Dysfunction tries to run away from him, and says he wanted Dysfunction in the ring because he heard he was one of the best in the area with almost 20 years experience, then says nobody told him that he would "run like a bitch." Maria fends security off, putting one member in the Torture Rack before choke slamming another.

After the match, Gresham chews Lethal out, and this starts an argument that soon gets physical and requires multiple referees and members of security to break up. Lethal manages to calm things down in an attempt to reason with Gresham, but Gresham punches Lethal in the jaw. As Gresham is escorted to the back, Lethal tells Gresham he is done with him.

"The Darewolf" PJ Black beats Triton and "The Mercenary" Flip Gordon in a Triple Threat Match. During the match, Flip Gordon has to be helped to the back after injuring himself, then runs back into the ring a short time later to get a cheap shot on his two opponents. Later on in the match, Flip Gordon rips the mask off of Triton to introduce a steel chair into the matc, but "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams runs in, takes the chair away, swings it at Flip Gordon and chases him to the back.

"The Last Real Man" Silas Young and Josh "The Goods" Woods show up. As the fans chant "Happy birthday!", Silas asks Woods why has to shake the hands of all the "average" fans before stating it is great to be in Milwaukee, Wisconsin tonight. He says that he wants to give back to the business by taking a protege under his own wing, and while Woods gives him a bit of a hard time, he has went 3-0 on the Global Wars Espectacular tour and is deserving of an "'atta boy." He then says there is another set of guys from the Milwaukee area who also wrestle for ROH, and brings them out: The Bouncers (The Beer City Bruiser and Brian Milonas). Silas admits that he and The Bouncers have had their problems in the past, but this is their hometown and it is time to put their differences aside. The Beer City Bruiser says it is good to be on speaking terms again, as they killed it together and are killing it even after going their separate ways. He then says people have told him that today is, then everyone sings "Happy Birthday" to Silas. All of a sudden, Silas attacks The Beer City Bruiser, and when Milonas confronts him, he is suddenly attack from behind with a steel chair by Vinny Marseglia. Woods is shocked, but Silas and Marseglia continue to attack The Bouncers before tying them to the rope with zip ties, all while Woods tries to stop the carnage in vain. Marseglia then press a turnbuckle hook to The Bruiser's mouth to the point that blood comes out of his mouth and his last remaining tooth is ripped out of his mouth. The Bruiser spits blood into Marseglia's face, and Marseglia responds by hitting him in the head with the turnbuckle hook. Woods finally confronts Silas, saying "We're not about this," but Silas refuses to listen to him and tells him to get out of the ring while referees enter the ring and Marseglia holds The Beer City Bruiser's tooth in his hand.

LifeBlood ("Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams, Bandido, "Overkill" Mark Haskins) beat The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) and Barbaro Cavernario.

Matt Taven then takes the microphone and tells Rush that he will not run through everyone and take the ROH World Championship, as he has defeated the undefeatable, including Jeff Cobb. He says there is a long list of "Melvins," and that he has waited such a long time to add his name to it that he will do it in Las Vegas, Nevada. Taven heads to the back, but Rush gets his back in the ring. As he attacks Taven, Marseglia grabs Rush by the leg so that Taven get a shot on him. As Taven grabs Rush by the hair, Rush spits in Taven's face, and Taven responds by several running boots to the head before hitting the running drop kick to the corner with the help of Marseglia. He then lifts the ROH World Championship upwards while planting one boot on the chest of a downed Rush.
