Prelude To Glory - The Results

Ace Romero beats Jason Cade on the pre-show.

Rich Swann and Willie Mack beat The Desi Hit Squad (Rohit Raju and Mahabali Shera).

Backstage, Jimmy Jacobs interviews The North ("All Ego" Ethan Page and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander) and Michael Elgin. Alexander says that all glory will come to them, and Page says they will beat their opponents down so hard that they will be "bound for an ass kicking." Elgin says Rhino is not the same man as he was before he ever stepped in the ring with him, and says that Naomichi Marufuji is stuck in the ring with him. He says that Marufuji has never faced an opponent like him and that he will wish that he stayed in Japan. Elgin says that the three of them will stand tall in the ring tonight.

Fallah Bahh beats Johnny Swinger.

Theo Storm vs. Russ Jones ends in a no-contest. During the match, Moose shows up and talks about his match against Ken Shamrock at Bound For Glory, then says that he might as well get warmed up as he has nothing to do tonight. He gives one of the two men a chance to get out of the ring. Theo Storm gets out of the ring, but Russ Jones stays put. Moose say that unlike Shamrock, Theo Storm is a smart guy. He shakes Theo's hand, then says he is not a good mood before hitting Theo Storm with a cheap shot before powerbombing him into the ring apron. He then says that if Russ Jones thinks he is a tough guy, then he must think he is the world's most dangerous man. He then says that there is only one person with that title, and that is him, then fights Russ Jones.

Moose quickly beats Russ Jones.

Backstage, Taya Valkyrie talks with Madison Rayne and Kiera Hogan, and it soon becomes an argument between Madison and Taya. John E. Bravo tells Madison to "step off," then Taya has to push him out of the women's locker room. John E. returns and tells them to do as Tay says or else she is going to get mean.

Elayna Black shows up with a coffin with Havok's picture taped onto it before the next match.

We hear from Sami Callihan, who says it has been two years since he debuted in Impact unannounced, and that it is time that he becomes Impact World Champion. He then dumps the special effects his promos usually have in an attempt to "get real," and talks about how he created his own professional wrestling career on his own terms, and says that no matter what he does, nobody ever "got" him. He states that he never wanted to do what he did to Eddie Edwards, Pentagon Jr., Rich Swann and "The Machine" Brian Cage to get accepted, and says he just wanted to play mind games. He says that he just wanted to be accepted and acknowledged as the best, and that this is not the Sami Callihan he wanted to show, but at the same time, this is the Sami Callihan the fans created, and he is not sorry for any of that. He then says that when he cripples Brian Cage and becomes World Champion, everyone will have to admit that he is the best. He then tells anyone who thinks this is too real for them to go fuck themselves.

Sami Callihan beats Dezmond Xavier after shoving the referee into the ropes, knocking Dez over so that Callihan can hit a piledriver for the win. After the match, Callihan says that after Sunday, the fans will admit that he is the best when he becomes Impact World Champion. He then says that "The Machine" Brian Cage breaks down more than a McDonald's ice cream machine, and says that while Cage will not be much of an issue, he tells Melissa Santos "I heart you." Suddenly, Brian Cage shows up and hits Callihan with an F5. Before he can powerbomb Callihan, the rest of oVe (Jake Crist, Dave Crist, Madman Fulton) attack Cage from behind. Tessa Blanchard runs in and fights off oVe, starting the next match as Dezmond Xavier chases Callihan to the back.

Tenille Dashwood, Jordynne Grace and Rosemary beat Kiera Hogan, Taya Valkyrie and Madison Rayne after Madison inadvertently punches Taya in the face.

Backstage, Jimmy Jacobs interviews Ace Austin. Ace says that while a street fight is more Eddie Edwards' wheelhouse, Eddie Edwards has never been prepared for anything he has ready for him, and that his problems with him go beyond his wife Alicia Edwards, and move into jealousy. As Ace Ausitn talks about how he is in his early 20's with a big contract, Eddie Edwards runs in and attacks Ace Austin.
