Aerostar beats Drago to earn one of the seven ancient Aztec medallions.
Johnny Mundo is training when Taya asks if it's possible for Mundo to look better today than he did yesterday. Mundo says "Of course. I'm not a man. I'm the man." Taya then gives Mundo news that he will be competing for an Aztec medallion match against Cage next week as per Dario Cueto...and it's a steel cage match, so Taya can't interfere. Taya has confidence that Mundo will win the match.
Fenix, Jack Evans and "The Darewolf" PJ Black beat The Disciples of Death (Barrio Negro, El Siniestro de la Muerte and Terce) to continue to the next round of the Trios Tag Team Tournament.
Son of Havoc, Ivelisse and Angelico are in Dario Cueto's office. They find out that they are in the Trios Tag Team Tournament, and that they have a bye into the finals, which is a four-way elimination match. Whoever wins it will win the Lucha Underground Trios Tag Team Championships.
Catrina shows her disappointment with The Disciples of Death (Barrio Negro, El Siniestro de la Muerte and Terce) for losing their match tonight. When Catrina ask them for a reason not to destroy them, El Siniestro de la Muerte rips out the still-beating blackened hearts of his teammates, killing them. His teammates are now smoldering piles of ashes as El Siniestro de la Muerte seemingly absorbs their power.
Mil Muertes vs. Matanza Cueto ends with Mil Muertes sending Matanza through the roof of Dario Cueto's office with a Flatliner.
Captain Velasquez gets a message from an old friend telling her to stay out of his jurisdiction and to call off the case against Dario Cueto out of the best interests of his employer...who is someone far more powerful than the mayor. (As an easter egg, you can see photos of Hernandez, Delavar Daivari, Alberto El Patron, Big Ryck and Blue Demon, Jr, all of them listed as missing persons.)
