205:Alive - 205 Live recap for September 24, 2019
We hear from Drew Gulak, who says that Lio Rush will learn what everyone else has learned; he is constantly evolving and adapting. He says Oney Lorcan had opportunities, but he had the same game plan. As for tonight, Lorcan brought Danny Burch to their tag team match, and also states that change is what rules and that he is the law. We then hear from The Singh Brothers (Samir and Sunil Singh), who state that they are close to returning to competition and proving why they are the best tag team in 205 Live. Tonight, they will be watching the main event and scouting the competition.
Humberto Carrillo beats Angel Garza.
Backstage, Sarah Schreiber interviews The Brian Kendrick, who says he did what he did last week because of an epidemic of disrespect consuming the locker room, and feels he has been forgotten, stating that without him, there would be no 205 Live. What upsets him the most, however, is the fact that he has not had a title match in three years. He says that Akira Tozawa has disrespected him, and that it is time that the locker room learns what respect looks like.
Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch beat "The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese and Drew Gulak.
