds to come to the ring. Triple H counts down, but stops at five and decides to go to the back. Suddenly, Cactus Jack shows up, and says he invited four guests at his request to the WWF, and he and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley had the gall to throw them out. He says he has bled and sweated with "The Canadian Crippler" Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero, and says they can bring down the house anywhere in the free world. He also says that he likes these four men. If Triple H has done some thinking, he has done some thinking of his own, and while he considered letting bygones be bygones, he has decided to take a piece of Triple H's ass. Stephanie is on commentary at this point, and Cactus Jack gets in the ring and brawls with Triple H. Triple H eventually manages to roll out of the ring, and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley is about to join him when "The Canadian Crippler" Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero show up and throw Triple H back into the ring to beat him up for not hiring them. Triple H is then whipped into the WWF Championship, then the "radicals" take the boots to Triple H before whipping him into the WWF Championship again to end the show.

Backstage, Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley are met by Kane and Tori. Triple H asks Kane to help him out, then says that they are proud of firing Mankind and that they do not want to throw their weight around. He also says that he and Stephanie did Kane a huge favor, saying that if Test did to Stephanie what he did to Tori, he would have done a whole lot worse to Test. He then asks Kane to do him a favor and get in the ring for a no-holds-barred match against The Rock. He says he is not trying to stir things up, but he says that The Rock has been looking at Tori as of late, and Kane might as well nip it in the bud right now. Kane grabs the bottom of one of his gloves.

Backstage, Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley are met by Mae Young and The Fabulous Moolah, who say that Mankind is a dear friend of theirs. Stephanie calls them a disgrace to the World Wrestling Federation after how they attacked a man at a restaurant on Raw, then says that since they like fighting so much, they should have a match. Triple H whispers in Stephanie's ear, and Stephanie puts them in a match against The Hollys (Hardcore and Crash Holly), which they begrudingly take after Triple H tells them they can be fired if they don't want it.

We look back on Mankind aka Mick Foley's memories of seeing "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka leap off the top of the steel cage.

We look back on Mankind's debut.

Al Snow meets with Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley, and expresses his happiness with Mankind being fired. He then says that he wants Mankind's spot. Triple H says that if Mankind was here, he and Stephanie would have him wrestle Matt Hardy, but Matt is on the shelf, so he gets a match against Jeff Hardy and eliminate The Hardy Boyz (Jeff and Matt Hardy) altogether. Stephanie tells Al Snow that he will get a bonus if he is successful.

Before the next match, Kurt Angle asks the Richmond, Virginia crowd to allow him to be their honorary hometown hero. "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman then shows up, and is handcuffed to the ringpost. Backstage, WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley expresses displeasure with this, but Triple H says this is to make sure he does not get involved in this match. Shortly after the match begins, Blackman manages to get himself out of the handcuffs, then throws something into the ring to distract the referee. Blackman then clocks Rikishi in the back of the head with nunchaku, then re-cuffs himself before the referee turns back around. Kurt Angle beats Rikishi. After the match, Triple H is ticked off about what happened, but Stephanie reminds him that Kurt Angle is still undefeated.

We look back at Mankind aka Mick Foley's elbow drop from the top of the steel cage onto Triple H.

Tori is getting a Mountain Dew backstage when WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley approaches her and tells her that The Rock likes to violate women. Tori refuses to believe it as Stephanie gets into detail, and tells her she is just letting her know because she herself would like to know.

Kane tries to clothesline The Rock, but The Rock ducks and Kane hits Tori instead. The Rock hits Kane in the head with a steel chair before hitting him with a Rock Bottom onto it for the win.

We see Jim Ross talking to Mankind in the latter's home.

We look back on Mankind aka Mick Foley's visit to WWF Chairman Vince McMahon's hospital room, which also marks the debut of Mr. Socko.

