Raw Deal - Raw recap for October 21, 2019

"The Nature Boy" Ric Flair shows up to start tonight's show. Flair talks about the Team Flair vs. Team Hogan match at Crown Jewel, and says that while Hogan let the world know who his team was, Hogan's team is nothing like his. He then says he has the last hand to play. Flair announces that the last member of Team Flair is Drew McIntyre, who shows up. Flair says he cannot wait for Drew to put Ricochet in the same column as the Cleveland Browns, then Drew tells Flair that his favor has been granted before warning everyone that things are about to get uncomfortable when he shows what he will do to Team Hogan.

Drew McIntyre beats Ricochet as "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair sits at ringside for the match. After the match, McIntyre hits Ricochet with a Glasgow Kiss followed by the Future Shock DDT. He then hits an Alabama Slam onto the steel steps.

Cardale Jones, quarterback of the XFL's DC Defenders, is seen in the front row.

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews The O.C. (The Phenomenal "AJ Styles", Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson). Anderson says they are one of the most decorated tag teams in history, while Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) are just rookies who need to earn their keep and don't deserve being the host of the show. Styles makes fun of The Street Profits' use of the term "getting that smoke" by saying that it is illegal, then Luke Gallows says "Cleveland [, Ohio] doesn't rock...Cleveland sucks!" Styles says that The O.C. have been doing this for a long time, and when the bell rings, they will defeat Street Profits.

We see a video package of Andrade, Buddy Murphy and Aleister Black as Superstars who are making an instant impact.

We hear from Aleister Black, who says that he likes to think must be a reason to his madness and that all the strife will provide him with a reason why. At the same time, this side of him provides him with a hellfire-like rage that is beyond answers and redemption as it claws at him. He says that side is ready to pick a fight.

Aleister Black beats Jason Reynolds.

We hear from The Authors of Pain (Akam and Rezar). Akam says there is no tag team tough enough to face them, and Rezar says that Raw drafted them to keep them from SmackDown. Akam says they are violent men in a violent world, and Rezar says that they will write the next chapter.

It's time for The King's Court. Tonight's guest is Rusev. Rusev says that Bobby Lashley has poisoned Lana's brain, and for that, he will be crushed. As far as Lana is concerned, he still wears his wedding band, for he hopes and prays that he and Lana will pass through this and live happily ever after. Suddenly, Bobby Lashley and Lana show up on the TitanTron. Lashley says he wishes he was there to settle their differences, but Lana has needs and he will not make the mistake of not fulfilling them. Lana then mentions that the restaurant she and Lashley are in are one that Rusev has never taken her to, unlike Lashley. Lashley then says "out with the old, in with the new" before the video cuts out. When Jerry "The King" Lawler asks for a response, Rusev says he will deliver his response personally, because he knows where they are.

Before the next match, Zelina Vega calls Andrade's music a siren to let everyone know that their careers are in danger. She says Sin Cara knows better than anyone else, and tonight, Sin Cara will leave not just without a face, but also without a victory. Zelina says that as good as he is, Sin Cara will never be Andrade.

Andrade beats a returning Sin Cara following the distraction and interference from Zelina Vega.

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews Humberto Carrillo. He says he has respect for Sin Cara, and says that when you face Andrade, you also face Zelina Vega. He has a lot to prove, but he believes he will be the best champion and not one who has to play with fire like Seth Rollins.

Backstage, Street Profits make fun of The O.C., then announce their Raw debut match is tonight. Montez Ford tries to guess who their mystery partner is, but Angelo says that their partner is just like them and does not like AJ Styles.

Backstage, R-Truth sneaks his way out of a production truck while trying to keep the WWE 24/7 Championship. He runs into Samir Singh, and while Samir sings a Bollywood song, Sunil Singh pins R-Truth and wins the WWE 24/7 Championship.

Backstage, Sarah Schreiber interviews Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder. Ryder says they are grateful for tonight's opportunity, and Hawkins says this is as huge as the opportunity at Crown Jewel. He hopes that the fans wills top calling them underdogs and start calling them winners.

The Viking Raiders (Ivar and Erik) beat Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder.

At the restaurant, Lana and Lashley are respectfully asked to leave after word that Rusev is coming, but Lashley says that Rusev "doesn't have the balls" to come to the restaurant.

Rusev shows up and attacks Bobby Lashley at the restaurant. Police officers have to show up and separate both men, and Rusev is taken away.

Rey Mysterio shows up. Rey says he has been training with Cain Velasquez to get him ready for Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel, and that he is taking a moment to thank the fans for the recent outpouring of love and support to him and his entire family. He says that he is a man who has so much to be thankful for, and says that the love from the fans to him and his family shows he has so much to be humble for. After Rey says everyone will celebrate when Velasquez gives Lesnar another scar and wins the WWE Championship, Paul Heyman shows up on the TitanTron and says Rey would change his tune if he and Lesnar were in the building. He tells Rey that he lives in this perceptual prison that makes him think Velasquez is the one who can handle Brock Lesnar, but when Lesnar sees the scar carved into his face by Velasquez, he salivates for revenge that will come at Crown Jewel. He tells Rey that he will be serving Velasquez like dinner on a silver platter to Lesnar, then Rey says something to Heyman in Spanish. Suddenly, Shelton Benjamin shows up and takes offense to Velasquez facing Lesnar for the WWE Championship. Rey says this is a family matter, but Shelton says that Lesnar is his friend, as he trained and roomed with Lesnar, who he considers family. He says that aside from Heyman, nobody knows Lesnar better than him. He then decides to see what happens if he pushes Rey around. Shelton continues to push and shove Rey, wanting to know where Velasquez is. Velasquez shows up, and Shelton tries his luck only to get plowed into the mat and pounded on.

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews Seth Rollins. Rollins says that "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt may have gotten into his head, but he may have gotten into Wyatt's head. He admits The Fiend is different and has an aura he cannot explain, and that getting in the ring with him changes one forever. Suddenly, Rollins notices Humberto Carrillo and mentions his "playing with fire" comments from earlier to him, saying he didn't want to do it, but he had to, and that he had to make the right decision and he would burn down the Firefly Fun House again. Rollins then proposes that Humberto Carrillo face him in his Raw debut right now.

The entire offensive line of the Cleveland Browns football team is seen in the front row.

We see footage from last week's Riyadh Season grand opening parade.

Seth Rollins beats Humberto Carrillo. After the match, Rollins and Humberto shake hands in a show of sportsmanship.

Backstage, R-Truth and a referee spot one of The Singh Brothers, but it ends up being Samir Singh. Samir and Sunil Singh run away, with R-Truth just now figuring out there are two Singh Brothers.

This Friday on SmackDown: The Firefly Fun House returns!

Before the next match, "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles wants to know where Street Profits' (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) third man is, then says that Street Profits could not find anybody to watch their back.

Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) beat The O.C. (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) in their Raw debut after Kevin Owens shows up - confirming himself as the third man - and hits a Stunner on "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles.

Here are the top ten moments from tonight's show!
