Glory By Honor 2021: Night One - The Results

Before the next match, "The Last Real Man" Silas Young says this is the first proper live show without having to take special precautions, and says that ROH could have picked a great city like Chicago, Milwaukee, or Detroit, but took it back to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where it all began. He then says Philadelphia is the worst wrestling city, and in about a minute, Rey Horus' music will hit and Rey Horus will head to the ring with gusto while the fans cheer for him, then tells the fans to enjoy it before he makes quick, decisive work of Rey Horus and the fans give him the respect that he properly deserves. As he threatens to go to each fan and verbally tear them apart so hard they won't be able to tweet about cancelling him on Twitter, Rey Horus shows up for the next match.

"The Last Real Man" Silas Young beats Rey Horus after blinding Rey Horus with his own mask by loosening it and turning it slightly.

Demonic Flamita beats Danhausen, "Infinite" Eli Isom, Dak Draper, "The Darewolf" PJ Black and Mike Bennett in a six-way match to earn a spot in the World title rankings. Before the match, Dalton Castle shows up in the audience with his boys to encourage Dak Draper before he and his boys head guest on commentary for the match.

Chelsea Green guests on commentary for the next match.

Vita Von Starr's mystery partner is revealed to be Max The Impaler.

Vita Von Starr and Max The Impaler beat The Allure (Angelina Love and Mandy Leon) after Von Starr grabs Mandy Leon's tights, then Von Starr beats up Mandy Leon and Amy Rose commands Max to pull a table out from underneath the ring. Von Starr wraps a chain round Many Leon's neck, then Max slams Mandy through the table as Von Starr stops Angelina from saving Mandy.

Before the next match, "The Mecca" Brian Johnson brings out a bell with the words "Mecca vs. Everybody" to the stage and rings it three times before getting a hometown ovation. EC3 shoves it down on his way to the ring.

It is announced that Bateman will face Mark Briscoe in a one-on-one match after one of the competitors in the previously scheduled tag team match has failed COVID-19 protocol.

Mark Briscoe beats Bateman. After the match, Dutch runs into the ring and attacks Mark Briscoe, and Bateman joins in. Mike Bennett shows up and swings a chair at Bateman and Dutch to chase them out of the ring.

"The Technical Beast" Josh Woods guests on commentary for the next match.

Jonathan Gresham retains the ROH Pure Championship against Rhett Titus with a roll-up in 14:40. Gresham and Titus shake hands after the match, then "The Technical Beast" Josh Woods shakes hands with Gresham on the ramp.

Shane Taylor guests on commentary for the next match.

VLNCE UNLTD (Brody King, Tony Deppen, Homicide, Chris Dickinson) vs. La Faccion Ingobernable (Rush, Dragon Lee, Kenny King, La Bestia del Ring) ends in a no-contest when the match goes completely out of control. After the match, Rush wants a no-disqualification match, and after another brawl, Brody King says there is nobody in the building who came to see a two-minute match, and since they are in the old ECW Arena, he demands a Philadelphia Street Fight. The match is made official, and the match is restarted as a Philadelphia Street Fight.

VLNCE UNLTD (Brody King, Tony Deppen, Homicide, Chris Dickinson) beats La Faccion Ingobernable (Rush, Dragon Lee, Kenny King, La Bestia del Ring) in a Philadelphia Street Fight. After the match, Shane Taylor goes after Kenny King on the ramp, as as La Faccion Ingonbernables attack Taylor, The Soldiers of Savagery (Moses and Kaun) run into make the save. Security has to move in to break up the brawl.

EC3 guests on commentary for the next match.

Bandido retains the ROH World Championship against "The Mercenary" Flip Gordon. After the match, EC3 has a staredown with Bandido in the ring, then Brody King shows up and says he had the ROH World Championship in the palm of his hand at Final Battle, and while he respects Bandido, the line starts behind him. Brody King dares EC3 to say something to his face if he has a problem with it, and EC3 slowly approaches Brody King before shoving him. Security quickly moves into place to break up the brawl, then Bandido is suddenly attacked from behind by Demonic Flamita.