Jim Ross interviews Mankind in the latter's home. Mankind says he has prepared his family for the day when he would leave professional wrestling, and says he has saved his money as his daughter Noelle knows that he has to wrestle for a living. Nevertheless, his children are sad, as he is their hero. He hopes to do that, but as their father rather than Mankind. He has had his eyes on retirement since last year, and has wanted to retire in the main event at WrestleMania and go out as WWF Champion. He is not bitter about the Pink Slip on a Pole Match, noting that if he won, he would probably be the most hated person in the World Wrestling Federation right now. He is realistic about his role in wrestling and considers himself a very valuable part of the WWF, but right now, The Rock is the man and the future of the WWF. He says that he has his best days behind him while The Rock's best days are ahead. Mankind then says he wants to be remembered for bringing Cactus Jack back to the WWF as well as winning his first WWF Championship. He is happy to be home with his wife and kids, but his wife knows this is not the way he wanted to go out as it was far from beautiful. He says it is pretentious of Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley to finish a career due to getting off on playing with people's lives, dreams and families. He considers their attempt to fire him "woefully inept," and says only he will decide how he goes out and that he will not take this sitting down.

X-Pac, Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley are backstage, having watched Jim Ross' interview with mankind. Triple H is livid that Mankind is still getting attention, and wants X-Pac to take his frustrations out for him by putting him in a match against Big Show, and if he loses, he is fired. X-Pac does not take kindly to this as he leaves.

Before the next match, Chyna says there has been a lot of speculation and rumors as to why she has been saving Chris Jericho for the last few weeks. She says it is not because of admiration or mutual respect, but but because she has been biding his time and waiting ofr her thumb to heal so she can face him for the Intercontinental Championship again. She calls out Jericho, so they can see who the true champion is. Jericho shows up, and asks how Chyna dares to lie to the Jerichoholics, saying that she came to the ring only to get close to him as she has a crush on "Y2J." Unfortunately, he does not feel the same way about her.

Chyna vs. Chris Jericho for the WWF Intercontinental Championship ends in a double pinfall. During the match, Jericho hits Chyna with a spinning heel kick, inadvertently sending her into referee Jimmy Korderas. Jericho then grabs a steel chair, but Chyna ducks when he swings it and she hits the Pedigree. Another referee runs into the ring to make the count. Jericho hits Chyna with a suplex and hits his back on the chair, and both referees make the count. Jericho and Chyna both have their shoulders down. Korderas says Jericho is the winner, but the other referee says it is Chyna. As the rest of the referees show up, Chyna and Jericho continue to go at it.

We look back to Mankind and The Rock winning the WWF Tag Team Championships together for the first time.

The Mean Street Posse (Rodney, Pete Gas, Joey Abs) show up and watch the next match from the stage.

Faarooq beats Buh Buh Ray Dudley by disqualification after D-Von punches Faarooq in the back. After the match, The Mean Street Posse (Rodney, Pete Gas, Joey Abs) attack The Acolytes (Faarooq and Bradshaw) with clubs. The Dudleys join in on the attack, then referees run in to restore order.

Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley. Triple H says he is impressed with The Mean Street Posse (Rodney, Pete Gas, Joey Abs), saying that he knew if they gave them enough shots against The Acolytes (Faarooq and Bradshaw), they would come out on top.

We see Michael Hayes waiting at The Rock's locker room for an interview with The Rock.

We look back on Mankind's "This Is Your Life" segment with The Rock.

We look back on Mankind aka Mick Foley announcing his book Have A Nice Day! is #1 on The New York Times' best-seller list.

X-Pac tells The New Age Outlaws ("Road Dogg" Jesse James and "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) about his meeting with Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley.

Michael Hayes is still waiting at THe Rock's locker room for an interview with The Rock.

Viscera and Jacqueline beat Gangrel and Luna Vachon. Teddy Long keeps Viscera from splashing Luna after the match, and EMTs have to put Luna on a stretcher.

