In backstage footage from earlier today, Sarah Schreiber interviews Carlee Bright and Kendal Grey. Carlee says that when Kendal walked into the Performance Center six month ago, she was taken aback by how much she looked like her and how she was also able to manhadle women bigger than her with ease, and that there could be something in them as a tag team with Kendal's amateur wrestling background with the ground and pount and her cheerleading background which is all agility. She then says that even though they look a lot alike, they accentuate their strength in a lot of ways. Kendal says they have the best of both worlds, and while she is down to business, Carlee is more like "What's not to love?" She knows from Carlee's previous match with Blair Davenport that Davenport is cold and calculated, and that Stevie Turner will be the exact same way. Kendal says that while they may have lost to Meta-Four (Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson) in their last match, they have put NXT on notice, and they are coming back stronger and better than ever as they get their first win against Blair Davenport and Stevie Turner.
Blair Davenport and Stevie Turner beat Carlee Bright and Kendal Grey.
Eddy Thorpe beats Dion Lennox. After the match, both men shake hands after Lennox is initially reluctant.
