In backstage footage from earlier today, Kelly Kincaid interviews Eddy Thorpe, who says he had to travel halfway around the world to get here, and now he is 2-0. He says that as a kid, he told himself would be the one to raise his Native American people up after never seeing his people portrayed as the heroes, and that he will continue to do that by beating Xyon Quinn as he plans to conquer the territory that is NXT and everything in it.
Eddy Thorpe beats Xyon Quinn.
Charlie Dempsey beats Oro Mensah by submission after wearing down the left arm and knee during the match.
