Rezar has been placed in a match where he must tag with Scott Dawson of The Revival (Dawson and Dash Wilder) replacing the now-injured Akam, and if they win it, both AOP (Akam and Rezar) and The Revival will be in line for a Raw tag team title shot.

In footage from earlier today, Alexa Bliss says she is medically clear and entering the Royal Rumble, and that she is coming for a championship after she wins.

We see footage from earlier today where "The New" Daniel Bryan, in an empty arena, where the people will come, see him defend the WWE Championship against "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles, and then leave after trying to leave their empty lives. He then brings up - and shows - the Chase Field Royal Rumble Burger, saying everyone should be ashamed of this, saying it will do nothing to fill their empty lives. He also says the people try to live vicariously through AJ Styles, and says that this too will not fill their empty lives. As he drops the burger, he says that if an AJ Styles victory is their last hope, then he cannot wait to destroy it. He stomps on the burger and walks away.

Bobby Roode and Chad Gable beat Rezar and Scott Dawson. (Had Rezar and Dawson won, both AOP (Akam and Rezar) and The Revival (Dawson and Dash Wilder) would have earned opportunities at the Raw Tag Team Championships.)

During the match, Nakamura removes a turnbuckle cover, and Lana gets on the apron to get the referee to catch him. Nakamura then nails the Kinshasa to the back of Rusev's neck for the win and the title.

We hear from Nikki Cross, who says that tonight, bodies will fly in the women's Royal Rumble match and nobody will know what is going on except for her. Tonight, she will win the women's Royal Rumble match because chaos always wins.

We see footage of a brawl that took place at Gorilla position after NXT TakeOver: Phoenix between Velveteen Dream, Ricochet, Aleister Black, Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano and and Adam Cole. We hear from Drew McIntyre, who says that there are so many men who say they are willing to do whatever it takes to win the Royal Rumble, and that many of them have lied and yet the fans still listened. He asks where Dolph Ziggler, John Cena, The Shield and Kurt Angle have been as of late, then says that him winning the men's Royal Rumble match and the Universal title are both certainties, as he is king of the Raw jungle.

Before the Women's Royal Rumble Match, Lacey Evans says that everyone will witness history. She introduces herself, and says she is here to clean up the Women's division.

Becky Lynch last eliminates #13 Charlotte - despite not officially being a part of the match - to win the women's Royal Rumble after taking the place of #28 Lana, who is unable to compete after suffering an injured ankle earlier in the show and being attacked by #29 Nia Jax. During the match:

Lacey Evans from NXT enters at #1. She is eliminated by Charlotte Flair.

Natalya enters at #2, and lasts the longest at 55 minutes, 58 seconds (55:58).

Liv Morgan is not only the first woman eliminated, but she is eliminated in mere seconds by Natalya.

Billie Kay enters at #7, and refuses to get into the ring until Peyton Royce shows up. She get thrown into the ring before Peyton Royce enters at #9. Both of them end up getting eliminated at the same time by Lacey Evans.

Xia Li from the Mae Young Classic enters at #11. She is eliminated by Charlotte Flair.

Kairi Sane from NXT enters at #14. She is eliminated by Ruby Riott.

Naomi enters at #15 and eliminates Mandy Rose. Mandy almost eliminates her in return, but Naomi keeps her feet off the floor, walks the guardrail and leaps onto the steel steps to save herself. This is short-lived after Mandy Rose pushes her into the ring post, knocking her off the steps and eliminating her.

Candice LeRae from NXT enters at #16. She is eliminated by Ruby Riott.

Kacy Catanzaro from the Mae Young Classic enters at #19. She avoids elimination at the hands of Dana Brooke by walking on her hands and wrapping her legs around the ring post to get back into the ring, but she is thrown over the top rope and eliminated by Rhea Ripley.

Zelina Vega, who enters at #20, shows up with a claw and mask similar to Vega's (Balrog's) from Street Fighter. She is eliminated by Rhea Ripley after hiding in the ring only to be met by Hornswoggle, who chases her into the ring.

Io Shirai from NXT enters at #23, and fends off The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan, Sarah Logan) when they lay their hands on an eliminated Kairi Sane. She is eliminated by Nia Jax.

Before the next match, Elias says that while he has drawn #1 and the deck is stacked against him, he will eliminate 29 other men and win the men's Royal Rumble Match. Elias is about to perform when he is interrupted by WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett, who enters at #2. (With this entrance, this is the first time Jarrett has competed in a WWE ring since Unforgiven 1999.) He considers it an honor to be interrupted by Jarrett, and says that Jarrett is here to perform a duet with him. Elias decides to go with the duet, then asks Jarrett to spell his name again. When he does, Elias hits Jarrett with a cheap shot to start the men's Royal Rumble.

When Titus O'Neil enters at #11, he notices Curt Hawkins hiding under the ring and dives under the ring to chase after him. This leads to Hawkins quickly eliminating him only to be eliminated afterwards by Samoa Joe.

Kofi Kingston enters at #12. In typical Kofi fashion, Kofi rolls on his shoulders to the ring while keeping his feet on the apron to get back in the ring. Later, Xavier Woods grabs Kofi Kingston to keep Kofi's feet from hitting the floor as soon as he shows up to save Kofi again. They are then simultaneously eliminated by Drew McIntyre.

No Way Jose enters at #15 and is eliminated as quickly as he shows up. Drew McIntyre then shows up at #16 and headbutts and attacks No Way Jose's conga line.

Bobby Lashley enters at #26 and is quickly eliminated by Seth Rollins. In response, Lashley and Lio Rush break down a commentary table to put Rollins through it.

When R-Truth enters at #30, he is suddenly attacked and taken out of the match by Nia Jax, who immediately decides to take his place in the match and become the fourth woman to take part in the men's Royal Rumble match. She eliminates Mustafa Ali, but falls victim to a superkick from Dolph Ziggler, a 619 from Rey Mysterio and an RKO from Randy Orton. Rey and Orton then toss Nia out, then a drop kick from Rey finally sends her falling off the apron.