Michael Hayes interviews The Rock. When asked about what happened concerning the end of the Pink Slip on a Pole Match, he turns around and says that Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley fired him, not The Rock, and that he went out there and did what he did best. Tonight, he had to face Kane because of Tori, whom he would not even waste an ounce of muscle to look at. As for Mankind, he is not happy that he is fired. He tells Michael Hayes not to ask him such a question again, or else he will knock his teeth so far down his throat that he will need to stick a toothbrush up his ass to brush them.

Before the next match, Triple H and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley show up to watch the match from a recliner on the stage.

X-Pac beats Big Show. During the match, Triple H makes the match a handicap match, and makes "Road Dogg" Jesse James X-Pac's tag team partner. Shortly afterwards, Triple H adds "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn to the match, making it a 3-on-1 handicap match. He then adds himself to the match, saiyng they can't have all the fun. The four of them then gang up on Big Show after Triple H busts him open with a steel chair shot to the head, and Billy Gunn ends it with a Fameasser to the steel chair followed by a Bronco Buster by X-Pac. Triple H then hits Big Show with a Pedigree, and X-Pac pins Big Show. After the match, Triple H says if you mess with D-Generation X (Triple H, X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley, you either get your ass kicked or you get your ass fired.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for November 29, 1999

RAW

The Big Boss Man and Viscera beat Big Show and Kane. During the match, The Big Boss Man attacks Big Show with his nightstick, distracting the referee, and X-Pac gets in the ring and hits Kane with a steel chair and the X-Factor as Prince Albert also runs in to attack Big Show. After a splash by Viscera, this match is over. After the match, Tori confronts X-Pac, but he spits in her face and roundhouse kicks her. Kane gets up and chases X-Pac away.

D-Generation X (Triple H, X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) show up. Triple H tells WWF Chairman Vince McMahon that all the warning were laid out, but Vince crossed the line and made it personal. He says it is Vince's fault that everything has escalated to what it all has become, and because of that, DX has a temporary order of protection against Vince which keeps him from coming within 50 feet of DX, which is all right with him as Vince cannot throw a rock or even see 50 feet. We see the footage of Vince running into DX's limousine with a Cadillac, and Triple H says they could have been seriously hurt but they were not, and Vince will be hurt at Armageddon when he beats him within an inch of his life without remorse. At Armageddon, Triple H says there will no retribution on him, and he will do what he wants to Vince and that is it. As for the wedding between Test and WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon, he has bad news: there will be no wedding here tonight. WWF Chairman Vince McMahon shows up, and says that if Triple H thinks he needs protection from him, he is right, as there is nothing he will not do to protect his family. As for D-Generation X, their temporary order of protection won't do Triple H any good at Armageddon, and he will have some of Triple H's blood on his hands. He says that after Armageddon, it will be "game over." He then decides to keep DX busy by giving Test a wedding present in the form of Triple H vs. Test in a one-on-one match and X-Pac, Road Dogg and Billy Gunn in a six-man tag team match against Mankind, The Rock and a partner of their choosing. Also, if DX or anybody interferes in the wedding and they are employed by the WWF, they will be fired tonight.

Al Snow tells Head he will be Mankind's tag team partner and will be the best one ever, whether The Rock likes it or not.

Edge beats Matt Hardy.

We see footage from WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon's bachelorette party in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Chyna shows up. He says Chris Jericho would not believe how much her thumb felt after she whacked him with the hammer, and the only reason why she did not press charges on him is because she wants to make Jericho suffer and cry in front of her like a whiny baby. She then dares Jericho to get in the ring with her right now, as she can probably beat him with one hand, anyway. Jericho shows up and says that if Chyna wants to challenge him, he would like to beat her "flabby Jell-o ass," but says he can't due to Chyna hitting him with the hammer and giving him a concussion. Jericho then says after some intense physical therapy - and much embellishment - he will face her at Armageddon for the WWF Intercontinental Championship. Chyna tells Jericho to chill out, but Jericho tells her to chill out. Miss Kitty shows up with a fire extinguisher, and Chyna says that if Jericho won't chill out, then maybe Miss Kitty can help. Miss Kitty sprays Jericho with the fire extinguisher.

