Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for August 25, 2021

Orange Cassidy beats Matt Hardy after sitting down on Matt Hardy and putting his hands in his pockets for the three count.

We hear from Malakai Black, who says that Brock Anderson is in over his head and proposes a way out: Anderson rolls out and takes a count-out loss before looking him in the eyes, apologizing to him and walking back to the back and thinking about what he was going to do. He then says that if Brock does not, he will take his anger out on him, his father, "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes and anyone associated with The Nightmare Family.

Chris Jericho heads to the ring. Jericho says that this week has been the biggest in AEW history for everyone except for him, because when he had the chance to end the Five Labours of Jericho by beating MJF, he did not, and lost to MJF for the third time and tapped out when he did. He says that this has bothered him all week because he is Chris Jericho and because he has always strived to keep getting better, and put himself in this position because he had to, as it is who he is and what he does. Jericho calls his loss to MJF a mantra in his head that he cannot fulfill, and until this ends, he will keep attacking MJF every chance he gets. He then proposes a way to end this, and asks MJF to come to the ring. He then realizes that MJF will not show up, and Jericho then proposes one final fight at All Out. Jericho states that if he cannot beat MJF, then maybe he does not belong in AEW any more. Jericho says that if MJF wins, he will join the commentary table full-time and will never wrestle in AEW again, and tells MJF that he will have to get rid of him if he wants to beat him this time. MJF shows up and says it is starting to get embarrassing between the two of them and that he wanted nothing to do with this, saying he sees through Jericho and that Jericho saw his rise to the top and needed the rub from him to stay relevant. He then says that he promised to himself that their match last week would be the last match between them ever, and says that while it is incredible to hear he tapped Jericho out, ending Jericho's career would be legendary. MJF accepts Jericho's challenge, but tells Jericho to mull his decision over, as he has mopped the floor with him three times.

We hear from The Varsity Blonds (Griff Garrison and Brian Pilman Jr.). Garrison says The Lucha Brothers will be their toughest opponents yet, then says he and Pillman Jr. are family, as blood does not define family. Pillman says they have a bond deep as blood, and that they will see to their goal of winning the AEW World Tag Team Championships.

The Elite show up to watch the next match from the stage, and Jurassic Express (Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus) is seen watching the match from the front row.

The Lucha Brothers (Penta el Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix) beat The Varsity Blonds (Griff Garrison and Brian Pilman Jr.) to advance to the finals of the AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator Tournament. Alex "3" Reynolds confronts Evil Uno and says it is his fault that Adam Page got injured, and when Uno tells Reynolds to step back into John "4" Silver's shadow if he doesn't like it, Reynolds says he is tired of The Dark Order and leaves. Silver tries to catch up Reynolds as Evil Uno apologizes only to be told by Reynolds that having "Uno" in his name does not make him the leader, and Alan "5" Angels says that Evil Uno went too far.

Tony Schiavone interviews CM Punk in the ring. CM Punk says that he can no longer be "The Voice of the Voiceless", as AEW has a voice and that there are people in the back who listen. He then mentions what Darby Allin is doing as well as all of the other young talent is doing, and asks himself if he can still go, still has what it takes and is still the best in the world, and to answer yes, he must start with Allin. He also sees himself as well as his favorite wrestler at fifteen years old in Allin, and says that while Darby is not the biggest or strongest, he has heart. After hinting to the fans that Bryan Danielson (formerlly Daniel Bryan) might appear in AEW, Punk then says that at All Out, it is less about proving the haters wrong and proving himself right. Christian shows a brief video package that shows Callis trying to get Kenny Omega hired as a wrestler at ten years old before calling Callis "a carny piece of shit," but Omega says that at ten, he was the better athlete. Callis says that his actions make him just like Bill Watts, Eddie Graham, Vince McMahon and Verne Gagne, and that the only difference is Kenny Omega and his talent. Christian says that the only thing worse than Callis manipulating a ten-year-old Kenny Omega is an adult Omega still letting it happen, and Callis says that at All Out, Christian will be proven as second-best. Christian grabs Callis only to be attacked by The Elite, then Frankie Kazarian chases The Elite out of the ring with a metal pipe.

We hear from Jon Moxley, who says that the only guy with the balls to step through "The Forbidden Door" was Satoshi Kojima, which he calls "a real treat for the fans." On the news that Kojima wants to step in the ring with him, Moxley says Kojima has a death wish and that he will try to kill him every time he hits him in the ring. Moxley then calls All Out "the public execution of Satoshi Kojima."
