Generation NXT UK - NXT UK recap for October 24, 2019

Imperium (Walter, Fabian Aichner, Marcel Barthel, Alexander Wolfe) shows up. Barthel says they are the most dominant force in NXT UK, and has the most impressive and most honorable champion in Walter, who says that nobody has the might to face them. As he states that the mat is the most important thing to them, Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang) shows up. Gallus laughs at "his kingdom" comment, then Joe Coffey thanks Imperium for getting rid of British Strong Style (Pete Dunne, Tyler Bate, Trent Seven). He then states that Gallus is a reminder that while Walter is UK Champion, Imperium aren't even near the top of NXT UK. Mark Coffey says that they have been coming for gold since day one, and now they have it. He also reminds Imperium that NXT UK is Gallus' kingdom and that they just live in it, and Wolfgang tells Imperium "You're either Gallus, or you're against us."

We hear from Xia Brookside at the UK Performance Center. She talks about her victory against Nina Samuel, and while she has had her ups and down, she is on an up right now. She states she was close to an NXT UK Women's Championship shot until Kay Lee Ray took it from her, and she hopes that Kay Lee Ray is still champion when she finally challenges her.

Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson and James Drake) beat the team of Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter. After the match, Grizzled Young Veterans continue to attack Carter and Smith, then Mark Andrews and "Flash" Morgan Webster show up and forced Grizzled Young Veterans to retreat.

In footage from earlier today, Tyler Bate says he is taking things as they come, and while he and Trent Seven have done things in NXT UK and helped bring in fresh new faces, he is looking forward to A-Kid's debut.

In footage from during the break, Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson and James Drake) are met by Gallus (Mark Coffey and Wolfgang). Zack Gibson tells Gallus to enjoy being champions, as they should be more concerned about them and they will take the titles back from them.

Ligero vs. "The Kiwi Buzzsaw" Travis Banks ends in a double pinfall when Ligero goes for a backslide pin and both men's shoulders are firmly on the mat for a three-count. Both men shake hands after the match.

Next week: NXT UK airs at 11 AM Eastern/4 PM GMT! A-Kid debuts! "Bomber" Dave Mastiff vs. Jordan Devlin!

Trent Seven beats Noam Dar with signature moves from both Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate.
