We see Brie and Nikki training. Nikki is okay to wrestle, but she is not cleared by WWE yet. Brie says she retired to be a wrestler, and knows that Nikki is working her butt off and will not let anyone or anything get in the way of her comeback.
At the show, Eva Marie is nervous about the draft and wonders if she will even be on a brand. Meanwhile, Paige is waiting on the results of her second MRI, and if they're not good, she has no idea what to do next.
Trinity and Renee Young talk to Mark Carrano about the draft. Trinity is scared of being separated from Jon Uso, while Renee is worried about being separated from Dean Ambrose.
Nattie and Nikki head to the Performance Center. Nikki says she didn't know if she would see the inside of a ring again, and Nattie says she had the same feeling. Nattie knows that Nikki is trying to expedite her recovery, but that this isn't as simple as a broken ankle. Nikki and Nattie train in a ring to see if Nikki is ready.
Backstage, Paige gets the results of her second MRI. She finds out there is a little narrowing on the part of her spine where the nerve came out. Thankfully, the damage is minor and physical therapy will be able to straighten her injury out within weeks.
Trinity talks with Jon Uso. She feels Jon isn't taking them being potentially split up by the WWE Draft seriously.
Eva Marie has lunch out with her family to take her mind off the WWE Draft. Johnathan gives Eva Marie credit for not giving up on WWE despite the physical and emotional toll it's taken on her, as does Eva's mom, who tells her that she has made them proud. Eva is still afraid she won't be drafted to a brand.
Nikki trains in the Performance Center with MMA fighter Shayna Balzer to get back into ring shape. Nattie shows up, and is afraid of Nikki getting hurt and re-injuring herself before her comeback, and mentions this to Nikki. Nikki tells Nattie she has to push her limits to see where she stands, and that she won't get any better if she doesn't try. She understands if Nattie is afraid to work with her and will pick another opponent to face for her comeback match.
It is the day of the WWE Draft. Everyone is excited and nervous.
Nikki continues to train in the Performance Center, wanting to be better when she comes back.
The Total Divas watch the results of the WWE Draft from backstage. Nattie finds out she is going to SmackDown Live. Lana finds out that she is on Raw, and is disappointed as she will be away from Nattie, whom she considers her mentor. Maryse finds out she is going to SmackDown Live with Mike. Jon Uso is afraid he and Trinity are going to be split up. Upon finding out Alberto Del Rio is on SmackDown Live, Paige wants to be on the brand, too. Jon Uso and his brother Jonathan are on SmackDown Live, and Trinity is relieved when she finds out she is joining them. Paige then finds out she is going to Raw, and Paige is disappointed. Eva Marie starts to believe she is not going to be drafted when Nia Jax gets called up to Raw, but she eventually gets drafted to SmackDown, which she finds a little awkward because though she would be on Raw to match her red hair. Eva Marie's draft to SmackDown Live makes her sad, since she gets to see her friends less and less because of it.
Nikki heads to the Performance Center, and is a little bummed out due to her conversation with Nattie from last time. She talks to Brie about it on the phone, and wonders if any of the women want to work with her.
Brie heads to Nattie's house on Nattie's invitation. Nattie talks with Brie about the situation with Nikki. Nattie takes Nikki's injury seriously, but Brie tells her she has to have Nikki's back if Nikki wants to get better. Nattie says she can't let her past affect her future, and says she'll help out Nikki however she can.
On the first Raw after the Brand Extension, Lana is backstage. With some of her friends on the other brand, she has to do what she can to stand out. She also meets Nia Jax backstage.
Nikki does a photo shoot for WWE. She meets up with Nattie as the ring is being set up, and Nattie apologizes for putting doubt in her mind about getting back in the ring and letting her past get in the way. Nikki says she understands, saying it means a lot to her that she cares about her well-being. Nikki looks back on her 10 years in the WWE, then sees in the ring and looks back at everything she's overcome, wanting to get back in the ring.
Paige meets up with Alicia Fox backstage, and tells Alicia that she and Alberto broke up.
Bonus clip: Lana invites Jon Uso to her and Rusev's Bulgarian wedding.
