205:Alive - 205 Live recap for April 4, 2017

Akira Tozawa beats The Brian Kendrick with a roll-up after playing possum and faking a knee injury. After the match, Tozawa tells Kendrick he's the one who taught the lesson, not him.

Rich Swann beats Oney Lorcan. After the match, Swann admits he was the one giving Alicia Fox gifts while Noam Dar took all the credit.

Drew Gulak meets with Mustafa Ali backstage, and gives him grief for losing last night as well as his for his wrestling style. Ali doesn't want to listen to him, but Gulak says change is coming to 205 Live.

Trent Seven, Mark Andrews, Wolfgang, Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate are introduced to the 205 Live crowd. It is announced a United Kingdom-exclusive show is coming soon to the WWE Network.

Neville shows up. He says there is no one on the Neville level, and mocks the crowd for backing Austin Aries at WrestleMania. Neville says there are those who want to belittle his legacy, saying he stuck his fingers into Aries' reconstructed eye socket because he deserved it. He then thanks the fans for never believing in him and lighting a fire in his belly that made him royalty. He also thanks Austin Aries for making his victory at WrestleMania satisfying and being a "detestable clown to obliterate." He then thanks the 205 Live roster for bolstering his reputation with all their defeats before he decides to sit at ringside for the #1 Contenders' Fatal 4-Way match, which he calls "four more lambs to the slaughter."

Austin Aries beats "Gentleman" Jack Gallagher, TJ Perkins and Mustafa Ali in a Fatal 4-Way Match to become #1 contender for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship.