We see more footage from WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon's bachelorette party in Las Vegas, Nevada.

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin and Ivory are on the cover and cover story of this week's Entertainment Weekly.

"The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman beats The Godfather with a kick to the solar plexus.

The Acolytes (Faarooq and Bradshaw) play poker with The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley).

We see even more footage from WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon's bachelorette party in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mae Young is seen doing the D-D-Generation X (Triple H, X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) crotch chop.

Al Snow asks Mankind to pick him as his tag team partner for the six-man tag team match tonight, but his hatred for The Rock remains. Mankind says Snow has his vote, and that The Rock is starting to soften up. Nevertheless, Al Snow cannot stand The Rock.

Before the next match, Hardcore Holly tells Too Cool (Grandmaster Sexay and Scotty 2 Hotty) that they are not super heavyweights and that he and Crash Holly are the only super heavyweights around here. As for Rikishi Fatu, Hardcore says he has enough of an ass to make a total eclipse of the sun and that he will be Santa Claus after enough seconds and thirds at the dinner table. After Hardcore makes fun of the appearance of his ass (saying it has more dimples than a gold ball), Rikishi punches Crash before punching Hardcore and rolling him into the ring.

Too Cool (Grandmaster Sexay and Scotty 2 Hotty) beat The Hollys (Hardcore and Crash Holly). After the match, Hardcore Holly fights Too Cool, but Rikishi gets involved and makes quick work of him before hitting him with the Banzai Drop.

We see even more footage from WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon's bachelorette party in Las Vegas, Nevada, which sees the introduction of "Carlos the Electrician," who is not an electrician but a male dancer. Mae Young and The Fabulous Moolah carry him off.

Test and Triple H are seen getting ready for their match backstage.

WAR ZONE

A man in a Vince McMahon mask is the special guest referee for the next match.

Test beats Triple H. Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco are seen watching the match from backstage, asking WWF Chairman Vince McMahon to come see the referee in the Vince McMahon mask. At one point in the match, the masked referee smacks Test in the face to snap him out of a choke hold. He also stops Triple H from using a steel chair, then refuses to count a pinfall attempt by Triple H shortly afterwards. This leads Triple H to punch the ref and try to rip the mask off, but WWF co-owner Shane McMahon shows up, grabs the chair and hits Triple H in the back of the head with a steel chair. Test then hits the top rope elbow drop for the win after a fast count.

At WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon's bachelorette party, Mae Young and The Fabulous Moolah return, and everyone wonders where "Carlos The Electriciain" is. Stephanie is then offered one more drink, and she downs it.

Triple H is in the locker room with police officers, telling them to get WWF Chairman Vince McMahon and have him arrested for violating a temporary order of protection, as he believes that the man in the Vince McMahon mask is in fact Vince McMahon.

Michael Cole interviews Barbara Bush, the EMT from SmackDown whose shirt was ripped off by Ivory after the Gravy Bowl Match. Barbara - whose friends call her "B.B." - calls the experience humiliating, and she is challenging Ivory to an Evening Gown Match. Suddenly, Ivory shows up, and tells her she is a pretty girl but is not too bright, and says "B.B." is short for "blonde bimbo," "big boobs," and "bird brain." She thinks B.B. is trying to make friends with all the perverts in the audience, and the crowd cheers when Ivory asks the crowd if they want to see her naked. Ivory then proposes having the match right now, then takes off her coat and proceeds to have a catfight with B.B. Once again, B.B.'s bust is exposed as another referee has to get Ivory out of the ring.

WWF Chairman Vince McMahon talks to the police officers, saying that Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco have alibis that put him in the bathroom at the time of the offense.

We see the bridesmaids - and WWF co-owner Linda McMahon - getting ready for the wedding.

