We hear from Sami Callihan, who says that he is sick of extreme legends like Tommy Dreamer - who he wishes would crawl into a hole and die - not leaving and letting people like him rise up, and says that he will put Tommy Dreamer out of his misery.
Anthony Gangone retains the House of Glory World Championship against "Cash Flow" Ken Broadway and Moose after Moose walks out of the match.
The North ("All Ego" Ethan Page and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander) beat The Rascalz (Dezmond Xavier and Zachary Wentz).
Matt Striker interviews Michael Elgin, who says that "The Machine" Brian Cage was celebrating a moment he should not have, and that he should be lucky he did not show up earlier. He says it is not about just showing up and imposing his will, but about sending him to the hospital. As for Johnny Impact, he took him to the hospital after he left Pentagon Jr. laying. As for tonight, he tells Willie Mack to get ready to spend a night in the hospital.
Tessa Blanchard and Violette beat "The Smoke Show" Scarlett Bordeaux and Sonya Strong. (Before the next match, Violette is accidentally introduced as Sonya Strong before the ring announcer corrects himself.)
Backstage, Melissa Santos interviews Willie Mack, who says that while Michael Elgin is a big man, Code Red is about to be called "Code Blue" after they go at it in the ring and he gets the win.
Michael Elgin beats Willie Mack. After the match, Elgin cuts a turnbuckle cover off of a top turnbuckle. He is about to send Willie Mack into it when the referee tries to stop, and Elgin hits him with a discus chop before trying to powerbomb Willie Mack into the exposed turnbuckle. Willie Mack grabs Elgin's legs and slingshots him into the exposed turnbuckle instead, and hits Elgin with the Stunner.
Matt Striker interviews Johnny Impact and Taya Vakyrie backstage. Johnny says "The Machine" Brian Cage got a fluke victory against him, and Michael Elgin now has a World title shot ahead of him. As for Eddie and Alisha Edwards, he considers them both to be maniacs. Taya says it is okay, for she is still Knockouts Champion and they have a trip home and a vacation to look forward to, and she does not think much of Eddie and Alisha. Johnny and Taya make fun of the fact that Eddie and Alisha are both from Boston, Massachusetts, then leave.
Johnny Impact and Taya Valkyrie beat Alisha and Eddie Edwards after Taya hits Alisha with the Ultimate X.
The Latin-American Xchange (Santana and Ortiz) retain the Impact World Tag Team Championships against oVe (Jake and Dave Crist) and The New York Wrecking Krew (Chris Seaton and Smoothe Blackmon).
We hear from Tommy Dreamer, who says that Sami Callihan is everything he despises about professional wrestling in 2019. While he respects him for his ability and the man he has become, Sami uses social media instead of his talent to further his career and state that he will end his career. Tommy Dreamer says that he will end his career when he wants to, and that Sami has not been through all the blood and pain that he has. In a short time, they will take the fight to each other, but Sami will not be able to end his career as he does not have it in him.
Sami Callihan beats Tommy Dreamer in an oVe Street Fight with a Cactus Special through a wooden board. Don Callis checks on Dreamer after the match.
