Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for April 2, 2016

Thanks to Voices of Wrestling for the recap, because I was totally unable to watch it this week due to WrestleMania being seven hours long and burning me out.

Before the opening match, Jay Lethal says that Donovan Dijak has gotten his attention after Dijak broke Truth Martini's neck. Lethal feels Dijak doesn’t deserve a shot at the world title, and that Dijak shouldn’t even be in Ring of Honor. He says it was Truth's idea to bring Dijak into The House of Truth after Dijak won the 2015 Top Prospect Tournament. Lethal says that he’s now going to do things his way, and that he’s coming for Dijak.

reDRagon (Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly) beat "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada and Gedo.

The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) talk about how War Machine (Hanson and Rowe) has never beaten them, and how they can’t claim to be the world's best tag team until they do. The Briscoes haven’t held the tag titles in more than three years, and that War Machine aren’t the only ones with something to prove.

Adam Cole beats KUSHIDA.

Dalton Castle says that whenever he sees someone, he thinks about how to fight them. With "The Last Real Man" Silas Young, however, it's more of a matter of what to fight him with. He considers bringing a colander so he can fill Young's pants up with bring shrimp and throwing him in a tank with a narwhal. Next week...he's getting weird.

The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) beat The Addiction ("The Almighty" Christopher Daniels and "The Heavy Metal Rebel" Frankie Kazarian). After the match, The Addiction attack the Machine Guns until KUSHIDA and "Reborn" Matt Sydal go after The Addiction. The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) then show up and superkick KUSHIDA and Sydal. The Machine Guns then brawl with the Bucks, and it turns into an all-out wars where KUSHIDA, Sydal and the Machine Guns come out on top.