Before the next match, Val Venis says "The Big Valbowski" and Shaquille O'Neal have a lot in common: they both carry intimidating size, but while Shaq may be a little shaky from the outside, "The Big Valbowski's" "bald-headed slam dunker" scores every single time. Kurt Angle then shows up and says Los Angeles, California lacks integrity and moral values, and he finds it amazing that the fans would rather cheer for a porn star over him. Venis then beats him up, starting the next match.

Kurt Angle beats Val Venis. During the match, The British Bulldog shows up and trips Val Venis on the top rope as Kurt Angle has referee Teddy Long pre-occupied, and this allows Angle to hit a superplex for a near-fall. Val Venis then fights The British Bulldog at ringside, and Angle hits Venis from behind before rolling him back into the ring. The Bulldog then grabs a steel chair, and as Teddy Long gets Angle away from Venis, Bulldog smacks the chair into Venis' back.

The men of the wedding - including The Hardy Boyz (Jeff and Matt Hardy), D'Lo Brown, and Edge - are seen getting ready.

Al Snow mentions how much he hates The Rock, and he does it in front of The Rock unintentionally. The Rock catches Al Snow out, then asks Al Snow to put a dirty jack and a hockey mask on his face, then take a hockey stick and stick it straight up his candy ass. It becomes obvious that Al Snow is not his and Mankind's tag team partner.

Armageddon is coming live to pay-per-view on December 12th!

Before the next match, Kane suddenly shows up. When Mankind shows up, it is made apparent that Kane is Mankind and The Rock's partner.

D-Generation X (X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) beats Mankind, The Rock and Kane by disqualification. During the match, Al Snow is seen backstage telling Head that Mankind needs him, and takes Head with to the ring. He attacks DX with Head, which gets The Rock disqualified. The Rock does not take kindly to that and hits Al Snow with a Rock Bottom and The People's Elbow after the match.

The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley) are still playing poker with The Acolytes (Faarooq and Bradshaw). Though they can barely get along, they laugh at the fact that The Acolytes ran Public Enemy (Johnny Grunge and "Flyboy" Rocco Rock) out of the WWF.

The bridesmaids are seen getting ready just before the event. They also get a peek at WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon's bridal gown, but we do not.

The best men are seen talking in the locker room.

Buh Buh Ray goes all in and has six aces. When he takes the whole pot back, The Acolytes (Faarooq and Bradshaw) and The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley) brawl. Referees and officials run into the ring to restore order.

D-Generation X (Triple H, X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn") are seen laughing among each other.

It is time for the wedding. Amanda Case is escorted by Edge; Lisa Fox and Matty Jenny are escorted by Shawn Stasiak; Jen Jenny is escorted by Christian; Mandy Van Dam is escorted by D'Lo Brown; Corey Seaberry is escorted by Jeff Hardy; Kristin Soto is escorted by Matt Hardy; The Fabulous Moolah is escorted by Gerald Brisco; Mae Young is escorted by Pat Patterson; and matron of honor Linda McMahon is escorted by Shane McMahon. Test then shows up, then Stephanie McMahon is escorted by Vince McMahon. After a wedding song is played, both Test and are about to Stephanie exchange their vows when Triple H shows up. Triple H says that he knows that he is not invited, but shows him a video on the TitanTron and leaves. We see a video of Triple H in his car in Las Vegas, Nevada. He heads to "A Little White Wedding Chapel," where Joan Collins and Michael Jordan got married. We get a look at the Tunnel of Love, then Triple H goes through the wedding ceremony with Stephanie McMahon, who is unconscious. He has everything ready and pays for the wedding ceremony, and goes straight throw the vow exchanges even though Stephanie cannot consent to any of this. Triple H and Stephanie are now legally married. We find out that the bartender from the bachelorette party was in on this as he attaches something to the antennae on the front of Triple H's car, then Triple H says to the handheld camera held by the bartender telling everyone to get a nice shot of the brand-new Mr. and Mrs. Hunter Hearst Helmsley. Triple H then speeds off. Stephanie feels violated, then Triple H shows up again and says that as a member of the immediate family, he knows that Vince can only have one question on his mind: how many times did they consummate the marriage. Stephanie tells Triple H she hates him as Vince consoles her.

