Generation NXT UK - NXT UK recap for September 18, 2019

"The Kiwi Buzzsaw" Travis Banks beats Tyson T-Bone with a small package.

Backstage, Radzi announces that there has been no sign of Toni Storm, then Wolfgang and Mark Coffey show up. Mark says that they were never beaten at NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff, then says that as far as they are concerned, they are still #1 contenders for the NXT UK tag team titles and they are going to take the titles for their kingdom.

Rhea Ripley quickly beats Debbie Kietel. After the match, she says it is about time that she takes the NXT UK Women's Championship back, as there is nobody who can break her mentally or compete with her physically. Suddenly, Jinny and Jazzy Gabert show up, and Jinny says that Ripley's fashion is "just so '90s" and that all her achievements are from the past where she belongs just like her clothes. Jinny says she is the future and that she will become the next NXT UK Women's Champion, but that is the future, and in the present, she has a bigger problem for Ripley to deal with: Jazzy Gabert. Jinny sics Jazzy on Ripley, but Ripley kicks her off the apron and dares her to get in the ring. Jinny holds Jazzy back, and the two of them retreat.

In footage from earlier today, Trent Seven is met by Noam Dar, who calls him a "dafty" through a megaphone. When he says that British strong style is dead, Seven tells him to grow up, but Noam Dar says "RIP BSS," causing Seven to confront him again. Two officials have to hold both men back.

Joseph Conners beats "The Lucky Yin" Kenny Williams.

We see a video package for Cesaro vs. Ilya Dragonuv from NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff.

We hear from Oliver Carter, who says that he is going for the win next week.

In footage from earlier today, Kay Lee Ray says that Tegan Nox has two broken knees and that she will take her on any time she wants. The match is made official for two weeks' time.

Next week: Trent Seven vs. Noam Dar!

Kassius Ohno bearly beats Sid Scala in a British Rounds Match with a single fall.
