Here's Larry Csonka's review!
Jeremy Borash opens the show, but is interrupted by Maria Kanellis and "The Miracle" Mike Bennett, who say that they will be hosting tonight's event. Bennett was upset that Borash said a queen would be crowned, because there is only one queen: Maria. Maria says she has brought in eight hopefuls, whom we soon see: Allysin Kay, Cherry Bomb, Veda Scott, Leva Bates, Barbi Hayden, Jayme Jameson, Shelly Martinez and Deonna Purrazzo. Maria then talks about how she overcame her own beauty and made something of herself by appearing in Playboy and The Apprentice. We then hear from all eight of tonight's participants before we hear about tonight's matches. The winners of tonight's matches will go on to a gauntlet match to determine the Queen of the Knockouts.
Allysin Kay beats Gail Kim by count-out after a distraction from Maria Kanellis. After the match, Gail Kim calls "The Miracle" Mike Bennett a pussy and challenges him and Maria to a tag team match later tonight.
Rebel beats Shelly Martinez. (The match is soon savaged by the Internet wrestling community and deemed one of the worst matches in TNA history due to botched spots and Martinez's wardrobe malfunctions around the bottom of her outfit, especially when Shelly Martinez is heard yelling "My vag! MY VAG!" and "My vag hurts!".)
Cherry Bomb beats Velvet Sky after putting her feet on the ropes for leverage. Velvet Sky hits Cherry Bomb with a Stunner after the match.
Jade beats Leva Bates.
Rosemary beats Veda Scott after Crazzy Steve distracts the ref and allows Rosemary to blow mist into Veda Scott's face.
Barbi Hayden beats Raquel. After the match, Raquel goes after Barbi Hayden, and clears the ring.
Madison Rayne beats Deonna Purrazzo after Purrazzo argues with the ref.
Marti Bell beats Jayme Jameson.
"The Miracle" Mike Bennett and Maria Kanellis beat Gail Kim and DJ Z.
Jade wins the gauntlet match to become Queen of the Knockouts.
