General Manager Ava is in the ring to oversee the contract for the Total Nonstop Action World Championship Match at Slammiversary. Mike Santana arrives first, Joe Hendry arrives second and Trick Williams arrives last. Carlos Silva, president of TNA Wrestling, is seen in the crowd during Trick Williams' entrance. Santana says he does not take moments like this for granted and that moments like this mean something to him, then says that the TNA World Championship, which he feels Trick has taken for granted, means something to him. He says that it represents hustle, loyalty, dedication and respect, which he says Trick used to have, and that at Slammiversary, everyone will see that Trick is all sizzle and no steak. Santana says that he respects what Joe Hendry has done, but at the end of the day, he is in the way of his goal. He proclaims that TNA was built off the backs of the best professional wrestlers and that he will be the one to bring the World Championship back to TNA. Santana signs the contract, then Hendry says that while Santana wants to bring TNA back to its roots, he wants to bring TNA to new heights like no one else can. He plans on beating Santana and Trick to take back the title he should never have lost. He states that Trick Williams has hidden behind The High Ryze and Fir$t Cla$$ and had them do his dirty work, but he will have no one to hide behind at Slammiversary when he makes him believe in Joe Hendry. Hendry signs the contract. Trick tells Santana and Hendry to take in the moment, then demands that respect be put on his name, as he is the one with the stroke, the steak, the sizzle and the Midas touch as he carries two brands. He says this is not about making people believe or making promises to one's daughter, but getting the job done, which is why he is the greatest TNA World Champion of all time. Trick says he does not help or an entourage to beat both Santana and Hendry, as it will always be "Trick-N-A." Trick signs the contract, but Hendry stops him when he tries to leave. Hendry says that the TNA World Championship is going back home with a TNA superstar, and Santana tells Trick he talks too much. Hendry and Santana powerbomb Trick through the table, then Hendry lifts up the TNA World Championship before he and Santana have a staredown.