D-Generation X (Triple H, X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) waits for WWF Chairman Vince McMahon with a man in a suit standing nearby.

Jim Ross interviews The Big Show in the ring to start the show. Big Show says being WWF Champion is incredible, and he is on top of the world as he calls the WWF Championship the most coveted title in sports entertainment. Having the title means more to him than anything else in the world, and he just wishes his dad was around to see it. Suddenly, Chris Jericho shows up, and tells Big Show not to worry about having a father anymore, as tonight, he is his daddy. He asks if Big Show deserves to be a heavyweight champion due to his size, and says that charisma and showmanship - things Jericho says Big Show does not have - matter more than size, and that Big Show should be carrying his bags and begging for him not to kick his dimpled, cottage cheese ass. Tonight, he wants a no-disqualification match for the WWF Championship, as he wants the title around his waist. Big Show says he has no problems beating Jericho like the bitch that he is right now.

Big Show retains the WWF Championship against Chris Jericho in a no-disqualification match. During the match, The Big Boss Man shows up, and Big Show goes after Boss Man between the audience and the aisle. Chyna and Miss Kitty - the former with bandages around her hight hand - show up as referee Tim White is pre-occupied with Boss Man and Big Show, and when Jericho approaches Chyna, she hits him in the head twice with a hammer. Big Show then gets back in the ring, with Boss Man nowhere in sight, and choke slams Jericho to retain.

A Thanksgiving feast is prepared backstage.

WWF Chairman Vince McMahon's limousine pulls up, and we find out that the man in the suit is from the courts as he hands a temporary order of protection against McMahon, telling him that if he comes within fifty feet of D-Generation X (Triple H, X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn), he will be arrested. Vince, Test and WWF co-owner Shane McMahon are livid as they make their way into the arena.

He says that Thanksgiving is a time is also a time for people to give to one another, and his gift to the fans is putting on another fantastic performance for all to enjoy. He hopes that the fans give back to him a gift that he would be very proud to have: their respect and support. He then wishes the fans a happy Thanksgiving. Michael Cole then mentions the WWF's letter-writing drive against the Parents' Television Council mentioned by Jim Ross on Raw. Letters can be addressed the following address: U.S. Navy Commander Howington, 5722 Integrity Drive Building 784, Millington, TN 38054. (The address is no longer active.)

D-Generation X (Triple H, X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) lament the fact that they all have to wrestle on Thanksgiving, and says the only good thing about it is that WWF Chairman Vince McMahon cannot be within fifty feet of them. Triple H says they should lighten up and be more thankful, and he has an idea.

Before the next match, Val Venis says Thanksgiving just happens to be every guy's favorite holiday, because on Thanksgivign, they get to go out and look for that one beautiful bird, bring the bird home, spread its legs and stuff it, crank the heat up and get the bird get all hot and juicy. As he breaks down Thanksgiving into "thanks" and giving, he sees a fan dressed as Mr. Socko. He gives out a special thanks to The Rock, because when he put his hand out and The Rock made the tag, he could feel the reaction and the energy from the crowd and says it was the greatest moment in sports entertainment. He then gives my sincere apologies for yelling at The Rock, as not only did The Rock not throw his book in the garbage, he read it and liked it. He hopes that the fans are still hungry, as he serving a helping of "The Rock 'n Sock Connection." The Rock then shows up. Since he is in the Thanksgiving spirit, he notices there is a table full of pies at ringside. He walks over to the pies, and noticed a pumpkin pie, a pecan pie, an apple pie, and a pie with the word "Poontang" on it, which The Rock calls "poontang pie." The Rock has a taste of the poontang pie and says that is "some of the best poontang pie The Rock has ever tasted." He then mentions that Michael Cole has never had a taste of poontang pie and lays it on the commentary table, tells him not to be afraid of the poontang, and tells him that when he is ready for poontang, poontang will be ready for him.
