Backstage, Jimmy Jacobs interviews Nick Adlis, Heath, Jonathan Gresham and Bully Ray. Aldis says he respects all of his tag team partners and soon to be opponents, and while they have to trust each other in the tag team portion, it will be every man for himself afterwards. Gresham says he has been a champion before and that he knows what it takes to win a match like this and he has trained for opportunities like this, and that he will do whatever it takes to win even if it means looking over his shoulder. Heath says he is alive tonight, and if he has to trust Aldis, Gresham and Bully Ray to get his hands on Steve Maclin, so be it, for he is the one winning the four-way and becoming world champion. Bully Ray interrupts Heath, saying everyone else sounds like "white meat babyfaces with no frickin' balls" and tells everyone that they can trust him in the eight-man tag match and that all they need to do is get in line and follow his lead, but after that, they can take their respect and trust and throw it out the door when he cuts everyone's throats and stabs Aldis in the back. He then says that he is the next #1 contender for the world championship before walking off.

Before the next match, Brian Myers says ABC ("Inevitable" Ace Austin and Chris Bey) may be the tag team champions, they do not like champions and that The Good Hands (John Skyler and Jason Hotch) will have the titles around their waists and look like "the best damn champions in the world." Skyler says it is a shame that their will happen in a port-a-potty of a town like Columbus, Ohio, and says that sitting under Myers' learning tree produced a couple of pros. He says he will prove that when the IMPACT World Tag Team Championships "leave with these good hands."

ABC ("Inevitable" Ace Austin and Chris Bey) retain the IMPACT World Tag Team Championships against The Good Hands (John Skyler and Jason Hotch).

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Trinity and "The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo. Deonna says they look the part and are halfway to being on the same page, but the Knockouts Championship is the most important thing to her right now and that in order to keep it, she must be at 100%. She also says that she wants Trinity at 100% so she can beat her at her best. Trinity says she could not agree more and that she wants to give Deonna all of herself and that she wants her to feel every ounce of her glow, and in order to do that, they must beat "The Quintessential Diva" Gisele Shaw and Savannah Evans tonight.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley). Shelley says people get pissed off because he answers questions with one word answers, but he has always let his actions do the talking, and every single moment in those two decades have led to tonight and that he is walking out with the World Championship. Sabin says tonight is one of the most important nights of their careers and that the time for talking is over and the time for action is right now.

Chris Sabin beats Trey Miguel to become the IMPACT Wrestling X Division Champion for an unprecedented ninth time in a match that sees both competitors bust out finishers used by past X Division Champions.

Bully Ray, Jonathan Gresham, Heath and Nick Aldis beat Moose, "Speedball" Mike Bailey, Rich Swann and PCO in the eight-man tag portion of the 8-4-1 Match after Moose inadvertently hits Swann with a Spear in an attempt to take out Gresham.

Nick Aldis beats Heath, Bully Ray and Jonathan Gresham in the four-way portion of the 8-4-1 Match with a King's Lynn Cloverleaf to Heath to become #1 contender to the IMPACT Wrestling World Championship. During the match, Bully Ray is about to hit Jonathan Gresham with a chair when Scott D'Amore suddenly shows up from behind Bully and takes the chair away. Bully Ray dares D'Amore to hit him with the chair and then makes fun of him for "having no balls" before D'Amore eventually hits Bully Ray in the back with it.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Steve Maclin. Maclin says none of tonight's surprises play into his strategy, which he plans to stick to against Alex Shelley. He then says that he has a strategy for Nick Aldis before stating that he will do what he always does tonight.

Trinity and "The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo beat "The Quintessential Diva" Gisele Shaw and Savannah Evans with a La Magistral Cradle from Deonna to Savannah despite Jai Vidal attacking Trinity outside of the ring near the end of the match. After the match, Jai Vidal, Gisele and Savannah attack Deonna, but Trinity makes the save before Gisele can hit the Denouement. Afterwards, Deonna and Trinity hug and celebrate in the middle of the ring.
