Final Impact - Impact Wrestling recap for September 13, 2019

Tenille Dashwood beats Kiera Hogan in her Impact Wrestling debut.

We hear from oVe (Sami Callihan, Jake Crist, Dave Crist, Madman Fulton). Sami Calllihan says Impact management screwed them over again regarding "The Machine" Brian Cage and his announcement last week, then says he and Jake Crist will put Tommy Dreamer and Tessa Blanchard out of their misery forever tonight.

Backstage, Jimmy Jacobs interviews The North ("All Ego" Ethan Page and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander). Alexander says he though winning the tag team titles would be the best day of their careers, but seeing the look on Santana and Ortiz's face was even sweeter. Page says the tag team titles were on the line along with Santana and Ortiz's careers, and says that fairy tales aren't real, bullies are real and that it is time to move on, as the tag team titles will never leave their grasp and it is amazing to be the best team in the world.

Michael Elgin beats Dinastia. After the match, Elgin says that wasn't just another win for him, but a message sent around the globe. He then talks about his time in Japan and says that there was one man there who never witnessed his wrath: Naomichi Marufuji, who he will meet at Bound For Glory.

Backstage, Taya Valkyrie talks about last week's events with Rosemary, who is unimpressed with Taya Valkyrie's reign length and her repeated entrances into her domain. Taya hands Rosemary an iPhone, but Rosemary doesn't want it.

Backstage, Fallah Bahh is met by TJP, who switches their plates around before telling Bahh not to give up and to use his words and his voice, and that he will not let him give up as he helps him find his voice.

The Impact Plus Flashback Moment of the Week is oVe (Jake and Dave Crist) vs. The Latin-American Xchange (Santana and Ortiz) from Bound For Glory 2017.

We hear from Father James Mitchell, who warns Havok to drop her issue with Su Yung, as she has opened a Pandora's Box and that the results of their fighting will be so catastrophic that even he cannot help her if she does not.

We hear from Moose, who says that Ken Shamrock got the dream match-up that he wanted, and while he does not respect Shamrock, he admits Shamrock is a very smart man. He then says he does not believe that Shamrock is the most dangerous, and next week, he plans to fight people on the street to prove how dangerous he is. He then tells Shamrock that he will be facing the most dangerous man in him at Bound For Glory.

Dr. Wagner Jr. beats El Texano Jr.

Backstage, Ace Austin tells Alisha Edwards that he fears for his life regarding Eddie Edwards, and asks Alisha to stay backstage. Alisha agrees to stay backstage.

Backstage, The Latin-American Xchange (Santana, Ortiz, Konnan) pack up the clubhouse when Willie Mack and Rich Swann show up and learn about their loss. Swann credits LAX for revitalizing Impact's tag team division, and Ortiz says they are men of their word. Swann says this is their time and that it is the time to do it for the guys in the back, and challenges them to one more match next week. LAX agree to the match, and Konnan says he will speak to management about making the match happen.

Ace Austin beats Eddie Edwards by disqualification after Eddie Edwards throws a chair at Austin's wrist as Austin is performing a one-handed handstand on the ring apron. After the match, Eddie continues to attack Austin, and Eddie is so worked up that referees and security have to stop Eddie. Meanwhile, Austin is in pain and gripping his arm on the outside. Eddie throws a steel chair at a member of security on his way to the back.

In footage from earlier today, Jimmy Jacobs interviews Melissa Santos and "The Machine" Brian Cage, who announce that they will marry in two weeks in Las Vegas, Nevada and that the entire locker room is invited. As for Sami Callihan, Cage states that he will not lose the World title until somebody beats him for it, as he wants to be a fighting champion.

We see another vignette for Johnny Swinger.

Outside of the arena, Alisha Edwards checks on Ace Austin before confronting Eddie Edwards, calling him "a cheating bastard." Ace Austin makes fun of Eddie behind Alisha's back while still on the stretcher.

Big Mami and Nino Hamburguesa beat The Desi Hit Squad (Rohit Raju and Raj Singh) - who are now accompanied by The Deaners (Cody Deaner and Cousin Jake) and wearing overalls and boots - following an inadvertent high knee from Rohit Raju to Raj Singh. After the match, The Deaners are in the ring with The Desi Hit Squad when Mahabali Shera - who has not been seen in Impact in over two years - shows up in the ring and attacks The Deaners before Gama Singh - who has not been at ringside the entire match - shows up. Shera takes a knee and prays in front of Gama Singh, confirming him as a member of The Desi Hit Squad.

oVe (Sami Callihan and Jake Crist) beat Tessa Blanchard and Tommy Dreamer following the distraction by Dave Crist and Madman Fulton. After the match, all four members of oVe (Sami, Jake Crist, Dave Crist, Fulton) continue to attack Dreamer, but Tessa takes out Sami and the Crist brothers with a Kendo stick before doing the same to Madman Fulton following a kick to the groin. Sami hits Tessa with a chair, but before he can hit her with a Cactus Special, Rhino and Rob Van Dam show up to fight off oVe.

Here are the top five moments from tonight's show!
